        대학교 담장개방 녹화사업 유형에 따른 이용 만족도 비교 분석 - 서울 소재 대학 캠퍼스를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 서울특별시에서 시행한 대학교 담장개방 녹화사업 대상 학교들을 연구 대상으로 선정하였으며, 현재까지 담장개방이 시행된 총 24개의 대학교 중 담장개방 형태를 유형화하여 분류한 후, 각 유형별 대학 중, 시설이 다양하고 이용자가 많아 활성화 된 대표 사례를 선정하여 조사하여 분석하였다. 현장관찰과 문헌조사, 설문조사의 방법을 실시하여 연구하였다. 회수된 설문지는 담장개방 녹화사업 만족도에 대한 신뢰도 분석, 유형별 이용실태에 대한 빈도분석, 전체만족도와 공간환경 및 시설물에 대한 회귀분석, 유형별 차이검증을 위한 One-way ANOVA를 각각 실시하였다. 유형별 이용실태 분석결과, 법제상에서의 개념인 설치위치, 이용자 특성, 이용목적 등 3가지 분석기준과 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 시설별 전체만족도는 전원형 근린소공원 유형의 서울여자간호대학을 제외한 도시형 근린소공원의 감리교신학대학, 광장형 도심소공원의 건국대학교, 녹지형 도심소공원의 세종대학교는 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대체적으로 분수/수경시설, 체력단련시설, 광장시설에 만족하지 않는 것으로 나타나, 대학교 담장개방 녹화사업 시 시설물에 대한 확충이 필요한 것으로 사료된다. 공간 환경에 대한 전체만족도는 전원형 근린소공원 유형의 서울여자간호대학이 만족하지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 도시형 근린소공원의 감리교신학대학, 광장형 도심소공원의 건국대학교, 녹지형 도심소공원의 세종대학교는 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 네 개의 공원이 대체적으로 시설이용 편리성과 개인사생활에 대해 만족하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 대로변에 위치한 도심소공원들은 소음정도에 만족하지 않는 것으로 나타나, 담장개방 녹화사업 시 가장고려해야 할 점으로 사료된다. This study researched those universities for which fence opening and greening projects are being conducted by Seoul city. The forms of opened fences at 24 universities which have accomplished this project were classified into several types for each type of university, representative cases with many diverse facilities and active users were selected and investigated. The study was carried out using methods of field observations, literature review, and surveys. To maintain the confidentiality of the collected questionnaire analysis, the analysis of each type's usage frequency, overall satisfaction and a regression analysis with space environment and facilities, a one-way ANOVA for was used to validate the difference between types regarding satisfaction with the project. The results of usage type analysis were found to agree with the 3 analysis criteria-- installation location, user characteristics, and usage purpose--which were the legislative concepts. In overall satisfaction with facilities, it appeared that except for Seoul Women's College of Nursing with its rural district neighborhood type park, users were satisfied: with the small urban neighborhood park of Methodist Theological College, Konkuk University's small urban square park, and Sejong University's green space small city park. In general, users appeared to not have satisfaction with such features as fountains / hydroponic facilities, fitness facilities, and square facilities, which should be taken into consideration when pursuing further opening and greening projects. Regarding full satisfaction with the space environment, it was found that users were not satisfied with Seoul Women's College of Nursing's rural district neighborhood-style park, whereas they were satisfied with Methodist Theological College's small urban neighborhood park, Konkuk University's small urban square-style park, and Sejong University's green space small city park. In addition, it was shown that facilities use, convenience and privacy of the four parks were largely unsatisfactory for users, and that the small city parks located at roadsides were unsatisfactory regarding noise level, both of which should be most highly considered when conducting similar projects in the future.

        뉴 실버 세대의 패션관심도와 라이프스타일에 따른 패션 색채 선호도 연구

        The New Silver Generation, which includes retired baby boomers, is eschewing traditional lifestyles, remaining socially and economically active, and striving to enjoy their lives. It is necessary to understand the preferences, sensibilities, and fashion propensities of such individuals. Thus, this study analyzed the New Silver Generation’s fashion color preferences and proposed fashion color scheme guidelines that could be used in the fashion industry. First, surveys were conducted in people of the New Silver Generation aged from 55 to 65 years. The survey questions included the following: fashion color preferences, fashion sensibility and taste preferences, fashion interests, lifestyle, and demographic background. Second, the survey was conducted to identify differences in color preferences based on respondents’ fashion interests and lifestyles. Next, to compose color palettes for the survey, 45 colors from the Munsell color system were chosen at random. The major research results were as follows: It was shown that socializing- and health-preferring individuals wore achromatic color, leisure-preferring individuals wore P color, and self-preferring individuals wore B color. The commonly worn colors were achromatic colors. After the age of 55 years, health- and leisure-preferring individuals often wore R color and RP color, respectively. Thus, this study proposed a color scheme arrangement that used achromatic colors, such as black and white, as the main colors list for the four lifestyle types.

