'당뇨식사' 하면 먹고 싶은 것을 먹지 못하고 맛도 덜한 음식만 먹어야하는 것으로 생각하는 당뇨인들이 많다. 그러나 당뇨식사는 영양적으로 균형잡힌 건강식으로 온가족이 함께 할 수 있는 식사이다. 이번 달에는 유혜숙 대한당뇨병교육영양사회 부회장을 만나 당뇨병 식사요법에 대한 궁금증을 풀어보았다.

노인의 우울증 해소를 위한 독서요법연구

경미한 우울증을 겪고 있는 65세 이상의 노인을 대상으로 독서요법의 효과를 실험하였다. 상호협력적 독서요법과 독자적 독서요법의 효과를 비교하여 분석하였다. 우울증 검사척도표(BDI, HRSD, DAS)를 사용하여 대상자를 선정하였으며, 실험은 상호협력적 독서요법을 시행하는 집단과 독자적 독서요법을 시행하는 집단으로 나누어 총 4개월간 진행되었다. 가설검증을 위해 SPSS를 통한 T-검증과 이원분산분석을 사용하였다. 실험결과는 우울증 해소에 독서요법이 효과가 있으며, 독자적 독서요법에 비해 상호협력적 독서요법의 효과가 월등한 것으로 나타났다. This research aimed at the investigation of the effectiveness of bibliotherapy for depressed older adults 65 years of age and older, The efficacy between interactive bibliotherapy and reading bibliotherapy was also compared and analysed. For implementing the research, 22 subjects, aged 65 or over. were recruited from the community on a volunteer basis to Participate in a bibliotherapy program. Initial screening of potential participants was conducted by testing the measurement of depression. Experiment results were analyzed via t-ananlysis(SD, P, T) and $2\times3(Group{\times}Time)$ between and within ANOVA calculated by SPSS program. The results of the analyses supported hypotheses 1, 2, and 3, focusing the efficacy of interactive bibliotherapy as well as reading bibliotherapy. The analysis of hypothesis 4 was revealed that the effectiveness of interactive bibliotherapy was superior to that of reading bibliotherapy in the score of BDI and HRSD, while there was no statistical significance in the score of DAS.

