        Tudor時代 流浪民 發生原因에 對한 硏究

        The present study tries to find out reasons for the rapid growth of the vagrants in the Tudor Age. This study first analyzes general reasons for the generation of the vagrants, and then focuses on their rapid increase during the Tudor Age, which was caused by poor policies of the rulers. Various types of unsettled people can be categorized into the term "Vagrants." The present work assumes that the term includes the vagrant types classified by both Harman and the Parliament in 1572. Vagrants are the bad results of the social and economic changes. Reasons for the growth of the vagrants in the Tudor Age lay in special problems occurred in the social and economic changes inherent to the Age : the changes in agriculture and the problems therewith ; reformation and its influences on religion, society, and economy; population flows and mobiliy of the social classes and their effects on the lower classes ; the wage fixation policy which eliminated the possible financial improvement of the poor ; and absence of the employment policy even with the capitalistic system. The policy for the vagrants in the Tudor Age favored the punishment, and it lacked more fundamental provisions. The policy was established without understanding the nature of the vagrants, therefore, could not stop the growth of vagrants, but only aggravated the situation. The vagrants were less threatening and less violent than they were conceived to be. They did not basically threated the social order. Owing to the poor policy, however, even temporary vagrants became the permanent vagrants. This was another reason for the vicious circle of the vagrants.

        This study introduces Whig-Marxist and Revisionist views of the social and economic causes of the English Civil War. The Whig-Marxist interpretations traditionally emphasized on the social and economic background of the Civil War; the Revisionism tried to dismantle the social and economic causes of the war. The Whig-Marxist historians explained the causes of the war in terms of social classes, economic and social difficulties, and structural problems of the Stuart society. To them the social and economic factors have long-term and inevitable effect on the direction of history, and the English Revolution was a kind of inevitable consequence of the situation. On the other hand, the Revisionists denied social and economic causes of the war. The climax of the social and economic difficulties which the Stuart society had encountered was at the beginning of the 17th century which was about 20 years ahead of the outbreak of the Civil War. England of the 1630s did not anticipate any kind of social upheaval. The English people were basically conservative and did not show any major grievances for their social and economic difficulties. There was no social and economic causes of the English Civil War. The Whig-Marxist interpretations of the English Civil War are at a low ebb in the historiography of the English Civil War as marxism was turned down by most historians. The Revisionists' view is seemed to be more persuasive in the debate of the social and economic causes of the English Civil War.

      • 능동 학습 기반 영상데이터 증식에 관한 연구

        딥러닝 모델 학습 시 충분하지 않은 데이터로 학습하는 경우 과적합이 발생할 수 있으며, 오탐지율이 높아질 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기존 데이터를 변환시키는 데이터 증식 방법과 딥러닝을 사용한 데이터 증식 방법에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존 데이터 증식 방법의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 객체 인식 기술과 유사도 측정 알고리즘을 활용한 이미지 데이터 증식 방법을 제안하였다. 실험 결과 기존 640개의 학습 데이터를 16,633개로 증식하였으며, 기존 데이터셋의 F1 Score 0.060을 0.852로 증가시켰다.

        Reporting experiences of ordinary men/women has a pivotal importance in the new social history. It shows a vivid picture of a society in the past. This study regards the Members of Parliament in the earlier parliaments of Henry Ⅷ (1510-1523) as ordinary men in the early Tudor society, since they were not quite different from the lower or upper classes in demographic view points, although they established typical elite class of the day. This study analyzes 184 MPs' lives. Their life span was at least 55 years on the average. They married 1.4 times in their life-time; their wives died when they were 56 years old; and men and women married almost same number of times on the average. A typical household had 4 children: 2 sons and 2 daughters. The numbers of daughters were slightly larger than those of sons. And the average age of the MPs was 41 years old.

        AHP분석을 통한 교통약자의 도로시설 이용특성에 관한 연구

        각 도시에서는 급증하는 자동차로 인해 보행자의 영역은 줄어들고 있고 보행자를 위한 도로시설의 개선은 향상되지 못하고 있어 보행자는 위험한 교통환경에 노출되고 있다. 이러한 열악한 보행환경은 비교통약자에게도 위험하지만 교통약자에게는 더욱 치명적인 위험요소가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 교통약자의 교통안전을 향상시키고 보행환경을 개선하기 위해 교통약자 유형별로 도로시설 이용특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 교통약자를 대상으로 기존 도로의 보행시설을 이용할 때 느낀 정량적, 정성적 사항에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 바탕으로 정량적, 정성적 요소를 모두 고려한 의사결정방법인 계층 분석적 의사결정방법(AHP)을 이용한 연구를 수행하였다. 제3계층 분석결과 고령자나 장애인의 경우 일부 유사한 특성을 나타내고 있었으며 차량진출입, 도로의 기울기나 포장불량이 높은 순위의 불편요소로 나타났다. 영유아동반자의 경우 승강기가 없는 육교와 지하도가 1순위로 나타나 고령자, 장애인과 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. Pedestrians have been exposed to dangerous traffic environments, in which walking spaces in a city decrease without improved facilities even though cars increase. Such poor walking environments are deadly dangerous to the vulnerable as well as the non-vulnerable. This study analyzed the road facilities use characteristics according to a type of vulnerability in order to improve traffic safety and walking environment for vulnerable pedestrians. This study surveyed the vulnerable in terms of issues that they encountered on existing walkways and conducted the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which took all quantitative and qualitative variables into account. The results of Level-3 analysis were showed that the elderly and the disabled were partially similar; both felt most inconvenient at enter-exit sections, steep walkway and bad paved walkway. Unlike those results, people with children and/or infants answered that overpass or underpass walkways without lifting facilities were most inconvenient walking environments.
