Objective : The purpose of this study is to assess the utility of clinician administered posttraumatic stress disorder scale (CAPS) to diagnose combat related posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in Korean veterans of the Vietnam War. Methods : Sixty-one Korean male veterans of the Vietnam war participated in this study. We compared the diagnostic values of CAPS, Korean version of mini international neuropsychiatric interview (MINI) against the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV (SCID) in diagnosing PTSD. Results : The overall internal consistency of CAPS was 0.93. Compared to the SCID, total severity 45 (TSEV45) showed the best results among 5 CAPS scoring rules. In detail, sensitivity was 71.4%, specificity was 85.1, positive predictive value was 58.8%, negative predictive value was 90.9%, and accuracy was 82.0. Conclusion : CAPS was demonstrated as a reliable tool to diagnose combat related PTSD in the elderly. The optimum CAPS scoring was TSEV45.

Juan Mayorga's work <Hamelin> is inspired by the fairy tale ‘The Pied Piper of Hamelin’ and the ac- tual case of child molestation that occurred in Spain. This work presents other problems or social is- sues derived from the case by revealing the hidden side rather than focusing on and solving the case, and it stimulates the audience to do rational reflection and ponder. This is one of the representative features of Post-epic Theater revealed in <Hamelin>. There is empirical research on <Hamelin> as Post-epic Theater, however, it is difficult to find research on <Hamelin> that focused on a narrator who is a main Post-epic character. Thus, this current study defines <Hamelin> as Post-epic Theater and aims to present the method of role creation of the ‘narrator’ which is a Post-epic character throughout the actual production process. Based on empirical research on Post-epic Theater, three features of Post-epic Theater on <Hamelin> can be deduced: ‘1. A non-linear play structure that moti- vates an audience to actively watch the play’, ‘2. Raising social problems in a personal dimension based on Micro-Narratives’, ‘3. The narrator who promotes the coexistence of immersion and Alienation effect’. However, the narrator of <Hamelin> performs various roles and functions compared to existing other narrators in Epic theater. By utilizing Michael Kirby's theory ‘On Acting and Not Acting’ which enables the researcher to analyze thoroughly beyond existing acting frameworks, the re- searcher was able to analyze the various functions of the narrator, to confirm the notion of rapid role-change theoretically, and to apply it to the process of role creation. Four factors of Gestus were constructed to strengthen the audience's critical consciousness through Alienation effect which is the narrator's main characteristic: scene transitions, eye contact, finger gestures, and shooting. Ultimately, the purpose of this study is to identify the features of <Hamelin> as Post-epic Theater and to suggest the method of the role creation of the Post-epic characters throughout the actual production process. 후안 마요르가(Juan Mayorga)의 <하멜린>은 동화 ‘피리 부는 사나이’와 스페인에서 실제로 일어났던 아동 성추행 사건에서 영감을 얻은 작품이다. 이 희곡은 중심 사건에 집중하여 그것을 풀어나가기 보다는 파생되는 다른 문제들, 혹은 그 이면을 드러내며 사회적 문제를 제시하고, 관객의 이성적 성찰과 사유를 촉구한다. 이것 은 <하멜린>에 드러나는 포스트 서사극의 대표적인 특징 중 하나이다. <하멜린>을 포스트 서사극으로 바라본 선행연구는 있지만, 이 작품의 대표적 포스트 서사적 인물인 ‘해설자’를 중심으로 진행한 연구는 전무하다. 그 렇기에 본고는 <하멜린>을 포스트 서사극으로 규정하고, 실제 프로덕션 과정을 통해 포스트 서사극 캐릭터인 ‘해설자’의 역할창조 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 포스트 서사극에 대한 선행연구를 기반으로, <하멜린>에 나타나는 포스트 서사극의 특징을 세 가지로 도출할 수 있었다. ‘1. 관객의 적극적 관극을 촉구하는 비선형적 극 구조’, ‘2. 미시서사를 기반으로 하는 사적 차원의 사회 문제 제기’, ‘3. 몰입과 생소화의 공존을 도모하는 해설자’가 그것이다. 그런데 <하멜린>의 해설자 는 기존의 서사극 해설자보다 다양한 역할과 기능을 수행한다. 이에 연구자는 기존의 연기적 틀을 벗어나 면밀 한 분석이 가능한 ‘마이클 커비의 연기/비 연기(On Acting And Not-Acting)’ 이론을 활용하여, 해설자의 다양한 기능에 대한 분석 및 급격한 역할 전환의 이론적 토대를 확인하고 역할창조 과정에 적용할 수 있었다. 해설자의 주요한 특징인 생소화 효과를 통해 관객의 비판의식을 강화하기 위해 게스투스를 네 가지로 구축하 였다. 장면 전환, 아이컨택, 손가락 제스처, 촬영이 그것이다. 궁극적으로 본고는 포스트 서사극으로서의 <하멜린>의 특징을 파악하고 실제 프로덕션 과정을 통해 포스트 서사극의 역할창조 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

