        This study was for grasping the satisfaction degree of old people's life, which is related to general specificity and family relationships, and observing the reality of over 60-year-old people's life in Wonju city, through comparing with cases of other major cities, in order to grope the scheme which can improve the satisfaction degree of old people's life. The analyzed results of data were as follows; First, the analyzed result of the life satisfaction degree which relate to the general specificity of old people, which are gender, age, school career, family type, religion, pocket money, provenance of pocket money, age of old-awareness, and subjective level of health, showed meaningful differency in terms of gender, school career, family type, provenance of pocket money, and subjective level of health. Second, in therms of correlation between the satisfaction degree of family relationship and the life satisfaction degree of old people, it showed that there are very high static correlation between them. It seems that harmonious relationship with children and supporting from family may be able to increase the life satisfaction degree. Third, in the influence if the general specific variables of old people(gender, age, pocket money, and subjective level of health)and he satisfaction degree of family relationship, on the life satisfaction degree of old people, the analysis showed that only subjective level of health was an influential variable to the life satisfaction degree in the first regression which was put the investigational objects and the specific variables of individual(gender, age, pocket money, and subjective level of health). In the second regression which was put the satisfaction degree of family relationship. The satisfaction degree of family relationship and the subjective level of health is the effective variables to the life satisfaction degree of old people.

      • Degree of satisfaction-difference (DOSD) method for measuring consumer acceptance: Comparative and absolute measures of satisfaction based on signal detection theory

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Recently, we have proposed the degree of satisfaction-difference (DOSD) method to measure changes in consumer product acceptance (Kim, van Hout, Dessirier, et al., 2018). The DOSD method utilizes A-Not A with reminder format to improve the stability and validity of the consumer evaluation by reminding consumers of the evaluative criteria with the reference sampling and by controlling the sequence effects on each sampling of the blind test product. Using the data obtained from DOSD method, in this paper, a way to compute a measure of the absolute degree of satisfaction for a product based on signal detection theory (SDT), referred to as <I>d'</I> <SUB>SAT</SUB> (d-prime satisfaction), is suggested. This new measure is compared to the comparative distance measure of <I>d'</I>, the degree of satisfaction difference of a product from the reference product, which has been already described in the previous study. The absolute satisfaction degree is a value indicating each product’s degree of consumer satisfaction as in the hedonic score. However, the degree of satisfaction measure presented herein is superior to the hedonic score because it enables easy interpretation of whether a group of consumers are satisfied or not with a product. In practical situations, the two measures of the degree of satisfaction difference from the reference and the degree of satisfaction, which are computed using the data from DOSD method, can be used complementarily in order to reveal information about consumer perception and evaluation.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Signal detection analysis applied for degree of satisfaction-difference (DOSD) data. </LI> <LI> A complimentary SDT analysis developed to broaden the interpretation of DOSD data. </LI> <LI> The novel output measure from this new analysis is referred to as <I>d'</I> <SUB>SAT</SUB>, d-prime satisfaction. </LI> <LI> Comparisons and how to interpret these two different analyses provided. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • 일반촬영 검사 시 검사안내 유인물의 유용성에 관한 고찰

