        불교계 유아교육기관 교원의 개정 누리과정 운영 의미 탐색

        This study attempted to explore the meaning of the revised Nuri curriculum for teachers of Buddhist early childhood education institutions. As a result of the study, first, teachers of Buddhist early childhood education institutions were affected by their childhood religious experiences. Second, teachers of Buddhist early childhood education institutions have been trying to practice early childhood education from the viewpoint of Buddhist early childhood education. In conclusion, the results of this study show that the teachers of Buddhist early childhood education institutions are actively accepting and operating the changes in the national-level early childhood curriculum, the “Nuri Curriculum,” based on their understanding of Buddhist thought.

      • 유아교사의 정서지능과 교사효능감이 유아권리존중 실행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 유아 권리 존중의 필요성에 기초하여, 유아권리존중 실행에 미치는 영향요인이 무엇인지 규명하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울특별시와 수도권의 유아교육기관에 재직하고 있는 만 3세~5세반 담임교사 324명이다. 설문지를 통해 유아교사의 정서지능과 교사효능감 및 유아권리존중 실행이 평가되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석이 이루어졌다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아권리존중 실행은 유아교사의 교직경력과 학력에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 정서 지능과 교사효능감은 유아권리존중 실행에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 독립변인들 중에서는 교사효능감이 정서지능에 비해 유아권리존중 실행에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 큰 것으로 예측되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 현장에서 유아권리존중 실행을 위해 유아교사의 정서지능과 교사효능감을 높일 수 있는 지원방법을 개발하고, 이를 실천하는 것이 효과적임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between teachers' emotional intelligence, teacher efficacy, and respect for infant rights in early childhood education. The subjects of this study were 324 teachers of 3 to 5 year old children working in early childhood education institutions in Seoul and surrounding areas. The collected data were processed by using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program to perform reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, hierarchical regression were analyzed. The results were as follows; First, the general tendency of teachers’ emotional intelligence, teacher efficacy and respect for children’s rights were higher than normal level. Second, there were significant differences in the teachers' practices of respecting children’s rights by teacher’s teaching experience and academic background respectively. Third, teachers’ emotional intelligence and teacher efficacy had the positive effects on the practices of respecting children’s rights. Teacher efficacy, among the independent variables, was predicted to have a greater impact on respecting children's rights than emotional intelligence. In conclusion, this study suggests that development of teacher efficacy and emotional intelligence of early childhood teachers be needed to have the effective practice of respecting children’s rights in the fields of education.

        아이돌보미의 보육효능감과 안전행동실천과의 관계에서 직무만족도의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 아이돌보미의 보육효능감과 안전행동실천과의 관계에서 직무만족도의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 경상북도 G시 아이돌봄사업단에서 활동하고 있는 아이돌보미 207명이었다. 아이돌보미의 보육효능감과 직무만족도 그리고 안전행동실천에 대한 측정이 설문지 조사로 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 Jamovi 1.2.프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계 분석, 상관분석 및 부트스트랩 검증이 이루어졌다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 아이돌보미의 보육효능감과 직무만족도 및 안전행동실천은 모두 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 아이돌보미의 직무만족도는 보육효능감과 안전행동실천 간의 관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 아이돌보미의 안전행동실천을 지원하기위해서 보육효능감 향상을 위한 교육 및 지원과 더불어 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 함께 고려되어야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between childcare efficacy and safety behavior practice of child caregivers. The subjects of the study were 207 child caregivers working at the IdolBom Business Group in G-City in Gyeongsangbuk-do. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey that measures the childcare efficacy, job satisfaction, and safety behavior practices of child caregivers. The collected data were analyzed for reliability, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and bootstrapping using the Jamovi 1.2 program. As a result of the study, first, there was a significant positive correlation between the childcare efficacy, job satisfaction, and safety behavior practice of child caregivers. Second, the job satisfaction of child caregivers plays a partial mediator role in the relationship between childcare efficacy and safety behavior practice.

