유기 박막 트랜지스터의 활성층으로 사용하기 위하여 공액성 소중합체인 α-sexithiophene(α-6T)이라는 시료를 가지고 유기 분자선 증착법(OMBD)을 이용하여 박막을 제작하였으며 α-6T 박막의 성막 조건에 따른 박막의 분자 배향, 결정구조 그리고 표면특성을 알아보기 위해 angle-resolved UV/visible absorption spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry(XRD) 그리고 atomic force microscopy(AFM)를 이용하였으며 그 분석 결과 성막 조건에 관계없이 모두 monoclinic한 결정구조를 갖으나, 초고진공, 낮은 성막 속도, 기판의 온도가 높은 조건일 경우 α-6T 분자들이 기판에 수직적으로 배열한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. α-Sexithiophene (α-6T) thin films were deposited by organic molecular beam deposition (OMBD) technique. The α-6T was synthesized and purified by the sublimation method. The thin films of the α-6T were deposited under various deposition conditions. The effects of deposition rate, substrate temperature, and vacuum pressure on the formation of these films have been studied. The molecular orientation, crystallinity, and surface morphology of α-6T films were investigated with angle-resolved UV/visible absorption spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry (XRD), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). It was found that the crystalline structure of α-6T films was monoclinic and independent upon substrate temperature, deposition rate, and deposition pressure. On the other hand, the α-6T molecules in the mm deposited at a low deposition rate, higher substrate temperature, and under a high vacuum tended to be aligned perpendicular to the substrate.

목적 : 황기추출물이 생쥐의 5-FU로 유발된 골수억제와 삶의 질 저하의 개선에 미치는 효과를 연구하고자 한다. 방법 : 골수억제에 미치는 영향이 평가를 위해 Complete Blood Count, Histological Analysis of BM, Cell Colony Forming Assay for Hematopoietic Progenitor를 시행하고, 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 Swimming Test, Survival Rate, Nitric Oxide (NO) Assay, $^{51}Cr$ Release Assay in NK Cell, mRNA Expressions of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, $TNF-{\alpha}$, $IFN-{\gamma}$, $TGF-{\beta}$ and GM-CSF in Spleen Cells를 시행하였다. 결과 : 황기추출물을 골수억제를 호전시켜 말초혈액수치를 회복시키고, 골수파괴를 보호하는 효과를 보이며, 대조군에 비해 혈구생성을 촉진시키며, 대조군에 비해 생존율과 수영시간을 증가시키며, 대식세포와 자연살상세포의 활동성을 증가시키며, 종양면역과 관련된 싸이토카인(IL-2, IL-6, $IFN-{\gamma}$)의 발현을 증가시켰다. 결론 : 5-FU로 유발된 골수억제와 삶의 질 저하의 개선에 미치는 황기추출물의 유용성이 기대되며 향후 이에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Objective : To evaluate the effect of Astragalus Membranaceus Extrac (AME) on myelosuppression, activity and immune modulation in 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) treated mice. Method : We carried out complete blood count, histological analysis of bone marrow, and cell colony forming assay for hematopoietic progenitor to evaluate the effect of AME on myelosuppression and conducted swimming test, survival rate, nitric oxide (NO) assay, 51Cr release assay in natural killer cell, mRNA expression of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, $TNF-{\alpht}$, $IFN-{\gamma}$, $TGF-{\beta}$ and GM-CSF in spleen cells to evaluate the effect of AME on quality of life (QOL). Results : AME improved 5-FU induced myelosuppression and peripheral blood count was recovered effectively, had significant efficacy to protect against chemotherapy induced marrow-destruction and on hematopoiesis compared with the control group, improved increase survival rate and the swimming time, had a stimulatory effect on macrophage activation and NK cell activity, and up-regulated cytokine gene transcription (IL-2, IL-6, $IFN-{\gamma}$) in murine immunologic system. Conclusion : We can conclude that AM is an effective herbal agent for improvement of myelosuppression and QOL in 5-FU treated mice.