        In a normal x-ray examination, the cooperation of a patient in positioning greatly influences the improvement of work performance, the quality of the images and the reduction in time spent on the examination. An attempt was made to discover the connection between an examination information printout and the effects of the examination by informing the patient before the examination on the examination positions in order to increase the level of cooperation by the patient and by surveying the degree of satisfaction of the patient during the examination proceedings. An examination information printout was prepared on five positions that patients consider to be difficult while receiving normal x-ray examinations and were shown to 257 male and female patients between the ages of 30 to 79 who had visited this hospital between January 1 to February 29, 2012 or to a person who had accompanied the patients before the examination to research the degree of satisfaction regarding the printout. In addition, the examination explanation printout was given to Radiologic Technologists with over 1 year experience in this hospital to use while taking the x-rays and the degree of satisfaction was surveyed and it was examined if the increase of the degree of satisfaction had an effect on the reduction in the examination time. The patients who utilized the examination information printout revealed results of approximately a 7.8% higher degree of satisfaction among the patients who had previous experience receiving x-ray examinations compared to those were having an x-ray for the first time. In the age groups between 30 to 70 years of age, the age group in the 30's revealed the lowest level of satisfaction at approximately 69% and the group in the 50's showed the highest degree of satisfaction of 87.94%. In the survey of the Radiologic Technologists, 85% responded that they were satisfied. In the question that stated "Will the examination information printouts reduce the time involved in unnecessary conversations with the patients?," the responses showed a 95% degree of satisfaction. The degree of satisfaction was high over the examination information printout by both the patients and the Radiologic Technologists. Although the effects of examination time reduction varied based on the ages of the patients and physical conditions that they were in and could not be given measurement values, it was able to be seen through the survey that reduction of the unnecessary communication between the patient and the Radiologic Technologists contributed to the increase in the degree of satisfaction. As a result, both the patients and the Radiologic Technologists had an increased degree of satisfaction over the examination information printout and it was possible for improvements to be made in the quality of medical service provided as well. Nevertheless, it is considered that a more developed manual in terms of quality and quantity must be produced using a more systematic approach and design.

