「閑人田」論에 대한 再檢討

It has been generally admitted that the political pattern of the Koryo Dynasty was an aristocratic system. Scholars who this claim put forward two main evidences which would support their assumptions: first, the hereditary transmission of bureaucracy by higher officials: and second, the hereditary transmission of private land possessions as compensation for that status. Many scholars have claimed that the latter was true, quoting the following facts: high officials above the fifth Pum were granted land as a special privilege from the nation by the law of Yangban Kongum Jeonsibup ; those officials below the sixth Pum were granted Haninjeon. Therefore, all officials transmitted their status to their offspring on the basis of an economic guarantee from a national privilege. But this writer criticises those advocates for their misinterpretation of historical data. Thriter then, attempts to reexamine the data interpretation of the Yangban Kongum Jeonsibup, as already exposed in the article (J. K. C. R. I. Vol. 22) in 1973. Another reexamination is attempted in this article on Haninjeon in particular, The resume is as follows: 1) Many scholars have interpreted that Haninjeon was granted to the offspring, who were not getting bureaucratic positions and the daughters who were not getting married of officials below the sixth Pum. On the contrary, the author believes that Hanin seems to be the father himself, not his son or daughter. In this case, "father" does not refer to a particular Pum itself. 2) Previously, many scholars believed that data C refered to the "Protection law for governmental officials and the war-bereaved family", but the author believes that the contents of data C only war-bereaved Suban families. 3) Former interpretations of the organic and homogeneous relationships between Yangban Kongum Junsi and Haninjeon don`t seem to have any confirmatory evidence. In conclusion, Haninjeom should newly be discussed and argued. In addition to that, Haninjeon as such was not any materialistic guarantee for the transmission of official status. This would seem to be fiction. A natural conclusion can be extracted that the Koryo Dynasty was not an aristocratic society but a bureaucratic society.

麴菌이 고추장 品質에 미치는 影響

It this study, investigated the effects of four strains belonging to Aspergillus oryzae on the quality of Kochujang. In the Koji and Kochujang making, investigated the difference of enzyme production of each strain, the change of each component and color during the aging, and tested the sensory taste. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Protease activity (acid, neutral) in wheat flour Koji was high in the case of Aspergillus oryzae-S₁ and A spergillus oryzae-M of short stalked type. The strain A spergillus oryzae-S₁ showed maximum activity after two days of Koji making, while the strain Aspergillus oryzae-M showed low activity till two days, but showed maximum activity after three days∼four days of Koji making. 2. In α-amylase activity, strain Aspergillus oryzae-S₁, Aspergillus oryzae- S₂ and Aspergillus oryzae-M showed high activity after two days of Koji making. Aspergillus oryzae-NB strain showed slower α-amylase activity than that strains. 3. In glucoamylase activity, all strain tested showed high activity after three days of Koji making, but strain Aspergillus oryzae-NB showed slower activity than of hers. 4. In protease activity (acid, neutral) during the aging of Kochujang, strain Aspergillus oryzae-S₁ and Aspergillus oryzae -M of short stalked type showed higher activity than that of long stalked type. 5. Amino type nitrogen contents during the aging of Kochujang was very higher in the case of strains Aspergillus oryzae-S₁ and Aspergillus oryzae-M of short stalked type than other strains, and each contents was 315mg % and 337mg % after aged for ninty days. 6. The results that analysed free sugar of Kochujang aged for ninty days with HPLC were; glucose 5.84∼7.13%, fructose 4.13∼5.00%, rharmnose 0.91∼1.04%, maltose 0.72∼0.92% and presence of xylose was recognized. 7. The results that analysed alcohols of Kochujang aged for ninty days with gas chromatography were; ethanol 1.51∼1.78 %, n-propyl alcohol 1.13∼1.20mg%, iso-amyl alcohol 3.5∼4.4mg%. 8. In the sensory test of Kochujang aged for sixty days and for ninty days, the case of strains Aspergillus oryzae-M and Aspergillus oryzae-S₁ of short stalked type showed good taste, while the case of strains Aspergillus oryzae- S₂ and Aspergillus oryzae-NB of long stalked type showed good flavor and color.

강대국 및 약소국 해양전략사상과 한국의 해군전략 : ‘제한적 근해우세’

