복합운동 프로그램이 비만 청소년의 신체구성, 혈중지질, 성장호르몬, 인슐린유사성장인자-1 및 종골 성장판에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the combined exercise on physeal plate of calcaneus, growth hormone(GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in obese adolescents. Toward this end, the study targeted 22 middle school student(BMI≥25) at W middle school in I city, who have no health problem or exercise experience. The walking exercise group performed walking program on a treadmill, 4-5 times a week (1-5week ; at the intensity of 4-560%HRmax, 6-12 week ; at the intensity of 61-70%HRmax), the resistance exercise group performed weight training in 20min(intensity; 1RM 60-70%, repetition; 10-12 rpt. per set, 3sets). The body compositions such as body weight, body fat mass and body mass index(BMI) in both the combined exercise group and the walking exercise group were significantly changed in positive, but the drop rate of the combined exercise group was larger than the walking group. The conclusions obtained from the above were as follow : physeal plate of calcaneus has presented in training group `open`(n=8), `closing`(n=3) and in control group `open`(n=4), `closing`(n=7). The changes of GH in the training group were increased after 12 weeks of exercise(<p.01), the control group has no significant difference in statistical, and the between groups comparison, has significant difference in statistical(p<.05). The changes of IGF-1 in the training group were increased after 12 weeks of exercise(p<.001), the control group has no significant difference in statistical, and the between groups comparison, has no significant difference in statistical. In conclusion, these results indicate that weight load walking training positive effects on the growth, physeal plate of calcaneus, GH and IGF-1 in obese adolescents. So we have continuous concern about training program in obese adolescents.

N/A Species composition and distribution patterns of shellfish were investigated in Eoeun and Geojeon tidal flat located in the Saemangeum area on the west coast of Korea from May to October 2000. Nineteen species of shellfish were collected in Geojeon tidal flat. The samples in number of individuals included Umbonium thomasi (90.0%) and Mactra veneriformis (5.0%). In Eoeun tidal flat, ten species of shellfish were collected and the dominant species in number of individuals were Potamocorbula amurensis (55.O%) and U. thomasi (18.6%). These results were compared with previous studies conducted before the beginning of reclamation in Saemangeum. Compared with the results from 1988, a change in species composition was observed. Laternula flexuosa and Nuttallia olivacea appeared, while Mactra chinensis and Coelomactra antiguata disappeared in the deposition area in Geojeon tidal flat. In the erosion area of Eoeun tidal flat, M. veneriformis and Meretrix lusoria appeared, while Cyclina sinensis disappeared. Based on a cluster analysis, the shellfish community in Eoeun tidal flat was classified into three station groups based on sediment types. Geojeon tidal flat was also classified into three station groups. The distribution of shellfish in the Saemangeum area was closely related to the sediment types.
사격 국가대표 선수의 표상화와 반사적 슈팅 훈련의 효과 및 평가

The purpose of this study was to examine the efficacy and evaluation of psychological representation and reflection shooting training for the national shooters. Methods: This program were consisted of “shooting behavioral representation” and “reflection shooting” factors to improve the competitive score and the mental ability based on the peak performance. 9 elite shooter were participated in this study and trained intensively mental skill training at the training camp during 12 weeks. Qualitative & Quantitative analysis, one-way ANOVA with repeated measure and depth interview with practical assessment and social validation measurement were used to the efficacy and evaluation of mental skill training program. Results: Competitive score were showed no difference, but participant reported that this program positively effected to the mental skill ability in the practical assessment and social validity outcome. Conclusion: This result meaned that mental skill training program could be practically used on the training field for improving shooter’s performance.
걷기운동과 복합운동의 비만 청소년의 신체조성과 심혈관계 질환 관련 Cytokine에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 12주간의 걷기운동과 복합운동 프로그램이 비만 청소년의 성혈관계 질환과 관련이 있는 Cytokine IL-6, CRP, Resistin에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 걷기운동은 주 4-5회. 1-5주까지는 45-60%HPmax, 6-12주까지는 61-70%HPmax의 운동강도로 주기별 점증적으로 증가시켰으며, 저항운동으로는 웨이트 트레이닝을 최대근력(lRM)의 60-70%로 반복횟수 10-12회, 3세트로 20분간 실시하였다. 걷기운동집단과 복합운동집단 모두 체중, 체지방률, BMI에서 유의한 변화를 나타내고 있으나 감소폭은 복합운동집단이 더욱 큰 것으로 나타났다. IL-6 농도의 변화에서는 복합운동집단은 유의하게 감소하였으나(p<.0.5), 걷기운동집단은 통계적으로 유의차는 나타나지 않았지만 감소가 나타났다. CRP 농도의 변화에서는 걷기운동집단운 유의하게 감소하였고(p<.05), 복합운동집단은 걷기운동집단보다 더욱 큰 차이를 나타내며 유의하게 감소하였다(p<.01). Resistin 농도의 변화헤서는 복합운동집단의 경우 유의하게 감소하였다(p<.05) 하지만 걷기운동집단의 경우는 특별한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 복합운동 프로그램이 심혈관 질환 관련 Cytokine IL-6, CRP, Resistin에서 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔으며, 이는 규칙적인 복합운동이 비만 청소년들의 심혈관계 질환 및 대사성 질환의 위험도를 긍정적으로 개선시킨 것으로 생각된다. The changes of CRP in the walking exercise group were significantly decreased after twelve weeks of exercise (p<.05), the combined exercise group was significantly decreased and the drop rate of the changes of CRP is larger than those of the walking exercise group (p<.01). The changes of Resistin in the combined exercise group were significantly decreased (p<.05), but there was no special change in the walking exercise group. Consequently, the combined exercise program had a positive effect on IL-6, CRP, Resistin related to cardiovascular disease, that is to say, the regular combined exercise improves the risk of cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome, so that it Will make a great benefit on health for a lifetime.
열경화성 잉크 에폭시의 두께 변화에 따른 마이크로 퓨즈 용단의 최적 조건

For the semiconductor device safety from over current in the digital electronic circuit system must be surely designed that it's surface mount type micro fuse device. In this paper, We has analysed to the fusing character of micro fuse as a function changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy. To the change of thermosetting ink epoxy thickness with in production lot, in the electrically character (fusing test in the 2 multiple over current and 10 multiple over current, surface temperature test in the 1.25 multiple over current) of micro fuse has been tested. According to the electrically character result, changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy in designed micro fuse withheld direct effect in both end resistance changes. Also, because high thermal energy in the micro fuse test of over current was occurred to effect such as thermal runaway and explosion. Therefore, screen printing process in the design of micro fuse using thermosetting ink epoxy is very important for production quality improvement.