한국천주교회 생명윤리교육의 구조화 -「생명의 복음」에 근거하여-

본고는 생명과 죽음 관련 신자들의 인식과 실태가 비신자들의 인식과 실태와 크게 다르지 않다는 문제점에서 출발한다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 생명윤리교육을 지속적이며 체계적으로 실시하는 것도 필요하고, 그들이 실제로 교회의 가르침을 이해하고 공감하며 실천하도록 더 실질적이고 효과적인 방법으로 교육할 필요가 있음에 주목한다. 이에 성 요한 바오로 2세 교황의 회칙 「생명의 복음」(Evangelium Vitae)에서 가장 중요시하는 ‘생명의 시작과 마침’, ‘성과 생명’이라는 측면에서, 관찰, 판단, 실천의 방법론을 적용하여 ‘생명의 시작과 마침 기초과정과 심화과정’, ‘성과 생명 기초과정과 심화과정’의 기본 틀을 제안한다. ‘생명의 시작’ 단계에서는 배아연구, 줄기세포연구, 인공수정, 유전자 진단과 조작, 동물 복제와 인간 복제, 피임, 응급피임, 자연출산조절, 낙태 등을 다루고, ‘생명의 마침’ 단계에서는 자살, 안락사와 무의미한 연명의료 중단, 뇌사와 장기이식, 장기기증과 장기매매, 인간 실험과 동물 실험, 폭력과 살인, 사형제도 등을 다룰 것을 제안한다. ‘성과 생명’의 주제에서는 혼전성교, 동거, 혼외성교, 동성애, 성매매, 성폭력, 성, 사랑, 삶의 일치, 대중매체와 성, 혼인과 가정, 부부 사랑과 일치, 임신과 출산 등을 다룰 것을 제안한다. 관련 사건이나 사례를 다루면서 실제적인 실태와 현황을 파악하도록 하고, 찬반의 쟁점을 자세하게 다루면서 왜 교회가 그런 가르침을 제공하는지 실질적으로 이해하고 공감하도록 하며, 이해와 공감에 그치지 않고 실천으로 나아가도록 실천사항을 모색한다. 또한, 서로 함께 나눔과 대화, 토의와 토론을 하면서 이론적 지식과 실천적 체험을 함양하도록 한다. 더 나아가 이를 뒷받침하는 제반 여건으로, 전문가 양성, 교재 발간, 교육 시스템 구축 세 가지를 제안한다. 한국천주교회가 ‘생명윤리교육의 구조화’를 통해 좀 더 체계적으로 생명윤리교육을 실시함으로써 생명윤리교육의 질적, 양적 발전과 성장을 도모하고, 생명을 존중하고 보호하는 일에 더 선도적인 역할을 담당해 나가길 기원한다. This article addresses the fact that the perception and the actual situation of the life and death of believers do not vastly differ from those of non-believers. To improve this situation, we note that it is necessary to continuously and systematically conduct bioethics education, and to educate believers more practically and effectively to enable them to understand, empathize with, and practice the teachings of the Church. Accordingly, we apply the methodology of “see, judge and act” and propose “The Basic and Advanced Course” on “the beginning and the end of life” and “The Basic and Advanced Course” on “sexuality and life” regarding “the beginning and the end of life” and “sexuality and life”, which are paramount in the Encyclical Evangelium Vitae of Pope St. John Paul II. This article proposes that in the “beginning of life” stage, embryo and stem cell research, artificial insemination, genetic diagnosis and manipulation, animal and human cloning, contraception, emergency contraception, natural birth control, abortion, etc. be addressed and that in the “end of life” stage, suicide, euthanasia and the meaningless cessation of life-sustaining treatment, brain death and organ transplantation, organ donation and trade, human and animal testing, violence and murder, and the death penalty, etc. be discussed. The topic of “Sexuality and Life” addresses premarital sex, cohabitation, extramarital sex, homosexuality, prostitution, sexual violence, sex, love, unity of life, mass media and sex, marriage and family, love and unity of spouses, and pregnancy and childbirth. To understand the actual and current situation while discussing related or general cases, to understand and empathize with why the church provides such teachings while dealing with the issues of pros and cons in detail, and to surpass understanding and empathy to practice seek practice. Moreover, they are encouraged to develop theoretical knowledge and practical experience through sharing, dialogue and discussion and discussion. Furthermore, among the various conditions to support this, three are proposed: nurturing experts, publishing textbooks, and building an education system. I hope that the Catholic Church of Korea is promoting the qualitative and quantitative development and growth of bioethics education using more systematic bioethics education through “the sistematizing of bioethics education,” and is further taking a leading role in respecting and protecting life.

윤동주 시의 '거울' 이미지 연구

"Man's mind is a mirror for reflecting on God". All man has a 'super-ego', a divine being, in his unconsciousness. But all man can't meet with his 'super ego' without mind's cleaning. What is called 'Heros of Consciousness' always eager to meet with their 'super ego'. So they prefer to reflect themselves and try to keep their mind cleaning. In Yoon Dong-Ju's poetry there is a web of obsessive 'mirror image' like 'lake', 'spring', 'river', 'sky', 'writing poetry' etc. This essay's purpose is to survey on these 'mirror image’ series in chronological order. First, there is a poet's obsession by 'stillness' and 'purity' figured with 'lake',․ 'spring' mirror image. Second, there is a self-identification by looking into poet's consciousness as a mental mirror. Through this self-reflection he has found a barrier between his 'ego' and 'super ego'. Third, there is a ‘sky' mirror image. This mirror image shows the self-reflection caused by obsession of repent. Fourth, there is a mirror of 'writing poetry'. While the poem writing was going on, the poet made his 'ego' reconciliation with his 'super ego'. In conclusion, 'writing poetry' has a function of 'mirror and lamp'. Finally the poet, as a 'Heros of Consciousness', has finished his 'roads to Consciousness' and grasped his self-identity.

