간호대학생을 위한 실습생 권리에 대한 교육요구도 분석

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 실습생 권리에 대한 교육요구도를 확인하는 것이며, 구체적인 목적은 교육요구도의 중요 수준과 현재 수준의 차이를 확인하고, 교육요구도의 우선순위를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울 소재 간호학과에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 113명이었으며, 편의표집 방법을 이용하여 모집하였다. 간호대학생의 실습생 권리에 대한 교육요구도를 측정하는 도구는 선행 문헌고찰 및 전문가의 내용 타당도를 검증하여 개발하였고, 총 26개 항목이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 24 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 교육요구도의 중요 수준과 현재 수준의 차이는 대응표본 t-검정을 이용하였고, 교육요구도의 우선순위는 IPA, The Locus for Focus모델 분석, Borich 요구도 모델 분석을 활용하였다. 최종 도출된 교육요구도의 우선순위는 ‘배움의 권리 보장’, ‘실습생은 존중받으면서 실습함’, ‘실습생의 간호 술기 관찰 및 수행 기회’, ‘실습생 보호 관리 시스템 구축’, ‘실습생의 학습권에 대한 인식’, ‘현장지도자의 실습 평가에 대한 공정성’이었다. 간호대학생은 임상실습 교육에서도 그들의 배움의 권리가 보장되고, 공정한 실습평가가 이루어지길 희망하며, 안전한 실습을 위해 그들을 보호할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다고 인식하고 있다. 향후 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생을 위한 실습생 권리 인식 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 연구 시도가 필요할 것으로 생각한다. The purpose of this study was to identify the educational needs for rights of nursing students in clinical practice; first, it was to examine the difference between the important and current level of educational needs, and second, to identify the priority of educational needs. The subjects were 113 nursing students in 3rd and 4th grade enrolled in the department of nursing in Seoul, and were recruited using a convenient sampling method. The scale to measure the educational needs for rights of nursing students was developed by reviewing the previous literatures and verifying the content validity of five experts. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Win 24 program, the difference between the important and current level of educational needs was analyzed using a paired t-test. To analyze priorities of the educational needs, IPA, the Locus for Focus model analysis, and Borich analysis method were used. The priorities of the educational needs finally derived were 'Guaranteed rights to learn', 'Practicing with respect', 'Opportunities to observe and perform nursing skills', 'Establishment of protection management system', 'Awareness of the rights to learn', and 'Fairness of clinical leader's practice evaluation'. Nursing students hope that their rights to learn will be guaranteed in clinical practice education and fair evaluation will be made, and they recognize the need for a system that can protect them for safe clinical practice. In the future, based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a program to promote the rights awareness of nursing students in clinical practice and conduct research attempts to verify their effectiveness.

초등학생의 수업 중 몰입 경험 연구

본 연구는 초등학교 수업 장면과 그 수업에 참여한 한 학생과의 면담을 통해서, 초등학생이 수업에 ``몰입하는 경험``을 찾아 논의하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 초등학교 교실에서 한 수업(8차시)을 촬영하고, 녹화된 수업 영상을 학생과 함께 보면서 학생이 수업에 몰입했다고 말하는 수업 장면을 ``몰입 장면``으로 추출하였다. 그리고 추출한 ``몰입 장면``에 대해 학생과 심층 대화를 나누고, 대화 내용을 녹음하여 전사한 후 이를 연구 자료로 하여, 연구의 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 한 초등학생의 수업에서의 ``몰입 경험`` 속에서 특정한 ``몰입 상황``들과 ``몰입 의 행동적 특성``들이 있음을 찾아낼 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to find and discuss elementary school students` ``immersion experiences`` in lessons through the scenes of lessons in an elementary school and the interviews with a student that has participated in lessons. For that purpose, the investigator videotaped eight lessons in an elementary school classroom, watched the videos with the participating student, identified the scenes of his immersion according to what he had said, had in-depth conversations about the identified ``immersion scenes`` with him, recorded and transcribed the conversations, and used them as research data to generate findings. As a result, there were certain ``immersion situations`` and ``immersion acts`` in the immersion experiences of an elementary school student during lessons.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 성장요인 분석

본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 성장률에 영향을 주는 전략적 요인에 대하여 탐구한 논문으로, 실증분석을 위해 2000년 3월부터 2007년 7월까지의 국내 166개 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 월간 웹 트래픽(web traffic) 데이터를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 실질경쟁(actual rivalry)과 고객충성도(user loyalty)가 모두 유의하게 인터넷 쇼핑몰 성장률을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경쟁강도가 높을수록 고객충성도의 인터넷쇼핑몰 성장기여도가 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 경영자들의 인터넷비즈니스에서의 경쟁과 성장을 이해하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공하고 있다. This study investigates strategic factors affecting the growth rate of Internet shopping malls. For empirical analysis, we utilized monthly web traffic data on 166 Internet shopping malls in Korea during the period between March 2000 and July 2007. Results suggest both actual rivalry and user loyalty increase significantly growth rate of Internet shopping malls. Also as Internet shopping malls face higher level of actual rivalry, the positive effect of customer loyalty on the growth rate becomes stronger. These results suggest critical implications for managers in Internet shopping malls to understand competitive mechanism and determinants of growth in Internet business.