        근로자 노동소득에 대한 COVID-19 영향의 시도별 분석

        Background/Objectives: This study analyzed the impact of COVID-19 on the labor income of workers in 16 regions by comparing the time periods of COVID-19 inexperience(2017 2018) and COVID-19 experience(2019 2020). In addition, this study examined the impact of COVID-19 by dividing wage workers and self-employed workers by region one year after the spread of COVID-19. Methods: This study used data from the Korea Labor Panel Survey of the Korea Labor Institute. Data on individual labor status by year were reconstructed using Korea Labor Panel data from 2017 to 2020. In this study, the impact of COVID-19 on workers' wages in different regions was empirically verified using a time-wise difference-in-difference methodology, with the period before COVID-19 established as the control group. Results: The analysis revealed that after the outbreak of COVID- 19, the monthly wages of the employees increased in all provinces except Daegu, indicating that the shock period of COVID-19 is entering a recovery phase. However, for self-employed workers, monthly wages decreased in regions such as Seoul, Incheon, and Gangwon. Conclusion/Implications: The findings reveal that COVID-19 impacts self-employed workers more than contracted employees. Despite the loss compensation policy for the self-employed since 2021, economic difficulties for the self-employed, including debt problems, remain. Therefore, policy support, including financial and tax benefits, are needed in regions with many small business owners are.

      • 이야기 산출에 나타난 학령기 아동의 언어적 비유창성 특성

        Purpose: A maze is a series of words or unattached fragments which do not constitute a communication unit and are not necessary to the communication unit(Loban, 1976). Mazes is a sign that shows difficulties in the process of planning, systematization and execution of language (Lim.& Hwang 2009). This study was to investigate mazes which typically developing school aged children when they generate various types of narratives. Methods: Forty-eight typically developing elementary school children in the first, third, fifth grade participated. The children were asked to generate narrative while they were looking pictures. The narratives were transcribed and counted frequencis of pause, repetition, revisions orphens by Dollaghan & Campbell(1992). Results: Results showed that there were significant differences in the frequency of mazes according to the length of a narrative by grade, and with respect to the relative ratio of mazes by subtype, first and third graders showed repairs, filler, repetitions in general, whereas fifth graders showed repairs, repetitions, filler. There was no significant difference in the frequency of mazes in terms of the topic of narrative. As for the relative ratio of mazes by subtype, filler was the most among the first graders, whereas revisions were the most among the third and fifth graders. The frequency of mazes according to the type of narrative was different significantly, but there was no significant difference according to the grade. As for the relative ratio of mazes by subtype, filler and repairs were the most among the first graders, whereas repairs were shown the third and fifth graders. Conclusions: The study provided types of mazes shown in the school-aged children and preliminary data suited to the degree, and explained type and frequency of mazes according to the contents of a story.

        학교의 전문적 학습공동체가 역량함양 교육활동에 미치는 영향 : 과정중심평가 연수의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 학교의 전문적 학습공동체와 학교의 역량함양 교육활동 간의 영향관계 및 이 두 변수 간의 관계에 있어서 과정중심평가 연수가 갖는 조절효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국교육종단연구 2013의 5차년도(2017년) 학교 조사 결과 가운데 결측치를 제외한 1,045개 학교의 응답 자료를 토대로 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 단순 선형 회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하고, SPSS PROCESS macro 3.5를 이용하여 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 학교 구성원 모두가 학생의 학습에 초점을 맞춘 전문적 학습공동체의 일원으로 적극 협력할 경우 역량함양 교육활동은 더욱 활발해지는 영향관계가 있고, 교내에서 실시되는 과정중심평가 연수는 학교의 전문적 학습공동체가 역량함양 교육활동에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 2015 개정교육과정이 지향하는 역량함양 교육의 활성화를 이해하고 실천하는 데 필요한 학문적, 정책적 시사점을 도출하여 제시하였다. 특히, 교사 중심 협의의 전문적 학습공동체 개념이 교장, 교감, 교사, 교직원 모두를 포괄하는 넓은 의미의 전문적 학습공동체로 확장될 필요가 있으며, 교육 실천의 관점에서 학교 구성원의 인식 전환을 위한 학교경영 리더십과 전략, 연수기회 제공 등의 필요성을 강조하였다. This study seeks to analyze the relationship of influence of a professional learning community of school and a competency development activity in school, and the moderating effect of process-focused assessment teacher training between the two variables. Out of 「KELS 2013」, the 5th(2017) data set, the responses of 1,045 school data were analyzed excluding outliers. Descriptive statistics, correlation, simple regresssion, and hierarchical regression analysis were used to answer these questions, and SPSS Process Macro 3.5 was used to verify the moderating effect. According to the results, when all of the school members eagerly cooperated as a member of professional learning community of school focusing on students’ learning, competency development activities had more impact actively. It was confirmed that the moderating effect of process-focused assessment teacher training conducted in school adjusted the influence of professional learning community of school upon competency development activity. Based on the result, we suggested that the academic and policy implication were presented to understand and to practice vitalization of competency development in the pursuit of the 2015 revised curriculum. In particular, the concept of a professional learning community oriented to teachers needed to be extended to a professional learning community including principals, vice principals, teachers, and the teaching staff in a broad sense, and we emphasized the necessity of school management leadership, strategy, and teacher training to change the perception of school members in the perspective of practice in education.

