유럽현대무용에 나타난 융복합 작품 연구 : 빔 반데키부스(Wim Vandekeybus)작품 <블러쉬 Blush> 중심으로

'융복합'이란 현재 다양하게 사용되고 있는 단어이며 현 시대의 가장 주된 키워드이다. 예술에까지 활발한 교류로 이어지고 무용분야에서도 다양한 융복합 현상을 보이고 있으며 과학기술과 타 장르의 융복합 장르로써 또 다른 가치를 만드는 새로운 형태로 지적할 수 있다. 춤에 표현에 있어 전달매체로써 역할과 특성의 효과를 찾고 변화를 가져올 수 있음을 확인함이 목적이다. 이에 따라 선행연구를 토대로 했을 때 빔 반데키부스의 대한 평가가 다양한 시각에서 연구되었음을 알 수 있었다. 국내외를 비롯한 최근 활발하게 활동하는 유럽현대무용 안무가로서 예술 전반의 흐름에서 주목받는 빔 반데키부스를 선택하여 연구하였으며 작품 중 융복합이 명백히 들어나는 작품 <블러쉬>를 선택하였다. 작품에 나타난 융복합을 보면 무용에서 타 장르의 수용으로 새로운 창작의 시도와 영상의 활용으로 융복합성을 추출할 수 있으며, 안무의 독창성과 무대의 시·공간을 확장시키는 다양한 효과로 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 즉, 빔 반데키부스 작품을 조명하며 무용이 단순한 움직임에서 벗어난 실험적 요소로 새로운 시도를 볼 수 있고 작품안에서 융복합이 나타나는 바이다. 위와 같은 효과로 관객과의 새로운 소통을 마련하고 작품의 다양한 해석을 연상 할 수 있게 도와주고 있다. 따라서 그가 작품을 통해서 하고자 하는 말에 공감토록 만드는 융복합성 요소로 시대의 흐름에 따라 무용에서도 융복합 예술이 대중성을 가지고 더욱 활발하게 진행되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is verifying whether convergence does its role as a transfer medium in dance expression or not, finding the effect of convergence characteristics and confirming whether it would bring change and new creation in performance art or not. This study suggests that studies on convergence in dance are required in accordance with the trend of time. This study believes that convergence is a modern art expression method, which can maximize the artistic expression in dance work and it will play an important role in the advance of dance works. There are ongoing studies on convergence art genre by many creators; however, still academic study this matter is not sufficient. Therefore, it is believed that more studies on convergence genre from the viewpoint of human studies are required. Accordingly, this study took Blush, the dance art works of Wim Vandekeybus, as the subject of study because convergence is clearly visible in these works. It is possible to draw convergence from these works because the works attempt new creation and utilize image by accommodating other genre art in dance art. The convergence in these works maximizes the originality of choreography and expands the time and space of stage through various effects. In other words, it is possible to see that Wim Vandekeybus is doing new attempts in his dance works by experimental elements, which escaped from simple movement, and convergence appears in the works.

This study was performed to understand what patients need for nursing care in hemodialysis patients, from October 15 through 29, 1999.They were all over 18yrs old and able to communicate without any psychological symptoms. This study was analyzed by the phenomenologic method of Van Kaam. The results were as follows; There were 79 demands in total from the patients which were statistically significant. By integrating similar demands among them, sort is out to be sixteen category. Then by integrating similar statements among the sixteen, five resulted ;『kindness』,『comfort』, 『proficiency』, 『promptness』, 『change of times for the hemodialysis』. 『Kindness』included two sub-categorized demands,「kindness」, and「bright facial expression」.『Comfort』included eight sub-categorized demands,「attention」,「devotion」,「encouragement」,「family-like atmosphere」,「carefulness」.『Proficiency』included three sub-categorized demands,「very well explanation」,「instruction on self-care」,「proficiency」.『Promptness』included two sub-categorized demands,「promptness」and「shortening time for the hemodialysis」. 『Change of time for the hemodialysis』included「change of time for the hemodialysis」.Among the sixteen demands from the patients,「explanation」and「comfort」were the two most highly demanded things. The patients wanted to be treated by a nurse who was (1)caring (2)kind enough to explain in detail about the treatment (3)smiling and cheerful (4)willing to listen to them (5)giving a warm-hearted word to encourage them (6)comforting them (7) finishing treatment as quickly as possible (8)good at giving an appropriate treatment, and (9) saying a lot about the treatment. By this study, it was possible to know how the patients, who were in the artificial kidney room on a long-term basis, wanted to be treated by nurses. They wanted to get started 30 minutes earlier than now, so that they could feel themselves at home and adapt themselves to the hospital. They wanted to be given the hemodialysis by an appointed nurse and in their own beds. Adding to that, six day started early, they wanted to serve a light breakfast such as jam and bread in the hospital. It was recommended that the concerned department.

저온투석이 혈액투석환자의 혈압, 신체적 불편감과 투석 적절도에 미치는영향

Purpose: Hypotension, inadequate dialysis of hemoclialysis(HD) patients influence on increased physical discomfort, morbiclity, and mortality. HD with cool temperature dialysate is one of the methods to prevent intradialytic hypotension, physical discomfort(muscle cramp, chilling, itching sense), dialysis adequacy(Kt/V). Method: Fifty-one patient proceeded HD with cool temperature diasylate(35.5℃), forty-four patient with conventional dialysate temperature(36.5℃). Blood pressure, physical discomfort muscle cramp. chilling, itching sense) in visual analogue scale(VAS), Kt/V to assess dialysis adequacy were measured. Result: Itching sense is significantly decreased in cool temperature dialysate group (p=.041). However muscle cramp, chilling were not affected by temperature. Hypotension. Kt/V were not related to the temperature of dialysate either. Conclusion: Decreased itching sense by using cool temperature dialysate would improve quality of life in hemodialysis patients.