간호대학생의 삶의 목적이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The study was done to examine whether consciousness of calling and life satisfaction have a mediating effect in the relationship between nursing students’ purpose of life and their quality of life. Methods: The participants were 171 nursing students studying in two colleges of nursing located in Chungcheong and Gyeonggi Province. Measurements included the purpose in life questionnaire, Korea-version WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, brief calling scale and satisfaction with life scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression techniques with SPSS 24.0. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test. Results: There were significant correlations among purpose in life, consciousness of calling, satisfaction with life and quality of life. Consciousness of calling and satisfaction with life showed perfect mediating effects in the relationship between purpose in life and quality of life. Conclusion: In this study, nursing students’ purpose in life had significant influences on nursing students’ quality of life via calling consciousness and satisfaction with life. Therefore, to enhance quality of life for nursing students, it is necessary to build effective strategies and education programs to enhance nursing students’ purpose in life, consciousness of calling and satisfaction with life.

소득계층별 취업여부에 따른 기혼여성의 삶의 만족도 차이

본 연구의 목적은 소득계층별 취업여부에 따른 기혼여성의 삶의 만족도 차이를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 12~14차 자료를 이용하였으며, 분석대상은 유배우 기혼여성 5,637명이었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, t-test, ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 기혼여성의 삶의 만족도는 저소득층, 중산층, 고소득층 순으로 높아지는 명확한 차이를 보인 가운데, 취업여부에 따라 차이가 있는 삶의 만족도 영역이 소득계층별로 상이하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기혼여성의 경제활동이 가구소득 불평등과 여성 노동시장의 양극화뿐만 아니라 개인의 삶의 만족도에도 영향을 주고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 소득계층별 기혼여성의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 정책의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the difference of the life satisfaction of married women by the employment status and income class. We used data from 5,637 married women using 12~14th wave of the Korea Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS). The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation, t-test and ANOVA using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the study, the life satisfaction of married women showed a significant difference among the groups. These results suggest that married women’s labor force participation affect not only household income inequality and the polarization of the women’s labor market, but also the their Life satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for policy to increase the life satisfaction of married women in the future.

청년근로자의 노동시장 지위변동 유형이 시간당 임금 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study is to track down the change of labor market status of young workers for a long period of time of 11 years to identify the characteristics of the best and poorest quality jobs using both objective indicator (hourly wages) and subjective indicator(job satisfaction). Methods: For this study, 1,351 young workers aged 20 to 39 in 2009 were analyzed using the combined individual data from the 12th wave (2009) to the 22nd wave (2019) of the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study (KLIPS) collected by the Korea Labor Institute. The analysis was conducted with frequency, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Hourly wages were higher in both types of the primary market group than ‘the trapped in the secondary market type’, but only the primary market continuation type showed higher job satisfaction than ‘the trapped in the secondary market type’. This study is theoretically and empirically meaningful in that it verified the differences in hourly wages and job satisfaction by type of labor market status change even in workers who have successfully maintained employment for 11 years, as well as in that it found out the effects of the privileges of the best quality job holders and the unfair penalties of the poorest quality job holders. Conclusion/Implications: Based on the above results, it is clearly obvious that integrated interventions in employment and social welfare are required before workers enter the labor market. In addition, strong policy measures must be implemented in order to both alleviate and break the gaps in labor market status of young workers.

사주명리를 이용한 궁합연구

오늘날 이혼으로 인한 사회적 문제가 심각하다. 결혼 적령기가 되었을 때 부부가 행복하게 백년해로를 할 수 있는지의 여부를 예측해 보는 것이 궁합인데 사주명리학의 고전이나 선행 연구는 대부분 사주에서 글자들의 조합이나 신살을 적용하여 궁합을 감정함으로서 비현실적이고 비논리적이라는 평가를 받아 신뢰를 얻지 못하고 있다. 사주는 태어난 순간의 시간이며 오행이다. 시간은 천체운동이 지속하는 한 규칙적으로 반복함으로 사주의 오행분포도 균형과 불균형의 시기가 규칙적으로 반복한다. 사주의 궁합 분석은 논리로 푸는 사주학 ‘석하명리’관점으로 분석하며, 세운의 흐름을 절대적인 기준과 상대적인 기준을 적용하여 4단계로 구분하고 성공과 실패의 10년주기 패턴 ‘석하리듬’의 인생4계절로 전환하여 희기의 시기를 판단한다. 좋은 시기는 여름과 가을이며, 어려운 시기는 겨울과 봄이다. 선행 연구에서 대상으로 한 이혼사주를 인생4계절을 적용하여 재감정한 결과 이혼은 세운이 하락하여 힘든 시기인 겨울과 봄에 이루어졌다. 인생4계절을 통해 힘든 시기를 예측함으로서 이혼율을 낮추고, 궁합의 신뢰를 얻고자 한다. Today, due to a divorce is a serious social problem.
