        능동방호장치 레이다의 탐지 추적 정확도 향상을 위한 고속표적 속도 보상 및 탐지 추적 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        The Active Protection System is a defense system that protects armored vehicles, such as tanks, from attacks by high-velocity projectiles such as anti-tank missiles, by actively neutralizing the projectile before it strikes the vehicle. Radars are essential for detecting and tracking threats approaching tanks at high speeds, and their tracking accuracy must be a few centimeters to precisely strike the target. However, when high-speed targets are tracked, range walk occurs owing to the target speed, resulting in a range tracking error proportional to the speed. In this study, we investigated a real-time speed compensation method by adjusting the NCO frequency in the signal pre-processing stage to secure the range tracking accuracy of radars suitable for active defense devices. To verify the performance of the algorithm, target signal simulation and signal processing were performed using MATLAB M&S. The final tracking performance was analyzed using CFAR and clustering for target detection and a Kalman filter-based tracking algorithm.

        김치에서 혈전용해효소 생산균주의 분리

        우리나라의 전통 발효식품인 김치에서 혈전용해 효소를 생산하는 미생물을 분리하고 그 중 Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus brevis, Micrococcus luteus의 세 종을 Bergey's manual of systematic bacteriology등에 의하여 동정하였다. 분리된 미생물을 효소 유도 배지에서 배양한 결과 B. amyloliquefaciens는 2.58 plasmin unit/mL, B. brevis는 1.48 plasmin unit/mL, 그리고 M. luteus는 2.03 plasmin unit/mL의 혈전용해효소 생산능을 보여 주였다. 각 균주에서 생산된 세포의 단백질을 SDS-PAGE와 fibrin zymography assay에 의해 분석한 결과 B. brevis와 M. luteus에서는 서로 다른 분자량을 가진 $3{\sim}4$개의 혈전용해 효소가 존재하였으며 B. amyloliquefaciens에서는 분자량이 약 29 kDa인 단일 band의 혈전용해 효소가 생산되었음을 확인하였다. Various bacterial strains that secret extracellular fibrinolytic enzyme were screened from kimchi, a traditional vegetable fermented food in Korea. Three microbes of them were identified to be Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus brevis and Micrococcus luteus strains according to Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology. It was found that B. amyloliquefaciens, B. brevis and M. luteus produced 2.58, 1.48 and 2.03 plasmin unit/mL of fibrinolytic enzyme, respectively. All extracellular proteases showing the fibrinolytic activity were confirmed by SDS-PAGE and fibrin zymography assay and we propose that some of the fibrinolytic enzymes from this work are novel enzymes.

        현대사의 기점으로서의 러시아 혁명

        This paper is an academic attempt to set the starting point of contemporary history in the world. In defining the concept of contemporary history, the paper follows the position of Geoffrey Barraclough that it begins with the emergence of the institutions, systems and phenomena that have been making direct impacts on our present time. Based on the widely embraced notion that globalization and its challenge constitute the major contour of our era, the paper argues that they became world history phenomena after the Russian Revolution. The Revolution has generally not occupied such a crucial place in the modern historiography, as it has been treated not as a global but Russia’s event for a long time. However, the contemporaries like Lenin and other intellectuals, especially in the colonial world, had never failed to see the event as one with strong global implications. By revealing their views and perceptions of the Russian Revolution, this paper posits that the Revolution was made possible by their understanding of the global contradictions often called imperialism and spawned the world-wide anti-imperialist movements. Given that the present days are still defined by globalization and its challenges, the Russian Revolution marked the beginning of our time, that is, contemporary history.

        여러 탄소원에서 Penicillium veruculosum β - Glucosidase 의 유도

        The induction of Penicillium verruculosum β-glucosidase by different carbon sources was investigated using by either enzyme activity assay or immunoblot analysis. The activity of extracellular enzyme was maximum with cellobiose octaacetate (COA), followed by mannitol, maltose, laminarin and cellobiose. Regardless of carbon sources, cellular β-glucosidase occurred 48 h earlier compared with extracellular enzyme. The biosynthesis and secretion of enzyme on COA and laminarin occurred 24 or 48 h later than did on cellobiose and maltose. Glucose repressed enzyme synthesis while maltose induced enzyme biosynthesis efficiently.

