남산, 오대산, 울릉도 지역의 주요 참나무과 산림식생에 대한 군락구조 비교

한반도의 산림식생은 낙엽참나무림으로 우점되는 대륙형의 한반도형으로 특징지어진다. 따라서 본 연구는 참나무과 산림식생이 우점하는 남산, 오대산, 울릉도 지역을 대상으로 이질적인 생태 특성에 따른 종조성과 환경인자의 상관관계를 비교하였다. 식생조사는 2018년 5월부터 8월까지 수행하였으며 총 75개소의 조사를 실시하였다. 식생유형분류결과 총7개 유형으로 구분되었으며, 최상위 수준에서는 내륙지역의 대표식생군락인 신갈나무군락과 도서지역의 대표식생군락인너도밤나무군락으로 구분되었다. 신갈나무군락은 도시의 대표식생인 팥배나무군과 산악지역의 대표식생인 피나무군으로세분되었다. 지역형에 따른 천이경향을 살펴보고자 중요치와 지표종 분석을 시행한 결과, 도시형과 도서형은 참나무군락으로 유지되며, 산악형의 경우 피나무 및 까치박달 등 활엽수종의 천이가 이루어질 것으로 판단되었다. 식생유형과 입지환경인자와의 CCA 분석결과, 동위도 상에서 종조성의 영향을 미치는 가장 큰 요인은 해발고도로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 한반도의 산림생태계 특성을 이해하고 이에 따른 체계적인 보전 및 복원 계획 수립 시 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. The forest vegetation of the Korean Peninsula is dominated by deciduous Fagaceae forests. The study aimed to comparethe correlation between species composition and environmental factors in Namsan, Odaesan, and Ulleungdo. A vegetation survey of 75 sites was conducted from May to August 2018. Seven vegetation types were classified. The inland representative vegetation was classified as a Quercus mongolica community, and the island representative vegetation was classified as a Fagus multinervis community. The Quercus mongolica community was subdivided into the Aria alnifolia group, representative of cities, and the Tilia amurensis group, representative of mountainous regions. Analysis of important values and indicator species to examine the succession trends according to regional types showed that urban and island forestswere maintained as Fagaceae communities, and that mountainous region foreststransitioned to broadleaf species, such as Tilia amurensis and Carpinus cordata. A CCA analysis of vegetation type and site environmental factors showed that altitude had the biggest effect on species composition at the same latitude. The study results should contribute to a better understanding of the Korean Peninsula forest ecosystem characteristics and provide basic data for establishing a systematic conservation and restoration plan.

ABS/silicate composites with different clay types and compositions were prepared by in situ emulsion polymerization. The chemical structure of ABS was confirmed by the change of C-H stretching peak(near 3000 cm-1) in fourier transform-infrared(FT-IR) spectrum. The thermal properties of the ABS/silicate composites were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA). There was no distinct change in glass transition temperature of the ABS/silicate composites with different clay types. TGA curve indicates a dramatic increase in degradation temperature in case of ABS/20A composite with 3 wt% 20A. The silicate dispersion in the composites was measured by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The silicate dispersion in ABS/20A composites depended on the 20A composition. XRD results showed that the diffraction peak of the ABS/20A composite appeared when the content of 20A was higher than 5 wt%.
Chrysanthemum Chlorotic Mottle Viroid-Mediated Trafficking of Foreign mRNA into Chloroplasts

Chrysanthemum chlorotic mottle viroid (CChMVd) fused to the leader sequence of a reporter gene (mRFP) expressed transiently in agroinfiltrated Nicotiana benthamiana, was used to show that CChMVd can traffic into chloroplasts, thought to be the site of its replication. Fluorescence from mRFP was detected in chloroplasts, but only if the viroid transcription fusions were present, either from the full-length 400-nt CChMVd, or each of two partial fragments (nucleotides 125 to 2 and 231 to 372). The mRFP and its mRNA were detected by western blotting and RT-PCR, respectively, in tissue extracts of plants infiltrated by each fusion construct. Isolated chloroplasts were shown by RT-PCR to contain the RNA sequences of both CChMVd and mRFP, if both were present, but not the mRFP sequence in the absence of the viroid sequences. The results suggest that RNA trafficking was probably due to an RNA structure, and not a particular sequence, as discussed.
고객중심경영 구축 프레임워크 개발 사례 연구: 제주개발공사 사례를 중심으로

