교육대학교의 표준 기록관리기준표 개발에 관한 연구 - J교육대학교를 중심으로 -

This study aims to develop the records management standard table of the college of education through mapping transaction and records folder based on identifying the problems of the college of education. For these purpose, the study analyzed the records classification system of the all college of education. And then, drew out the business transaction items for records management standard table of the college of education based on the records management standard table of the local governments. Consequently, based on analysis, this study developed the records management standard table and suggested efficient management plan to apply Business Reference Model(BRM) to the college of education in 2017. 본 연구는 관련 선행연구를 통해 J교육대학교를 중심으로 도출된 문제점 인식을 기반으로 교육대학교 표준 기록관리기준표 설계를 위하여 단위업무와 기록물철 매핑을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌연구를 통해 대학의 기록물분류체계를 파악하였으며, 앞서 연구된 내용과 더불어 지방자치단체 기록관리기준표 표준안을 중심으로 교육대학교를 위한 기록관리기준표의 단위과제 항목을 도출해보았다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 추후 2017년 교육대학교의 정부기능분류체계에 적용될 표준 기록관리기준표의 개발과 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하고자 한다.

본 연구는 J교육대학교를 중심으로 교육대학교 기록물분류기준표의 단위업무와 기록물철 분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고, 차후 기록관리기준표 개발에 적용하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌연구를 통해 대학의 기록물분류체계를 파악하였으며, 연구 내용을 바탕으로 정보공개청구 및 인터뷰를 통해 각 교육대학교의 기록물분류체계 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 분석 결과 단위업무의 중복 및 보존기간 책정문제 등 기록물분류 기준표에 대한 구체적인 문제점을 제기하였으며, 이를 기반으로 앞으로 대학기록물의 투명성을 확보하기 위한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. For these purpose, the study conducted a literature survey. Moreover, this study compared and analyzed the records classification system of the all college of education. In addition, we conducted an interview to the person in charge and gained the materials from the national archives in Korea thorough a request of information disclosure. It was found that problems in terms of practical side. Consequently, based on the analysis, the college of education have established and segmented the transactions properly. With the proposed system, records disposition schedule of the college of education can be facilitated.

국립대학교 기록관리 현황 및 개선방안 연구 - 거점국립대학교 산학협력단을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 산학협력단을 중심으로 거점국립대학의 기록관리 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌연구를 통해 대학기록관 및 산학협력단의 역할과 관련 기록물 범위를 파악하였으며, 정의된 내용을 바탕으로 정보공개청구 및 거점국립대학 웹사이트에서 제공되고 있는 기록관리 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 제도적 성과관리 측면에서 문제점을 도출했으며, 이를 기반으로 개선방안과 대학기록관 및 산학협력단 간의 협력체계를 제안하였다. This study aims to identify the problems of the records management of the foothold national university related university-industry collaboration. For these purpose, the study conducted a literature survey. Moreover, this study compared and analyzed the content of university archives and university-industry collaboration web sites. In addition, we gained the materials from the national archives in Korea thorough a request of information disclosure. It was found that problems and improvements in terms of institutional and achievement management. Consequently, based on the analysis, cooperation framework between university archives and university-industry collaboration was developed. With the proposed system, the academic utilization of university-industry collaboration records can be facilitated.

OFDM을 위한 Radix-4/2 FFT 프로세서

4개의 입출력을 가지는 재귀적 Radix-4 버터플라이 FFT 구조는 OFBM 기반인 4096-point VDSL 표준을 지원한다 그러나 2048-point DVB-T 표준의 경우 Radix-2로 분할되는 연산 스테이지가 존재하기 때문에Radix-4를 사용하는 재귀적 버터플라이 구조에서는 Radix-2 버터플라이 연산이 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 Radix-4 버터플라이의 스위칭을 이용하여 Radix나 Radix-4로 동작하는 Radix-4/2 버터플라이를 제안하고 구현하는 FFT 프로세서의 연산부로 활용한다. 제안한 DIF(Decimation-In-Frequency)Radix-4/2 버터플라이 연산부는 Radix-2 버터플라이 4개와 복소 곱셈기 3개로 구현하며, 파이프라인의 패스를 스위칭함으로 Radix-4 버터플라이로 동작하거나 2개의 Radix-2 버터플라이로 동작한다.

세계화에 따른 다문화사회에서의 로컬리티 개념 확장에 관한 연구

The Republic of Korea has become a multicultural nation with rapid growth over half a century. As the number of foreigners entering Korea increased, it has become a characteristic of a new multicultural society by being integrated with the local culture. This implies an extended locality that may cover the multicultural characteristics, away from the existing concept of locality. As a research method for such a rapid changes, this study performed analyzing the research on locality until now and deducting concepts and characteristics of localities. With the results, this study extracted the extended concept of the existing locality based on combining current trends and features on multicultural society. By deriving the concept of developed locality that is compatible with multicultural society. This study redefines the locality meaning for the present age, and provide evidence showing the changes in the pre- and post-multicultural areas.(Chonbuk University) 대한민국은 지난 반세기 동안 고속성장을 이루면서 다문화국가로서의 모습을 갖추게 되었다. 국내에 유입되는 외국인 수가 증가하면서 지역이 가지고 있는 고유문화와 융화되어 새로운 다문화사회의 특색을 갖추게 되었다. 이는 기존의 로컬리티가 가지는 개념에서 벗어나 다문화적 특성을 포괄할 수 있는 확장된 로컬리티가 제기되어야 한다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 현재까지 진행된 로컬리티에 관한 연구를 분석하고, 로컬리티에 대한 개념 및 특성을 도출하였다. 또한, 다문화사회의 수용과 융합의 문제제기가 어떠한 의미를 지니고 있는지 살펴봄으로써, 개념과 특성을 추출하였다. 이를 통하여 다문화사회와 융화되어진 발전된 로컬리티의 개념을 도출함으로써, 현 세계화시대에 맞는 로컬리티 의미를 재정립하며, 다문화 이전 및 이후 지역의 변화된 모습을 보여주는 증거를 제공해줄 수 있다.

