N/A This study was carried out to assess the effects of bombesin on the gastric secreticn of perfused rat stomach with administered by subcutcneous injecticn. The results were obtained as follows. The bombesin group did not produce a significant change in the volume of gastric juice compared with that of control group. The bombesin plus pentagastrin group showed a significant increase of volume compared with tbat of ccr,trcl group. 2) The hombesin group did nct- produce a significant change in the titratable aid output of gastrc juice compared with that of control group. The titratable acid output caused by bombesin plus pentagastrin was significant increase than that of control group, but significant decrease of titratable acid output at 60,70 minutes after injection comparecd With that of pentagastrin group.
원시성 굴절부등약시에서 가림치료후 최종시력과 빛간섭단층촬영의 변수와의 관계

Purpose: We measured the macular and peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness in patients with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia using optical coherence tomography (OCT) to determine the relationship between final visual acuity after occlusion therapy and these OCT parameters. Methods: This prospective study comprised 41 patients with unilateral hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia treated from April 2004 to August 2005. According to the final visual acuity after occlusion therapy, we divided our patients into two groups and compared the macular and peripapillary RNFL thicknesses between normal and amblyopic eyes. Results: The mean refractive error was +4.3 diopters (D) in amblyopic eyes, and +1.3 D in normal eyes. The mean macular thickness of group A (patients with final visual acuity equal to or better than 20/25) and group B (patients with final visual acuity worse than 20/25) was 256.8±17.7 ?m and 259.3±14.5 ?m in amblyopic eyes, and 253.8±17.3 ?m and 254.6±16.7 ?m in normal eyes respectively. The mean peripapillary RNFL thickness of group A and group B was 118.6±12.9 ?m and 111.5±9.0 ?m in amblyopic eyes, and 112.9±9.2 ?m and 108.3±6.5 ?m in normal eyes respectively. In group A, there was a significant difference in peripapillary RNFL thickness between amblyopic and normal eyes (P=0.0003, 0.04). However, the RNFLestimated integral of both groups after correction of refractive error and axial length showed no significant difference (P=0.34, 0.45). Conclusions: There was no significant relationship between OCT parameters and final visual acuity after occlusion therapy in hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia.

This basic study introduces the concept of S-BRT and develops dwell time estimation models that consider road geometry and S-BRT characteristics for a signal operation strategy to meet the S-BRT's operational goal of high speed and punctuality. Field surveys of low-floor buses similar in shape to S-BRTs and data collection of passengers, station elements, vehicle elements, and other factors that can affect stop times were used in a regression analysis to establish statistically significant dwell time estimation models. These dwell time estimation models are developed by categorizing according to the locations of the signal or sidewalk that have the most impact on the dwell time. In this way, the number of people boarding and alighting the bus at the crowded door and the number of people boarding and alighting the bus at the front door considering the internal congestion was analyzed to affect the dwell time. The estimation dwell time models in this study can be used in the establishment of strategies that provide priority signals to S-BRTs.
