불교의 행복론 고찰 : 달라이 라마를 중심으로

달라이 라마가 말하고자 하는 것은 처음부터 끝까지 사랑과 자비이며 함께 하는 데에서 오는 사랑이다. 이 동체대비에서 나오는 사랑과 자비는 수행인 동시에 실천이다. 달라이 라마의 정신적 초월을 확실하게 한 것도 자비명상법이었다. 그러니까 공성을 깨닫고 중도연기를 알고 실천하는 것이 이 자비명상법에 다 들어 있는 것이다. 그것은 무엇보다도 육체적 건강과 정신적 행복을 약속하는 수행법으로 알려져 있다. 더구나 그것은 수행과 실천을 겸하고 있으므로 종교의 사회적 역할을 수행하는 데 가장 적절한 것으로 이해되기도 한다. 달라이 라마가 가르치는 자비명상법은 달라이 라마가 19살에 쓴 것으로 알려져 있다. 자비 명상은 자비심을 기르고, 모든 현상의 참된 모습(實相)을 깨닫는 티베트의 수행법이다. 이 수행법에서 강조하는 자비는 기본적으로 모든 생명들이 고통과 고통의 원인에서 벗어나기를 바라는 진심 어린 소망이다. 무한하게 계속되는 고통 속에서 생명들이 모두 해탈하기를 바라는 것, 그들 모든 생명이 다 행복해지기를 바라는 것이다. 티베트 불교의 수행법은 '나 이외의 다른 생명, 사람'들을 위해 형성된 명상이다. 그 수행은 모든 생명들을 위해 자비심을 베푸는 강렬한 느낌을 극한으로 끌어올리는 것에 바탕을 두고 있다. 평등심을 내는 수행법, 즉 모든 사람은 근본적으로 즐거움을 바라고 고통을 원하지 않는다는 사실을 깨닫는 수행법이다. 친구와 적들, 그리고 나와 아무런 이해관계가 없는 사람들이 모두 행복을 원하고 고통을 바라지 않는 존재라는 점에서 완전히 동등하다. 이러한 사실, 즉 누구나 행복을 원한다는 점에서 동등하다는 사실을 깨닫는 것은 자비심을 기르는 바탕이 되며, 한 발 더 나아가 모든 사람이 고통을 벗어나고, 고통의 원인에서 해방되기를 바라는 마음이 된다. 本文分析達賴拉馬的幸福論, 他演講的主要焦點在於慈悲或者同體大悲.. 他所說的愛與慈悲也是修行也是對衆生的社會實踐過程. 實際上達賴拉馬也靠此慈悲冥想來達到現在的這種境界. 因此我們可以說他的一生敎化人生, 在於覺悟空性領悟中道緣起, 也在於其總體實踐.. 慈悲修行主要追求通過一切衆生脫離苦痛解脫束縛來完成其生命的最貴目的-幸福. 進行修行的具體方法是想像自己把慈悲施舍給一切衆生的形象, 發出平等心來領悟一切衆生只追求幸福不願意苦痛的這明確的眞實. 實際上在這點我與他人沒差別, 知道這事實以後慈悲心和平等心自然更强化起來. 順着這美好循環過程, 我們可以實踐慈悲和平等主義, 而通過這種實踐這佛敎的美德越來越擴大充實. 最後我們可以享受我與他人一起的幸福.

서울시 도로변 대기 중 입자상물질의 입자 크기별 수농도 분포 특성

차량에서 주로 100 nm 이하인 극미세먼지(Ultra fine particle, UFP)가 다량으로 배출된다. 차량에서 배출되는 UFP는 입자가 작고 검댕(BC)이 큰 비중을 차지하고 있어 인체 내로 유입이 쉽고 유해성이 높다. 따라서 도로변 대기질을 관리하기 위해 도로변 입자상물질의 크기별 수농도 분포 측정 자료가 필요하다. 서울시 올림픽대로는 서울 내에서도 교통량이 많은 편이며, 주택가가 인접하고 있어 도로에서 배출된 입자상물질에 의한 영향을 많이 받을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 올림픽대로변 반포 한강공원에서 입자상물질을 측정하였다. 자동 기상 관측 장비를 이용하여 풍향, 풍속, 기온, 습도, 태양 복사를 측정하였고, NO-NO₂-NOx 측정 장비, O₃ 측정 장비, CO₂ 측정장비, BC 측정 장비, Optical Particle Counter, Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer를 이용하여 가스상 및 입자상 물질을 측정하였다. 겨울철과 봄철에 걸쳐 각각 10여일간 총 2회 측정하였다. 측정 자료를 분석한 결과, 바람에 의한 이류 현상으로 도로변 농도증가가 뚜렷하게 확인하였다. 겨울철 측정에선 오전 08시부터 30 nm 이하인 크기 입자의 수농도가 증가하였고, 시간이 지날수록 40~50 nm 크기인 입자의 수농도가 증가하였다. 반면, 13시부터는 전반적으로 수농도가 감소하는 일변화 특성을 보였다. 봄철 측정에서는 13시부터 15시까지 50 nm 이하인 입자의 수농도 증가가 뚜렷했다. UFP의 수농도 일변화 특징을 기상조건과 가스상, 입자상 오염물질과의 상관성 분석을 수행하여 도로변 입자 수농도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 한다.

