      • Vector Golf 분석시스템을 통한 테니스 포핸드 드라이브 동작의 운동역학적 분석

        The propose of this study is to closely examine the characteristics of kinematics variables, which are time spend of movement, speed of the racket, degree of the racket, angle of racket face on impact, ball spin, and biomechanical variables, which is center of gravity on both feet by analyzing the movement of forehand drvie technique of tennis performed by 5 top university athletes through Vector Golf Analysis System. The results of analysis on biomechanical variables are listed below. 1) The average time spend of forehand drive technique from ready position to impact was 1.16 sec. 2) The average speed of the racket of forehand drvie technique from ready position to impact was 69.4mile/hour. 3) The average degree of the racket of forehand drive technique was out in 4.1˚. 4) The average angle of the racket on impact of forehand drive technique was close 5.1˚, which was closed swing. 5) The average ball spin after the impact of forehand drive technique was slice 0.1˚. 6) The center of gravity percentage on both feet on each events of forehand drive technique, when ready position it was 33.3% on right. 66.8% on left, when back swing, 95.8% on right, 4.2 on left, when impact, 24.3% on right, 75.7%on left, and when follow-through it was 1.4% on right and 98.6% on left. After this study of analyzing biomechanical variables of forehand drive technique of tennis, the proposals for the farther studies are listed below. 1) Analysis on position change factors of each events 2) Analyze with different level of sensor 3) Comparison analysis between elite athletes and armature athletes 4) Record with high-speed camera

      • 초등학생의 태권도 수련에 따른 학습태도 및 자기통제능력의 관계

        This study is to determine the relationship between the learning attitude and the self-control ability of elementary school students following the Tae Kwon Do training. This study involves 299 elementary school students taking Tae Kwon Do lessons in Seoul as of 2004, who are selected by the multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling. We distributed reliable questionnaires during the preliminary research and collected them to analyze the result through various statistical methods including frequency analysis, t-test, one-way Anode, Scheffe's post-hoc test, correlation analysis and recurrent analysis. As a result of the analysis, we have drawn the following conclusion. First, the learning attitudes of elementary school students showed a statistically significant difference of about 5% depending on the gender, and the self-control ability of them showed a statistically significant difference of 5% only in concentration and discipline, which are lower-level factors. Second, the learning attitudes of elementary school students did not show a statistically significant difference at the 5% level depending on their school year, and the self-control ability of them showed a statistically significant difference of 5% only in attention and discipline, which are lower-level factors. Third, the learning attitudes of elementary school students did not show a statistically significant difference at the 5% level whether or not they took Tae Kwon Do training, and the self-control ability of them showed a statistically significant difference of 5% only in composure, concentration, discipline and patience, which are lower-level factors. Forth, the learning attitudes of elementary school students showed a statistically significant difference of about 5% depending on the length of their Tae Kwon Do training, and the self-control ability of them showed a statistically significant difference of 5% only in composure, concentration, discipline and patience, which are lower-level factors. Fifth, the learning attitudes of elementary school students did not show a statistically significant difference at the 5% level depending on the intensify of their participation in Tae Kwon Do training, and the self-control ability of them showed a statistically significant difference of 5% in composure, concentration and discipline, which are lower-level factors. Sixth, both the intensity and the length of Tae Kwon Do training turned out to have influence on elementary school children's learning attitudes. Also, only the length of Tae Kwon Do training has implications on their self-control ability.

      • 대학생의 희망스포츠에 따른 운동욕구 및 상업스포츠 시설 가입의도의 관계

        This study aims at figuring out the relationship of exercise motive, commercial sports equipment joining intention according to undergraduate' hope sports. The population of the objects for study consists of undergraduate attending to college in Seoul, in 2002, and from among them 350 people in all are actually employed for the analysis. The research of this study was conducted by question aires which were composed exercise motive, namely, consistency, activity, purification, affection, ostentation, achievement, self-control The statistical techniques for the data analysis are descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, analysis of covariance, multiple classification analysis, standard multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from these are as follows; First, exercise motive and joining intention are partially different according to the undergraduate's demographical characteristics, that is sex, health degree, the subject of study, joining intention. Second, the exercise motive by hope sports is partially different according to purification, affection, joining intention by hope sports is partially difference. But joining possibility is not partially difference. Third, the exercise motive have a direct influence on joining intention.

