플랜트 프로젝트 사업기획단계 표준 업무 프로세스 개발 - 사업발굴 및 사업참여 결정을 중심으로 -

최근 국내 기업의 해외 플랜트 수주는 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이며, 2014년 상반기의 수주액은 전년도 대비 93% 이상 크게 증가되었다. 또한, 2015년 3사분기가 지난 현재, 해외 플랜트 수주액은 이미 2,498억 달러를 넘어섰다고 조사된 만큼 플랜트 산업에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 플랜트 프로젝트의 생애주기 중 시공 이전 단계의 건설 사업관리(CM)는 사업 초기 단계에 내재된 불확실성을 보완하고, 합리적인 의사결정을 지원한다는 측면에서 그 역할의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그 중에서도 사업 기획 단계의 사업 발굴 및 사업 참여방안 검토 업무는 향후 사업의 성공과 실패를 좌우할 수 있는 큰 영향력을 가진 중요한 업무이지만, 의사결정을 위한 각 분야 간의 빈번한 협의, 그리고 이에 따른 계속된 수정, 변경 등과 비효율적인 반복 작업이 문제가 되고 있다. 따라서 이를 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 업무 프로세스의 변화가 필요하게 되었고, 본 논문에서는 플랜트 프로젝트 기획 단계의 '사업 발굴 및 사업 참여방안 검토'를 대상으로 주요 업무 항목을 도출하고 전문가 자문을 활용한 델파이 분석을 통해 표준화된 업무 프로세스를 정립하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 우리나라 EPC 기업이 해외시장에서 기획 분야의 기술 경쟁력을 확보하고 업무 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 데에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently, overseas plant orders of domestic enterprises are steadily increased, and the amount of orders in the first half of 2014 were 93% increased compared to the previous year. In addition, now which is the third quarter of 2015, overseas plant orders are already over 249.8 billion dollars so the interests of plant industry research has been increased. In the life cycle of the plant project, CM before the construction stage is to complement the uncertainties that are inherent in the early stages of the project, and from the viewpoint of supporting the rational decision-making, the importance of its role is on the rise. Among them, excavating and investing participation plan in the planning stage is an important work that has a large impact force to influence the success and failure of future project. However, the work has become a problem with frequent consultations due to decision-making, continuous modification, and inefficient repetitive tasks. Therefore, it is needed that work process should be changed to effectively accommodate. The purpose of this paper is to derive the major work items for excavating and investing participation plan in the planning stage of the plant project, and establish a standardized work process through the Delphi analysis. The result of this study is expected to be utilized for EPC companies in ensuring the technical competitiveness in planning on overseas markets, and improve the efficiency of work.
공기흡입식 추진기관용 연료조절밸브시스템 개발에 관한 연구

In this paper, we have proposed a fuel metering unit of ai breathing engine. The proposed valve system consists of a constant pressure drop valve and a metering valve, which are controlled by servovalve. We carried out nonlinear and linear analysis, computer simulation and experimentation to find effects of some factors on system performance. Analysis and experimental results show a good agreement. It is also shown that the system stability is affected by pressure drop of metering valve and inlet pressure of injectors.
일 대학병원 정신과 외래를 방문한 우울증 환자에서의 하지불안증후군

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the clinical characteristics, relationship with antidepressants and incidence of restless legs syndrome(RLS) in depressed outpatients. Methods : Total 160 adult patients(male 32, female 128) of psychiatric outpatient were enrolled in this study. We use the diagnostic criteria of International RLS Study Group(IRLSSG) for RLS. Also WHO quality of life scale abbreviated version(WHOQOL-BREF), Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17(HAM-D) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to investigate the relationship between RLS and depression severity, quality of life, sleep quality. Results : In 39(24.4%) out of the total 160 patients were diagnosed as having RLS. Among those 39 RLS patient, 19 patients(48.7%) was reported to have developed their RLS after starting depression treatment. The RLS group showed higher PSQI and HAM-D scores(p=0.02, p<0.01) and lower WHOQOL-BREF score(p=0.06) compared to those of non-RLS. Compared to those of non-RLS group, the bupropion group showed a significantly low rate of RLS group (p=0.043) and the venlafaxine group showed a significantly high rate of RLS group(p=0.018). HAM-D score 7 or more group caused RLS 4.5 times compared those of less than HAM-D score 7 group. Conclusion : In this study, depressed outpatients showed high incidence rate of RLS and RLS had influence on sleep quality, depression severity and quality of life. Moreover, certain antidepressants had potential to induce RLS. Therefore, these results suggest that appropriate treatment for depression is required to clinicians and development of RLS from depressed patients should be carefully monitored. Further research about the relationship between antidepressant and RLS is also necessary.
뉴노멀 시대의 새로운 주거기능과 평면제안 ; 에코부머 세대를 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to establish a new housing function in the new normal era for the echo-boomer generation, who will be the main consumer class in the housing market, and to propose a floor plan accordingly. First, through a survey of 300 Echo-Boomers, we investigated and analyzed changes in the frequency of daily living activities at home, preference for living space, psychological changes, and preference of the floor plan after COVID 19 by household type. Next, by analyzing the results, we established the housing function in the New Normal Era and proposed specialized floor plans accordingly. As a result, ‘Comfort’ increased the most in the housing function in the new normal era, and ‘Open-Seeking type’ and ‘Layered Home Preference type’ were the most frequent in the results of the housing space preference analysis. Therefore, we propose three concepts of specialized floor plan for the new normal era by household type; ‘Home-Ludens’ plan for single-person households, ‘Work & Life’ plan for couples without children, ‘Clean & Nurture’ plan for couples with children.
링곤베리 분말 첨가 요구르트 샐러드드레싱의 품질 특성 및 항산화능

