        Biochanin A의 미백 효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 미백 소재 개발을 위하여 강진향(Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen) 추출물에서 분리한 활성물질인 biochanin A의 멜라닌 생성에 연관된 효과를 알아보았다. Biochanin A는 B16F1 melanoma 세포에서 농도의존적으로 멜라닌 양을 억제하였으며, 멜라닌 생합성 저해 효과는 10 μg/mL 농도에서 멜라닌 생성 억제율이 48%로 나타났다. Western blot을 이용하여 microphthalmia associated transcription factor (MITF), Tyrosinase, Trp-1와 Trp-2의 발현을 억제함을 확인하였다. 따라서 biochanin A는 미백 효능을 갖는 화장품 소재로서의 개발 가능성이 클 것으로 기대된다. To develop a new whitening agent for cosmetics, we investigated the inhibitory effects of biochanin A on melanogenesis. The biochanoin A is an active component in the extracts of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. It reduced melanin contents of B16F1 melanoma cells in a dose-dependent manner and decreased to about 48% at a concentration 10 μg/mL. It also inhibited the expression in microphthalmia associated transcription factor (MITF), Tyrosinase, Tyrosinase related protein 1 (Trp-1), and Tyrosinase related protein 2 (Trp-2) in melanocytes. The results suggested that biochanin A has considerable potential as a cosmetics ingredient with a whitening effect.

        도심 복합상업시설 공용공간의 보행자 지원적 환경계획에 관한 연구

        Recently, urban mixed-use commercial facilities have been required to raise a safe environment in public areas. So, this study focuses on analyze planning factors selected through the precedent research for Pedestrian safety and environment of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. The first purpose of this study is to analyse the applicative estimation of environmental plan to support pedestrians in public space of urban mixed-use commercial facilities in Seoul. And the second purpose of this study is to propose the directions of environmental planning for creating a pedestrian-friendly environment in public space of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. In order to accomplish this purpose, the environmental planning factors for supporting pedestrians and guidelines for disabled shown in the precedent studies are drawn. A survey of research subjects are 4 urban mixed-use commercial facilities located in downtown Seoul. And then a questionnaire survey is performed on architecture and interior design students to evaluate the importance. As a result of the study, the following conclusion are drawn. The pedestrian-friendly environment in urban mixed-use commercial facilities requires planning to strengthen accessibility, supporting and safety of public space.

        KCN 에칭 및 CdS 후열처리가 Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)₂ 광흡수층 성능에 미치는 영향

        To remove the Cu secondary phase remaining on the surface of a CIGSSe absorber layer manufactured by the two-step process, KCN etching was applied before depositing the CdS buffer layer. In addition, it was possible to increase the conversion efficiency by air annealing after forming the CdS buffer layer. In this study, various pre-treatment/post-treatment conditions were applied to the S-containing CIGSSe absorber layer before and after formation of the CdS buffer layer to experimentally confirm whether similar effects as those of Se-terminated CIGSe were exhibited. Contrary to expectations, it was noted that CdS air annealing had negative effects.

        매생이(Capsosiphon fulvescens)를 이용한 김부각의 제조 및 품질특성 연구

        We evaluated the quality characteristics of Kimbugak prepared using a microwave oven or the oil-frying puffing method with different contents (0%, 15% and 30%) of Capsosiphon fulvescens in dried laver. Microwave-processed Kimbugak had lower crude fat content but higher levels of crude ash, crude protein, and minerals than that prepared by oil-frying; it also had higher hardness values. The redness of Kimbugak containing 30% C. fulvescens processed using either method was lower than the control group. In sensory evaluations, participants preferred Kimbugak containing 30% C. fulvescens puffed by oil-frying. These results indicate that Kimbugak puffed using the oil-frying method has the best quality characteristics.

        초등 음악 원격수업에서 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 활용의 문제점과 개발 방향

        본 연구는 초등 음악 원격수업에서 기존 개발된 음악 교육용 콘텐츠 중 국악 교육용 콘텐츠를 중심으로 활용할 때의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 토대로 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 개발 방향을 제안하는 데 목적을 두었다. 국악 교육용 콘텐츠는 학교 교육과정 체계와 밀접성이 결여되고, 학습자의 실기·체험을 위한 활동과 피드백이 부재하며, 콘텐츠 활용을 위한 편집 및 플랫폼의 제한이 있다는 문제가 제기되었다. 이에 대한 개선을 토대로 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 개발 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악과 교육과정과의 밀접성 강한 국악 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 둘째, 음악 수업 내 상호작용을 지원하는 온라인 학습 도구 기능을 삽입하여 학습자의 실기·체험 활동과 피드백 및 평가가 원활하게 이루어지도록 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 온라인 음악교육 플랫폼에서 국악 교육용 콘텐츠를 한 번에 관리하고, 교수·학습에 맞게 다양한 콘텐츠를 수집, 편집, 재가공하여 구성형 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 향후 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 개발은 저작권법 완화, 교사와의 협업을 통한 국악 관련 기관의 지속적인 콘텐츠 개발, 미래 음악교육을 위한 인프라 구축 등이 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 통해 음악 원격수업이 안정적으로 이루어지고, 이와 더불어 국악 수업이 교육 패러다임의 변화에 맞추어 변화하고 발전할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study aims to propose educational Korean music contents development direction by deriving the problem utilized in elementary music distance learning. Educational Korean music contents had the following problems: lack of closeness to the school curriculum system, lack of activity and feedback for learners' practical skills and experiences, editing and platform restrictions for content utilization. Based on this problem, educational Korean music contents development direction in elementary music distance learning is as follows: First, we need to develop contents for Korean music education that are closely related to music curriculum. Second, online learning tool features that support interactions in music classes should be inserted to facilitate learners' practical and hands-on activities, feedback and evaluation. Third, contents for music education should be managed at once on online music education platforms, and various contents should be collected, edited, and re-processed to suit teaching and learning to develop compositional contents. In the future, educational Korean music contents should be accompanied by easing copyright laws, continuous content development of Korean music-related institutions through cooperation with teachers, and infrastructure for future music education. Through this, it is hoped that elementary music distance learning will be stable and that Korean music classes will be able to change and develop in line with changes in the educational paradigm.