채널 등화기에 응용한 제2차 필터화 경사도 알고리즘의 해석

본 논문에서는 스칼라 인수 ${\alpha}1,\;{\alpha}2$를 매개변수화하여 갱신항을 첨가한 비선형 적응 알고리즘의 특성을 분석한다. 수렴 특성의 해석에서 평균 필터계수 벡터에 대하여 전이행열의 고유치가 기술된다. 그 알고리즘이 안정하기 위한 범위도 증명된다. 본 알고리즘의 시정수도 유도되고, sign 알고리즘, 기존의 LSM 알고리즘, LFG 알고리즘의 계산량도 비교해 본다. 평균자승의 수렴특성을 해석하고 평균자승 순환식과 초과 평균자승 오차(excess mean square error) 표현식을 유도하고 본 알고리즘이 안정하기 위한 조건도 정한다. 컴퓨터 모의실험(simulation)에서 채널 등화기를 이용하여 QFG 알고리즘의 성능 특성을 보여준다. QFG 알고리즘이 부드러운(smooth) 수렴특성을 가지기 때문에 버스트 오차(error bursting)가 문제가 되는 경우에 유용하다. This paper analyzes the properties of such algorithm that corresponds to the nonlinear adaptive algorithm with additional update terns, parameterized by the scalar factors ${\alpha}1,\;and\;{\alpha}2$. The analysis of concergence leads to eigenvalues of the transition matrix for the mean filter coefficient vector. Regions in which the algorithm becomes stable are demonstrated. The time constant is derived and the computational complexity of the QFG algorithm is compared with those of the conventional LMS. sign, and LFG algorithm. The properties of convergence in the mean square error is derived and the neccessary condition for the CFG algorithm to be stable is attaned. In the computer simulation a channel equalization is utilized to demonstrate the performance feature of the QFG algorithm. The QFG algorithm has the more computational complexities but the faster convergence speed than LMS and LFG algorithm. Since the QFG algorithm has smoother convergence, it may be useful in case where error bursting is a problem.

이 「산수별곡」도 「답산가」류로써 이 가사를 통해서 우리 조선들의 의식구조의 한 면을 엿볼 수 있다. 한편 「답산가」들과 더불어 국문학의 가사 장르에 「풍수가사」의 한 장을 펼만한 교두보를 확보하는데에 도움이 될 것이다. 이에 덧붙여 풍수지리 관계 용어와 질병, 사회제도, 친족관계어, 시간, 방위 등의 어휘들이 많이 나타나 있어서 국어사의 자료로도 그 가치가 있을 것으로 생각한다.

Piriformis syndrome caused by an accessory belly of the piriformis muscle is very rare. Only a few cases have been reported. Here, we report a case of piriformis syndrome resulting from an extremely rare type of accessory belly of the piriformis muscle originated at the proximal third portion of the main piriformis muscle and attached separately to the greater trochanter inferior to the insertion of the main piriformis muscle. A definitive diagnosis of piriformis syndrome was made based on magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance neurography findings that were consistent with results of nerve conduction study and needle electromyography.
