          효과적인 초음파검사를 위한 동화상 검색시스탬 설계 및 구현

          초음파 진단장치는 X선 촬영과 달리 인체에 해를 주지 않고 계속적으로 장시간 관 찰할 수 있고 실시간으로 영상을 볼 수 있으며, 또 타장비에 비해 가격이 저렴하고 소형이 라는 장점이 있다. 현재는 이 영상들을 대용량 저장매체에 저장되어 컴퓨터를 통해 재생하 여 볼 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 막대한 양의 영상데이터를 검색하기 위한 새 로운 검색방법을 제시한다. 제안하는 검색방법은 검색을 원하는 정지화상의 컬러이미지를 제시하면 시스템이 이를 자동으로 분석하여 이미지 데이터베이스에 저장된 유사한 이미지데 이터들과 관련된 정보들을 질의결과로 나타내어 쉽게 검색하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 사용자 가 제시한 정지화상을 Bitmap으로 구성하고, Bitmap전체의 비디오 메모리에서 검색할 부분 영역을 검색대상으로 설정한다. 이 값을 key값으로 우선적으로 여기에 원하는 유사비를 설 정한 후 전체 동화상의 각 프레임에서 추출한 비디오 메모리 데이터와 검색 화면의 비디오 메모리를 Pixel별로 비교하여, 사용자가 원하는 영상데이터의 위치point 값과 유사비율값을 보관한다. point값으로 보관된 것을 유사비율에 따라 우선 순위를 정하여 데이터베이스에 보 관하고 이 보관된 후보 이미지들을 순위별로 화면에 나타내어 사용자가 원하는 이미지데이 터를 쉽고 빠르게 검색할 수 있었다.

          Characteristics for the growth and yield of Pleurotus ostreatus by air velocity

          This study was carried out to investigate optimum wind velocity for growth of Pleurotus ostreatus. In the chamber experiments, the divergence of pileus was 63° in 0.3m/s, and it showed the tendency that the more the air velocity was increased, the more the divergence became small. And the ratio of commercial yields was 96% in the air velocity of 0.3m/s. In the cultivation room experiments, the divergence of pileus was 64° in 0.3m/s, and it was the tendency that the more the air velocity was fast, the more the divergence became larger. And the commercial yields was similar to the trend of the chamber experiment as 94.8% in 0.3m/s, and the quality characteristics of the fruit-body showed the uniform quality in comparison with other treatment because the standard deviation of the size of the pileus, etc. was the lowest in 0.3m/s like the chamber experiment.

          Effects of oyster mushroom as a feed addictive in juvenile cherry salmon

          Our research on juvenile Oncorhynchus masou masou in oyster mushroom supplemented diet was studied to investigate the effect of feeding. Mixing of feed ingredients for dried oyster mushrooms, 3.5, 7.0, 10.5, 14.0 (%) was added to the amount of oyster mushroom dietary beta-glucan content of the more abundant. After the weight of feed given to salmon survey oyster mushrooms diet for 3.5 to 7.0% was similar to the formula feed and the weight of the fish ate oyster mushroom feed over 10.5% were reduced. The oyster mushroom of the experimental diets containing 3.5 to 7.0 percent hepatosomatic index and feed coefficient figure was similar to those of the formulated diets. Therefore we have juvenile cherry salmon fed diets containing 3.5 to 7.0% was considered good to eat and additional research on the immune response will be carried out was necessary.

          자료기간에 따른 확률 강우량 변화 특성 분석

          최근 한반도에서는 이상기후 및 기후변화의 영향으로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자료기간에 따른 확률강우량의 변화 특성에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석 대상 자료는 기상청에서 관할하고 있는 관측소 중에서 비교적 장기간의 자료를 보유하고 있는 14개 지점을 선정하였다. 선정된 지점에서 강우자료의 관측년수를 기준으로 5가지 경우로 구분하여 빈도해석을 실시하였다. 빈도해석 결과, 우리나라 대부분 지역에서 확률강우량이 뚜렷하게 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 관측된 강우량 자료와 확률강우량 자료를 이용한 변동성과 경향성 분석을 실시하였다. 통계적 분석 결과에서 강우자료는 변동성과 경향성이 거의 나타나지 않았으나, 확률강우량 자료에서는 변동성과 경향성이 다수 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 대부분의 지점에서 변동성 및 경향성에 의해 확률강우량이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 확률강우량의 변화에 대한 수공구조물 등의 설계 및 기존의 홍수 방어능력에 대한 검토 필요성을 의미한다. Recently, Natural disasters are increasing the damage according to the influence of the abnormal climate and climate change. This study analyzed change characteristic of Design Rainfall according to the different data periods. First, 14 observatories were selected at Meteorological Administration. Second, frequency analysis carried out 5 cases by different data periods. At the results of the frequency analysis, the design rainfall could confirm the increase in most areas of Korea. Also, the change and trend analysis carried out for characteristic analysis by design rainfall and observed rainfall. The change and trend analysis of observed annual maximum rainfall did not appeared, but the change and trend analysis of design rainfall significantly appeared using statistic methods. The result of the change and trend analysis, design rainfall increased in most areas of Korea. Although, it could be the necessity for reestimating defense ability of flood, existing river systems, and new establishment of structure about the change characteristic.

