        우리나라의 연안기후와 해면수온과의 관계

        1962年부터 1981年까지 氣溫, 濕度, 海面水溫 資料를 利用하여 沿岸氣候에 대한 海洋의 影響을 調査하였다. 海面水溫은 西海岸에서 9月부터 3月까지 約 6個月동안, 東海岸에서는 9月부터 4月까지 約 5個月동안 海岸氣溫보다 높았다. 沿岸氣溫이 海面水溫 보다 높아지는 것은 西海岸에서는 3月, 南海岸과 東海岸에서는 4月로 西海岸이 1個月 정도 빨랐다. 沿岸氣溫과 內陸氣溫, 沿岸氣溫과 海面水溫과의 差, 그리고 沿岸濕度와 海面水溫, 沿岸濕度와 內陸濕度와의 差로 重回歸分析을 한 結果, 沿岸氣候要素(氣溫과 濕度)에 대한 海洋 影響의 係數는 南海岸과 東岸海보다 西海岸에서 弱하게 나타났다. The oceanic effect on the coastal climate, the air temperature and the humidity, in Korea was studied by using the meteorological and the sea surface temperature data compiled from 1962 to 1981. The fluctuation of sea surface temperature plays an important role in determining the air temperature and the humidity in the coastal area. The sea surface temperature is higher than the air temperature from September to March in the western coastal area, and from September to April in the southern and the eastern coastal areas. It is found that in March the air temperature begins to surpass the sea surface temperature in the western coastal area, and in April in the southern and the eastern coastal areas. On the basis of the multiple regression analysis it is found that the oceanic effect on the coastal climate, the air temperature and the humidity, in the western coastal area is different that in the southern and the eastern coastal areas.

        $BaTiO_3$-$Er_2$$O_3$-MgO 첨가계를 이용한 내환원성 X7R 재질의 유전특성에 관한 연구

        E $r_2$ $O_3$-MgO 복합 첨가가 BaTi $O_3$계 내환원성 X7R 재질의 유전특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 환원성 분위기에서 연구하였다. (B $a_{1-x}$ E $r_{x}$)( $Ti_{1-y}$M $g_{y}$ ) $O_3$첨가계에서 1.0 mol% 이상 MgO의 복합첨가로 E $r_{Ba}$ 도너 불순물과 $Mg_{Ti}$ 억셉터 불순물이 전기적으로 보상되어, 환원성분위기 소결 후에도 $10^{10}$Ωcm 이상의 높은 절연저항을 나타내었다. E $r_2$ $O_3$가 첨가된 시편에서 MgO가 2.0 mol% 이상 첨가될 경우, 유전율의 온도안정성이 향상되어 X7R 규격을 만족시켰으며 1.0$mu extrm{m}$ 이하의 작고 균일한 입자가 관찰되었다. 한편, E $r_2$ $O_3$의 첨가량이 3.0 mol%로 증가함에 따라 유전율의 온도안정성이 향상되었으나 상대적으로 상온 유전상수값이 현저히 감소하였다.였다.다.

      • Stem-ML에 기반한 한국어 억양 생성

        In this paper, we present a method of generating intonation contour for Korean text-to-speech (TTS) system and a method of synthesizing emotional speech, both based on Soft template mark-up language (Stem-ML), a novel prosody generation model combining mark-up tags and pitch generation in one. The evaluation shows that the intonation contour generated by Stem-ML is better than that by our previous work. It is also found that Stem-ML is a useful tool for generating emotional speech, by controling limited number of tags. Large-size emotional speech database is crucial for more extensive evaluation.

      • 非圓形材의 後方押出에 있어서의 3次元 塑性流動解析

        A backward extrusion of non-circular sections from round billet was analysed by the upper bound method. To obtain the solution for the flow pattern and extrusion pressure, a three dimensional kinematically admissible velocity field derived for forward extrusion of general shapes was applied using velocity transformation. The objective parameters associated with the velocity field and deforming zone shapes were calculated through minimization of the extrusion power. As an optimization technique the flexible tolerance method was used.

