Background: Dust clouds blown by the wind from the arid deserts of Mongolia and Northeast China are known as Asian dust storms. Ambient particulate matter with a diameter <10 μm (PM10) is associated with the exacerbation of respiratory diseases and increased mortality of heart and lung disease patients. The fibrotic effects of PM10 of Asian dust to pulmonary fibroblast cells are unknown. This study examined the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), TGF-β, NF-κB, PDGF-α and Fibronectin in fibroblasts exposed to Asian dust particles. Methods: Air samples were collected using a high volume air sampler (Sibata model HV500F) with an air flow of 500 L/min for at least 6 hours. The MRC-5 cells were exposed to 0, 50 and 100 μg/mL of PM10 for 24 hours. ROS was detected by measuring the level of oxidized DCF using FACS. TGF-β, NF-κB, PDGF-α and fibronectin were detected by western blotting. Results: There was no increase in the ROS, TGF-β and PDGF-α levels in the MRC-5 cells exposed to PM10. The NF-κB level was higher in the MRC-5 cells exposed to 50 and 100 μg/mL of PM10 for 24 hours. The fibronectin level in the MRC-5 cells after 24 hours incubation with 50 μg/mL PM10 was significantly higher than the control group (PM10 50 μg/mL 113.27±8.65 of control, p=0.005). Conclusion: PM10 from Asian dust increases the activation of NF-κB and fibronectin expression in MRC-5 fibroblast cells.
매생이(Capsosiphon fulvescens)를 이용한 김부각의 제조 및 품질특성 연구

We evaluated the quality characteristics of Kimbugak prepared using a microwave oven or the oil-frying puffing method with different contents (0%, 15% and 30%) of Capsosiphon fulvescens in dried laver. Microwave-processed Kimbugak had lower crude fat content but higher levels of crude ash, crude protein, and minerals than that prepared by oil-frying; it also had higher hardness values. The redness of Kimbugak containing 30% C. fulvescens processed using either method was lower than the control group. In sensory evaluations, participants preferred Kimbugak containing 30% C. fulvescens puffed by oil-frying. These results indicate that Kimbugak puffed using the oil-frying method has the best quality characteristics.

The long-life housing certification system must have been applied more than 1,000 households apartments since 2015. All of the certified apartments are the “pass” rating, but they are not different from the “not-pass” rating of apartments in long-term use. To design a long-life housing, it is important that it should be variable and flexible according to life-style or life-cycle. Therefore, it must be planned for flexible indoor space and easy to repair plumbing facilities. For overall that demands, the prototype of Long-life housing has developed and it has a feature such as durability, variability and serviceability. In this study, a cost comparative analysis was conducted on the bath plumbing system.
초등 음악 원격수업에서 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 활용의 문제점과 개발 방향

본 연구는 초등 음악 원격수업에서 기존 개발된 음악 교육용 콘텐츠 중 국악 교육용 콘텐츠를 중심으로 활용할 때의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 토대로 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 개발 방향을 제안하는 데 목적을 두었다. 국악 교육용 콘텐츠는 학교 교육과정 체계와 밀접성이 결여되고, 학습자의 실기·체험을 위한 활동과 피드백이 부재하며, 콘텐츠 활용을 위한 편집 및 플랫폼의 제한이 있다는 문제가 제기되었다. 이에 대한 개선을 토대로 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 개발 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악과 교육과정과의 밀접성 강한 국악 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 둘째, 음악 수업 내 상호작용을 지원하는 온라인 학습 도구 기능을 삽입하여 학습자의 실기·체험 활동과 피드백 및 평가가 원활하게 이루어지도록 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 온라인 음악교육 플랫폼에서 국악 교육용 콘텐츠를 한 번에 관리하고, 교수·학습에 맞게 다양한 콘텐츠를 수집, 편집, 재가공하여 구성형 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 향후 국악 교육용 콘텐츠 개발은 저작권법 완화, 교사와의 협업을 통한 국악 관련 기관의 지속적인 콘텐츠 개발, 미래 음악교육을 위한 인프라 구축 등이 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 통해 음악 원격수업이 안정적으로 이루어지고, 이와 더불어 국악 수업이 교육 패러다임의 변화에 맞추어 변화하고 발전할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study aims to propose educational Korean music contents development direction by deriving the problem utilized in elementary music distance learning. Educational Korean music contents had the following problems: lack of closeness to the school curriculum system, lack of activity and feedback for learners' practical skills and experiences, editing and platform restrictions for content utilization. Based on this problem, educational Korean music contents development direction in elementary music distance learning is as follows: First, we need to develop contents for Korean music education that are closely related to music curriculum. Second, online learning tool features that support interactions in music classes should be inserted to facilitate learners' practical and hands-on activities, feedback and evaluation. Third, contents for music education should be managed at once on online music education platforms, and various contents should be collected, edited, and re-processed to suit teaching and learning to develop compositional contents. In the future, educational Korean music contents should be accompanied by easing copyright laws, continuous content development of Korean music-related institutions through cooperation with teachers, and infrastructure for future music education. Through this, it is hoped that elementary music distance learning will be stable and that Korean music classes will be able to change and develop in line with changes in the educational paradigm.

가공방식을 달리한 커피 원두와 분말을 대상으로 향기패턴 분석한 결과 커피 분말의 경우 washed coffee, pulped natural coffee, natural coffee 순으로 향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로는 결점원두를 대상으로 통계 처리한 결과 일반원두에 비해서 향함량이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 커피 원두의 품질관리 및 평가에 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였고 향후 전자코가 커피원두의 등급을 매기는 커피원료전문가(Q-grader)로서의 역할이 기대된다. An ‘electronic nose’ based on mass spectrometer and discriminant function analysis (DFA) was used to evaluate the grade of coffee beans. The data obtained from the electronic nose was analyzed by DFA. The discriminant function first score (DF1) of natural coffee beans showed a greater decrease than the different processing methods. Defective coffee beans were separated well from non-defective coffee beans by DF1, which correlated with a weaker flavor than that of the others. Flavor patterns of the defective and the non-defective coffee beans were determined as complementary information. The flavor patterns obtained in this study can explain, in a simplified way, the differences between the defective and the non-defective coffee beans.

A study on development of urban underground space has begun as an alternative to overcrowded cities in improving their urban environment. Although underground space can be important spatial resources in future-oriented urban development, due to its closed and negative image, under ground space has not been utilized in a various way. Therefore, environmental planning is required to utilize underground spaces and to activate the communities. The purpose of this study is to analyze planning factors selected through the precedent research for community activation in underground spaces and to propose planning approaches based on this The planning factors are classified as "introduction of relaxation area", "introducstion of cultural complex", and "space linkage planning". Also, the space components ae divided into "spatial planning aspects" and "facility installation aspects" according to the planning factors. The result of this study were as follows. Underground space to target users in this study, identify andapply ways of presenting components of the space environment required for planning of urban underground space for community activation is required in the future is considered.