        직장여성의 외모관리행동이 화장품 쇼핑성향 및 화장품 구매만족도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 직장여성들을 대상으로 그들의 외모관리행동을 분석하고 그 요인에 따른 화장품 쇼핑성향 및 화장품 구매만족도에 관하여 분석하였다. 또한 직장여성의 화장품 소비성향을 이해하여 합리적인 소비를 돕고, 직장여성을 목표 고객으로 하는 화장품 관련업계의 상품 기획에 필요한 실증적 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 조사 방법은 설문지 응답방식을 실시하였고, 조사대상은 서울, 경기지역의 10∼50대의 성인 직장여성을 대상으로 설정하였다. 설문지는 2017년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 배포된 201부가 최종 분석 자료로 사용되었다. 분석방법은 SPSS 20.0을 사용하였고 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 일반적 특성은 20대가 81명, 30대가 67명으로 나타났고, 결혼여부는 미혼, 최종학력은 전문대학/졸업, 직업은 사무직, 월 소득은 200만원 이상, 평균 화장품 구입횟수는 2∼3개월에 1회, 화장품 구입 시 평균 구입가격은 10만원 이상∼15만원 미만이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 요인분석 결과 직장여성의 외모관리행동은 의복관리행동, 뷰티관리행동, 신체보정관리행동, 몸매관리행동으로 분류되었고, 화장품 쇼핑성향은 쾌락추구, 유행추구, 경제추구로 분류되었으며, 화장품 구매만족도는 제품만족도, 가격만족도로 분류되었다. 셋째, 외모관리행동이 화장품 쇼핑성향에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 ‘쾌락추구’는 ‘신체보정관리행동’, ‘의복관리행동’, ‘뷰티관리행동’이 증가할수록 ‘쾌락추구’도 증가하는 정(+)의 관계를 보였고, ‘유행추구’는 ‘몸매관리행동’, ‘뷰티관리행동’, ‘의복관리행동’이 증가할수록 ‘유행추구’도 증가하는 정(+)의 관계를 보였으며, ‘경제추구’는 ‘몸매관리행동’, ‘의복관리행동’, ‘뷰티관리행동’이 증가할수록 ‘경제추구’도 증가하는 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 넷째, 외모관리행동이 화장품 구매만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 ‘제품만족도’는 ‘몸매관리행동’, ‘뷰티관리행동’, ‘의복관리행동’이 증가할수록 ‘제품만족도’도 증가하는 정(+)의 관계를 보였고, ‘가격만족도’는 ‘몸매관리행동’, ‘신체보정관리행동’, ‘의복관리행동’이 증가할수록 ‘가격만족도’도 증가하는 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 다섯째 화장품 쇼핑성향이 화장품 구매만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 ‘제품만족도’는 ‘경제추구’와 ‘유행추구’가 증가할수록 ‘제품만족도’도 증가하는 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. ‘가격만족도’는 ‘쾌락추구’, ‘유행추구’, ‘경제추구’가 증가할수록 ‘가격만족도’도 증가하는 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과에서 직장여성들의 외모관리행동이 화장품 쇼핑성향 및 화장품 구매만족도에 영향을 미쳐 외적 표현에 따라 화장품 구매 욕구에 관여하는 중요한 변수로 작용하고 화장품의 기능, 유행, 가격등에 대한 만족도 파악을 설명할 수 있는 변수로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과에 의한 마케팅적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 직장여성들은 사회적 역량을 높일 수 있는 긍정적 이미지를 위해 자신의 외모관리를 노력하는 것과 유행경향 및 합리적인 가격을 고려하여 화장품 구매를 한다는 점을 감안할 때, 이에 발생되는 직장여성들의 화장품에 대한 필요 욕구와 만족감 추구를 충족시킬 수 있는 기능적이고 실용성 있는 제품을 기획하고 다양한 제품의 정보를 제공하는 등의 지속적인 마케팅 전략 수립한다면 화장품 시장 활성화 향상에 더욱 효과적일 것으로 사료된다. In this study, I analyze career women’s appearance management behaviors and cosmetics shopping trends & the purchase satisfaction degrees due to certain factors. In addition to this, I want to provide empirical data needed for product planning of cosmetics related industry having career women as targeting customers. The research method is a questionnaire survey, and the subjects are career women in 10s to 50s in Gyeonggi Province. The resource of final analysis data is 201 questionnaires from April 1 to April 30 in 2017. The analysis method is SPSS 20.0, and frequency, factor, reliability, and regression analysis are implemented. In summary of this study result, first of all, 81 persons in 20s and 67 persons in 30s are indicated as the general feature, and the average purchase price is 100,000 ~ 150,000 won, the frequency is once in 2~months, the subjects are single, office workers, educational backgrounds over Associate of Arts, and monthly incomes over two million won as the highest. Secondly, as the analysis result of factors, career women’s appearance management behaviors are classified as clothing, beauty, body correction, and body line management behaviors; the shopping trends are classified as pursuing pleasure, vogue, and economy; the purchase satisfaction degrees are classified as product and price satisfactions. Thirdly, as the analysis result of the effect appearance management behaviors on cosmetics shopping trends, ‘pursuing pleasure’ is increased as ‘body correction’, ‘clothing management’, and ‘beauty management’ behaviors are increased; ‘pursuing vogue’ is increased as ‘body line management’, ‘beauty management’, and ‘clothing management’ behaviors are increased; ‘pursuing economy’ is increased as ‘body line management’, ‘clothing management’, and ‘beauty management’ behaviors are increased. Fourthly, as the analysis result of the effect appearance management behaviors on cosmetics purchase satisfaction degrees, ‘product satisfaction degree’ is increased as ‘body line management’, ‘beauty management’, and ‘clothing management’ behaviors are increased; ‘price satisfaction degree’ is increased as ‘body line management’, ‘body line management’, and ‘clothing management’ behaviors are increased. Fifthly, as the analysis result of the effect cosmetics shopping trends on cosmetics purchase satisfaction degrees, ‘product satisfaction degree’ is increased as ‘pursuing economy’ and ‘pursuing vogue’ are increased; ‘price satisfaction degree’ is increased as ‘pursuing pleasure’, ‘pursuing vogue’, and ‘pursuing economy’ are increased. From the above study result, as career women’s appearance management behaviors influence cosmetics shopping trends and cosmetics purchase satisfaction degrees, appearance expressions act important variables related to cosmetics purchase needs and confirmed as explainable variables to understand satisfaction degrees regarding function, vogue, and price of cosmetics. Therefore, the marketing implication by the result of this study is as follows. As career women try to manage appearances for positive images to improve social competences and they purchase cosmetics as considering the vogue trend and affordable price, if functional and practical products are planned to satisfy their needs and satisfactions and continuous marketing strategies are established as providing information about various products, market vitalization progress of cosmetics might be more effective.