박목월의 어머니 시편에 나타난 모성 부재 의식과 초월적 모성의 관련 양상

The purpose of this study is to analyze the aspects of connection between theconsciousness of mother's absence and pursuit of divine maternity appearing in ParkMok-Wol's Poetry of "Mother", in the way of analyzing the "mother" image, beingconspicuous as the dominant image in the middle-late period of his poetry. In his poetry, the mother image could be regarded as the essential one, beingthe lyric origin centered in his poetic world. But the mother image is not the onesided or simple one and the maternal-filial relation does not appear to be the formof vertical relationship, differently from the conclusion shared by most of precedentstudies. On the contrary, the mother image reveals its multiple aspects, and thematernal-filial relationship is directed to the horizontal one. The consciousness of mother's absence is conspicuous in his "Mother" poems,which is the key of understanding lyric origin centered in Mok-Wol's poetic creation. The consciousness of mother's absence seems to be derived from the experiencesof the deprivation of motherhood. The experience of deprivation of motherhooditself is the one of human conditions, but it looks like severer in Mok-Wol, becauseit is originated with the condition of the eldest son among four siblings. The densityof the wish for the maternity is correspondent to the depth of the consciousnessof mother's absence. But Mok-Wol actively convert the condition of the eldest son and the sense ofdeprivation of motherhood into 'the consciousness of the eldest son', with recognizingthe responsibility of the eldest son and accepting it, out of which the horizontalcompanionship within maternal-Filial consolidation evolves. <Song of Songs> visualizesthe wish for nostos (return) to the status of inseparable mother-son relation by theimage of Holy Mother. <A Big and Tender Hand> shows an absolute maternity inwhich the poet recovers union of mother and son, surmounting the consciousnessof mother's absence. Ultimately, the union of the three; the divine mother, the poethimself and his mother has been accomplished. 본고는 박목월의 어머니 시편의 중심 이미지로서의 초월적 모성 이미지 추구의배후에 작용해 온 모성 부재 의식과 초월적 모성 희구의 관련성을 분석하는 것을목표로 한다. 목월은 한국의 현대 시사에서 가장 저평가되고 있는 시인 중의 하나이다. 특히그의 중후기 시편들은 초기시편에 비해 결코 미학적 완성도가 떨어지지 않음에도불구하고, 초기 시편들을 목월 시의 본령으로 생각하는 기존 연구자들의 편향된시각 때문에 제대로 된 탐구의 기회를 얻지 못했다. 시인의 중후기 시편들에서 가장 빈번히 나타나는 ‘어머니’ 이미지는 시인의 시세계를 이루는 중심 서정이라 할정도로 중요한 의미를 가짐에도 불구하고, 아직까지 그에 대한 심도있는 연구가부족한 실정이며, 특히 기존 연구들의 대다수가 시인의 어머니를 절대자에 이르는통로나, 신적인 질서의 대리자로 이해하여, 시인과 어머니의 관계를 수직적인 관계로 바라보고 있는 관계로 시인의 어머니 이미지가 갖는 다층적 양상을 충분히 보여주지 못하고 있다. 특히 시인의 모성 지향성의 배후에 작용해 온 모성 부재의식에 대해서 기존 연구들은 전혀 주목하고 있지 않다. 목월의 시편에서 모성 부재 의식은 두 가지 측면을 지닌다. 첫 째는 모든 인간이성장 과정에서 거치게 되는 모성으로부터의 자연스런 분리에서 비롯된 것이고, 또하나는 네 남매의 맏이라는 조건 때문에 생겨난 특별한 모성 박탈 체험에서 비롯된 것이다. 그러나 목월은 맏이라는 조건 때문에 더욱 혹독하게 겪어야 했던 모성 박탈의아픔을 오히려 ‘맏이의식’의 적극적인 실현을 통해서 극복한다. 이 ‘맏이의식’은 어머니와의 ‘손 맞잡음’의 수평적이고 동반자적인 유대관계를 만들어냄으로써 모성부재 의식을 일층 승화시키게 되고, 어머니의 임박한 죽음 앞에서 죽음이 종착지가 아닌 영원하고 근원적인 존재로 향하는 과정이라는 인식에 도달하면서, 결국‘크고 부드러운 손’의 초월적 모성 안에서 자신과 어머니의 합일을 이루어 낸다. 「아가」가 모성과의 미분리 상태로의 회귀에 대한 소망이 최초로 발현되는 현장을보여준다면,「크고 부드러운 손」은 절대적 모성과의 진정한 합일을 통해서 모성부재 의식을 완전히 극복하게 된 시인의 모습을 보여준다. 결국 목월의 어머니 시편들에 나타난 초월적 모성 이미지 추구의 실현 과정에서 알 수 있는 사실은 ‘크고 부드러운 손’의 초월적 모성으로 나아가는 도정 내내동반되어 온 모성 부재의식은 시인을 무의식적으로 억압해 온 서정이었음에도 불구하고, 시인 특유의 ‘맏이의식’으로 인해 모성과의 동반의식으로 승화되는 가운데, 초기 시 「아가」의 ‘서로가 서로를 품는’ 모성 합일이 단지 희구가 아닌 가장궁극적이고 지고한 형태로 실현되었다는 점이다. 이는 초월적 모성을 삼각형의 꼭짓점으로 하여 시인과 어머니, 초월적 모성, 삼자간의 합일에 도달함을 의미한다.

