        증명에서 연역 체계 이해에 관한 연구

        To help students understand the deduction system in the proof, we analyzed the textbook on mathematics at first. As results, we could find that the textbook` system of deduction is similar with the Euclid` system of deduction. The starting point of deduction is different with each other. But the flow of deduction match with each other. Next, we searched for the example of circular argument and analyzed. As results, we classified the circular argument into two groups. The first is an internal circular argument which is a circular argument occurred in a theorem. The second is an external circular argument which is a circular argument occurred between many theorems. We could know that the flow of deduction system is consistent in internal-external dimension. Lastly, we proposed the desirable teaching direction to help students understand the deduction system in the proof.

        침술 후 발생한 편평태선

        Lichen planus is a chronic inflammatory disease that mainly involves the skin and oral mucosa. We report the case of a 57-year-old female who presented with a 6-week history of localized violaceous papules on her back and both extremities. Prior to presentation, she had received acupuncture on her back and both extremities, and 2 weeks later skin lesions occurred along the treated area. From the histopathologic findings of the lesion, the patient was diagnosed with lichen planus and treated with intralesional and topical corticosteroids. Dermatologic diseases such as atypical mycobacterial infection, foreign body granuloma and contact urticaria associated with traditional Korean medicine treatments have been reported. To the best of our knowledge, there has been only one report of eruptive lichen planus triggered by acupuncture in English literature to date. Herein, we report this rare and interesting case of lichen planus related to acupuncture. (Korean J Dermatol 2015;53(8):628∼630)

        항암제와 관련된 피부이상반응에 대한 고찰

        Background: A number of anticancer agents are known to induce many adverse reactions in the skin. Related cutaneous adverse drug reactions influence the morbidity, mortality, and anti-cancer regimen of the patients. A multidisciplinary approach to cancer management has been emphasized. Objective: To identify the causative anticancer agents and frequency of adverse reactions in the skin. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of patients who consulted at the Dermatology Department of Busan Paik Hospital and Haeundae Paik Hospital from January 2013 to February 2015. Results: A total of 140 patients were enrolled. Among the 45 patients treated with antimetabolite analogs (30 cytarabine, 7 gemcitabine, 3 methotrexate, 2 fludarabine, 2 doxifluridine, and 1 decitabine), exanthematous drug eruption (49.1%) was the most common reaction, followed by hand-foot syndrome (28.3%). Among the 35 patients treated with fluorouracil (22 5-fluorouracil and 13 capecitabine), hand-foot syndrome (47.2%) was the most common, followed by acneiform eruption (25.0%). Among the 24 patients treated with epidermal grow factor receptor inhibitors (10 erlotinib, 10 cetuximab, and 4 gefitinib), acneiform eruption (54.8%) was the most common, followed by xerosis (19.4%). Among the 11 patients treated with anthracyclines (9 doxorubicin, 1 daunorubicin, and 1 idarubicin), acneiform eruption (45.5%) was the most common, followed by hand-foot syndrome (36.4%). Among the 7 patients treated with taxanes (4 docetaxel and 3 paclitaxel), hand-foot syndrome (42.8%) was the most common. Among the 6 patients treated with angiogenesis-inducing inhibitors (3 sorafenib, 2 pazopanib, and 1 sunitinib), hand-foot skin reaction (66.7%) was the most common. Only 2 patients (1.4%) changed treatments due to intolerable skin reactions. Conclusion: Clinicians should be aware of the various skin reactions of anticancer agents and predict their clinical course effectively. (Korean J Dermatol 2017;55(2):89∼95)

        전류원 컨버터는 전압원 컨버터에 비해 스위치 차단 시 발생하는 서지에 연루되는 에너지가 커, 무손실 스너버가 필수적인데, 이 스너버는 그 동작원리가 복잡하고 동작조건이 바뀜에 따라 성능의 변동이 심하여 설계가 어렵고, 적용되는 회로에 따라서도 설계식이 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 0.5 이상의 시비율로 동작하는 전류원 하프-브릿지 컨버터를 위한 무손실 스너버의 동작을 완전히 분석하고 설계사항에 대해 고찰한 뒤 실험을 통해 검증한다.

        2019 개정 누리과정 실행의 변화와 어려움에 대한 보육교사의 인식

        본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정 실행의 변화와 어려움에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 어린이집 누리과정 보육교사 303명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 개정 누리과정에 관한 전반적 인식은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 관심도와 교사의 이해도에 대한 인식이 높았으나, 성과에 대한 인식과 어려움 및 부정적 인식은 보통보다 약간 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 개인 배경 변인에 따른 차이는 직장어린이집 교사가 개정 누리과정에 대한 관심도와 성과, 이해도에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났으며 어려움에 대한 인식은 낮게 나타났다. 경력과 연령, 평가제 참여횟수가 많은 교사가 성과와 역량에 대한 인식이 높았으며, 어려움과 부정적 인식은 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 개정 누리과정 실행 후 유아 주도적 놀이가 증가했다는 응답과 함께 코로나 19로 인해 아직 제대로 실행하지 못했다는 의견이 많았으며, 누리과정에 대한 이해 부족과 전문성의 격차로 인해 어려움이 있다고 인식하였다. 이에 개정 누리과정의 실행을 위해 보육현장에 적합한 교사학습 공동체나 컨설팅과 같은 소집단 형태의 구체적인 교사 지원이 제공되어야 한다는 것을 시사 받을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to determine childcare teachers’ perceptions of the changes and difficulties in regarding implementation of the 2019 National Nuri-Curriculum. To this end, a survey was conducted on 303 childcare teachers and the results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the overall perception of the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum was favorable. Specifically, interest and awareness of the teacher’s competency were high, but recognition of achievements, difficulties, and negative perceptions were slightly higher than average. As for the difference according to individual background variables, workplace-based child-care centers teachers showed high interest, perceptions, achievements, in the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum, and difficulties were low. Older teachers, those with a lot of experience, and those participating in evaluation certification, perceived their achievements and abilities favorably, while their difficulties and negative perceptions were unfavorably. Second, after the application of the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum, the responses indicated that child-led play has increased, althogh it has not yet been properly applied due to COVID 19, and there is a difficulty due to a lack of understanding of the curriculum and a gap in expertise. Therefore, it may be suggested that in order to successfully implement the 2019 Nuri-Curriculum, specific teacher support should be provided in the form of a teacher-learning community or small group assistant, such as consulting.

