        화주기업과 물류기업간 물류역량 중요도 인식 비교 연구 -전자 제조기업 국제 항공화물을 중심으로-

        최근 국내 물류 업계에서는 대기업 모회사들의 물류 자회사에 대한 일감 몰아주기 현상이 하나의 큰 이슈가되고 있으며, 3자물류 기업과 대기업 2자물류 기업간 경쟁구도가 형성되어 있는 것으로 보인다. 이러한 상황에서 각각의 물류기업들이 어떤 측면에 중요 역량을 두고 업무 진행을 하는지 확인해볼 필요가 있으며, 화주기업 입장에서 물류자회사와 전문 물류기업들의 중요 업무역량을 분석하고, 또한 물류기업 입장의 중요 업무역량은 무엇인지를 조사하여, 기업형태별 상호 비교 분석을 통한 현재 위치와 앞으로의 발전전략을 수립하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 2자물류 기업과 3자물류 기업을 동시에 이용하는 화주기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 물류 업무에서의 중요역량을 파악해보고, 이 요소들이 물류기업을 선택하는 대안 요소에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 연구대상 업체는 항공 국제물류서비스 제공자의 일반 형태인 포워더(로컬 기반, 외국계), 글로벌 특송사, 2자물류 포워더를 모두 활용하고 있는 전자제조기업을 대상으로 연구조사를 진행 하였고, 분석 방법론은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류업체, 포워더등에게 화주기업 및 물류기업의 중요 역량에 부합되는 맞춤형 물류 전략을 수립하는데 참고가 되고자 한다. Recently, in the Korean domestic industry, the fact that giant conglomerates are giving majority of works to their subsidiaries has been taken as a big issue for the mass media. Especially, issues arising from logistics for the same are gradually getting bigger day by day. Especially, in this particular study, it compared giant conglomerates’ logistics subsidiaries with companies specialized in logistics in terms of the quality of service, and the importance from the point of view of shippers. By doing so, this study tries to establish the current status of each logistics company, with a view to setting future strategic plan for further development in the industry. First study is forecasting on domestic logistics environment change on the side of shipper and logistics service provider and second study carried out a survey to shippers on the importance in choosing a particular company, and the actual service quality to figure what effects a forementioned has in the satisfaction and will to procure it again. On the contrary, carring out a survey to logistics service provider(such as third party logistics company(based on local company & based on foreign company) and second party logistics forwarder company, global express company) on the importance in delivering and handling with shipper``s item. All survey and study is carried out focusing on semiconductor item division of first class electronics company because of contracting and using all kind of logistics service provider such as 3PL, subsidiary logistics company, express delivery company and method of analysis is AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). By doing so, this study tries to find alternatives that can bring about improvements in both domestic and international logistics market including shipper & logistics service provider.

      • 종합물류기업의 브랜드 이미지 전략

        Due to fierce competition from domestic and international logistics companies, including global logistics company, logistics market has grown every year. In addition, logistics market grows also remarkable development of the state-of-the-art IT industry has been the catalyst. Therefore, they are being prepared for a variety of ways to win in the competition. To propose to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the logistics company, this study examine to leverage the brand image strategy of differentiated ways to win in the competition between the logistics company for the purpose. Case study of brand image strategy of global logistics company for the preceding cases and investigations by identifying the correlation between the importance and necessity of the brand image strategy is an important alternative to the ways of differentiating logistics company logistics company`s brand image laid the foundation of the strategy was to. In summary, the results of this study can be summarized as follows. Strategy to survive in the global competition, brand image of logistics companies is an essential tool for active investors must. To, conduct a variety of brand management for brand image management and marketing activities, logistics company should be actively conducted. Logistics company should build a brand image and then brand image and the appropriate level of customer service should be provided. Brand image strategy can be great help to the success of a logistics company.

        물류비의 효율적 관리를 위한 글로벌 기업의 물류정보시스템 구축 전략 - ‘A’전자 구축사례를 중심으로

          This research was conducted in order to present the strategies of implementing the logistics information system for effective logistics cost management with the case study of a leading global company. The strategy for effective logistics information system can be derived from the 3 different viewpoints, Firstly the effective global logistics management can be insured by means of the efforts of the reinforced total organization. Secondly from the process-oriented perspective, we should recognize the logistics process as the core factor of the competitive strategy and innovate the logistics process itself for the logistics cost reduction. Finally, the logistics cost will be effectively managed through establishing its logistics information strategy which maximizes the utilization of the information technologies.<BR>  The case study of "A" electronics company shows that its logistics management system provides the company with various visibilities about its logistics cost and the direct and indirect benefits over billions of wons per year as well. Therefore we can conclude that the research model provided in this research is validated. This study presents the concrete implementation strategies of the logistics information system and verifies the validity of the strategies by means of the case study of a leading company.

