Toxoplasma 감염 가토의 임파구 아세포화 반응에 대한 연구

This study was performed to observe the differences of lymphocyte blastogienic responses in rabbits infected with Fukaya and Me49 strain of Toxoplasma gondii. Rabbits were subcutaneously inoculated with mouse brain emulsion containing 50 cysts of each strain of Toxoplasma gondii. A total of 9 male rabbits was used. From the 1st week after inoculation, blastogenic responses of peripheral blood lymphocytes treated with concanavalin A (Con. A, 10.0㎍/ml), lipopolysaccharide(LPS, 25.0㎍/ml) and Toxoplasma lysate(20.0㎍/ml) respectively were examined by [methyl-^3H]-thymidine incorporation assay at l week interval for 8 weeks. The results obtained in this study were as follows: 1. The blastogenic responses of the Con. A-treated and Toxoplasma lysate-treated lymphocytes from rabbits infected with Fukaya and Me49 strain of Toxoplasma gondii respectively were significantly declined as compared with those of the contol rabbits(p<0.05). No significantly differences were revealed in the blastogenic responses of the experimental group each other. 2. The blastogenic responses of the LPS-treated lymphocytes from rabbits infected with Fukaya and Me49 strain of Toxoplasma gondii respectively were not significantly declined as compared with those of the contol mice. No significantly differences were revealed in the blastogenic responses of the experimental group each other. The results suggested that there were no significantly differences in the blastogenic responses to Con. A, LPS and Toxoplasma lysate of each strain of Toxoplasma gondii infected rabbits. But the experimental group was a significant depression in blastogenic responses to Con. A and Toxoplasma lysate as compared with those of control group.

Recently, the authors have experienced a case of intracranial meningeal mesenchymal chondrosarcoma. Mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a rare tumor of the bone and soft tissue. It has been reported that the most common site of their extra-osseous origin is the central nervous system. Precise differential diagnosis should be done because of 1) its similarity to angioblastic meningioma or hemangiopericytoma in pathological aspect, 2) much more malignant tendency. We present one case of intracranial meningeal mesechymal chondrosarcoma with a brief review of the relevant literature.

대학생의 사회부과적 완벽주의와 내면화된 수치심이 발표불안에 미치는 영향: 인지적 정서조절전략의 조절된 매개효과

이 연구는 사회부과적 완벽주의와 발표불안의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과와 내면화된 수치심이 발표불안을 매개하는 경로에서 인지적 정서조절전략의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충청남도 소재의 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 남, 녀 211명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 측정도구는 사회부과적 완벽주의 척도, 내면화된 수치심 척도, 발표불안 척도, 인지적 정서조절전략 척도를 사용하였으며 SPSS 23.0과 SPSS Process Macro3.4를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과적 완벽주의, 내면화된 수치심, 발표불안, 부적응적 정서조절전략은 서로 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 적응적 정서조절전략은 사회부과적 완벽주의, 내면화된 수치심, 발표불안과 유의한 부적 상관을 보였으며, 부적응적 정서조절전략과는 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 사회부과적 완벽주의와 발표불안의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심이 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지적 정서조절전략의 하위 요인인 적응적 정서조절전략의 수준에 따라서 내면화된 수치심이 발표불안에 미치는 영향의 효과 크기가 달라지는 조절효과가 확인되었으나 부적응적 정서조절전략은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 최종적으로 적응적 정서조절전략의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사되는 개입 방향, 한계점 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

듀이 경험과 습관 개념의 연관성 함의

The purpose of this paper is to explore the meaning of Dewey's experience concept, and search for its implications for association. A detailed breakdown of the concept of experience may disfigure Dewey's original integrated meaning, but it can clearly identify the concepts of experience. This is Dewey's concept of habit is well represented in Dewey's concept of experience. Experience takes place in uncertain situations, which are the foundation of the problem. In situations, humans and nature appear in continuity and interaction. This principles arise from experience and is connected with Dewey's habit. Dewey's habits are based on his empiricism and involve three meanings. First, the habit pursue active growth. Second, integrated habit is formed by the method of experience Last, habit reconstructs past habits to form new meanings. For Dewey, habits are means and purpose of moral growth. 이 논문의 목적은 듀이의 경험과 습관 개념의 관계를 분석하여 그 안에서 드러나는 연관성을 고찰하는 것이다. 경험 개념을 세세하게 분석하여, 습관과의 관계성을 엄밀하게 접근하는 방법은 명확하고 분명하게 습관이 가지는 의미를 파악할 수 있게 한다. 전통적 교육에 벗어나는 듀이의 재구성된 도덕교육은 경험과 습관의 관계에서 나타나는 의미에서 인식되어야 한다. 듀이의 도덕교육적 의미는 그의 경험론과 습관 개념의 연관성에서 더 명확하게 드러나기 때문이다. 먼저 듀이의 경험원리에서 성장으로서의 습관이 나타난다. 두 번째로 경험의 방법에서 통합적 습관이 이루어진다. 마지막으로 듀이의 상황 개념과 관계하는 습관은 행위자에 새로운 의미를 형성하게 만든다.

급성 뇌경막외 혈종의 임상적 고찰

The authors have analysis the factors influencing the outcome of the 168 patients with acute epidural hematoma who had been managed in our hospital for 3 years from July 1986 to June 1989. 1) Sex incidence showed that male patients were 4.8 times more commonly affected the females, and the most commonly affected age group was the 3rd decade. 2) The most common cause of injury was motor vehicle accidents. The patients with unknown cause of injury which probably suggested significant delay in starting the clinical managements had a higher mortality rate. 3) The most common site of hematoma was the FTP convexity(63.6%). The patients with diffuse hematoma in the fronto-tomporo-parietal region had a high mortality and deteriorated level of consciousness. 4) Skull fractures were not seen only in 9.5 % of the patients with acute epidural hematoma. 5) The main factors associated with the higher mortality rate were rapid development of hematoma, pupillary dilatation, low score in Glasgow Coma Scale on arrival, and more midline shifting on brain CT. 6) The patients with concomitant intracranial lesions had a high mortality rate(25.8%), and the patients with acute epidural hematoma alone had a low rate(2%), and the overall mortality rate of the patients with acute epidural hematoma was 11.3%.