Penicillins 및 Cephalosporins에 關한 考察

Penicillin is one of the most important of the antibiotics. The basic structure of the penicillin’s consists of a thiazolidine ring (A) connect-ed to a beta-lactam ring (B), to which is attached a side chain. Classification of the penicillin’s are 1. penicillin G, 2. penicillinase-resistant penicillin’s, 3. ampicillin, amoxicillin, hetacillin, cyclacillin, becampicillin, 4. carbenicillin and its indanyl ester and 5. other extended-spectrum penicillin’s. The first source of the cephalosporins was isolated in 1945 by Brotzu. Cephalosporins contains a side chain derived from D-?-aminoadipic acid, which is condensed with a dihydrothiazine beta-lactam ring system. Classification by generations in based general features of antimicrobial activity. First generation cephalosporins are cephapirin, cephalexin, cepharadine and cefadroxy1, second generation cephalosporins are cefamandole, cefoxitin, cefaclor, cefuroxime and cefonicid, third generation cephalosporins are cefotaxime, Mox-olactam, ceftizoxime and cefotetan.

劉一明의 『陰符經註』에 관한 硏究

『黃帝陰符經』 또는 『陰符經』이라 불리 우는 이 경전은 내용이 짧지만은 『陰符經』이 말하고자 하는 것은 상당히 깊은 사상과 철학적인 수준은 매우 높다. 또한 『陰符經』의 시대적 성립과 작자, 『陰符經』의 사상적 내용에 관한 수 많은 논쟁 속에서 특히 도교에서는 『道德經』과 함께 사상적으로 중요한 경전임을 여러 주석가 들은 강조하고 있다. 淸代 道士 劉一明은 『陰符經』에 대한 수많은 논쟁에 있어서, 여러 판본을 비교하면서 『陰符經』의 참된 뜻을 바로 알리고, 註釋을 간결하게 하여, 내단 사장을 바탕으로 한 天人合一, 三敎合一의 사상과 함께 性命雙修論을 강조하고 있다. 『陰符經』에서 말하고자 하는 陰符의 참 뜻을 밝히고 있으며, 劉一明의 사상적 세계를 잘 나타내고 있다. 본 논문은 劉一明의 『陰符經註』를 연구함에 있어 우리나라에서도 『陰符經』에 관한 언급은 많아도 『陰符經』에 대한 연구서의 수는 中國에 비하여 아주 적은 편이다. 이에 우리나라도 『陰符經』에 많은 연구가 되기를 바람으로 劉一明의 『陰符經註』를 연구하게 되었다. This particular scripture, which is called 『Huangdi Yifu Ching(黃帝陰符經)』 or 『Yifu Ching(陰符經)』, is short, but achieves a good depth and breath of ideological and philosophical thoughts. Although many argue about the background, author, and ideological content of 『Yifu Ching(陰符經)』, many Taoist interpreters stress that this is one of two important scriptures along with 『Tao To Ching(道德經)』. Liu Yi Ming(劉一明), a scholar from the Ching Dynasty of China compared various interpretations to clarify the true meaning of 『Yifu Ching(陰符經)』 and to make its footnotes concise. He stresses the unity of heaven and man, the unity of three religions, and the harmonized cultivation of nature and life. His composition explains the true meaning of Yifu(陰符) in 『Yifu Ching(陰符經)』 and shows the ideological world of Liu Yi Ming(劉一明). This study examined Li Yi Ming's 『Interpretation of Yifu Ching』. Many studies in Korea have referred to 『Yifu Chin(陰符經)』, but only few studies have actually studied it. I started studying Li Yi Ming's 『Interpretation of Yifu Ching』, hoping that Korea can study 『Yifu Ching(陰符經)』 more actively.

So, when you create a yeast species and indicate the precise knowledge of the characteristics of yeast used than when selling consumers more easily identify and should provide the opportunity to choose. Understanding and application of the yeast species of interest in yeast species increased, this is increasingly required. This should reduce unnecessary misunderstanding about the concept of artificial yeast species (yeast) of yeast species. Studies were compared on the basis of a previous study materials from South Korea and Japan, it seeks to eliminate unnecessary misunderstanding about the kinds of artificial yeast (yeast) through it. Do not be limited to the results of natural and artificial word of this study, if you are using the species name fermentation was alive the features and benefits of each species of yeast can reduce unnecessary misunderstandings and prejudice of consumers. This study was conducted to find out what kind of value customers consider important when visiting a bakery cafe, what menu they choose, and what mediating effect customer value has when customer satisfaction appears. The following is the empirical analysis result. First, hypothesis 1 was adopted because the bakery cafe menu selection attributes had a significant positive (+) effect on customer value. Second, hypothesis 2 was adopted because customer value had a significant positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. Third, hypothesis 3 was adopted because the bakery cafe menu selection attributes had a significant positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the significant mediating effect between bakery cafe menu selection attributes and customer satisfaction, partial mediating effects were found in the hedonic value and utility value. It is necessary to pay attention to changes in customer value, strive for convenience and satisfaction, strive to differentiate and increase sales, and enable bakery cafes to grow and develop through vigorous market analysis. Understanding customer value through menus among various selection attributes is expected to become a material that can become a practical basis for a company's differentiated marketing strategy .
