      • 느타리버섯 영양원의 수입국별 재배가능성 검토

        느타리버섯에 주로 사용되는 영양원의 수입국별 성분분석 및 재배가능성을 검토하였다. 첫째로 수입국별 영 양원의 성분분석 결과, 중금속 농도는 불검출되거나 미량 조사되었고, 면실박의 총질소함량은 호주산에서 6.22%로 중국산이나 미국산보다 높았으며, 비트펄프는 수입국별 pH 및 화학성이 모두 대등하였다. 둘째로 영 양원별 물리성을 조사한 결과, 압력이 증가할수록 이집트산 비트펄프의 보수력이 높았고, 면실박의 경우 400hpa 및 500hpa에서 미국산의 용적수분함량이 가장 높았으며, 배지재료별 압력에 따른 가비중의 변화는 나 타나지 않았다. 셋째로 재료별로 혼합한 배지의 성분분석은 T2처리구에서 pH 5.51로 가장 높고, 총질소함량 도 2.45로 가장 높았으며, C/N율은 대조구가 28.18로 가장 높았다. 마지막으로 혼합배지에 따른 생육특성 및 수량성 조사 결과 초발이소요일수 및 생육일수는 각각 5일과 4일로 T2보다 짧았고, 수량성 및 생물학적 효율 은 T2를 제외한 처리구에서 모두 대등하였다. 이상의 결과 호주산 면실박을 제외한 재료들을 재배에 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 추후 수입국에 따른 계절별 수량성을 검토하여 배지의 안전성을 확보하여야 할 것 으로 판단되었다.

      • 日本語 敎材 硏究(Ⅰ) : Centering Around Sentense Pattern of Conjugation and Declension of Predicates 連用形의 文型을 中心으로

        In Japannese sentences and everyday speech Conjugation and declension of predicates are most frequently used. This treatise is concerned with selecting various sentence patterns of conjugation and declension of Japanese predicates from every Japanese teaching material available and analyzing them. And it is also concerned with arranging systematically sentence patterns of conjugation and declension of Japanese predicates whereby it may be of some service to choosing proper teaching materials and compiling teaching materials useful to students. This treatise intends to include all the sentence patterns of conjugation and declension of predicates; and the principal patterns are as follows: 1. Various sentence patterns of conjugation of verbs. 2. Those of declension of adjectives. 3. Diverse sentence patterns of conjugation of adjective verbs. 4. Those of conjugation of auxiliary verbs. In presenting the abundant exemplary sentences, the present writer took much care to give as various kinds of patterns as possible and avoid overlapping of similar patterns. As a result of this investigation the present writer could make clear that the frequency of a particular one in each sentence pattern and that of a particular word in one sentence pattern were too high. And in this treatise the grammatical system of conjugation and declension of predicates in Japanese teaching material is also illustrated.

      • 日本語와 韓國語의 表現上의 차이에 관한 硏究

        The Korean language and the Japnese language must be the same lineage in the view of the historical and geographical relation in the bothe languages. The similarity can be recognized to a certain extent from theuse fo chinese characters, auxiliary words and the order of words, and is all the more in such ways even in grammatical structure. However, We think the Japanese language, as a foreign language to us, may perhaps have dissimilarities much or less. As the both languages have its own meaning and structual characteristics, to inquire into it, there are some cases that the order of words is different, and many dissimiliarities can be found in the use of chinese characters and auxiliary words, and still more we can feel the difference of the expression way in the both languages. This thesis deals with the selection and arrangement of parts which are appeared problems based on the each partof speech in the Japanese language and moreover describes on how it is different in expression with the Korean language. Its important object is to give better studies to the students who learn the Japanese language, and to have the teachers of the Japanese language interested in such matters. Because the parts suggested in this thesis are these which the study the Japanese languge have their questions in their studies. Accordingly, the author desires that the better systemic and efficint method for the study of the Japanese language and a teaching method shall be presented through the thesis.

        신품종 느타리버섯의 생육온도에 따른 호흡특성 비교

        생육온도가 증가함에 따라 $CO_2(ppm/hr/m^3$/병)농도는 증가하였고, 생육단계별로는 생육후기에 가장 높은 경향을 나타내고 있으며, 품종별로 춘추2호<수한2호<청풍<진미<흑백 순으로 호흡량이 많은 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 생육 온도가 높아짐에 따라 $O_2(ppm/hr/m^3$/병)소비량은 증가하는 경향이었으며, 생육단계별로 생육후기에 가장 많이 소비되는 경향을 보이고 있고, 품종별로 춘추2호<수한2호<청풍<진미<흑백 순으로 소비된 $O_2$량이 많아지는 경향이었다. 그리고 느타리버섯의 생육적정 온도인 $15^{\circ}C$에서의 호흡지수는 춘추2호가 500일 때, 수한2호 528, 청풍 573, 진미 617, 흑백 634로 신품종의 호흡지수는 춘추2호 보다 높은 경향을 나타내었다. This study was carried out to find out respiration characteristics of new variety of oyster mushroom to the temperature response. In new species of oyster mushroom, the account of respiration was on the increase when the growth temperature with the passage of growth stage was on the rise. The $CO_2$ concentration was accelerated as increasing the growth temperature, whereas the $O_2$ concentration was decreased. The account of respiration of new variety was in the descending order, Hukbaek>Jinmi>Chungpung>Suhan2>Chunchu2. Also, the ventilation exponent at $15^{\circ}C$ was Suhan2 2 ~12%, Chungpung 9~24%, Jinmi 15~37%, Hukbaek 17~39% in proportion to Chunchu2. The experiments related to respiration characteristics of new variety of oyster mushroom were worthy of recommending to new variety cultivator.

        Development and Evaluation of Laws and Regulation for the Low-Carbon and Green Growth in Korea

        The mitigation and adaption to Climate Change is considered as one of the most crucial and urgent issues for a sustainable future. Even though there have been a series of international efforts to mitigate and adapt to climate change, Korea has not considered climate change as a crucial paradigm for its future development. Recently, the Korean National Assembly passed the Framework Act on Low, Carbon Green Growth (FALCGG) in order to guide national strategies for green growth. Thus, this study mainly focuses on the development of the legal foundation of low-carbon green growth in Korea based on the recently enacted FALCGG. By analyzing the act and reviewing the international and domestic trends on green growth, this study provides 1) the understanding of the act, 2) the reasoning for enactment of the act, and 3) the relationships between the act and other related acts and regulations. And lastly, this study provides possible policy implications for the development of legal and regulatory systems for reducing GHGs and achieving green growth while considering spatial planning context.

        Properties of disease occurrence by season for cultivation facilities of oyster mushroom

        We investigated the correlation between density of air and the infection rate of airborne microorganisms in mushroom cultivation facilities and found that the correlation was low in places where the infection rate during cultivation was less than 1%. The farms with an infection rate of 2~5% showed a high infection rate in the inoculation room in spring and summer seasons, and in the incubation room in autumn, and the farms with an infection rate of more than 6% showed infection in all the rooms regardless of the season. The farms where the Trichoderma sp. was investigated at the time of the mushroom cultivation showed the highest infection rates of 3.17%, 2.74%, and 2.64% in summer, spring, and autumn, respectively. The farms infected with Neurospora tetrasperma showed a lesser rate of infection than the ones infected with Trichoderma sp., and the highest infection rate of 0.56% was observed in summer. Based on these results, the type of infection could be classified into five groups, where type I was farms where the infection rate is less than 1% in all seasons. Three farms belonged to this type, and the infection rate in this type was lower than that in the other types.