      • 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 전력계통 안정화 장치에 관한 연구

        In this paper, it is suggested that the method select optimal appropriate parameter using RVGA and RVEGA of power system stabilizer with strength in low frequency oscillation for power system stability. We selected optimal parameter in case of power system stabilizer with both one lead compensator and two lead compensator, in each case, too. Also, we considered the dynamic characteristic and the system eigenvalue in the normal load, proved usefulness of RVEGA to compare of Yu's compensator design theory. The obtained results are summarized as follows. (1) We could know that the optimal parameter selection of power system stabilizer using RVEGA is effective. (2) Proposed RVEGA represented more excellent distribution of fitness and average fitness than RVGA, could remove early convergence in the problem of existing GA. Specially, we could know the good efficiency in the case of multi-variable. (3) In case of normal load, the dynamic characteristic and the eigenvalue represented more excellent in the case of using RVEGA than Yu's method (4) We could know which the optimal parameter selection using RVEGA contribute to power system stability.

      • 춘천시 문화시설의 활성화

        There are lots of cultural facilities and variety cultural event and festival in Chuncheon city. However it avail nothing that using cultural facilities are preponderated to the part of them. The cultural facilities are dispersed to entire city. And the sequence is not linked, because they are constructed separately without a flow of consecutive connection .It will be improved by proper zoning, grouping and networking which are based on the accessibility and the property for practical use of institut ion and efficient management. So, we suggest the construction of cultural complex town that improve the usefulness of cultural facilities, in the region of Uiam lakeside and Gunhwa-dong. It will be conductive to activate the cultural facilities and specializing the city. and In Camp Page site transfer plan, the city needs to plan ahead to use the site as the symbol of culture of Chuncheon city. And the requirements are as follows, we should specialize the site with arranging various cultural facilities. Also, it includes creating cultural street with effective and systematic connection with cultural facilities.

      • 임의형상의 삼각형 UBET 요소에 의한 축대칭 복합후방압출의 해석

        In order to test the applicability of UBET to combined backward extrusion, arbitrarily shaped triangular UBET elements were used for the prediction of load and deformed shapes of extruded products. It was shown that the load calculations coincide closely to the experimental results. But the depiction of deformed shapes had shown some discrepancy with the real products in the case of small inner punch radius. It can be said that the applicability of UBET to the combined backward extrusion was good in general.

        CaTi$O_3$에서 양이온 비화학양론

        과잉의 CaO와 $TiO_2$를 각각 포함한 $CaTiO_3$의 결함구조를 평형상태의 전기전도도를 $85O^{\circ}C$와 $1050^{\circ}C$사이에서 산소분압의 함수로 측정하여 연구하였다. 과잉의 CaO는 A site와 B site에 나누어져서 용해되어 $Ca_{Ti}$"와 Vo", 결함을 생성하였으며, 과잉의 $TiO_2$는 $V_{Ca}$"과 Vo"을 생성했다. 평형상태의 전기전도도는 CaO 용해도 5000ppm과 $TiO_2$ 용해도 2000ppm을 각각 나타냈다. 과잉의 양이온에 의하여 생성된 산소공공은 이온전도를 하여 넓은 영역의 산소 분압에 무관한 전도도 최소값을 보였으며, 반대로 대전된 음이온 결함과 결함쌍은 관찰되지 않았다.온 결함과 결함쌍은 관찰되지 않았다. The defect structure of calcium titanates with CaO excess or $TiO_2$ excess was studied by measuring electrical conductivities as a funcition of oxygen partial pressure at $85O^{\circ}C$ to $1050^{\circ}C$. Execess CaO may divide itself equally between A and B sites, resulting in $Ca_{Ti}$" and Vo", while excess $TiO_2$ form $V_{Ca}$" and Vo". The equilibrium electrical conductivity data indicate that the solubilities of CaO and $TiO_2$ in $CaTiO_3$ are 5000ppm and 2000ppm, respectively. Oxygen vacancies contributed to the ionic conduction which flatten the conductivity minima and did not make any defect association with oppositely charged defects.ely charged defects.

        For successful drawing of a flanged rectangular container with bi-leveled bottom, the forming process and the optimal blank shape are determined experimentally. Such variables as the die shoulder radius, blank holding force, blank shape, and materials anisotropy are chosen to investigate their effect on the thickness change of the procucts. It is observed that, although the direction of the material alignment has the most significant effect on the possibility of breakage on the stepped wall, the optimal shape of the blank plays an important role in yielding products with rather uniform thickness distribution within the limited ranges of the process parameters.
