Bacillus aryabhattai GW320 (= KACC 22234) was isolated from the rhizosphere of Cucumis sativus L. in Gunwi-gun, Republic of Korea, and its whole-genome sequence was analyzed in this study. Its whole genome consists of circular chromosomes and plasmids, with genome sizes of 6,036,752 bp and 152,341 bp, respectively. The G + C content of its chromosome is 61.5%. The chromosome and plasmid contain 5,599 proteincoding genes. Besides, genes related to auxin biosynthesis, urea degradation, and nitrogen assimilation were identified in the chromosome. Thus, Bacillus aryabhattai GW320 has the potential to be an agriculturally useful strain.

This study examines the present uses of smart devices among preschoolers and their relations to immersion tendency, self-control, and prosocial behaviors. The teachers and parents of 159 preschoolers aged 4-6 years attending kindergartens and childcare centers in Busan and South Gyeongsang Provinces participated in the survey. The findings were as follows: First, a majority of the preschoolers had the experience of using smart devices; Second, their smart-device immersion tendency was not severe; Third, the smart-device immersion tendency was negatively correlated to their self-control abilities and prosocial behaviors. It can be concluded that the age of experiencing smart devices is decreasing and their effects have substantial consequences in young children’s socio-cognitive development.
원공이 있는 복합재 반응조의 Wafer를 사용한 원공부위 보강에 따른 구조 응력 해석

Four kinds of wafer as design variables and local reinforcement were applied to the hole area of chemical resistance composite vessels which have weight loading condition of chemical mixtures to improve the structural safety. In order to verify the structural safety of composite pressure vessels for the various reinforcements, finite element analysis with maximum failure stress theory and Tsai-wu failure theory was performed using PATRAN/ABAQUS(standard). FEA results showed that the spiral wound wafer is the most effective reinforcements to improve the structural safety of hole area. And structural safety factor was increased about 43% compared to the base line design based on maximum failure stress theory, as spiral wound wafer was applied to the local reinforcement of hole area

With PATRAN/ABAQUS(standard), FEA(Finite element Analysis) of E-glass/VinyI ester chemical resistant composite tank with holes was performed. The purpose of this investigation was to determine the deformation behavior and structural safety under the maximum storage weight condition of chemical mixtures with 1.3g/cm³of density. Laminated shell element in ABAQUS has applied to calculate the stress and strain for each laminated layer. Maximum failure stress theory and Tsai-Wu failure theory have applied to evaluate the structural safety factor of composite tank. FEA results showed that the large hole is the most weaken area and the minimum structural safety factor is evaluated to be about 4 on a basis of the first ply failure theory.