「사랑의 기쁨」(Amoris Laetitia)에 근거한 청소년 성교육의 방향에 대한 연구

오늘날 지구 곳곳에서 그릇된 성문화 현상이 야기되고 연일 성범죄가 발생하고 있다. 무분별한 성의 도구화와 대상화, 상품화와 우상화 현상이 이를 잘 대변하고, 가정, 학교, 직장 등 우리 사회 곳곳에서 발생하는 성폭력 범죄가 이를 단적으로 증명한다. 이런 까닭에 시의적절하고 올바르며 체계적인 성교육의 필요성과 중요성이 늘 제기되고 있다. 프란치스코 교황은 2016년 3월 19일 성요셉대축일에 가정의 사랑에 관한 세계주교대의원회의 후속 교황 권고 「사랑의 기쁨」(Amoris Laetitia)을 반포하였다. 이 문헌은 현대 가정의 어려움과 문제점에 주목할 뿐만 아니라, 성교육의 가벼움에 대해서도 문제점을 지적하면서 올바른 성교육의 필요성과 방향을 제시한다. 본고는 먼저 「사랑의 기쁨」이 진단하는 그릇된 성문화 현상과 성범죄 관련 문제 제기를 다루었고, 「사랑의 기쁨」이 제시한 청소년 성교육의 올바른 방향에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한, 이에 근거하여 여러 가지 비판에 직면한 국가 수준 「학교 성교육 표준안」의 의의를 살펴보고 그 과제를 모색하였다. 국가 수준 「학교 성교육 표준안」의 의의로는 교육부가 초등학교부터 고등학교까지 학습주기에 따른 삶의 단계별 「학교 성교육 표준안」을 제공했다는 점을 제시하였다. 내용에 수정 보완할 점이 있지만, 국가가 체계적인 학교 성교육을 시작했다는 사실 자체가 중요하다고 여겼기 때문이다. 국가 수준 「학교 성교육 표준안」의 과제로는 간호학, 보건학 뿐만 아니라 다양한 학문의 전문가들이 참여하고 협업하는 다학제화와 오늘의 어린이와 청소년들이 쉽게 알아들을 수 있고 공감할 수 있는 언어로 그 내용을 표현해야 하는 현대화의 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한, 기존에 성교육을 담당했던 보건교과서와 「학교 성교육 표준안」이 서로 다른 입장과 내용을 전달하므로 하나로 통합하거나, 아니면 적어도 성적 자기 결정권이나 성 소수자 문제 등 서로 상충하는 내용에 대해서는 상호 조정해 나가야 한다고 제안하였다. 청소년 성교육에서 중점적으로 다루어야 할 내용으로는 먼저 사랑과 상호 증여. 절제와 정결의 덕, 성 관련 대중매체에 대한 비판적 사고, 임신과 출산에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 제시하였다. 성행동과 성관계는 호기심, 성 충동, 분위기, 상대방의 원의 등에 좌우되지 않고 온전히 사랑과 상호 증여에 기반해야 한다는 사실을 교육하고, 성적 충동을 조절하고 성이 인격 안에 균형과 조화를 이루도록 하는 절제와 정결의 덕을 교육해야 한다고 강조하였다. 구체적이고 실제적인 교육을 통해 청소년들이 성 관련 대중매체에 대한 비판적인 사고를 길러 나가면서 사랑과 성에 대한 올바른 이해를 형성해갈 수 있도록 도와주어야 하고, ‘안전한 성관계’를 통한 ‘자기 보호’에 초점을 맞추면서 임신과 출산을 부정적으로 바라보게 하는 성교육이 아니라, 청소년들의 임신과 출산을 예방하면서도 사랑과 성에 대한 책임의식 안에서 청소년들이 임신과 출산에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 기를 수 있는 성교육을 시행해야 한다고 강조하였다. 이와 더불어 중점적으로 다루어야 할 내용으로, 남성성과 여성성, 의사소통의 방법, 참다운 성적 자기 결정권, 성 소수자 차별 금지, 다양한 가정 형태 등을 제시하였다. 모든 인간은 존엄하고 평등하기에, 성, 성별 지향성이나 정체성, 가정 형태에 따라 차별 받지 않아야 한다는 사실을 ... Today, there are false sexuality phenomena in every part of the globe. Sexual crimes are occurring every day. This is exemplified by instrumentalization, objectification, commercialization, and idolization phenomenon of indiscreet sex as well as sexual violence crimes that occur in our society such as home, school, and workplace. For this reason, timely, proper, and systematic sex education is necessary and important. On March 19, 2016, the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, the Pope Francis spread Amoris Laetitia post-sinodal apostolic exhortation on love in the family. This paper not only focuses on difficulties and problems of modern families, but also points out problems of the lightness of sex education and suggests the necessity and direction of positive and prudent sex education. First of all, this article deals with the phenomenon of false sexuality and sex crime diagnosed by Amoris Laetitia and examines the right direction of young people sex education presented by Amoris Laetitia. On the basis of this, I examined the significance of national level School sex education standard facing various criticisms and searched issues. The significance of national level School sex education standard suggests that the Ministry of Education has provided School sex education standard according to the life cycle from elementary school to high school. Although there are some points to be corrected and supplemented, the fact that the nation has started systematic school sex education is important. At national level, School sex education standard is obtained through multi-disciplinary collaboration. Not only