        장애인 특수학교 설립 추진 과정에서 나타난 공공 갈등 해결에 관한 연구 : 서울서진학교 사례를 중심으로

        본 연구는 장애인 특수학교(서울서진학교) 설립추진 과정에서 갈등 과정별 행위자들의 전략이 갈등 해소에 어떻게 기여했는지 갈등과정모형(conflict process analysis)과 Ostrom(2005)의 제도분석틀을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 특수학교 설립을 둘러싼 갈등 발생기에는 특수학교 공급 부족과 용지 확보 관련 법령 미비, 지역 형평성 문제 등 갈등을 유발하는 외부 요인이 존재하였다. 한방병원 설립이라는 지역 정치인의 실효성 없는 공약과 정책은 갈등을 증폭시키는 계기가 되었으며 갈등 증폭기에는 갈등 해결을 위한 집합・운영 규칙과 행정 절차가 뚜렷한효력을 발휘하지 못하였다. 오히려 주민토론회 등 공식적인 조정 절차가 아닌 외부로부터 학교 설립을 지지하는 여론이 크게 형성되면서 갈등이 완화되었고 학교 설립을 위한 합의에 이르게 되었다. 본 연구는 특수학교 설립을 둘러싼 공공 갈등의 원인이 단순한 혐오나 지역 이기심이 아닌 누적된 외부 환경적요인과 법적・제도적 미비에서 발생한다는 점을 밝혔다. 갈등이 장기화되는 것을 막기 위해서는 사전에 지역의 물리적 조건을 파악하고 대안을 마련해야 하며, 특수학교 설립을 위한 법적 근거를 강화하고 부지 확보를 위해서는 관련기관 간 협조를 위한 규정을 만들 필요가 있다. 또한 사업 추진 기관은 중재자로서 역할에 충실할 필요가 있으며 이해 당사자들이 갈등 상황에서 제3자를 통한 압력을 행사하거나 반대급부를 요구할 수 있기 때문에 관계 당국은 이에 상응하는 정책적 행위를 수행할 필요가 있을 것이다. A public conflict case over the establishment of special education schools for the intellectually disabled was analyzed with the conflict process analysis and Ostrom’s IAD framework. This paper aims at examining the causes of conflict and the stakeholder’s strategies in each conflict stage, and shedding light on how these strategies contributed to the resolution. It was revealed that the conflict resulted from external environment factors, such as the insufficient supply of special education schools, the absence of law, and the issues of regional inequality, not mere aversion or local selfishness. A politician’s election pledge made the conflict aggravated, and institutional rules and administrative procedures did not have a distinct effect on the situation. It was the public opinion supporting the establishment of the school that gave rise to an agreement. To prevent conflicts from being prolonged, it is worth identifying the physical conditions of the region and alternatives in advance, and strengthening legal grounds. There is need for making regulations facilitating cooperation among the agencies concerned. Additionally, it is necessary that the administrative agencies in charge of projects play active roles as mediators and policy actors, in preparation for stakeholders exerting pressure through a third party or requesting compensation in return.

        학교 스포츠클럽을 통한 효율적인 핸드볼 학생선수양성 방안연구

        The purpose of study was to seek a more effective way to raise handball student players at the school sports club. For the purpose of this study, 1:1 in-depth interviews were conduced with seven elite leaders who were former handball players and seven school sports club leaders. Broadly, the results were divided into two factors, 1) external factor-raising issues of student handball players, and 2) internal factor-issues of team operation and management. To solve the issues, the leaders suggested as follows, first, direct recruiting through school sports clubs, second, cooperation of elite handball clubs and school sports clubs, third, managing and education of handball instructors by Korea handball federation, fourth, elite players’ futures, fifth, specialized education system for the players, and sixth, educational supports with handball stars and utilizing various mass medias.