        유아교사의 놀이지원효능감 척도개발 및 타당화

        The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a scale that can measure the play support efficacy of early childhood teachers. To this end, first, literature analysis, open-ended questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted for early childhood teachers in the field to extract constituent factors and items, and through three Delphi surveys, preliminary items were selected for the play support efficacy scale for early childhood teachers. Second, through a preliminary survey conducted on 103 early childhood teachers, a proposal was made for the construct validity of preliminary questions and a draft of the play support efficacy scale for early childhood teachers. Third, the suitability and reliability of the factor structure of the development scale were verified through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis as a result of the main survey of 408 early childhood teachers. Fourth, in order to validate the scale developed in this study, the criterion-related validity was confirmed through correlation analysis between the existing teacher efficacy scale and the teacher effectiveness scale for teacher's play. The early childhood teacher's play support efficacy scale developed through these steps consisted of 4 components, 10 factors, and 51 items, and was confirmed to be a valid and reliable measure for measuring the play support efficacy of early childhood teachers. 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 놀이지원효능감을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 타당화 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 문헌분석과 현장의 유아교사를 대상으로 개방형 설문, 심층면담을 진행하여 구성요인과 문항을 추출하고, 3회에 걸친 델파이조사를 거쳐 유아교사 놀이지원효능감 척도의 예비문항을 선정하였다. 둘째, 3~5세 유아반 담임교사 103명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하여 예비문항의 구성타당도를 확인하고 유아교사 놀이지원효능감 척도의 시안을 구성하였다. 셋째, 유아교사 408명을 대상으로 이루어진 본조사 결과로 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 통해 개발척도의 요인구조의 적합성과 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 넷째, 본 연구에서 개발한 척도의 타당화를 위해 기존의 교사효능감 척도와 교사의 놀이에 대한 교수효능감 척도와의 상관관계 분석을 통해 준거관련타당도를 확인하였다. 이러한 단계를 통해 개발된 유아교사 놀이지원효능감 척도는 4개 구성요인, 10개 요인, 51문항으로 구성되어 유아교사의 놀이지원효능감을 측정하는데 타당하고 신뢰로운 척도임이 확인되었다.

        유아교사 정서지능과 유아 행동문제 간의 관계에서 유아교사 정서표현성의 매개효과

        This study attempted to verify the mediating effect of early childhood teachers emotional expression in the relationship between young children s teachers emotional intelligence and young children’s behavior problems. The subjects of this study were 395 children aged 3-5 years old and 80 homeroom teachers who were enrolled in 5 kindergartens and 12 daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Early childhood teachers emotional intelligence, emotional expression, and young children s behavior problems were identified as teacher ratings in the questionnaire survey. The collected data were subjected to reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and bootstrap verification using the JAMOVI 1.0.4 program. As a result of the study, first, the emotional intelligence of early childhood teachers showed positive correlation with their own emotional expression, negative correlation with young children s behavior problems, and negative correlation between early childhood teacher emotional expression and young children’s behavior problems, respectively. Second, it was found that the early childhood teacher s emotional expression plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between the early childhood teacher s emotional intelligence and the young children’s behavior problem. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it is necessary to find concrete measures to prevent or reduce young children’s behavior problems based on the relationship between these variables. 본 연구에서는 유아교사 정서지능과 유아 행동문제 간의 관계에서 유아교사 정서표현성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울특별시와 경기도에 위치한 유치원 5개소와 어린이집 12개소에 재원 중인 3~5세 유아 395명과 담임교사 80명이었다. 유아교사의 정서지능과 정서표현성 그리고 유아 행동문제에 대한 측정도구가 설문지로 구성되고, 교사가 이를 평정하였다. 수집된 자료는 JAMOVI 1.0.4 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 부트스트랩 검증이 이루어졌다. 연구결과로 첫째, 유아교사 정서지능은 자신의 정서표현성과 정적 상관, 유아행동문제와는 부적 상관, 그리고 유아교사 정서표현성과 유아 행동문제 간에 부적상관이 각각 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사 정서표현성은 유아교사 정서지능과 유아 행동문제 간의 관계에서 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 이러한 변인 간의 관계를 토대로 유아 행동문제를 예방하거나 감소시키기 위한 구체적인 방안 모색이 필요함을 시사한다.

