Dance is an everlasting momentary art, that is to say, there is no way of grasping the disappearing various forms of dance as the time passes, since dance is an art restricted by time and space. As in the case of music, no form of others can be borrowed or copied. In this thesis, particularly, the style was developed through the background, history, process of dance composition and music on the Buddhist dance and mainly with emphasis on the beauty of form and inner sprit represented by five kinds of forms. As stated above, the specific characteristecs of Buddhist dance are as follows: 1. The Buddhist dance has its character in its movement more than any other dance, as well as artistically sublimated dance position with its high symbolic repre sentation of the Korean dance. 2. Of the Korean dance, it has the highest diversity in the change of long and short movements. Especially Yombul(Buddhist invocation) is represented in the form of solemnity and the superhuman. This is the major part of Busshist dance. 3. Popge(Buddhist drum) is the sole instrument used in Buddhist dance. 4. In certain respects, Buddhist dance is static and majestic, but on the other hand it also has dynamic aspects. 5. The most difficult and stylish part is the slow position. 6. The Buddhist dance includes almost all techniques of Korean dance. 7. The harmony of quite and motion is peculiar to this form of dance.

The purpose of this study is to know the effect on body weight or organ and brain function in physical activity. Physical activity and exercise was help for body weight decreased and organ weight change. Brain weight was increased by exercise. Lung weight was reduced by exercise. Heart weight was insignificant in exercise group and control group. Liver weight and kideny weight were reduced in exercise group.

This study was goal to investigate a reach on organ weight change of brain, heart, kidney, liver by exercise and Job's tears diet that provent for aging and disease to know the effect of exercise and diet condition in rats. This conclusion are that brain weight was increased by exercise and 30%Job's tears diet. Heart weight was reduced by 30%Job's tears diet, not effected significantly by exercise. Kidney weight was reduced by exercise, not effected by diet condition. Liver weight was increased significantly by exercise, not effected significantly by diet condition.
율무섭취 비율이 흰쥐의 체중변화, 혈중지질 및 수영운동능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 흰쥐를 대상으로 율무식이와 운동을 병행하여 체중변화, 혈중지질 및 수영운동능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 운동프로그램은 수영운동을 최대부하로 일주일에 5번 수행하였고, 율무를 비율에 따라 공급하여 4주간 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 체중변화 검사는 운동과 10%율무식이 병행 군에서 유의적인 억제를 나타냈다. 40%와 60% 율무식이군은 유의적인 체중 감소가 나타났다. 혈중지질 검사에서 Total-cholesterol은 운동과 율무식이병행에 유의적 차이가 없었다. HDL-cholesterol은 운동과 10%율무식이 병행 군에서 유의적으로 높은 수준을 보였다. 수영운동능력 검사는 운동과 10%율무식이 병행 군에서 유의적인 수영운동능력을 나타냈다. 결론적으로 운동과 10%율무식이를 병행하였을 때 체중증가억제효과가 있고, HDL-cholesterol 생성에 긍정적 효과가 있으며, 수영운동능력에 유의적인 효과를 나타내었다. 향후 건강향상을 위한 적정한 율무식이의 비율을 찾아내기 위해 20%, 30%의 율무식이와 운동을 병행한 연구들이 진행될 필요성을 가지고 있다. This study is to evaluate the effects of weight changes, serum lipids and swimming exercise capacity in rat using a combination of adlay intake and exercise. Exercise program with the maximum load by swimming was performed five times for a week, observed for 4 weeks as supply the adlay according to the ratio, the results were as follows. The weight change test showed significant inhibition in the combined group of exercise and 10% adlay diet. The group of 40% and 60% adlay diet showed a significant weight loss. There was no significant difference among the total-cholesterol in serum lipid test for combination of adlay diet and exercise. The HDL-cholesterol showed significant higher levels in the combined group of exercise and 10% adlay diet. Swimming exercise capacity showed significantly among the combined group of exercise and 10% adlay diet in swimming exercise capacity test. In conclusion, combination of exercise and 10% adlay diet showed the inhibitory effect of weight gain, a positive effect of HDL-cholesterol generation and significant effect on swimming exercise capacity. There is still needs for combined studies of 20%, 30% adlay diet and exercise to find out the proper ratio of adlay diet for improving the future health.
흰쥐의 율무섭취 함량이 과산화지질과 운동능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 흰쥐의 율무섭취 함량과 운동훈련이 과산화지질 생성과 운동능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 대조군으로 운 동하지 않은 군에서 기본식이군(A), 10%율무식이군(B), 20%율무식이군(C), 30%율무식이군(D)과 운동을 부하 한군으로 기본식이 군 (E), 10%율무식이군(F), 20%율무식이군(G), 30%율무식이군(H)의 8그룹 등으로 나누어, 각 군은 4마리를 1케이지에 넣어 1주일 간 기본식이로 적응시켜, 운동프로그램에 따라 수영을 최대부하(all-out)로 실시하였다. 식이섭취량은 1일 섭취량으로 하고, 체중변화 는 운동부하 전 측정하였으며, 과산화지질 함량(MDA)은 운동훈련 실험을 마친 다음 24시간 절식 후 혈액을 채취하여 TBA-value 로 측정 하였다. 실험결과는 평균과 표준편차를 산출하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 식이섭취량은 기본식이에서 비운동군(A)과 운동군(E)사이에 유의적인 차이 가 없이 섭취량이 가장 많았다. 율무식이군에서는 30%율무식이와 운동군(H)에서 유의적으로 가장 적은 섭취량을 나타냈다. 체중변화에서 운동하지 않은 30%율무식이군(D)은 기본식이 운동군(E)과 유사하게 증체량이 적었다. 30% 율무식이군(D)은 운동을 하지 않았어도 기본식이와 운동한군(E)과 유사하게 증체량이 가장 적었다. MDA는 30%율무식이와 운동한 군(H)에서 현저하게 낮은 수준(P<0.05)을 나타냈다. 운동능력은 30%율무식이와 운동한 군(H)이 유의적인(P<0.05) 높은 수준을 보 였 다. 따라서 30%율무식이와 운동군(H)은 식이섭취량이 가장 적고, 체중증가가 유의적으로 억제되었으며, MDA는 유의적으로 낮은 수준(P<0.05)이었고, 운동능력은 유의적으로 가장 높았다(P<0.05). This study are search for effects of adlay intake amount on lipid peroxidation and exercise capacity of rats that divide into 8 groups as experimental groups are basal diet have not exercise (A), 10% adlay diet have not exercise(B), 20% adlay diet have not exercise(C), 30% adlay diet have not exercise(D), basal diet have exercise(E), 10%adlay diet have exercise(F), 20% adlay??diet have exercise(G), 30% adlay diet have exercise(H) which each cage are 4 male rats during 4 weeks. How the variation of a adlay mixture on food intake specifically, 10%, 20%, 30% adlay diet effects on the rats in terms of weight, lipid peroxide and exercise capacity as all-out swimming. All data have been tested M±SD, TBA-value(MDA) analysis for practice between each groups difference. The result of the experimental group's test were as drawm. Intake amount are showed a lot of intake meal no significant defferences between basal diet have not exercise group(A) and basal diet have exercisegroup(E). It revealed??very low level on 30% adlay diet and have exercise group(H) in significantly(P<0.05). Change of weight are showed the low level of weight gain similarly 30% adlay diet have not exercise(D) and basal diet have exercise(E). Weight gain are very low level even not exercise in 30% adlay diet have not exercise(D) and basal diet have exercise(E). Lipid peroxidation(MDA) are show??significant of low level(P<0.05) in 30% adlay diet have exercise group(H) Exercise capacity high level in 30% adlay diet have exercise group(H). Therefore, the experimental albino rats which 30% adlay diet have exercise group(H) showed even lower level(P<0.05) of intake amount aer very lowly and weight gain are control significantly, lipid peroxide(MDA) are showed significant of low level(P<0.05), exercise capacity were revealed highest level(P<0.05).