        종합물류기업인증의 실효성에 관한 연구 -장기적 사건연구방법론을 중심으로-

        As the logistics industry in Northeast Asia grows rapidly, there is a need to grow domestic logistics companies with international competitiveness. The government introduced the comprehensive logistics company certification system in 2006 to revamp the structure of the domestic logistics market and further develop a comprehensive logistics company with international competitiveness. In spite of the difficult authentication procedures and the benefits of certification, the question of the effectiveness of the logistics company certification has been raised. The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of the certification of comprehensive logistics company. In this study, we examined the short-term, mid-term and long-term effects of acquisition and cancellation of a comprehensive logistics company's corporate value on long-term event research methodology. In conclusion, the acquisition of a comprehensive logistics company affects the corporate value negatively in the medium-and long-term but has a positive impact in the long-term. The cancellation of the general logistics company affects the short-term negative impact but not the other.

        녹색물류기업 인증제도의 기대성과에 관한 연구 : 물류기업 특성별 녹색물류성과 차이 분석

        This study aims at analyzing a gap of expected performance of certificate system of green logistics company in accordance with the characteristics of logistics company, and stating its implication for extending green logistics. It investigates what extent employees in logistics company expect green logistics performance such as logistics performance, environmental performance, corporate performance and resource performance subject to the characteristics of logistics company - certification acquisition, perception of certificate system, investment of green logistics, other certification related with logistics, number of countries on business, number of employees and size of sales. To conduct the analysis of the gap of expected performance, not only was the survey to employees of logistics companies conducted, but factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and t-test were applied. As a result, the study indicates meaningful difference of expected performance is addressed as follows: certification acquisition and size of sales are shown difference to logistics performance; perception of certificate system, investment of green logistics, number of employees and size of sales are subject to environmental performance; certification acquisition, perception of certificate system, other certification related with logistics, number of employees and size of sales are significant gap to corporate performance; and certification acquisition, perception of certificate system, investment of green logistics, number of employees are also subject to resource performance.

        국내 해운기업의 물류통합 전략에 대한 연구

        After the COVID-19 pandemic, a global economic downturn and a recession in the shipping market are expected, it is important for domestic shipping companies to establish appropriate strategy in response to the recession. Accordingly, domestic shipping companies should grow into integrated logistics companies that combine shipping and logistics in the future. And for this purpose, it is necessary to actively promote logistics integration with external shipping and logistics companies. This paper presents the direction of logistics integration for domestic shipping companies to develop as integrated logistics operators with competitiveness in the global shipping market, and presents detailed alternatives. Domestic shipping companies lack the infrastructure such as ships, port terminals, and warehouses, so they have a weak capacity to independently promote logistics integration. At the shipping company level, a logistics integration promotion strategy should be established, and accordingly, logistics infrastructure, service network, and logistics integration operating system should be established. The government should provide tax benefits for logistics integration, financial support for M&As led by domestic shipping companies, a standardized information sharing system, and preparation of educational courses for nurturing digital manpower.

        종합물류기업인증이 물류기업의 효율성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 DEA-SBM 모형을 이용하여 종합물류인증기업의 효율성을 측정하고 종합물류기업인증 획득이 물류기업의 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석 하는 것이다. 분석을 위해, 인증제도가 시행된 2006년을 기준으로 시행 전인 2005년부터 2014년까지 10년간의 재무정보를 한국신용평가데이터베이스(KIS-VALUE)에서 수집하여 이용하였다. 종합물류기업인증(Certified Integrated-Logistics Company, CILC)과 효율성의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 종합물류기업인증과 관련하여 세 가지 유형(CILC_firm, CILC_year, CILC_type)의 주요변수를 설정하였고 Mann-Whitney 순위합 검정(Rank-Sum Test)과 패널 Tobit 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫 번째 유형은 종합물류기업인증을 획득한 기업의 효율성이 미 획득 기업보다 높은 평균값을 보였고, 통계적으로도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 회귀분석의 결과에서도 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째 종합물류기업인증을 한번이라도 획득한 기업을 대상으로 한 CILC_year는 인증연도와 미인증연도에 대한 차이분석에서 효율성에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 인증연도의 효율성 값이 유의하게 높았다. 세 번째 CILC_type에서는 종합물류인증기업 중 단독인증 기업의 효율성 평균값이 제휴인증기업의 효율성 평균값 보다 높았고, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 패널 Tobit 분석결과 역시 단독인증기업일수록 효율성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 종합물류기업인증이 효율성에 상당히 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있음을 시사한다. 특히 한번이라도 인증을 받은 기업을 대상으로 한 분석에서 인증을 받은 연도의 효율성이 더 높은 것으로 나타남에 따라 종합물류기업인증제도가 물류기업의 효율성 향상에 크게 기여하고 있음을 확인할 수 있게 했다. 또한 제휴인증기업보다 단독인증기업의 효율성이 더 높게 나타난 본 연구의 결과는 최근 단독인증만을 부여하는 정부의 정책방향에 대한 사후적 검증을 했다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to estimate the efficiency of Logistics firm and to investigate empirically effects of obtaining certification of integrated-logistics company on logistics Firm’s efficiency. For analysis we have collected data covering a period of ten years from 2005 to 2014. To test the relationship between certification of integrated-logistics company(CILC) and logistics Firm’s efficiency, the key variables of three types are used to CILC_firm, CILC_year, CILC_type with regard to CILC. The major results of this study are as follow; The first, CILC_firm’s efficiency is higher than control sample and shows that there is a statistically significant difference. The result of panel Tobit regression analysis have a significantly positive(+) effect. The second, CILC_year shows that efficiency has a statistically significant difference between certified years and non-certified years and average value of certified year’s efficiency appears significantly higher than control sample. The third, CILC_type shows that average value of the only certified company is higher than certified partnership and has a statistically significant difference. The result of panel Tobit analysis shows that average values of efficiency have a significantly positive(+) effect in case of firms within the only certified company. These findings suggest that The effort of logistics firm for obtaining certification of integrated-logistics company has a positive role to increase of efficiency. Therefore, it is expected that the results obtained in this study can be used as a good reference for enhancing their competitiveness in logistics industries.