        도시공원.녹지의 시민만족도 모형 - 안양시를 사례로 한 교류적 접근 -

        본 연구의 목적은 도시공원과 녹지공간의 이용과 미적 측면에서 도시민들이 중요하게 가치를 두고 있는 요인들을 평가하고, 다양한 공원녹지 요소에 대해 이용자 만족도 변화를 다루는 방법을 찾는 것이다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 안양시의 1999년과 2007년의 환경의 질을 평가하기 위해 교류적 접근방법을 이용한 동적모형과 공원녹지만족도 개념모형을 발전시킨다. 그리고 실증적 연구방법으로 1999년과 2007년의 공원녹지 환경 조사와 1999년의 573개, 2007년의 982개의 설문을 포함한다. 분석결과, 첫째, 공원녹지만족도의 가장 중요한 요인은 '도시공원'이고, 그 다음으로 '도시경관'이었다. 둘째, 모형에서 공원녹지만족도는 도시거주성과 경관의 질을 포함한 도시환경의 질적 만족도의 원인이 된다. 셋째, 요인분석결과, 평가인자는 도시경관, 도시녹지, 선형시설, 도시공원, 하천녹지, 산림녹지의 6개 요인이었으며 2007년에는 시민들이 참여한 '안양천 되살리기 운동'으로 인해 하천녹지 요인이 새로이 나타났다. 넷째, 교류적 관점에서 환경변화 결과는 시민들의 태도변화 측면, 안정성 측면의 양면을 보여주고 있다. 만족도는 향상되었지만 대부분의 요인에서 만족-불만족 항목의 패턴은 변화되지 않았다. 녹도를 포함한 하천녹지와 선형시설(보행자전용도로, 자전거도로, 조깅로 등)은 긍정적으로 변화되었다. 2007년에 공원녹지만족도는 안양시의 노력과 시민운동으로 조성된 도시공원 및 하천과 녹도로 인해 두드러지게 향상되었다. This study aims to examine what factors citizens value in urban parks and green spaces in terms of usage and aesthetic value and to find ways to deal with the changing patterns of user satisfaction for these various green elements. To achieve this, the study developed a dynamic model employing a transactional approach to evaluate environmental quality for 1999 and 2007 in Anyang City as well as a conceptual model of parks and greens satisfaction. This study relied on an empirical study method including the 1999 and 2007 green conditional survey and citizen questionnaires totaling 573 in the year 1999 and 982 in the year 2007. As a result, first, the factor 'urban parks' is the most important factor and 'cityscape' is the second most important factor in parks and greens satisfaction(PGS). Second, PGS in turn causes environmental quality satisfaction(EQS), which is related to two items--'urban livability' and 'aesthetic quality'--in the model. This means that PGS is the intervening variable of urban livability. Third, the factor analysis resulted in six factors: cityscape, urban green, linear facilities, urban parks, riverside green, and urban forest. 'Riverside green' emerged as a factor in 2007 as a result of public participation in the 'Anyang River Revitalization Project'. Fourth, through a transactional view, the environmental changes result in either a change in or stability of public attitude. The levels of satisfaction were elevated but patterns of satisfied-unsatisfied items remained unchanged for most factors. The perception of riverside a greenway and linear surface facilities(pedestrian walkways, biking and jogging trails, etc.) have changed positively. PGS changed significantly in 2007, as a result of urban events and development, including parks, rivers and greenways which were built through the joint effort of the local government and civic participation.

        A study on development of urban underground space has begun as an alternative to overcrowded cities in improving their urban environment. Although underground space can be important spatial resources in future-oriented urban development, due to its closed and negative image, under ground space has not been utilized in a various way. Therefore, environmental planning is required to utilize underground spaces and to activate the communities. The purpose of this study is to analyze planning factors selected through the precedent research for community activation in underground spaces and to propose planning approaches based on this The planning factors are classified as "introduction of relaxation area", "introducstion of cultural complex", and "space linkage planning". Also, the space components ae divided into "spatial planning aspects" and "facility installation aspects" according to the planning factors. The result of this study were as follows. Underground space to target users in this study, identify andapply ways of presenting components of the space environment required for planning of urban underground space for community activation is required in the future is considered.

        The long-life housing certification system must have been applied more than 1,000 households apartments since 2015. All of the certified apartments are the “pass” rating, but they are not different from the “not-pass” rating of apartments in long-term use. To design a long-life housing, it is important that it should be variable and flexible according to life-style or life-cycle. Therefore, it must be planned for flexible indoor space and easy to repair plumbing facilities. For overall that demands, the prototype of Long-life housing has developed and it has a feature such as durability, variability and serviceability. In this study, a cost comparative analysis was conducted on the bath plumbing system.