This paper, to conceptualize ROK Navy’s strategy in the 21st century, firstly examines maritime strategic thoughts of the strong states and the weak states, and, based on it, propose strategic principles and strategic concepts that ROK Navy should follow. ROK Navy has several missions from preparing for North Korean provocations to countering neighboring states’ potential threats and even international maritime threats. Considering current naval capabilities, ROK Navy should pursue a “strong state strategy” against North Korean Navy and a “weak state strategy” toward its neighboring states. More specifically, Korean Navy should focus on securing “sea control at coastal area” against the North and “limited superiority at offshore” against neighbors. Also, it should have capability to implement “cooperative combined operations at blue water” with regional states. In mid- and long-terms perspectives, ROK Navy should consider “limited superiority at offshore” as the core maritime strategic concept, because it will enable itself the capability to counter North Korean Navy at the same time and also to promote combined operations at distant waters. 이 글은 21세기 한국해군의 전략을 개념적으로 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선 해양전략사상을 강대국의 입장과 약소국의 입장에서 고찰해 보고, 이를 바탕으로 해군의 전략원칙과 개념적 틀을 구상한 다음, 이에 맞추어 해군이 추구해야 할 전략을 개념적으로 제시한다. 한국해군은 북한의 위협 대비로부터 주변국의 위협 대비, 그리고 국제해양안보 위협에 대비하는 것까지 다양한 임무를 부여받고 있다. 현재 해군의 능력을 고려할 때, 그리고 미래에 갖추어야 할 능력의 범위를 고려할 때 우리 해군은 북한에 대해서는 “강자로서의 전략”을, 그리고 주변국에 대해서는 상대적으로 “약자로서의 전략”을 동시에 추구해야 한다. 보다 구체적으로 한국해군은 북한에 대해 우세한 입장에서 “연안지역에서의 통제”를, 주변국 위협에 대해서는 상대적으로 열세한 입장에서 “근해지역에서의 제한적 우세”를 달성해야 한다. 그리고 국제해양안보 위협에 대응하기 위해서는 지역 국가들과 “원해에서의 협력적 해양작전”을 수행할 수 있는 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 중장기적 관점에서 한국해군의 전략은 “제한적 근해우세”를 추구하는 것으로 요약할 수 있는데, 이는 근해우세를 확보할 경우 자동적으로 연안에서의 북한 위협에 대응할 수 있을 것이며 원해지역에서 협력적 작전을 가능케 할 것이다.

의료봉사활동에서 시행한 골밀도 검사의 유소견 연구

Thanks to recent development of science and technology, economic standard has been improved and life expectation has been gradually increased. Accordingly, disease aspect and demand for health have been changed in the concept from conventional center of disease to health improvement As the health issue in middle and senior age has also been vital in the national health, osteoporosis, one of the physical maladies occuring in these age group, is on the rise as a matter of important concern so that the researches on the osteoporosis have being accomplished actively in several medical domains. Research has been earned out for 735 examined objects, who have received medical examination of bone mineral density in the volunteer medical service of Daegu and Kyungbuk province for recent 4 years. The result indicated that serious osteoporosis prevailed over osteoporosis for male while osteopenia was majority to osteoporosis and that abnormal bone mineral density was more prominent than normal bone mineral density for both male and female. This study is to present basic data which is indispensible to preparation of senior citizen dominated society afterward, investigating the prevalence rate of osteoporosis.

방사선 영상학 실습실 오염실태 조사 (D대학교 DR장비와 방사선 발생장치, Cassette 오염실태 조사)

We checked the existence of bacteria at DR equipment, radiation generator and cassette in 'D university' to propose optimized management method for bacteria and disinfection at DR equipment, radiation generator and cassette at used in radiographic laboratory of the department of radiology. The infected region is treated by alcohol and cresol and compared before spraying and after spraying for 1, 3, 5 and 10 minutes. As time goes on, amount of bacteria colony decreases significantly. The Cresol is useful to disinfect the diminutive devices. However alcohol disinfection, at least 5 minutes later, and hand washing before practical training and shooting image is recommended due to the big and fixed radiography equipment which cause the soakage.

신군사변혁(RMA)과 중국의 군사력 현대화

This article analyzes "RMA" and military modernization of the PLA and evaluates how China's military has reflected the concept of "RMA with Chinese characteristics" and "local wars under conditions of informationization." China's military modernization has begun in 1993 when Zhang Zemin declared that PLA should have capability to win "local wars under high-tech conditions" in Central Military Committee. That is, PLA remained as a pre-modern military until the early of 1990s, but in 15 years of short period it has been transforming to a modern military preparing for high-tech wars and informationized wars. Recent Chinese RMA can be considered as reasonable and coherent in that the PLA has pursued its RMA reflecting their peculiar situations and linking its doctrine, military strategy and force modernization together. The PLA's RMA indicates that China actively seeks to get military capability comparable to that of Western countries, which ultimately bring about changes of military balance in Northeast Asian region.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of balance and gait when simultaneous application of Kinesio Taping on the lower extremities is done to improve the pattern of hemiplegic patients asymmetric lower extremity. Methods: This study was performed with 7 patients who have hemiplegia symptoms due to stoke. The taping on the paralyzed side was done on tibialis anterior, gluteus medius, gluteus maximus and psoas major and the taping on the unparalyzed side was done on the calf muscle and quadriceps. Berg Balance Scale(BBS) and Time Up and Go Test(TUG) was used to assessment the balance and gait of the patient after the kinesio taping was done on the lower extremities. The results of the test was analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test on SPSS(Ver. 10.1). Results: When the taping was done on the paralyzed side, there was a significant improvement of balance and gait in BBS and TUG. When the taping was done on the lower extremities, it showed significant improvement of balance and gait, compared to when the taping was only done on the paralyzed side, according to BBS and TUG. Conclusion: The result of this study shows that the simultaneous taping of the lower extremities of the hemiplegic patients improves balance and gait by improving the pattern of patients lower extremities.