        요가수련자들의 만족도에 대한 참여정도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze analysis about satisfaction of yoga performance on the degree of participation. 650 subject were selected yoga in Seoul and Kyonggi by the cluster random sampling method. Among these selected subjects, 612 responded, and descriptive statistics, correlation and covariance structure analysis using SPSS PC verson 12.0. The facts and analysis that has been used for this survey also verify the criterion of satisfaction the scale of participation. The statistical methods such as analysis of covariance, reliability analysis were used to analyze the collected data.A convenience sampling method has been used in this study, and Frequency, one-way ANOVA, and multi-regression have been employed for data analysis. From the analyses of the date, the study reached the following conclusion. There was satisfaction of Yoga performance and the degree of participation. Yoga performance satisfaction the participation period, participation time, participation frequency. Yoga performance and the degree of participation is significantly influenced the physical satisfaction, socal satisfaction, education satisfaction, psychological satisfaction, environmental satisfaction.

        요가참여자들의 참여정도와 여가만족이 운동중단유혹에 미치는 영향

        본 연구목적은 요가참여자의 참여정도와 여가만족이 운동중단유혹에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 대상은 서울에 거주하고 요가프로그램을 참여하고 있는 여성 250명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 통계기법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 여가만족의 하위요인 중 사회적만족은 참여빈도에 영향을 미치고, 정서적만족은 참여강도에 영향을 미치며, 신체적만족, 환경적만족은 참여강도에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 운동중단유혹의 하위요인 중 의욕상실은 참여빈도에 영향를 미치며, 감정은 참여강도에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 운동중단유혹의 하위요인 중 지도자는 사회적만족, 교육적만족에 영향을 미치고, 의욕상실은 교육적만족에 영향을 미치며 시간제약은 교육적만족, 정서적만족에 영향을 미친다. 마지막으로 감정과 결과 모두 신체적만족에 영향을 미친다. The purpose of this study was to find out the Influence of Yoga Participations' Degree of Participation Leisure Satisfaction on Temptation of Quit Exercise. The participants of the study were 250 female adults, who are living in Seoul and are participating Yoga program. The data were analysed by Frequency Analysis, Internal Consistency Reliability, Multiple Regression and results of this the study are as follow. First, social satisfaction was positively influenced on the frequency of participation and emotion satisfaction was positively influenced on the strength of participation. Also physical satisfaction and surrounding satisfaction were positively influenced on the strength of participation. Second, burnout factors of temptation of quit exercise was positively influenced on the frequency of participation and affect was positively influenced on the strength of participation. Third, labeled couch factors of temptation of quit exercise was positively influenced on social satisfaction and education satisfaction. Also burnout was positively influenced on education satisfaction and time limit were positively influenced on education satisfaction and emotion satisfaction. Last Both affect and outcome were positively influenced on physical satisfaction.

        학부모의 유아태권도수업 인식이 만족도에 미치는 영향

        The study has purpose to provide fundamental data helping guidance of children Taekwondo class by defining effect on the satisfaction degree by parents’ cognition on the children Taekwondo class. For this, it suggests developmental direction by analyzing cognition and satisfaction on the children Taekwondo targeting parents who give the most educational influence to children. The specific research tasks are like below. First, children’s Taekwondo cognition has difference by parents’ characteristics. Second, children’ Taekwondo satisfactions have difference by parents’ characteristics. Third, parents’ cognition on children’ Taekwondo class will give influence to satisfaction. For this study, valid questionnaires of 365 copies were used for survey method targeting parents of kindergarten students in the capital, Seoul, and its surrounding areas. Satisfaction degree of children Taekwondo among research questionnaire performed factor analysis and 4 factors of the educational effect, facility, instructor, and program were projecting out over .5. Credibility of questionnaire composition appeared relatively high as .845~.917 of Cronhach’s a. Data process performed one-way ANOVA and post-mortem used Duncan method. Plus, to analyze the effect of parents’ cognition about children Taekwondo on the satisfaction degree, multiple regression analysis was performed after correlation relative analysis. Study result showed meaningful difference at the difference of cognition, age, educational background, and monthly income by parents’ characteristics. Satisfaction on the children Taewondo class by parents’ characteristics showed meaningful difference only in the age and educational background and didn’t show meaningful difference at monthly income. Effect analysis result on the satisfaction degree of parents’ children Taekwondo class showed meaningful positive (+) effect relation at the educational effect and instructors’ satisfaction.

