· Research topics: The effect of self-concept clarity on relationship maximization, decision difficulty, and regret was tested for unmarried men and women. · Research background: It is necessary to discuss ways to increase psychological adaptation in relationships by identifying variables that affect the formation and maintenance of satisfactory love relationships. · Differences from prior research: This study deals with a new topic related to personal influencing factors and relationship maximization, which is different from previous studies on the consequential influence of maximization tendencies. · Research method: Structural equation model analysis was conducted using AMOS 25 to confirm the significance of the direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect of each variable. · Research results: The relationship between self-concept clarity and regret is partially mediated by relationship maximization, and decision difficulty does not have a direct significant effect on regret. · Contribution point and expected effect: The results showed that unmarried adults need an intervention to increase their self-concept clarity and lower their relationship maximization tendency in order to form and maintain healthy relationships.

The majority of people would claim that cartoons and animations are the most representative contents industry of Japan. This illustrates that Japanese cartoons and animations are globally renowned contents industry. Since decades ago, Japanese cartoons have been translated to various languages to be sold everywhere, and the number of animations released in theaters are ranked second following the United States. On the other hand, televised animations override the United States, ranked the first in the world. Among many techniques of Japanese contents industry, there is one particularly distinctive and conspicuous: “Tokusatsu (tokusatsu literally translates as "special filming" in Japanese” that use the movie industry’s inchoate special-effect technology. The popularity of these Japanese Tokusatsu is not limited to its home, but also extends to the United States, Philippine, Indonesia. Even adolescents and adults enjoy these contents, accreting the number of fans worldwide. Japanese Tokusatsu present hero animations enjoyed by children, thus utilizing diverse video contents industries as DVD, toy, and movie industry. Above all, in today’s society indulged with realistic special effects as Computer Graphic (CG), these specially-filmed-products have been invested and presented for long time as series, thereby encompassing various age-range of fans as children, adolescents, and adults. Even today, this industry actively presents new series targeting all these groups of people, continuously linking and investing many products that have a great potential in the future. Such circumstance is also notable in other Japanese contents industry. It can be taken at face value that the strength of Japanese contents business industry is the influence of OSMU that can be yielded only with low cost. This is plausible by unremitting investment and presenting that lead to characters’ popularity and idolization. 일본을 대표할 수 있는 콘텐츠 산업을 꼽는다면 대다수의 사람은 만화와 애니메이션을 추천할 것이다. 그만큼 일본의 만화와 애니메이션은 세계적으로 인정받는 비중 높은 콘텐츠 산업이다. 일본의 만화는 이미 오래전부터 각 나라의 언어로 번역되어 출판되어 판매되고 있으며 애니메이션은 극장용 애니메이션의 수가 미국을 이어 세계 2위를 차지하고 있다. TV방영용 애니메이션은 미국을 제치고 세계적으로 1위에 달하고 있을 정도이다. 그런 일본의 콘텐츠 산업 중에서 독특한 양상을 띠면서 눈에 띄는 산업이 있다. 바로 영화산업 초창기의 특수효과 방식을 이용한 ‘특촬물’이다. 특수촬영물의 줄임말이기도 한 특촬물의 인기는 일본을 벗어나 국내는 물론, 미국과 필리핀, 인도네시아 등으로 수입되어 각국의 아동들에게 인기를 얻고 있으며 심지어는 청소년이나 성인들에게도 인지도를 쌓으며 수많은 팬들의 생성하고 있다. 이러한 일본의 특촬물 콘텐츠 산업은 캐릭터 완구산업처럼 다른 콘텐츠 산업과의 유기적인 연계로 현재의 위치에까지 올 수 있었다. 일본 특촬물은 아동들이 즐겨보는 히어로물을 중심으로 제작하면서 영상 콘텐츠 산업이 기본적으로 연계하는 본 편을 담은 DVD와 같은 산업은 물론 완구, 영화제작과 같은 콘텐츠 산업을 적극적으로 활용하였다. 무엇보다 CG 중심의 사실적인 특수효과가 범람하는 현 시점에서도 특촬물들이 시리즈로서 지속적인 투자를 통해 오랜 기간 제작되어오면서 아동 외의 연령층에 성인층까지 다양한 연령의 팬덤을 포함하고 그들을 겨냥한 새로운 시리즈의 제작을 활발히 진행하며 적극적으로 연계 및 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 이러한 모습은 비단 ‘특촬물’에만 한정되는 것이 아닌 일본의 다른 콘텐츠 산업에서도 볼 수 있는 부분으로 당장 눈앞의 흥망을 보는 것이 아닌, 지속적인 투자와 제작을 통한 캐릭터와 인지도의 각인효과를 통해 저비용의 제작방식으로도 충분한 OSMU의 효과를 거두는 일본 콘텐츠 비즈니스 산업의 강점이라고 할 수 있다.

The aim of this study is to find problems and possible improvement for current continuing education (CE) of pharmacists by assessing present status and performing survey data analysis. Present CE for pharmacists is administered by Korean Pharmaceutical Association and it has three separate modules for pharmacists depending on their specialty. The modules for community pharmacy and hospital pharmacy are mainly focused on patient care while the module for industrial pharmacists is on manufacturing and distribution of drugs. Survey data analysis revealed that more than half of the responders feel that present CE is inappropriate in terms of length and contents of the CE. Furthermore, about 40% of all responders answered it does not help them update professional knowledge. With regard to possible improvement of CE, 86% of the responders felt an accreditation council of CE needs to be established, and 64% answered that present three separate modules should be unified. More than three quarter (79%) of the responders wanted to have some part of CE administered by correspondence instead of on-site CE. Based on the findings from this study, present CE for pharmacists appears to need improvement to ensure appropriate drug use and to meet expectations of pharmacists who see problems on the present CE.

Analytical methods for odorous butanol compound were developed using canister sampling method and solid adsorbent sampling method. Stability of butanol gas component was evaluated for enhancing accuracy of measurement and to avoid a problem of its poor stability due to its polar character. Quality control method of the analysis was also examined. Gaseous standard gas containing BuOHl and MEK was prepared using canister for evaluation of stability and analytical linearity. BuOH showed a poor stability and poor linearity compared to MEK. However, when the same VOC standard was prepared using adsorbent tube, the stability and linearity of BuOH were much better compared to canister method. Therefore, sampling for the measurement of BuOH in air using adsorbent tube can give better result compared to canister method.