Flow analyses were performed to investigate the effects of flow straightener geometry on the uniformity of internal flow by changing the number of holes for a APR1400 Downstream Effect Test Facility. The flow straightening device is installed in the inlet of fuel assembly(FA) test column. In order to uniformly build up of debris in FA test column, the uniformity of internal flow is important. In this study, the flow straightener 8×8 and 9×9 hole were adopted to evaluate flow velocity characteristics. Calculated velocity distributions at the inlet of the FA test column were compared with the condition without flow straightener.
나노 계면분석을 위한 수평형 중성자 반사율 측정장치의 McStas 시뮬레이션 분석

수평형 중성자 반사율 측정 장치는, 나노 박막의 두께와 구성성분, 표면의 거칠기 등 그 구조와 더불어 나노 박막의 동역학적인 거동을 연구하는데 긴요한 측정 장치이다. 특히, 수평형이기 때문에 액체시료의 자유표면을 유지하며 표면을 분석하는 것이 가능하다. 30 MW의 하나로의 열중성자원에 적합하도록 최적화하기 위하여, 몬테카를로 수치해석 방법을 적용한 McStas를 사용하여 장치의 각 부분에서의 중성자의 빔을 추적 계산하였고 그 결과의 해석과 그에 따른 설계변수결정을 기술하였다. 최적화 상태에서 단색파장이 ${\lambda}=2.5{\AA}$ 이고 $q<0.126{\AA}^{-1}$ 그리고 시료위치에서 $10^4n/cm^2/s$ 이상의 중성자빔의 세기를 얻었다. 본 장치가 설치 완료되면 국내에서 나노박막의 구조를 연구하는데 크게 기여할 것이다. A new horizontal neutron reflectometer has been designed and now under construction at the HANARO, 30 MW research reactor, in Daejon, Korea. We performed simulations of neutron ray-tracing to evaluate the performance of all of the optical components of the instrument with a Monte Carlo technique using McStas. The feasible wavelength of the incident neutron beam is $2.5{\AA}$. It produces a q-range up to $0.126{\AA}^{-1}$ with a supermirror as a deflector. Our studies showed improvement of the performance of the guide tube and monochromators. Although the performance is limited in q-range, it promises to be the first reflectometer in Korea for the study of free surfaces, which is currently in demand.

The Beauty Contest Festival is greatly conducive to developing beauty artists' technique and creativity, and brings about mental, physical and creative function as well as emotional function. Accordingly, the Beauty Contest Festival allows beauty artists to possibly display a skill, by which new technique or color, theme, design and originality become theme. The newly-created trend through beauty contest comes to create a new style. Amid this change, the O.M.C Hair World initiated diverse changes in hair fashion. This had great influence upon the whole of beauty and fashion industry. Especially, this contest led to being developed many hair tools and to greatly contributing to development in the hair beauty industry and the cosmetics industry. The biggest performance is what people’s recognition on beauty industry, the image and stature of beauty artist are changing positively and what beauty came to emerge fairly as the art field amid the world. There are several international hair design competitions and many national beauty contests now, centering on the Hair World Championship. Many beauty artists are desired to join with having interest in Beauty Contest, to exert artist’s creativity, and to be conducive to development in the beauty circles. This researcher hopes this study to be helpful even if being a little to the creative work activity in many hair artists, who are performing the work activity. More researches are desired to be progressed by being reinforced enough materials on this in addition to theoretical accumulation on the whole items of Hair World after this.
해체적 특성을 지닌 포스트모더니즘의 현대적 헤어스타일 연구

Modern hairstyles are expressed individually without fixed trend, and this is regarded as a phenomenon as deconstructional characteristics of post modernism has begun to affect hair styles. Therefore, this study is conducted to help suggest future trend by analyzing how post modernism with deconstructionism is expressed in modern hair styles. With a focus on the literary study, it investigated the concept and characteristics of post modernism, understood deconstructional characteristics through paintings, architectures, and sculptures, and through the theoretical background it analyzed images that deconstructional characteristics of post modernism are expressed by in modern style. According to the result, men shows deconstructional styles with dichotomous characteristics of obscure distinction between men and women such as big long wave, ponytail style, and short hair with the artificial piece. Women show uncertainty of form &meaning from geometrical styles of short hair as well as epicene deconstructional styles with obscure distinction between men and women.