본 연구는 암컷 흰쥐를 실험대상으로 율무식이를 4주간 섭취시켜 체중변화와 estrogen의 생성에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 식이조건은 기본식이군(A), 분말 율무를 증류수에 희석하여 강제투여방식으로 매일 2g투여군(B), 4g투여군(C), 6g투여군(D), 6g과 조제된 율무 고형식이 투여군(E), 3일 간격으로 6g율무식이 투여군(F), 5일 간격으로 6g율무식이 투여군(G) 등 총 7군에서 율무식이섭취량에 따른 변화를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 율무식이는 섭취량이 많을 수 록 체중증가가 억제되었으며, 에스트로겐의 생성은 매일 2g의 율무(B)를 섭취하였을 때 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높은 수준을 나타냈다. 이 연구를 통하여 천연식품으로써 전곡 율무쌀은 체중증가를 억제시키고, estrogen의 생성에 좋은 영향을 미쳐 폐경기 여성들과 estrogen 부족으로 유발되는 뇌질환을예방할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 한편 5일 간격과 3일 간격으로 6g의 율무를 섭취하였을 때에도 estrogen의 생성이 높게나타나, 향후 이에 대하여 더 많은 연구가 필요하다. This study was the effects of adlay intake on change of body weight and estrogen production in female rats thatexperimental subject during 4 weeks. Diet condition was mixed powder adlay and distilled water by injection which dividedinto 7 groups such as basal diet(A), 2g adlay/day(B), 4g adlay/day(C), 6g adlay/day(D), 6g adlay+49% adlay mixture/day(E),6g adlay/at interval 3days(F), 6g adlay/at interval 5days(G) and to observe estrogen production according to adlay dietamount that follow as. Adlay diet was controled much better body weight gain, estrogen production high level (p<.05)significantly in 2g adlay/day(B). Adlay rice as the natural food that to control body weight gain, estrogen production wasto prevent good effect on a menopausal woman and disease of brain occur to shortage of estrogen possibly. The otherhand 6g adlay/at interval 3 days(F) and 6g adlay/at interval 5 days(G) was revealed high in estrogen production. furthermore need to study.
