According to rapid development of technology, web text is growing explosively and attracting many fields as substitution for survey. The user of Facebook is reaching up to 113 million people per month, Twitter is used in various institution or company as a behavioral analysis tool. However, many research has focused on meaning of the text itself. And there is a lack of study for text s creation subject. Therefore, this research consists of sex/age text classification with by using 20,187 Facebook users’ posts that reveal the sex and age of the writer. This research utilized Convolution Neural Networks, a type of deep learning algorithms which came into the spotlight as a recent image classifier in web text analyzing. The following result assured with 92% of accuracy for possibility as a text classifier. Also, this research was minimizing the Korean morpheme analysis and it was conducted using a Korean web text to Authorship Attribution. Based on these feature, this study can develop users multiple capacity such as web text management information resource for worker, non-grammatical analyzing system for researchers. Thus, this study proposes a new method for web text analysis.

최근 1년간 경찰에 접수된 사이버 명예훼손·모욕사건이 무려 81%가 증가하였고, 이후 고소취하 등에 의한 불기소율도 약 50%에 육박하면서 매년 동반 증가 추세에 있다. 형사고소는 수사기관에 응당한 처벌을 요구하는 방법일 수도 있지만, 피의자로부터 사과나 합의금을 받아내기 위한 수단으로 악용되기도 한다. 이러한 사익을 위한 형사고소권 남용은 불필요한 공권력 낭비의 원인이 된다. 경찰 접수단계에서 화해와 조정을 선행토록 하는 ‘수사 전 조정전치제도’를 도입하여 신속한 형사사법적 회복을 구현하고, 나아가 수사기관의 업무과중을 경감시킬 뿐만 아니라 불필요한 공권력의 낭비를 막을 수 있는 형사정책 방안을 제안하고자 한다. For last one year, the number of defamation & insult cases which were reported to the Police Agency has increased by 81%. At the same time, the percentage of nonindictment due to withdrawal, has arrived to about 50%. Criminal charge is a method to request law enforcements a punishment, but it is also abused to induce an apology and a compensation. Those kinds of abusing could raise passive and defensive attitude of law enforcements and discontent of civilians. Presently, a process of mediation between an assailant and a victim is applied by the prosecutor office. We need to modify this system by implementing ‘arbitration process prior to police investigation’ as to ease burden of investigators and to optimize police force. In this paper, I analyzed the criminal statistic of defamation and insult as to deduct problems of criminal justice system. Moreover, problems will be verified by an analysis of survey of field investigators. Finally, I suggest a system and a process to filter out ‘simple cases’ from reporting. As a result, a prior assignment and expected effects are being reviewed.

The effect of DPF characteristics, such as material and cell density, on the internal temperature of DPF during active regeneration was investigated by using DPF test rig. DPF was regenerated by direct fuel injection into the exhaust gas in the upstream of DOC and exhaust gas in front of DPF was heated up to 650℃ by controlling the quantity of injected fuel. Because thermal conductivity of SiC DPF is superior to that of cordierite DPF, radial thermal gradient and maximum DPF temperature of SiC DPF was much lower than those of cordierite DPF during active regeneration in case of the same soot loading and cell density condition. However, the difference of cell density in SiC DPF had little effect on thermal properties during active regeneration. That means that the material of DPF is a key factor to influence thermal properties of DPF during regeneration.

This paper proposed iterative algorithm for IRS aided MIMO systems for improving sum rate. For solving non-convex problem, this paper obtained alternative optimizing solution by using proposed iterative algorithm. The proposed iterative algorithm calculates the element of IRS one by one fixing other IRS elements. This proposed algorithm can achieve good performance comparted to random IRS elements.
양자교환에 의한 LiNbO3에서의 방향성 결합 스위치 제작

A directional coupler switch was fabricated in LiNbO₃(y-cut, x-propation) by proton-exchange. An optical waveguide pattern was made by the laser lithography. This device has 2.5㎛ waveguide width, 3㎛ separation, 4.5㎜ coupler length. The switching characteristics of optical switch condition was observed at the applied voltage of 70V.