        약물유해반응 이후 처방의 변경 유형과 치료 결과: Lamotrigine 관련 사례 분석

        Purpose: This study aimed to describe the desperate situation where the clinician should make decisions to further manage patients having experienced adverse drug reaction (ADR) to lamotrigine that is indicated to not easily controlled neuropsychiatric diseases. Methods: A descriptive analysis was done by thoroughly reviewing medical records of patients who were reported to have ADR to lamotrigine in a regional drug-safety center between 2010 and 2018. Results: Eighty-four cases of lamotrigine-related ADRs occurred in 80 patients. Skin lesions were most commonly observed in 70 cases (83.3%) and 14 cases (16.7%) had severe ADRs. Sixty-three subjects (78.8%) discontinued lamotrigine, while 17 (21.3%) continued it. At the time of discontinuation, 30.0% were prescribed aromatic antiepileptic drugs. Among 4 subjects who were eventually prescribed lamotrigine again after a period of discontinuation, 3 (75.0%) experienced its recurrence. Among patients who had taken alternative medications, the incidence of ADRs was higher in those being prescribed aromatic antiepileptic drugs than in the others being prescribed other than aromatic antiepileptic drugs (P=0.013). Regarding the control of underlying diseases, as many as 65 (86.7%) and 68 (90.7%) failed to reach maintaining the resolved state from 6 months and 12 months after the substitution, respectively. Conclusion: Patients can be easily trapped between the recurrence of ADRs and the treatment failure to a certain drug like lamotrigine, in which we can hardly find a reasonable alternative to manage them.         연산 결과의 의미 이해를 돕기 위한 단위 사용에서의 교수학적 변환 연구

        수치와 단위는 서로 동떨어진 것이 아니며, 단위는 수치의 의미를 명확히 하는 역할을 한다. 학생들이 해결해야하는 많은 문제에는 단위가 포함되는데, 문제해결 과정에서 관찰된 학생들은 연산 결과의 의미 이해에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이러한 현상의 현황을 확인하기 위해 초등학교 6학년 2개반 52명을 대상으로 검사지를 투입하여 그실태를 파악하여 분석하였는데, 이들에게도 역시 단위는 문제에 주어져 있는 것일 뿐, 단위를 연산의 의미 이해와 연결 짓지 못하였다. 이 연구에서는 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 기존의 교수학적 변환이 갖는 특징과 한계를 살펴보고, 연산 결과의 의미 이해 측면에서 단위가 갖는 이점을 고찰해 봄으로써 상황과 관련한 해석에 있어 단위가 갖는 효력을 구체화하였다. 특히 단위 연산 가능성을 허용한 교수학적 변환에 대한 구체적 논의와 시사점을 제안함으로써, 교수·학습에서 변화의 불가피성을 강조함과 동시에 실질적 도움을 제공하고자 하였다. The number and units are not apart from each other, especifically units clarifies number. Students often encounters many problems involving units, researcher found that students have difficulty in recognize the meaning of calculation results. These students recognizes units, just presented thing in the problem. And they could not connect units with the meaning of calculation results. With this results, this study researched limitation of pre serviced didactic transposition and found the effectness of using units to recognize the meaning of calculation results. Especially we discussed didactic transposition with permitting probability of unit calculation and suggested implications. So we accented the inevitability of change, and tried to offer substantial help.

        마그네슘 합금 판재의 평면 DIC 측정을 위한 지그 개발과 이를 활용한 단축 변형 특성 분석

        The specific strength of magnesium alloy is four times that of iron and 1.5 times that of aluminum. For this reason, its use is increasing in the transportation industry which is promoting weight reduction. At room temperature, magnesium alloy has low formability due to Hexagonal closed packed (HCP) structure with relatively little slip plane. However, as the molding temperature increases, the formability of the magnesium alloy is greatly improved due to the activation of other additional slip systems, and the flow stress and elongation vary greatly depending on the temperature. In addition, magnesium alloys exhibit asymmetrical behavior, which is different from tensile and compression behavior. In this study, a jig was developed that can measure the plane deformation behavior on the surface of a material in tensile and compression tests of magnesium alloys in warm temperature. A jig was designed to prevent buckling occurring in the compression test by applying a certain pressure to apply it to the tensile and compression tests. And the tensile and compressive behavior of magnesium at each temperature was investigated with the developed jig and DIC equipment. In each experiment, the strain rate condition was set to a quasi-static strain rate of 0.01/s. The transformation temperature is room temperature, 100℃. 150℃, 200℃, 250℃. As a result of the experiment, the flow stress tended to decrease as the temperature increased. The maximum stress decreased by 60% at 250 degrees compared to room temperature. Particularly, work softening occurred above 150 degrees, which is the recrystallization temperature of the magnesium alloy. The elongation also tended to increase as the deformation temperature increased and increased by 60% at 250 degrees compared to room temperature. In the compression experiment, it was confirmed that the maximum stress decreased as the temperature increased.
