Monodispersed colloidaly yttria(Y2O3) can be used in a variety of applications such as phosphors. IR transparent materials and fine ceramics. For preparing monodispersed yttria homogeneous precipitation has been regarded as a fovorable method that is monodispersed yttria can be obtained through calcining monodispersed colloidal compound of yttrium (eg:Y(OH)CO3.nH2O)which can be prepared by homogeneous precipitation with urea. It is however still required to find out the quantitative effects of important variables of precipitation such as concentration of yttrium and urea reaction temperature and initial pH of reactant even though homogeneous precipitation of Y3+ with urea has been studied extensively. Among the effects of these variables we investiga-ted 1) the effect of yttrium concentration on the shape and size of precipitate and the reation rate 2) range of yttrium concentration required to make monodispersed colloidal particles 3) the reason for limited concentra-tion range of yttrium and 4) the effect of ultrasonic radiation on the limited concentration.

강우분석과 모델링에 의한 원주시 대기오염물질($SO_2$) 이동과 침적에 관한 연구

The concentration of sulfur dioxide in Wonju City was predicted using TCM (Texas Climatological Model). We have studied the transportation and wet deposition of $SO_2$ using the TCM and the analysis of rainfalls. The results are as follows : At the Hak-Sung Dong site in Wonju city, the correlation coefficient between the measured and calculated concentrations were 0.904. Sulfur dioxide was washed out by wet deposition. The wet deposition ratio to total amount of emitted sulfur dioxide was higher in summer than in autumn and winter seasons due to heavy rainfall in summer. The correlation coefficient between the precipitation and wet deposition of sulfur dioxide was 0.68. The months with greater rainfall showed that the measured concentrations of sulfur dioxide were much lower than the predicted ones. Although the amount of precipitation in April was smaller than in summer, the wet deposition ratio in April was much higher than any other months, due to the sulfur dioxide that was adsorbed on particulate matter and moisture was transported during the period of yellow sand phenomena from China. 대기확산 모델 TCM(Texas Climatological Model)을 이용하여 $SO_2$ 오염도를 예측하였으며 강우분석에 의한 $SO_2$의 침적에 관하여 연구하였다. 원주시의 월별 $SO_2$ 실측치와 모델예측치의 상관계수는 높은 편이었으며 $SO_2$는 강우에 의해 세척되어 제거되는데, $SO_2$ 총배출량에 대한 제거율이 여름철이 가을, 겨울보다 높게 나타났으며, 이는 여름철에 강우량이 많기 때문이 고 강우량과 제거율과의 상관계수는 0.68로 나타났다. 강우량이 많은 달은 $SO_2$ 실측치가 모델예측치보다 상당히 낮아지는 경향을 보였다.

백금족 귀금속이 함유된 자동차 폐촉매는 경제적 가치 및 귀금속 확보 측면에서 재활용의 중요성이 매우 높은 순환자원 이다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 발생하고 있는 자동차 폐촉매의 재활용과 관련된 정책수립 및 기술개발의 효율적 추진을 위하여 자동차 폐촉매 발생량, 유통현황, 재활용 기술 및 재활용 산업 현황을 조사하였다. 자동차 폐촉매 발생량은 자동차 등록 및 폐차 통계와 신차(新車)에 대한 촉매 장착 이력 등을 분석하여 추정하였다. 재활용 기술 및 산업 현황은 국내 최대 자동차 폐촉매 재활용 기업인 (주)희성피엠텍의 재활용 공정 및 현황을 중심으로 조사하였다. 더불어 자동차 폐촉매 재활용 산업의 활성화를 위한 제도적 개선 방안도 제시하였다. Recycling of spent autocatalyst that includes the platinum group metals (PGMs), namely palladium, platinum and rhodium, is a very profitable endeavor. In order to ensure an efficient promotion of an appropriate policy-making and the technical development of the recycling process of spent autocatalyst in Korea, the generated amount, trading conditions, and recycling technology for spent autocatalyst were surveyed. The generated amount of spent autocatalyst was estimated by analyzing the domestic statistical data of registration & disuse of automobiles and the records of autocatalyst installation to new cars. The review of the recycling technology was carried out by surveying the recycling processes of 'Heesung PMTech Ltd.', which is the largest company in the recycling industry for spent autocatalyst in Korea. In addition to the above, some policy suggestions for the improvement of recycling industries for spent autocatalyst were offered.

급격한 경영환경의 변화와 기업 경영 패러다임의 변화로 말미암아 기업이 경쟁적 우위를 확보하기 위한 전략적 방법에 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 물류산업에 속한 기업의 경쟁전략은 글로벌 경쟁에서 개별 기업의 경쟁력만으로는 성장에 한계가 있기 때문에 개별 기업의 핵심역량을 결합하여 공급 사슬을 형성하고, 전체 공습사슬의 관점에서 통합 및 최적화를 지향해야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 기업의 물류부분에 대한 아웃소싱이 활발히 이루어지고 있는데, 이는 물류의 흐름관리가 기업의 핵심적인 전문영역이 아니면서도 경영관리상의 많은 노력과 재원을 요구하는 영역이며, 고객의 니즈 변화를 충족시키고 기업의 경쟁적 우위와 차별화의 수단으로 물류서비스에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 있기 때문이다. 분 연구는 물류전문기업인 3PL기업의 이용이 확대되고 있는 현 상황에서 Mentzer et a1.(1999;2001), Parasuraman et al.(1988;1994)의 연구를 근거로 하여 서비스 품질에 물류의 개념을 작용하여 3PL기업이 제공하는 물류 서비스품질이 화주기업의 신뢰와 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 또한, 화주기업과 3PL 서비스기업간의 신뢰와 몰입은 화주기업의 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는 지를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석결과에는 3PL 서비스품질은 화주기업의 신뢰와 몰입 형성에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 화주기업의 3PL업체에 대한 신뢰와 몰입은 화주기업의 물류성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 끝으로 본 연구가 갖는 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

부동산거래 안정을 위한 에스크로우 활성화 방안에 대한 연구

국제화시대에 다국적 부동산기업들이 국내에 진출하면서 거래의 투명성과 안정성에 대한 요구는 더욱 늘어가고 있다. 부동산 거래사고를 사전에 방지할 수 있는 대안이 바로 에스크로우제도이다. 우리나라 부동산 시장에서 에스크로우의 현황과 실태를 분석하고 그 활성화 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부동산 거래 일괄서비스 시스템의 구축에 정부지원이 있어야 한다. 둘째, 에스크로우 제도 참여확대를 위한 세제혜택을 부여하여야 한다. 셋째, 에스크로우 관련 전문 인력을 많이 배출하여야 한다. Entering the era of globalization, international real estate companies to advance into the country are increasing. And real estate transactions, the need for transparency and reliability are becoming even more. The alternative that real estate transactions in advance to avoid an accident is just an escrow system. Analysing the status and actual conditions of escrow in the country's real estate market and presenting the activation plans are as follows. First, the government should support building bulk service for real estate transactions. Second, tax benefits should be developed.