experts in nursing science and health science, but also experts in various disciplines and those with expertise in new and appropriate language to express contents in a language that today’s children and adolescents can easily understand and sympathize. In addition, since Health textbooks and the School sex education standards used in the past provide different positions and contents, it is necessary to coordinate conflicting contents such as right of sexual self-determination and problem of sexual minority. I suggest that the first things to focus on young people’s sex education are love and mutual self-giving, modesty and chastity, critical thinking about mass media related sex, and positive attitude toward pregnancy and childbirth. It is important to teach young people that sexual behaviors and sexual intercourse should not be based on curiosity, sexual impulse, mood, or on the other side of the circle, but on the basis of complete love and mutual self-giving. It is also important to teach them the necessary virtue of modesty and chastity, to control sexual impulses, to have temperance and harmony in sexuality. Through concrete and practical education, it is necessary for young people to develop critical thinking about mass media related sex and help them form a right understanding of love and sex. They should not to focus on 'self-protection' through 'safe sex'. It is important to stress the need to implement sex education that allows young people to develop a positive attitude toward pregnancy and childbirth in a sense of responsibility for love and sex while preventing teenage pregnancy and childbirth, not sex education that negatively affects childbirth. In addition, contents that should be focused on are males and females, methods of communication, true sexual self-determination, sexual minority discrimination prohibition, and various forms of family. Young people’s sex education should emphasize the fact that all human beings should not be discriminated against because of dignity, equality, sex, orientation, identity, or family style. I believe that it is important to provide positive and prudent young people sex education, as suggested by Amoris Laetitia. 주간보호시설을 이용하는 노인과 종사자의 간호요구 비교

Purpose: In this study a comparison was done of nursing needs as identified by elderly clients at day care centers and as perceived by staff members. Methods: Participants were 135 seniors, over 65 years of age, and 44 staff members at day care centers. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires and analyzed using t-test,ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Considering nursing needs as a whole, staff members indicated a higher level of nursing needs than did the elders. Psychological·social nursing needs were reported as most necessary by both groups, followed by information nursing needs and physical nursing needs,in that order, by the elders, and physical nursing needs and information nursing needs, in that order, by day care center staff members. Conclusion: This study differs in significance from existing studies because the results confirm that elders and day care center staff members identify nursing needs differently. The results also indicate a need to recognize health care needs identified by elders when developing programs so that aggressive nursing interventions can be carried out, including ongoing reiterative and thorough studies to determine and assess the result of implementation of such programs