This study evaluated the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of yogurt salad dressing, prepared with lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.) powder (0, 1, 3, and 5%). The pH of the yogurt decreased with increasing amounts of lingonberry powder. Moreover, titratable acidity, sugar content, and viscosity increased as the amount of lingonberry powder increased. The lightness (L) value decreased, whereas the redness (a) value increased with increasing amounts of lingonberry powder. The consumer acceptance test revealed no significant difference between the control group and the groups containing 1 and 3% lingonberry powder in terms of color, smell, and overall acceptability. The total polyphenol and total anthocyanin content ranged from 3.99∼26.69 mg gallic acid equivalent/100 g and 0.02∼7.90 mg/100 g, respectively, which increased as the amount of lingonberry powder increased. The antioxidant activity, which was measured by the DPPH radical scavenging assay, superoxide anion radical scavenging activity, and reducing power increased as the amount of lingonberry powder increased. Taken together, addition of up to 3% of lingonberry powder can improve the antioxidant properties of yogurt salad dressing without affecting its sensory qualities.
공기흡입식 추진기관용 연료조절밸브 시스템 안정성 향상에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 공기흡입식 추진기관용 연료공급 시스템의 연료조절 밸브 시스템을 제안하였으며, 제안된 시스템은 서보밸브에 의해 구동되는 차압유지 밸브와 미터링 밸브로 구성되어 있다. 시스템 성능 및 안정성에 영향을 미치는 인자를 찾기 위해 비선형 및 선형 해석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 미터링 밸브 오리피스 양단의 차압 유지량 ΔP가 시스템 안정성에 영향을 미침을 예측하였고 실험 및 비선형 전산모사를 통하여 입증하였다. 해석 및 실험 결과차압 유지량 ΔP를 줄이고 동시에 이등변 삼각형 형상의 오리피스를 차압유지 밸브에 적용함으로써 요구 유량에 따라 유량이득이 조절되도록 하여 시스템의 안정성을 높일 수 있었다. This paper deals with a fuel metering unit (referred to as FMU) for air breathing engine. The proposed FMU consists of a constant pressure drop valve and a metering valve, both of which are controlled by servovalve. Linear analysis derived from a nonlinear mathematical model of FMU is carried out to find major parameters on the system performance. Numerical results using established model of FMU were in good agreement with the experimental results. It is also shown that the system stability is improved by reducing the constant pressure drop at metering valve and applying the triangular orifice to constant-pressure-drop valve through the simulation and experiments.
Playground 설계 요소를 반영한 Personal Mobility 이용 증진방안

최근 국내 PM 시장의 성장과 다수의 전동킥보드 공유 서비스 등장으로 이용자 수가 급증하면서 PM 관련 민원 및 안전사고 발생이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라, PM 조작 및 운행 미숙으로 인한 사고 감소 방안으로 PM 교육·연습 공간의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 PM의 체계적 운영 및 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위해 관련 갈등 요소를 분석하고 그 대안으로 PM 플레이그라운드 운영 및 PM 시범구역 운영 방법을 검토하여 제안하였다. PM 플레이 그라운드 운영을 통한 기초데이터 수집 및 초보운전자 행태 분석으로 이용자의 운행 안전성 개선이 가능하며, 안전성 확보를 위한 시설 설치 방안을 통해 이용자와 비이용자 간 다양한 이해관계의 갈등 해소가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Recently, personal mobility (PM)-related complaints and PM accidents have increased as the number of users soars due to growth in the domestic PM market and the emergence of a number of electric scooter-sharing services. As a result, the need for PM education and practice spaces is emerging as a way to reduce accidents caused by poor PM manipulation and operation. In this study, we analyze the relevant conflict factors in order to come up with a systematic operation and activation plan for PM, and as an alternative, we review and propose how to operate a PM playground and test zone. It is expected that basic data collection and analysis of rudimentary driver behavior through PM playground operations will improve users' operational safety, and various conflicts of interest between users and non-users will be resolved by installing facilities to secure their safety.