      • 중학교 체육교과과정의 시대적 변천과 개선방안

        The purposes of this treatise are to understand to right direction of physical education curriculum and to present the importance of this education uprightly for the better growth of school physical education at this point in time. Following conclusions were deduced from this study method and material analysis. First, as for the background and object in physical education curriculum, education curriculum has been changed as time goes on. In case of the basic dirction, decision-making right was spreaded from nation-based to local and school-based and finally decentralization of education curriculum was formed. And the character of education curriculum reform was periodical and general. Second, as for the goal of physical education and the objective of each grade, it is the chief aim of our physical education including intellectual, affective, social domain to develope our whole body and mind. The early curriculum of physical education emphasized on development, sanitation, play, but as time goes on, the goal of physical education has been changed toward physical strength, health, knowledge of sports function, leisure time, observation of the rules, ability to express onseelf, rearing in social morality placed emphases on the need of daily physical education. Third, as for the time allotment, ass of students took 2 classes for the first education curriculum, 3,4 classes for the second education curriculum, 3 classes for the third education curriculum, 3 classes for the fourth education curriculum, 3 classes fo the fifth education curriculum, 3 classes for the sixth education curriculum. And seventh grade students and eighth who are applied new common curriculum take 3 classes a week, ninth grade students took 2 classes a week. And the first curriculum had 50 minute a hour in school hous, 45 min for 2nd curriculum, 45 min for 3rd, 4th,5th,6th and 7th. However school administrator could regulate a school hours with respect to each season or considering the actual circumstances of school. Fourth, as for the domain and teaching content, physical education was made up for 3 parts, theory education, practical training education and health education. And required courses are like that: gymnastics, athletics, ball games, swimming, competition games, dance, physical education theory, health and physical education. Although each teaching method has been changed toward a little different tendency, the whole curriculum has a strong resemblance. Fifth, as for evaluation, evaluation article was presented from the fourth education curriculum and teaching method was presented from the sixth education curriculum. On the analogy of this course. curriculum s physical education has been composed too late. Guidance and evaluation in point of each period pay due regard to their convenience facts as like achievement in physical activities, individual variations, difference between male and female students, consideration of handicapped students and regional characteristics. Therefore the guidance and evaluation which are executed in every physical education could bo formed with adaptability and could be kept in close touch with learning objectives, learning contents and teaching method through appropriate feedback.

      • 大學生 體力 向上 方案에 關한 硏究-敎養體育을 中心으로

        The aim of this paper is to find methods to enhance the physical fitness of college students ranging from 19 to 20 years of age. The subject was 520 male students who were divided into 3 groups ; soccer and basketball group, volleyball and tennis group, and a free exerise group(Comparative group). They were trained for 3 months. The results of the training are as follows: 1) The physical fitness of the students in the groups increased significantly due to the teachers systematic and group teaching according to the students' liking. 2) The record of the soccer and basketball group increased most significantly than that of any other group. 3) Volleyball and tennis group recorded a significant result bemuse of the participants high interest in their sports. 4) After a short period of warming up exercise, the teachers encouragement and instruction of the students in their favorite events resulted in good records and brought about the spontaneous sports activities of students after the class. 5) So the opening of sports facilities after class promises the enhancement of the students' physical fitness.

      • 성인의 동계 스포츠참여가 여가만족에 미치는 영향

        Today, leisure activities have been a critical factor to lead to satisfactory life in our society from a personal and social perspective. The study for, up to now, to describe the correlation between leisure activities and leisure satisfaction has begun since 1970s. In the early stage of the study, main concern went to the relation of leisure activities, not to the leisure satisfaction, because of the difficulty of conception and measure. The main purpose of this paper to describe the influence of participation in the ski activities on the leisure activities on the basis of pre-performed studies that a positive participation in sports activities has improved the quality of life. To this end, this paper has explaine the relation between the frequency of participation in ski activities and leisure satisfaction as well as the relation between the period of participation and leisure satisfaction. In order to this purpose, this study targeting for 155 of university students and club involvers residing in Seoul and Kunggi province and have participated in winter sports more than a year employed the systemetric random sampling method. The method to collect data from questionnaire designed for this study is based on the sports activities-related questionnaire of the Korea Sport Science Institute(KSSI) and the measure for leisure satisfaction developed by Beard and Ragheb(1980), and translated and employed by Lee, Jong Kil. Through this method, the reliability and relevance of this study have been verified. According to the reliability of the study, The reliability(a) has shown. 726-842, which is very high. For data analysis, the frequency analysis and the multivariate analysis were employed. The reault of the study based on data analysis are as follows; First, it has been revealed that the higher the frequenty of participation in ski activities, the higher(educational, social, phychological, and physiological, and environmental) leisure satisfaction. Second, The results indicates that the longer the period of participation in ski activities, the higher(educational, social, phychological, and physiological) leisure satisfaction. Also the environmental leisure satisfaction has no relation with the period of participation from a satistical viewpoint. Based upon the analysis of the results and within limitation of this study, it was concluded that the participation in the ski activities enhances leisure satisfaction