        여성의 외모관심도에 따른 신체만족도 및 외모관리태도 연구

        This study examined the degree of interest in external appearance of women in their teens~fifties by making researches on the degree of bodily satisfaction. The attitude towards managing external appearance according to their degree of interest in external appearance and also examined their degree of satisfaction with their own body and the attitude towards managing their external appearance. The results of examining the degree of bodily satisfaction and bodily importance among the groups according to the degree of interest in the external appearance showed that the higher the interest in external appearance. The lower the degree of bodily satisfaction was, and the higher the degree of bodily importance became. The results of examining the attitude towards managing external appearance by group of interest in external appearance showed significant differences. The group of higher interest in external appearance showed higher attitude and behavior of managing external appearance all in hair, make-up, skin, cosmetic surgery, bodily shape, dress attitude.

        The purpose of this research is to analyse the patterns of using tourism information through smartphone and to estimate the satisfaction degree with each pattern of using tourism information and to suggest the improvements for the tourism information service. By analysing the influences of the characteristics of tourism informations on the tourist satisfaction and revisiting, the suggestions for increasing the satisfaction and revisiting will be provided for the local government to build new strategy for providing the tourism information. Based on the documentary research and pre-research, questionnaires were made and used for the practical research on tourism information search users. Frequency analysis was used for analysing demographic traits and patterns of smartphone using. Cross tabulation analysis was used for analysing relations between variables. Regression analysis was used for the analysing the influences of the characteristics of tourism information on the tourist satisfaction and revisiting. The results say that smartphone users use different APP and sites for searching general tourism information and choosing tourist destination. It turns out that satisfaction degrees with smartphone users for tourism information search were “medium” and suggest that more efforts are needed to increase the satisfaction degree. It is verified that among the characteristics of tourism information, accuracy, usefulness, connectivity, and sufficiency have impact on the satisfaction degree and that accuracy, usefulness, connectivity influence the revisiting. Therefore, the tourism information provider should manage to endeavor to improve the satisfaction degree through behavioral analysis.

      • 색채 선호도에 있어서 신체 인식도 및 만족도의 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the degree of consciousness and satisfaction of body cathexis on the preference of various colors. A survey was conducted using the randomly selected 439women in the twenties. The consciousness variable had three levels which are lean, medium, and obese shape for each whole, upper and lower body with self-consciousness. Also, satisfaction variable had three levels which were satisfying, average, and unsatisfying group. The data were analyzed using analysis of correlation, crosstabulation analysis, and analysis of variance test. The results were as follows '. 1) There was the positive correlation between height, leg length, and arm length, and each variable, and the negative correlation between back width, hip girth, thigh girth, waist, lower leg girth, ankle girth, and upperarm girth, and each variable. Also. we could observe the tendency that the larger the head or the more the weight was. the lower the satisfaction of body was. 2) There were no strong correlation between bust size and hand size and each variable. From the crossed classification, we could observe the tendency that the smaller the bust was, the lower the satisfaction of body was. 3) There were the strong correlation between whole and upper body in consciousness degree and between whole and lower body in satisfaction. 4) The consciousness of the whole body was shown lean shape 23.4%.medium shape 49.2%, and obese shape 27.2%. For the satisfaction degree of the whole body, satisfaction was shown 6.8%, average 41.7%and unsatisfaction 51.4%, so the satisfaction group is very small. 5) From the analysis for the consciousness degree of the whole body, there was the statistical significance in yellow, blue, purple. 6) From the analysis for the satisfaction degree of the whole body, there was the statistical significance in red. blue. purple, gray. chain
