The author has observed experimentally on the autogonous bone transplantation of the treatment of infrabony pocket. The experimental animals were dogs weighting 16~18kg. The bone chips were taken from alveolar bone and transplanted to the other side of interdental area where bone was resected and formed cavity of 5X3mm depth. The dogs were sacrificedon 2nd, 3rd day, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 12th week after transplantation and microscopic, slides were made. The results are as follows: 1. The resected portion of alveolar bone was filled with blood clot for few days and granulation tissue formed at 1st and 2nd.week. The organization of the area were begun at 3rd week. 2. The organized tissue at 3rd week consisted of collagen bundles on the upper portion of the resected area and loose connective tissue near the bony surface likewise the bone marrow. 3. Osteoblastic and osteoclastic activities were detected on the resected bone surface at 1st to 2nd week. And trabeculation at the surface of resected bone appeared at 3rd week. 4. Osteociasia of the transplanted bone chips were appeared at 1st week, and osteoblastic activities of the transplanted bone chips were at 2nd week. 5. The bone chips were fused and had the lamellated structure. Thick osteoid tissue was formed at 8th week.
Bi-2212/Cu-Ni 튜브로 제작한 초전도 한류소자의 단락사고시험 결과

For the development of superconducting fault current limiters (SFCLs), fault current limiting elements were fabricated out of Bi-2212 bulk tubes and tested. The SFCL elements consisted of tube shaped Bi-2212 bulks and metal shunts for the stabilizers. Firstly, the Bi-2212 bulk tubes were processed based on a design of monofilar coils in order to acquire large resistance and high voltage rating. 300 mm-long Bi-2212 tubes were designed to have the current path of 410 cm in length with 24 turns and 41 mm in diameter. The processed monofilar coil, as designed, had 300 A $I_c$ at 77 K. The fabricated superconducting monofilar coils were affixed to Cu-Ni alloy as that of stabilizers. The Cu-Ni alloys were processed to have the same shape of the superconducting monofilar coils. The Cu-Ni coil had resistivity of 32 ${\mu}{\Omega}$-cm at 77 K and 37 ${\mu}{\Omega}$-cm at 300 K. The metal shunts were attached to the outside of the Bi-2212 monofilar coil by a soldering technique. After the terminals made of copper were attached to both ends of the superconductor-metal shunt composite, the gap between the turns and the surface of the elements was filled with an epoxy and a dense mesh made of FRP in order to enhance the mechanical strength. The completed SFCL elements went through fault tests, and we confirmed that the voltage rating of 143 $V_{rms}$ (E =0.35 $V_{rms}$/cm) could be accomplished.
학원강사의 일터영성이 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 학원강사를 대상으로 그들의 일터영성, 조직시민행동, 이직의도에 대한 인식 및 개인배경에 따른 차이를 알 아보고, 어떠한 요인들이 조직시민행동 및 이직의도에 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 궁극적으로 학 원강사의 일터영성과 조직시민행동에 대한 인식을 제고시키고, 학원경영에서 인사관리 방안을 새롭게 모색함으로써 경 영성과를 높이는데 기여하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울경기 지역의 보습학원, 어학원, 종합학원에 종사 하고 있는 학원강사 426명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 프 로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과를 종합해보면, 첫째, 학원강사의 일터영성과 조직시민행동에 대한 인식은 보통 수준이었고, 이직의도는 대체로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 학원강사의 일터영성, 조직시민행동, 이직의도에 대한 인식은 성별, 연령, 월소득, 결혼여부, 근무경력, 교육정도, 직급, 지도하는 학생층에 따라 대체로 차이가 있었다. 이것은 학원강사의 개인배경을 고려한 인사관 리가 필요하다는 것을 시사해준다. 셋째, 학원강사의 조직시민행동에 영향을 주는 요인은 일터영성의 모든 하위요인과 개인배경의 연령, 결혼여부, 근무경력, 직급, 지도하는 학생층으로 나타났다. 학원강사의 일터영성 및 조직시민행동의 수 준이 높아질수록 학원교육의 질이 좋아질 수 있다는 점에서 학원강사의 일터영성 및 조직시민행동을 증대시키기 위한 학원강사와 학원경영자의 노력이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of workplace spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention for private tutoring instructors, and to examine the differences according to the individual background to identify which factors influence organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention. Ultimately, it was intended to contribute to improving management performance by raising the awareness of the private tutoring instructors' workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior, and by seeking new ways to manage personnel in the academy management. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, data were collected through a survey of 426 instructors working at tutoring institutes, language institutes, and general institutes in the Seoul and Gyeonggi region, and the collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 program. The research results are as follows. First, the level of recognition of workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior of private tutoring instructors was moderate, and turnover intention was generally low. Second, private tutoring instructors' perceptions of workplace spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior, and turnover intention were generally different according to gender, age, monthly income, marital status, work experience, education level, position, and the class of students who they teach. This suggests that personnel management considering the individual background of the instructors is necessary. Third, the factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior of private tutoring instructors were all sub-factors of workplace spirituality along with age, marital status, work experience, position, and the class of students who they teach of the individual background. Since the quality of education of private tutoring center can be improved as the level of instructors' workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior increases, the efforts of private tutoring instructors and managers are required to increase private tutoring instructors' workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior.