        스캔 영상 기반의 밀리미터파(Ka 밴드) 복합모드 탐색기 표적인식 알고리즘 연구

        To improve the accuracy rate of guided weapons, many studies have been conducted on the accurate detection and identification of targets from sea clutter. Because of the variety and complicated characteristics of both sea-clutter and target signals, an active target recognition technique is required. In this study, we propose an algorithm to distinguish clutter and recognize targets by applying a fractal signature(FS) classifier, which is a fractal dimension, and a high-resolution target image(HRTI) classifier, which applies scene matching to an image formed from a scanned image. Simulation results using the algorithm revealed that the HRTI classifier recognized targets 1 and 2 at a 100 % rate, whereas the FS classifier recognized targets 1 and 2 at rates of 90 % and 93 %, respectively.

        학교급식에서의 닭튀김 방법에 따른 튀김유와 튀김닭의 이화학적 특성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of frying methods of chickens : deep-fat frying with raw chickens(A), with pre-cooked chickens(B) on the physicochemical properties of frying oil and fried chickens in the school foodservice. Acid, peroxide and TBA value of frying oil were significantly increased by increasing the number of frying times and those of method A were higher than those of method B. On the contrary, Iodine value was decreased significantly with increasing the number of frying times but there is no significant difference between method A and B. In fatty acids, the content of saturated fatty acid increased while that of unsaturated fatty acid decreased as the frying times increased. Also viscosity, yellowness and redness increased significantly by increasing the number of frying times. The content of vitamin B_1 of fried chicken by the frying methods was not significantly different, but vitamin B_2 by the method A was higher than by the method B. Ca, P, Na, K and Fe contents of fried chickens by the method A were higher than those by the method B.

        시민농원의 이용동기와 만족도에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to provide behavioral data for its planning and management of civic garden through the evaluation of user's motivation & satisfaction. The civic gardens around Seoul were surveyed. The site are located in Kwangtan-myeon, Sudong-myeon, Wonsam-myeon, Nam-myeon, Buknae-myeon, and Jumdong-myeon, A total of 244 questionnaires were completed by mail questionnaires. The results are as follows: 1. 82 percentage of users are in thirties or fourties most of them have children who go to the elementary school. 50 percentage of users are just typical house wifes. 74 percentage of users graduated form university. 60 percentage of users live in lofty apartment buildings. 2. As a result from factor analysis, their motivations are categorized into four fator groups.: 'to experience nature', 'weekend recreation', 'nostalgia', 'to provide their old parent's sparetime'. And their satisfactions are categorized into eleven fator groups.: 'psychological/intellectual component', 'recreational components', 'instruction/management', 'facility'. 'vegetable cultivation', 'social contact', 'crowing', 'aesthetic component', 'family contact', 'the terms of lease', 'visition time'. 3. The user of civic garden can be divided into four user groups by their motivation. CLUSTER1 can represent the user group who have motivations for 'leisure, relaxation'. They are considerably satisfied with all other factor 'opportunity of meeting new person'. CLUSTER2 at the age of 41 to 50 have motivation for 'health, nostalgia'. CLUSTER3 at the age of 31 to 40 have motivation for 'harvest, experiencing nature'. CLUSTER4 at the age of more than 51 want to let their parents enjoy their sparetime. They are dissatisfied with accessibility, amount of cultivation area, crowding and overall farm management. 4. The regression analysis was employed with predicting the overall satisfaction. The results of regression analysis showed that 69% of total variances was explained by six variables: The most effective variable is 'whether visiting on weekend or weekdays', the visitors on weekdays are far more satisfied than weekend visitors because of traffic congestion, and crowding. The second source of satisfactions are 'psychological/intellectual components', they are satisfied with 'family contact', 'the terms of lease' and 'instruction in farming' are sources of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and finally 'aesthetic landscape' is the source of satisfaction. The second most important variable is psychological one. Even though the civic gardens were not well equipped, they liked the atmosphere of rural life, refreshness, nostalgia, satisfaction from cultivation plants, and sense of achievement.

        여러 가지 탄소원에서 Peηicillium verruculosum ${\beta}-Glucosidase$의 유도를 효소활성 측정과 immunoblot 분석으로 조사하였다. 효소활성도는 cellobiose octaacetate(COA)에서 가장 높았고 mannitol, maltose, laminarin 그리고 cellobiose 순으로 좋았다.탄소원에 상관없이 세포외 효소의 출현이 세포내의 그것보다 약 48시간 정도 늦였으며 COA와 laminarin에서 세포내 효소합성과 분비는 타 탄소원에 비하여 각각 장시간과 48시간 늦었다. Glucose는 효소합성을 억제하였으나 maltose는 오히려 효소합성을 촉진하였다.