          표고버섯 균사체 배양기간에 따른 PDB 배지 내 유리 아미노산 변화

          This study was carried out to investigate the changes in the amount of 20 free amino acids in PDB (Potato Dextrose Broth) medium during the incubation period while cultivating Lentinula edodes. The total incubation period was 90 days, and the total amount of free amino acids was confirmed every 45 days. Among the 18 kinds of amino acids whose increase and decrease patterns were confirmed, 10 amino acids were increased compared to that in the control, among which cysteine increased from its initial value of 9,889 ± 3 μg/L to 12,909 ± 2 μg/L at 45 days and 29,256 ± 4 μg/L at 90 days. Six amino acids with decreased expression patterns were identified. Arginine decreased to 83,751 ± 2 μg/L after 45 days from its initial value of 161,787 ± 1 μg/L and to 79,055 ± 7 μg/L at 90 days.

          동아시아 시공간의 과학철학적 독법

          This paper examines East Asian Traditional Perspectives on Space-Time in connection with the splendid achievements of contemporary Physics such as Einstein’s Theory of Relatives and Quantum Mechanics. As the second of three articles on time and space, this paper discusses traditional East Asian perspectives of space-time from the meta-science aspect. The three main topics are the Western theories of time and space, the characteristics of the East Asian perspective of space-time, and the space-time representation of the East Asian literature and arts from the convergent perspective of science and humanities. The big change in the way we look at time and space began with Einstein’s theory of relativity. The main concept of this is that time and space are relative and are no more the discrete absolute subject, but rather geometric curvature that energy and density of matters produce. In my opinion, this is not a dichotomy of the formal logic of discrimination and exclusion in Western intellectual history, but rather an epistemological shift to a internal and transcendental dichotomy of mutual harmony. And these internal and transcendental thoughts were already deeply imprinted on the main thoughts of East Asia: The Book of Change, Laozi-Zhuangzi, and Buddhism. This paper is an reinterpretation from the combined viewpoints of the Modern Physics and Traditional East Asian Thoughts. And the interpretation of Ji(卽) as a Collapse of Wave Function, I.e.. immediate presentation from the field of potentiality. In regard to perspective of space-time I inquired into three main texts, i.e., The Book of Change, Laozi-Zhuangzi, and Buddhism and and Nagarjuna ZhongLun(中論) as below. ①The Book of Change: 0 and 1, yin-yang semiotics, The Book of Change, super-dichotomy of yin-yang, equivalent meaning of Taiji(太極) and Wuji(無極).② Laozi-Zhuangzi Taoism: intertextuality of visible and invisible worlds, i.e., Changdao(常道) and Kedao(可道). These are represented as World of Existing(有) and Nothing(無) also. and interpretation of Wuhua(物化) seen in Zhuangzi’s story of ‘Dream of Butterfly’(蝴蝶夢). ③ Perspective of Emptiness(空) in Prajnaparamita(般若) Sutra and Nagarjuna(龍樹) ‘Zhonglun’(中論) in Buddhism, Co-arising and Co-relating of all Things in the World from Indra’s Net. I think tangential thoughts and interpretations in this paper suggest a sort of connecting possibility of open sight between two different modes of thought, i.e., Western Science and East Asian humanities. We need to investigate further in various areas for tangential research like this in the middle of the vision of a cultural integration.

          표고 톱밥재배 시 상대습도가 자실체 생육에 미치는 영향

          This study was investigated the growth characteristics of ‘Nongjingo’ cultivar(Lentinula edodes) according to relative humidity(RH). The color difference of the pileus showed the highest L(Lightness, L) value in RH65 and the a(Redness, a) value in RH95. b(Yellowness, b) values were similar in all treatments. The hardness of pileus is highest at RH95. As the relative humidity increased, the length of pileus and stipe tended to increase. The diameter and thickness of pileus were high at RH95%. The diameter of stipe could not see the big difference in the three treatment groups. This study growth characteristics and yield were increased at higher relative humidity, but quality was decreased. Therefore, must adjust the relative humidity to produce high quality mushrooms.