소규모대학교에서의 라키비움 구축 및 운영에 관한 연구

This study proposes a method to install and operate a larchiveum for the integrated organization of a library, an archive, and a museum in a small university. To achieve these goals, this study reviewed related literatures and analyzed the circumstances and cases of various universities by conducting interviews with several institutional staffs. With the results, this study proposes a method to integrate a library, an archive, and a museum for an efficient larchiveum. This study also proposes an effective space design to provide management, conservation, and services in a small university. 본 연구에서는 소규모대학교에서 대학도서관, 대학기록관, 대학박물관의 설치 및 운영을 할 수 있도록 라키비움을 제안하였다. 연구방법으로 라키비움에 대한 문헌조사, 우리나라 대학교의 현황 조사 및 분석하고 각 기관 담당자와의 면담을 수행했다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 도서관, 기록관 및 박물관을 하나의 기관으로 통합할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 통합기관으로써 라키비움은 소규모대학교에 있어서 효과적인 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 본 연구에서는 소규모대학교에서 모든 정보의 관리, 보존 및 서비스가 이루어질 수 있도록 공간 구성을 제안하였다.

보안문서분류기준 및 생산·재분류에 관한 연구 - 시·도교육청을 중심으로 -

Security documents (Confidential) are currently managed in accordance with various laws, such as「Security Business Regulations」,「Public Records Management Act」, and「Public Institutions Information Disclosure Act」, rather than a single law. However, the subject, purpose, and binding force of enacting and managing the relevant laws are different, which confuses organizations that produce and manage security documents (Confidential). Until now, research on the concept and scope has been mainly conducted due to the nature of security documents that are difficult to access even in previous studies, but practical studies on production, classification, and reclassification have not been conducted. In this study, data were collected through analysis of the latest laws and surveys by 17 metropolitan/provincial offices of education to expand the scope of research on security documents (Confidential). As a result, although the authority of production organizations (producers) is concentrated in the stages of production, classification, and reclassification, the relevant laws and regulations do not provide specific standards, causing confusion in practical application. This study proposed a plan to revise the relevant laws based on the contents of this study.

사립대학 행정정보 데이터세트 운영 개선 방안

본 연구의 목적은 사립대학의 행정정보 데이터세트 운영 현황을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사립대학 178개교의 총 820개 시스템에 대해 시스템의 기능, 개발 유형, 데이터의 생성·정정·삭제 시기 등의 정량적인 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 통상 1개 이상의 행정정보시스템을 보유하고 학사관리시스템을 공통적으로 사용하고 있으며 대학의 인프라를 통해 시스템을 자체적으로 개발한 사례가 많고 데이터를 수시로 생성하고 정정하며 업무담당자에 의해 데이터가 삭제되고 있으나 데이터의 삭제나 정정에 대한 규정은 명확하지 않다는 문제점이 도출되었다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 개선 방안으로 범정부 EA포털을 현행화하여 사립대학의 행정정보시스템에 대한 보유 현황을 제대로 파악하고, 데이터의 정정이 이루어지지 않는 시스템을 중심으로 기록 관리하며 데이터의 임의 삭제가 이루어지지 않도록 내부 규정의 개정과 교육을 실시할 것 등을 제안하였다.

기록과 문화유산 관점에서 본 교육 행정박물 관리시스템 설계: J 교육대학 사례를 중심으로

Many Korean schools are in danger of closure because of a decreasing school-age population, and cases of consolidation of educational institutions in the local community are on the rise. A number of educational records, particularly educational administrative artifacts (hereafter “Edu Artifacts”), are accordingly in danger of disappearing. Despite their historical, cultural, and educational value, systematic management is far from satisfactory. This study thus examines the characteristics of Edu Artifacts from the archival and cultural heritage perspectives and compares standard records management system, special type records management system, and historical manuscripts management system, which are currently used in public institutions, to see what is required to manage them effectively. By analyzing the Edu Artifacts possession status and management system of J University of Education, This study intends to verify the research outcome’s effectiveness by presenting the essential functions of the management system of Edu Artifacts and the corresponding menu structure. 현재 우리나라는 학령인구의 감소에 따라 다수의 학교들이 폐교될 위기에 직면해있으며 지역사회에서는 교육기관을 통폐합하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 이로 인해 과거 교육문화의 변화를 보여줄 역사적, 문화적으로 가치 있는 다수의 교육 관련 기록물들이 멸실⋅훼손될 위기에 처해 있다. 특히 교육 행정박물은 과거 교육기관의 운영에 따른 이력과 이에 담긴 교육적 의미를 효과적으로 보여줄 수 있는 중요한 기록이자 문화유산임에도 불구하고 체계적인 관리 방안이 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육 행정박물이 가진 특성을 기록학적 관점과 문화유산적 관점에서 고찰하고, 이를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 필요한 기능을 도출하기 위해 현재 공공기관에서 도입하고 있는 표준기록관리시스템, 특수유형 기록물 관리시스템, 사료 관리시스템의 주요 기능을 비교⋅검토하였다. 나아가 J 교육대학의 행정박물 보유현황 및 관리 사례 분석을 통해, 교육 행정박물 관리를 위한 시스템의 필수 기능과 이에 따른 메뉴 구성안을 제시함으로써 연구 결과의 실효성을 검증하였다.