        물류조직의 인력전문성과 수행능력에 대한 고찰 : Object for General Logistics Companies

        본 연구는 우리나라에서 물류서비스를 제공하는 종합물류기업을 대상으로 물류 조직의 인력전문성, 업무수행능력에 대한 평가, 물류전문인력에 관한 교육관심도에 대하여 외국계 기업과 국내계 기업의 차이를 비교분석함으로서 국내계 종합물류기업의 문제점과 개선방향을 제시하는 것이 주된 목적이다. 더불어, 물류관련 규제가 대대적으로 완화 및 대외개방 방향으로 진행된 1990년대에 출현한 신생의 종합물류기업과 종래의 물류사업에 근거한 종합물류기에 대해서도 이상의 문제에 차이가 있는지도 비교분석하였다. 외국계 종합물류기업이 제공하는 로지스틱스 서비스의 다양성과 서비스적 차별성을 상황적으로 인정할 때, 그 원인이 되는 물류조직의 인력전문성 정도, 업무수행능력의 평가 문제, 교육관심도 문제에 있어서 국내계 기업 실증적으로 보다 나은 수준 및 평가가 나오리라는 추론을 해 볼 수 있었다. 본 조사연구의 분석결과에 따르면 추정에 비교적 합당한 비교결과가 나타났다. 외국계 종합물류기업은 물류 조직의 인력전문성 정도가 국내계에 비교해서 높다는 점을 확인하였고, 그 수행능력에 대한 평가도 높았으며, 부분적으로 특정분야의 교육관심도도 높게 나타났다. 향후 국내계 종합물류기업이 육성 발전되기 위해서는 하드웨어적인 투자도 중요하지만 물류전문인력의 비중, 그에 대한 중요성의 인식, 교육관심도가 더욱 높아질 필요가 있다. The objective of this study is to analyze the difference between foreign and domestic firms for the problems in structure of logistics professionals, performance ability, and education. The difference of these problems are also analyzed for the general logistics companies that are newly formed during 1990s. The focus is on general logistics companies in Korea that provide logistics services. This study developed detail evaluation items for logistics professionals' performance ability. It is based on previous studies, verification of feasibility, and justification of the logistics profess; zals' structure by their specialization. General logistics labor forces are classified by their fields and specific subjects of logistics professionals are presented conceptually. The comparative analysis of interest level is also performed for 13 education items. The education items are derived from the questions and the answers which they feel the most needed education items at present for the professionals at general logistics companies. The main objective of this study is to find the notable difference between foreign-owned and domestically-owned general logistics companies for the three problems in the above. Superior logistics service by foreign-owned logistics companies are presupposed for the basic condition in the analysis. We found that the level of specialization and the evaluation of performance ability of logistics professionals in foreign-owned logistic companies are higher compare to domestic companies. They continuously increase their level of specialist in the organization, and their professionals' performance ability is more advanced than domestic companies

