      • 肺 核患者의 血淸蛋白電氣泳動像과 高田反應에 關하여

        Serum electrophophoretic patterns and Takada's reaction were studied in 233 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis. Positive reactions were found in 2.4% and 5.1% of cases with minimal and moderately advanced lesions, respectively, whereas as high as 37% positivity was noted in far advanced cases. In pulmonary tuberculosis, positive Takada's reactions were closely related to decrease in albumin and increase in α-globulin. However, high incidence of positive reaction was noted in far advanced cases than in minimal or moderately advanced cases even in patients with similar changes in albumin and α-globulin, suggesting that Takada's reaction is not only related to albumin and α-globulin but also to some other factors. It cannot be stated definitely whether or not positive reaction in pulmonary tuberculosis are solely due to hepatic dysfunction. However, in view of the fact that severe hepatic complications such as liver cirrhosis are rate in pulmonary tuberculosis, clinically and pathologically, it is more likely that hepatic dysfunction. together with quantitative and qualitative changes in serum albumin and α-globulin are largely responsible for positive Takada's reaction in pulmonary tuberculosis.

        The purpose of this study was on exercise cure on ischemic heart disease(IHD). Risk factors are smoke, high pressure, hyperlipidemia, highpercholesterinemia, diabets, obesity. Exercise cure of ischemic heart disease(IHD) is good for function of heart and lung better muscle function, prevent for ischemic heart disease(IHD) prevent aging situation that delaying the aging speed. Moderate sports of ischemic heart disease(IHD) are gymnastics, walking, jogging, gate ball, exercise rhythm, line dance, endurance aerobic exercise, and isometric exercise.

Insulin reduce rate are little during exercise by training generally. Weight control of long-term exercise as to increase sensibility of insulin are help for prevention of diabetes disease in obesity man.

Therefore physical activity and exercise that effect on prevention of metabolic syndrome by weight control and lipids metabolic problem in childhood, young-hood and later adulthood.

        This study was goal to investigate a reach on organ weight change of brain, heart, kidney, liver by exercise and Job's tears diet that provent for aging and disease to know the effect of exercise and diet condition in rats. This conclusion are that brain weight was increased by exercise and 30%Job's tears diet. Heart weight was reduced by 30%Job's tears diet, not effected significantly by exercise. Kidney weight was reduced by exercise, not effected by diet condition. Liver weight was increased significantly by exercise, not effected significantly by diet condition.

      • 흰쥐의 중량별 운동부하와 30%율무섭취가 식이섭취량, 증체량 및 지구력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was experimented that the effect of exercise load and 30% Job's tears intake of each body weight on food intake amount or increasing body weight and endurance capacity in rats and took 64 rats as the study objects. Using SPSS program mean ± S. D analysis has been experimented and the statistical significance level was set at 0.05 and the measurement result is as follows. first, upon food intake amount was much amount in control group(A), and was reduced in basal diet exercise group(B). second, increasing body weight had revealed high level significantly in basal diet exercise group(B). third, edurance capacity had revealed high level significantly in basal diet exercise group(B) of non load and had revealed high level significaltly in 30% Job's tear exercise group(D) in each weight in 2.5g, 5g, 7.5g, 10g per 100g body weight load. Therefore, exercise training effect to controling intake amount, was thought effect to control increasing body weight and progress endurance capacity in weight load intake of 30% Job's tear.

        As a review of literature about physical activity and exercise effect on brain function in the older elderly, following conclusions are drawn. Physical activities and exercise enhance brain health of both patients and non-patients and the workout of the whole body is more efficient. The workout is a good means of alleviating and preventing the aging process and neurode generative diseases. Regular physical activity and exercise is defined to be 30 minutes a day and 3 times a week. Conscious manual exercise improves learning capabilities and concentration and it prevents dementia for all categories of people ranging from infants to adults and seniors. It provides opportunities for seniors and people who are not seniors to understand, respect and communicate meaningfully with the old age and prevents the decline of physical functions caused by the lack of physical activities and exercise which bring to strong bine, flexibility, resistant exercise is improve to strength increase and walking attitude.

CVD disease and prognostic children period and adult obesity was come out Co-disease that to prevent middle-age period CVD disease as hopable living habit form in young people period. 2nd, extreme high dentisity exercise was occure muscle hurt that to effect negatively which increasing circulation of vitalmeterial an inflammation immunity reaction. 3rd, high relating fat prognostic about CVD disease that relate to VDL-C/HDL-C, TD/HDL-C rate or increasing TG AND TC/HDL-C rate which were effected through whole generation. 1st, exercise items for CVD disease rehabillitation patients were effective to prevent circulation disease which was walking, bicycling or jogging and cross country-running. 2nd, aerobic endurance exercise was care for breathing method in cross country-ski, swimming as aerobic exercise that to inject an irregular pulse under 27℃ water, to escape climing big curve that heavy materials instrument deliver as golf. 3rd, pingpong was hopable that enjoying recreation standard which tennis and bedminton are need to escape for participating game. 4th, This exercise are not moderate that climbing, a downhill race-ski, soccur, volleyball, handball, short running-track or throwing and high-jump. Exercise prescription for CVD disease rehabillitation patients was to practice which 1st, 1st period among enter-hospital period for come back society practically as purpose of exercise capacity, increase 2nd period as out-hospital to prevent reoccure and maintain health after back to society to practice divided 3rd period that indicate exercise prescription period. 2nd, to practice exercise prescription were not occure as serious co-disease among 1st period and 2nd period about patients exercise-cure, 1st periods exercise prescription was pationts age, disease measure, co-diseases therefore to practice most of them was difference in exercise that 3-6 weeks as 10 steps was practiced. 3rd, to practice ready ECG, emergency demand set up place of 1st period patients and 2nd period patients that are effective 8 weeks or 10 weeks and 12 weeks in exercise prescription. 4th, 3th period people are to moderate selfish each situation in home, health club to exercise regularly that constantly or continually and slowly is important which exercise intensity was to recommend 60-90% of max-HR, 50-80% of max-Oxygen intake amount.