루소의 ‘자연’ 개념에 관한 연구

Lots of researchers have studied the meaning of nature by Rousseau. The idea of nature, however, is still one of the most controversial issues in studying Rousseau. This dissertation aims to examine the idea of nature on the historical context. The Ionions thought that nature itself circulates. Although they comprehended nature from the scientific point of view getting over the early myth, they thought nature from the view of hylozoism. The Pythagoreans claimed that whole the universe and nature is mystical and eternal. Nature has harmony in accordance with ratios of numbers. From their view human-being is microcosm while nature is macrocosm. Although Plato was affected by the Pythagoreans, he found the transcendence-theory instead of immanence-theory. He claimed that the material world as it seems to us is not the real world, but only an image or copy of the real world. Rousseau disagreed the modern idea of nature based on Enlightenment. He opposed rationality based on reason and rejected to regard nature as a huge machine. He borrowed ideas from the understanding of nature by ancient Greek. He was influenced by the Ionions, Pythagoreans, and Plato and he believed the power of nature organizing the order. Borrowing the macrocosm-microcosm model of ancient Greek, he claimed that human being has capacity to follow the order of nature. He insisted that human being has self love, compassion and perfectibility which are given from nature itself as a microcosm and thus he should be accorded to the order of nature as macrocosm.

배움공동체와의 비교를 통한 철학적 탐구공동체 교육방법론 개선 방안

본 연구는 아동의 인지적 발달과 공동체 활동 모두에 효과적인 립맨의 탐구공동체 프로그램을 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 립맨 탐구공동체의 강점과 단점을 명료히 하기 위해 이 이론의 이론적 전제인 콜버그와 리코나의 도덕교육론을 고찰하여, 탐구공동체의 의미와 성격을 명료히 하였다. 립맨 탐구공동체의 한계점을 보완하고, 개선하기 위해 연구자들은 최근 한국의 교육혁신에 의미 있는 기여를 하고 있는 사또 마나부의 배움의 공동체에 주목하였다. 탐구공동체와 배움의 공동체는 비고츠키 이론을 심리학적 배경으로 하고 있었으며, 교사의 전문적 역량을 강조하는 면에서 공통점이 있었다. 반면, 교사 연수와 교재에서는 뚜렷한 차이가 발견되었다. 배움공동체에서 강조하는 교사들의 수업연구회 조직, 학교의 조직개편, 지역과의 연계 지도 등은 교재에 기반한 추론식 수업을 강조하는 탐구공동체 수업에 접목될 필요가 있었다. The purposes of this study was to improve the community of the philosophical inquiry proposed by Matthew Lipman. The teaching method of this program is based on the conversational method - Socratic dialogue and the community of inquiry. Kohlberg s justice community serves as a mean to attain person s moral development. Lickona s moral community critiques autonomous moral judgment and emphasizes moral education. But in Lipman s community of inquiry, person s autonomous judgment and community are related organically. Psycho and theoretical framework of his philosophy for children is based on Vygotsky. Sato Manabu s learning community is based on the constructivism by Vygotsky. Sato Manabu s learning community serves as a method for improving autonomy of individual and communitarian education. Sato manabu s learning community was based on the dialogue such as Lipman s dialogue. There are some limitation in Lipman s community of inquiry. First, his thought is based on the importance of the logical reason of rationality. Second, the community doesn t have questions related with social implications. If we want to overcome limitation of Lipman s philosophy for children, Sato manabu s learning community could be an alternative to our education. To this end, we should introduce the teacher s community into Lipman s community of inquiry such as Sato Manabu s study groups made by teachers spontaneously. And the link with local communities to foster autonomous citizenship education is needed.

지방족 가교 폴리에스테르-실리카 복합재료의 제조 및 열적특성

졸-젤법을 이용한 실리카를 지방족 폴리에스테르 주사슬에 가교구조로 도입한 하이브리드 복합재료를 합성하여 열전소자의 버퍼코트층으로의 적용가능성을 검토하였다. 고분자 기지로 사용된 폴리에스테르는 240℃의 고온에서 열처리 시간에 따라 30~90℃정도 열분해개시 온도가 증가하였고, 폴리에스테르-실리카 복합재료는 실리카의 첨가비율에 따라 30~50℃정도 열분해 개시온도가 증가하였다. 폴리에스테르-실리카 복합재료는 실리카가 Knoevenagel 축합반응을 방해하는 요소로 작용하여 폴리에스테르에 비해 열처리후에도 변색이 일어나지 않았고 광학특성 변화가 작았다. 이들 복합재료의 열전도도는 실리카의 첨가량에 따라 선형적으로 증대되었다. The hybrid composites of aliphatic polyester-silica were prepared via a sol-gel reaction and their potential application using as a buffer coating layer in the thermoelectric device were investigated. When aliphatic polyesters were thermally treated at a high temperature of 240℃, the polymer showed an increases in thermal degradation temperature by 30~90℃ according to the thermal treatment time. The polyester-silica composites showed an increases in thermal degradation temperature by 30-50℃ according to the content of the added silica. Polyester-silica composite showed neither discoloration nor change in optical properties because Knoevenagel condensation reaction was hindered by silica structure. The thermal conductivity of the composites increased linearly according to the content of added silica.
