유한요소해석을 통한 철도터널 화재의 최적 화재 곡선의 제안

최근, 철도 건설의 활성화로 국내외적으로 장대 터널이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 장대 터널에서 화재가 발생할 경우, 많은 인명 피해와 경제적 손실을 초래한다. 따라서, 터널 화재로 인한 콘크리트 구조물의 단면 손상 정도를 예측하기 위해서는 철도터널에 적합한 화재 곡선을 얻는 것이 중요하다. 본, 연구에서는 이미 제안된 4종의 화재 곡선을 사용하여 수치해석을 실시하였으며, 콘크리트에 대한 온도변화, 폭열 현상 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과 4종의 화재 곡선 가운데 철도터널 화재를 모사할 수 있는 곡선은 RABT곡선 및 HMC인 것으로 분석되었다. Recently, Long railroad tunnel increases due to the activation of the railroad construction. But the fire occurs in a long railroad tunnel, the many damage of human life and the economic losses are caused. Accordingly, it is important that the suitable fire curve for the railroad tunnel is selected to predict damages of the concrete structure. In this study, the finite element analysis was conducted by using the already suggested 4 kinds of fire curves. And the temperature change and the spalling of the concrete were analyzed. As a result, the RABT curve and HMC can be show the railroad tunnel fire phenomenon similarly among the 4 kinds of the fire curves.

The joint disease including osteoarthris (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are common in the horse. Many studies have been performed to develop biochemical markers reflecting the abnormalities of cartilage and synovial membrane. However, no specific, sensitive and clinically well established assay systems have been yet available to characterize the severity of joint diseases. Indeed, radiography is still doctor's best choice of assessing joint damage in OA/RA. This review focuses on biochemical molecules such as proteoglycan, collagen, matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), lectin and cytokine to assess their potential value for not only predicting stage of joint disease but also monitoring treatment efficacy.

A modification of a colorimetric assay was used to determine the concentration of total and individual sulfated-glycosaminoglycan (GAG) in equine synovial fluid and serum with joint disease. For the identification of enzymatic active products of the equine synovial fluid, strong anion exchange-high performance liquid chromatography (SAX-HPLC) was performed. By the action of chondroitin ABC lyase, three unsaturated disaccharides, 2-acetamide-2-deoxy-3-O-(β-D-gluco-4-enepyranosyluronic acid)-D-galactose (△Di-COS), 2-acetamide-2- deoxy-3-O-(β-D-gluco-4-enepyranosyluronic acid)-6-O-sulfo-D-galactose (△Di-C6S), and 2-acetamide-2-deoxy-3-O-(β-D-gluco-4-enepyranosyluronic acid)-4-O-sulfo-D-galactose (△Di-C4S), were produced from the equine synovial fluid. Total GAG concentration of the equine synovial fluid was 0.82± 0.24 ㎎/㎖ (mean±SD) in normal horses, but it was decreased in horses with joint disease (0.17±0.12 ㎎/㎖). The concentration of keratan sulfate (KS), chondroitin sulfate (CS), and hyaluronic acid (HA) were decreased in horses with joint disease. The concentration of serum HA of normal horses was 77.00±66.14 ㎍/㎖, but it was markedly increased in joint diseases (168.50±147.50 ㎍/㎖), There appears to be some correlation between joint inflammation and serum HA levels as determined by experimental studies of animals. Irrespective of the explanation, it is clear that measurement of the level of serum HA may provide a useful marker for monitoring the onset and progression of a number of important diseases and disorders in equine.
공동주택에 대한 부위별 공사비 산정에 관한 연구 - 사례 H사의 실행단가를 중심으로 한 연구 -

본 연구의 목적은 사례 H사의 실행단가를 적용하여 사례대상 공동주택의 부위별 공사비를 산정 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 실적공사비제도, 표준품셈제도, 공사비지수에 대해 고찰하고, 현행 공동주택 공사비 산정 방식의 문제점을 분석하였다. 다음으로 사례 H사가 시행한 공동주택 사례를 선정하여 부위별 분류체계를 정립한 후 하도급 업체와 거래한 실행단가를 분류하였다. 위와 같은 과정을 통하여 공동주택의 부위별 공사비 분류표를 작성하고, 이에 대한 활용방안을 제시하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법으로 연구한 결론은 다음과 같다 첫째, 공동주택의 부위별 분류 체계를 정립하였고, 둘째, 부위별 분류 체계에 따른 공사비 분류표를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to estimate elemental costs of an apartment building. The adapted research method includes a case study from $^{\circ}{\AE}H^{\circ}{\phi}$ construction company. The results of this study are as follows: 1) An elemental cost format of an apartment building is proposed, 2) An elemental cost table based on a case study of $^{\circ}{\AE}H^{\circ}{\phi}$ construction company is suggested.
