온라인 프로젝트 학습이 정보 활용 능력 신장에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method the fourth grade who haven't experienced with online project learning can perform the on-line project learning efficiently. And it is to see if there are any effects and improvement in using ICT after applying the online project learning system to the real school environment. For this, after analyzing the curriculum of Grade 4 in elementary school and abstracting some factors to improve the Information utilizing ability, I chose 12 topics of project learning. I built the on-line learning room and chose 6 topics among them. After practicing the project, I inspected the effects on them. And to understand the ICT-utilizing ability of the students, I analyzed if there were any improvement in ICT-utilizing ability with some questionnaires which consist of information collecting, information processing, and information interchanging according to the standards of Information utilizing ability of elementary and middle school students.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to identify the effect of dairy products, milk and yogurt on osteoporosis incidence among Korean postmenopausal women using prospective cohort data. MATERIALS/METHODS: Between 2001 and 2003, 10,038 participants were recruited in rural and urban areas for a baseline examination of a community-based cohort study. Of those, 1,573 postmenopausal women (aged 40-69 years at baseline) were eligible for the present study. Intakes of dairy products, milk, and yogurt were assessed using a validated semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. The speed of sound at the radius and tibia were measured using a quantitative ultrasound device and osteoporosis was defined based on the WHO criteria (T-score ≤ -2.5). RESULTS: During the 4-years follow-up study, the cumulative incidence of osteoporosis was 18.4% (273 cases) in the radius and 33.6% (407 cases) in the tibia. The subjects with higher frequency of dairy product consumption showed a decreased risk of radius osteoporosis after adjusting for potential confounders [hazard ratio (HR) = 0.51, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.33-0.80 for >1 time/day vs. non consumer; P for trend = 0.0027]. Similarly, high frequency of milk and yogurt consumption had a protective effect on radius osteoporosis risk [milk: HR = 0.60, 95% CI: 0.42-0.87 for > 5-6 times/week vs. non consumer (P for trend = 0.0130), yogurt: HR = 0.51, 95% CI: 0.30-0.85 for > 5-6 times/week vs. non consumer (P for trend = 0.0167)]. However, high dairy products consumption was not related with tibia osteoporosis. CONCLUSIONS: This study suggests that daily intake of dairy products could potentially reduce radius osteoporosis incidence among Korean postmenopausal women.
네일 미용산업의 서비스 품질이 고객만족, 신뢰 및 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study aims to identify the effects of service quality on customer revisit intention in the nail esthetic industry in terms of customer satisfaction and trust. Methods: This research was to identify how customers’ reaction to the service quality affects customer satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention in the nail esthetic industry. For this purpose, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for statistical analysis. Results: From a marketing perspective, the results demonstrated that the most inflential factors for service quality in the nail esthetic industry are economy, conviction, sympathy, and kindness. Conclusion: In the nail esthetic industry, economy, conviction, sympathy, and kindness as recognized by the customer were the main factors inflencing future customer satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. Based on these factors, the nail esthetic industry should endeavor to meet customer needs and be more customer-oriented and trustworthy. Building a long-term relationship with customers will enable the nail esthetic industry ensure a higher level of customer revisit intention. 목적: 본 연구는 네일 미용산업의 서비스 품질이 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향에 관해 알아보고자 진행되었다. 방법: 네일 미용산업에서 서비스 품질에 따른 고객의 반응이 고객만족, 신뢰, 재방문 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하기 위해 Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 본 연구결과가 가지는 마케팅적 시사점은 네일 서비스산업에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 요인은 경제성, 확신성, 공감성, 친절성이다. 결론: 서비스 품질 요인이 네일 샵의 고객만족, 신뢰및 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치므로 이를 맞추고자 하는 노력이 필요하다. 이는 네일 미용산업에서 고객이 인식하는 경제성, 확신성, 공감성, 친절성이 향후 고객만족과 신뢰, 재방문 의도에 영향을 많이 주는 요인임으로 이러한 노력으로 고객지향성을 높이고 고객에게 신뢰감을 주어 장기적인 관계가 구축될 때 재방문 의도가 높아짐으로써 자연스럽게 고객이탈을 방지할 수 있을 것이다.