As the existence value of customers increases in corporate management activities, the need for customer-centered management is on the rise. The purpose of this study is to propose a framework that companies can use in practice to develop a customer centered management system. To this end, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Development Corporation(JPDC)'s customer centered management cases were defined as 79 detailed activities and the types were classified. Although JPDC is a public enterprise, it sells general consumer good, bottled water called “Jeju Samdasoo” and has been certified for Consumer Centered Management in 2022, so it was judged to be an appropriate company to use in developing a framework of implementing customer centered management. As a result, the framework consisting of strategy establishment, system establishment, process operation, and product/service improvement was derived. In addition, 13 employees of the JPDC were used as subjects and, as a result of receiving and analyzing surveys belonging to which types of 79 activities, the reliability of the framework presented in this study was secured. We expect the suggested framework of implementing customer centered management will improve understanding of customer centered management and present a direction of business strategy. 기업의 경영활동에서 고객의 존재감이 커지면서 고객중심경영에 대한 내외부의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업이 고객중심경영 체계를 갖추기 위해 실무적으로 활용할 수 있는 프레임워크를 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 제주개발공사의 고객중심경영 사례를 79개 세부 활동으로 정의하고 유형을 구분하였다. 제주개발공사는 공공기업임에도 제주삼다수라는 일반 소비재인 생수를 판매하고 있으며 2022년 소비자중심경영 인증을 취득한 바 있어 고객중심경영 구축 프레임워크 개발에 활용하기 적합한 기업이라고 판단되었다. 그 결과 전략 수립, 체계 구축, 프로세스 운영, 제품/서비스 개선으로 구성된 고객중심경영 구축 프레임워크를 도출하였다. 또한 제주개발공사 임직원 13명을 피실험자로 79개 활동이 어느 유형에 속하는 설문을 받아 분석한 결과 본 연구에서 제시하는 프레임워크의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있었다. 피실험자의 응답결과를 분석해 보면 최다 응답수가 동일한 1개 활동을 제외했을 때 제주개발공사의 78개 활동 중 8개 활동은 전략 수립, 29개 활동은 체계 구축으로 구분되었다. 또한 프로세스 운영에 해당하는 활동이 30개, 제품/서비스 개선에 해당하는 활동이 11개로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 고객중심경영 구축 프레임워크를 토대로 고객중심경영에 대한 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
옥시페탈룸에서 발생한 토마토반점위조바이러스 국내 첫 보고

Oxypetalum coeruleum, commonly known as Tweedia, is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Apocynaceae family native to southern Brazil and Uruguay. Tweedia plants are grown as one of the most popular ornamental flowers for floral arrangement in Korea. In May 2021, several tweedia plants in a single greenhouse in Gimje, Jeollabuk-do were found to show virus-like symptoms including necrotic rings, vein-clearing, chlorotic mottle, and mosaic on the leaves, and necrosis on the stems. Here, we have identified tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) in symptomatic tweedia leaves by applying high-throughput RNA sequencing. In the result, a single infection by TSWV was verified without mixed infections of different virus species. To confirm the presence of TSWV, a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was performed with a specific primer set to the N gene of TSWV. The complete genomic sequence of L, M, and S segments of TSWV ’Oxy’ isolate were determined and deposited in GenBank under accession numbers LC671525, LC671638, and LC671639, respectively. In the phylogenetic tree analysis by maximum likelihood method, ’Oxy’ isolate showed a high relationship with TSWV ’Gumi’ isolate from Gerbera jamesonii in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea; for all three RNA segments. To our knowledge, this is the first report of TSWV infection of O. coeruleum in Korea.