        중소물류기업의 사업다각화에 관한 사례연구

        현재 한국의 중소물류기업은 대다수가 영세한 실정이나 물류서비스에 대한 고객의 요구는 높아가고 있으며, 물류산업은 국가 경쟁력과 제조 및 유통기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 매우 중요한 산업으로 자리매김해 가고 있다. 따라서 이러한 상황에서 중소물류 기업의 육성은 매우 중요하며, 이들의 성장과 발전을 통해 물류산업의 경쟁력을 높여야 한다. 중소물류기업이 성장하고 발전해 나가기 위해서는 중소물류기업의 사업영역을 확장하여 관련 사업 분야로의 다각화를 추진해야 한다. 본 연구는 중소물류기업의 사업다각화에 대한 연구가 미진한 상황을 인식하고 한국적 상황에서 먼저 다각화를 추진한 중소물류기업의 사례조사를 통해 중소물류기업의 성장을 위한 사업다각화 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 중소물류기업의 특성을 감안하여 사례분석 대상기업을 일반화물운송 기반 다각화 기업, 수출입화물운송 기반 다각화 기업, 포워딩 기반 다각화 기업, 물류창고 기반 다각화 기업 등 4개 유형으로 나누어 분석하였다. 사례분석 결과, 중소물류기업의 사업다각화 형태는 각 기업의 주력사업과 성장과정에 따라 상이하게 나타났으나, 주력 사업 분야가 동일한 물류기업의 사업다각화의 유형은 유사한 형태를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중소물류기업 사업다각화의 실제 사례를 기반으로 현실적으로 부합하는 중소물류기업의 사업다각화의 방향을 제시하였고, 향후 중소물류기업의 성장전략 및 주요 정책수립에 중요한 토대를 제공하고 있다는 점에 그 의미가 있다. Currently, most of small & medium logistics companies in Korea are petty while the requirement of customers to logistics service is increasing. In addition, the importance of logistics industry is increasing as a key industry and such industry is positioning as a very important industry for improving the competitive powers of the nation and manufacturing & distribution companies. Therefore, under such situation, fostering of small & medium logistics companies has a high importance and the competitive power of logistics industry should be raised through the growth and development of such logistics companies. That is, in order to make small & medium logistics companies to grow and develop, diversification into related businesses by extending the area of logistics should be made. This study intends to recognize the situation that the study to diversification of small & medium logistics companies is not satisfactory and to suggest the diversification model for the growth of small & medium logistics companies through actual case research of diversification of small & medium logistics companies which have previously proceeded the diversification under the unique situation of Korea. Considering the characteristics of small & medium logistics companies, we analyzed by dividing case analyzing companies into four types: general freight transportation based diversified companies, import & export freight transportation based diversified companies, forwarding based diversified companies, and logistics warehouse based diversified companies. As a result of case analyzing, the form of diversification of small & medium logistics companies was indicated differently depending on main business and growth of each company but the diversification type of logistics companies which their main business area is identical seemed to be similar in its form. This study has suggested the orientation of logistics diversification of small & medium logistics companies corresponding with the reality based on cases of diversification of small & medium logistics companies, and it has the meaning in which it provides the foundation to growth strategy and main policy planning of small & medium logistics companies in future.

        국내 물류기업과 해외 진출 물류기업의 직무중요도 차이에 관한 연구

        As the saturation of domestic logistics market has been accelerated with changes in corporate environment that is recently internationalized, the necessity of expanding to overseas logistics market is emphasized. Thus, in Korea, logistics companies have entered overseas markets since 2000s, and in 2015, total 680 logistics companies have entered 60 countries in the whole world. With domestic logistics companies' expansion to overseas market, they had lots of concerns about professional labor force while there were lots of researches on logistics job. However, there are not many researches on job of logistics labor force required by logistics companies abroad. Thus, this study conducted the comparative analysis on logistics job required by domestic logistics companies and also logistics companies abroad, and also performed t-test as a mean test. Among logistics jobs, logistics sales, international logistics, and logistics skill showed the significant results in the significance level(0.05), which was considered as important by logistics companies abroad. 최근 국제화되고 있는 기업환경의 변화와 함께 국내 물류시장의 포화상태가 가속화되면서 해외 물류시장 진출의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 우리나라에서도 2000년대부터 물류기업의 해외진출이 진행되고 있으며, 2015년도에는 전 세계 60개국에 총 680업체의 물류기업이 진출해 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 국내 물류기업들의 해외 진출이 확대되면서 해외 진출 물류기업들은 전문인력에 대한 고민이 많았으나 기존 연구들은 물류직무에 관한 연구는 많이 있었지만 해외 진출 물류기업에서 요구하는 물류인력의 직무에 관한 연구는 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 물류기업에서 요구되는 물류직무와 해외 진출 물류기 업에서 요구되는 물류직무의 비교분석을 하였으며, 평균검정인 t-Test를 실시하였다. 물류에 대한 직무 중 물류영업, 국제물류, 물류기술 등이 0.05 유의수준에서 유의미한 결과를 도출하여 해외진출 물류기업에서 더욱 중요하게 생각하는 직무로 나타났다.