        A Study on Floor Impact Sound Insulation Performance of Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT): Focused on Joint Types, Species and Thicknesses

        In this study, the floor impact sound insulation performance of Korean domestic Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) slabs was evaluated according to their joint types, species and thicknesses in laboratory experiments. The sound insulation performance of the CLT has not been investigated before, thus, this study was conducted to quantify basic data on floor impact sound insulation performance of CLT slabs. 5-ply and 150 mm thick CLT panels made of 2 species, Larix kaempferi and Pinus densiflora, were used for the study. The CLT panels were assembled by 3 types of inter-panel joints to form floor slabs: spline, butt and half-lap. And the 150 mm thick Larix CLT slabs were stacked to the thicknesses of 300 mm and 450 mm. The heavy-weight floor impact sound insulation performance of the 150 mm CLT slabs were evaluated to be 70 dB for the Larix slabs and 71.6 dB for the Pinus slabs, and the light-weight floor impact sound insulation performance, 78.3 dB and 79.6 dB, respectively. No significant difference in the sound insulation performance was found between the slabs of the 2 species or among the 3 types of joints. The reduction of 1 dB in the heavy-weight floor impact sound and 1.6 dB in the light-weight floor impact sound per 30 mm increase in thickness were confirmed through the experiments. This study can be viewed as the basic research for the evaluation of floor impact sound insulation performance of CLT.

        유아교사의 놀이지원 개선을 위한 요구도 분석 - Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus Model 활용 -

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the priorities of early childhood teachers' demands for improvement in play support, identify factors that should be prioritized to improve early childhood teachers' play support, and provide basic data for related program development and educational materials. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 234 kindergarten teachers. To analyze needs priorities, t-test, Borich needs analysis, and The locus for focus model type analysis were used. As a result of the study, the factors that should be considered as top priorities for improving play support for early childhood teachers were analyzed as 3 factors of play observation and understanding, 1 factor of play environment support, and 1 factor of play support reflection. Play interaction factors were not included in the needs or priorities. As a result of analyzing the priorities for improvement in each field of early childhood teacher play support, it was found that early childhood teacher play support requires efforts to improve circular practice of supporting, interacting with and reflecting on the play environment based on play observation. Based on these research results, implications for improving play support for early childhood teachers were presented.

        산발성 크로이츠펠트-야콥병 환자에서 반복적 뇌파 검사를 통해 관찰된 주기예파복합체

        The periodic sharp wave complexes are the most characteristic EEG abnormalities in sCJD. We report the serial EEG findings in a patient with probable sCJD. The initial EEG showed diffuse theta and delta slowings only. However, it changed to the typical periodic sharp wave complexes according to the worsening clinical state. These changes occurred during a short-term interval. The serial EEGs within the short-term interval will be helpful for the earlier diagnosis of sCJD.

        경동맥스텐트삽입술 시술 전 평가와 시술 전후 관리

        Carotid-artery stenting (CAS) is as an alternative to surgical endarterectomy for severe carotid-artery stenosis. CAS isadvantageous over carotid endarterectomy in that it is less invasive and could shorten the hospital stay. A preproceduralevaluation is necessary to assess the patient’s anatomic status or clinical risk factors to determine whether they are a goodcandidate for CAS. Proper evaluation and management can reduce CAS-associated complications such as embolism andcerebral hyperperfusion syndrome. The frequent use of statins appears to improve the outcome of CAS. Using theappropriate stent type and a protection device could also reduce the complication rate. Given the changes in cerebralhemodynamics following CAS, adequately controlling the blood pressure in individual patients can enhance the efficacyof this treatment. However, there is currently limited data regarding the preprocedural evaluation and periproceduralmanagement for CAS. The evidence and the clinical status related to the preprocedural evaluation and periproceduralmanagement of CAS are presented herein.
