      • PMSM의 저속운전 및 기동성능 개선을 위한 선형 엔코더

        PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) drives are widely used in the industrial applications and home appliances because of high torque ratio, high efficiency and precise control performance. In recent years there has been a significant development of PMSM motors of various kinds. Improvements in the properties of permanent magnet materials have increased the viability of related types of motors. However, precise speed and position information is essential for the good control performance. In order to produce correct torque, the rotor flux position information from position sensor has to be identified. In this paper, a low cost position sensor is proposed for improving of starting and low speed performance of PMSM. The proposed position sensor produces a linear analog signal that is proportional to the electrical rotor position. The information of initial rotor position at the starting instance and accurate position in the low speed can be obtained with the proposed encoder. The performance of the proposed encoder is verified with experimental results.

        다중 영상과 호모그래피 행렬을 이용한 소실점 위치 향상 알고리즘

        본 논문은 다중 영상과 호모그래피 행렬을 통해 소실점 위치의 정확도를 향상시키는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 단일 영상만을 활용하여 소실점 검출이 가능하지만, 여러 영상의 정보를 활용하여 소실점의 위치를 보정하면 소실점 위치의 정확도를 더 향상시킬 수 있다. 위치 정확도가 향상된 소실점을 통해 더 정확한 실내공간 정보 검출이 가능하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 3개의 영상을 입력받아 정보를 검출한 후 영상의 벽면 간의 호모그래피 행렬을 검출하고, 검출된 호모그래피를 이용하여 소실점의 위치를 변환한다. 최종적으로 변환된 소실점 중 최적의 위치에 있는 소실점을 찾아내어 소실점 위치를 보정 함으로써 소실점 위치의 정확도를 향상시킨다. 실험 결과를 통해 기존의 알고리즘과 제안하는 알고리즘의 정확도를 비교 분석한다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 통해 소실점 위치에 대한 오차 각도가 약 1.62% 감소함을 확인하였고, 이를 통해 더 정밀한 소실점 검출이 가능하였다. 또한, 제안한 알고리즘을 통해 향상된 소실점을 이용하여 검출한 레이아웃이 기존 알고리즘의 결과에 비교해 더 정확한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose vanishing-point position-improvement algorithms by using multiple images and a homography matrix. Vanishing points can be detected from a single image, but the positions of detected vanishing points can be improved if we adjust their positions by using information from multiple images. More accurate indoor space information detection is possible through vanishing points with improved positional accuracy. To adjust a position, we take three images and detect the information, detect the homography matrix between the walls of the images, and convert the vanishing point positions using the detected homography. Finally, we find an optimal position among the converted vanishing points and improve the vanishing point position. The experimental results compared an existing algorithm and the proposed algorithm. With the proposed algorithm, we confirmed that the error angle to the vanishing point position was reduced by about 1.62%, and more accurate vanishing point detection was possible. In addition, we can confirm that the layout detected by using improved vanishing points through the proposed algorithm is more accurate than the result from the existing algorithm.

        Optimal placement of piezoelectric actuator/senor patches pair in sandwich plate by improved genetic algorithm

        The present study investigates the employing of piezoelectric patches in active control of a sandwich plate. Indeed, the active control and optimal patch distribution on this structure are presented together. A sandwich plate with honeycomb core and composite reinforced by carbon nanotubes in facesheet layers is considered so that the optimum position of actuator/sensor patches pair is guaranteed to suppress the vibration of sandwich structures. The sandwich panel consists of a search space which is a square of 200 × 200 mm with a numerous number of candidates for the optimum position. Also, different dimension of square and rectangular plates to obtain the optimal placement of piezoelectric actuator/senor patches pair is considered. Based on genetic algorithm and LQR, the optimum position of patches and fitness function is determined, respectively. The present study reveals that the efficiency and performance of LQR control is affected by the optimal placement of the actuator/sensor patches pair to a large extent. It is also shown that an intelligent selection of the parent, repeated genes filtering, and 80% crossover and 20% mutation would increase the convergence of the algorithm. It is noted that a fitness function is achieved by collection actuator/sensor patches pair cost functions in the same position (controllability). It is worth mentioning that the study of the optimal location of actuator/sensor patches pair is carried out for different boundary conditions of a sandwich plate such as simply supported and clamped boundary conditions.

        The Effect of manager's communication Competency on organizational member's adaptive performance: Focusing on the mediating effect of positive psychological capital

        This study tried to confirm the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between the communication Competence of managers who are recognized as organizational members working in the company and the adaptive performance of the members. To this end, the research hypothesis established through the final 255 data was verified as follows using the SPSS 21.00 and AMOS 21.1 version statistical programs. First, the higher the manager's communication Competence, the higher the positive psychological capital of organizational members. Second, the higher the communication Competence of the manager, the higher the adaptive performance of the members. Third, as the positive psychological capital of organizational members improved, adaptation performance improved. Fourth, positive psychological capital showed a partial mediating effect between the manager's communication Competence and the member's adaptive performance. The results of this study empirically analyzed the relationship between manager's communication Competence and members' positive psychological capital assumption (+) on the improvement of organizational members' adaptive performance ability. This study has the meaning of the most important research in that it provides additional theoretical and practical implications in the face of insufficient research on factors affecting the adaptation performance of organizational members.

        Relativistic Spinless Particles with Position Dependent Mass: Bound States and Scattering Phase Shifts

        The scattering and bound states of relativistic spinless particles with position-dependent mass are investigated in the framework of the improved Frost-Musulin potential, which is used to explain some properties of diatomic molecules. After we obtain approximate analytical solution of the Klein- Gordon equation, we find the normalized wave functions in terms of the hypergeometric functions in order to deal with the bound and the scattering states. We also analyze the scattering phase shifts and the bound states numerically.

        공감화법 향상 프로그램 개발

        이 연구의 목적은 효과적인 공감화법 향상 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구진행은 4단계로 이루어졌는데, 첫 단계는 공감에 중심을 둔 공감화법향상을 위한 강의모형을 개발하였다. 두 번째 단계는 요구조사를 통하여 집단상담기반 공감화법향상 모형을 구축하였다. 세 번째 단계는 설계된 모형을 실제 강의에 적용하여 효과를 검증하였다. 마지막 네 번째 단계는 최종적인 공감화법향상 프로그램을 완성하였다. 이 연구가 제안하는 공감화법향상모형은 긍정화법, 해결화법 및 소통화법의 세 가지 요소로 구성되어 있다. 모형의 세 가지 구성요소가 삼위일체를 이룰 때, 공감화법이 신뢰와 만족, 및 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라고 가정하였다. 이를 위하여 조사연구와 실험연구를 진행하였다. 조사연구는 대전/세종/충남에 거주하는 10대부터 60대까지 510명을 대상으로 공감화법, 신뢰 및 행복척도로 질문지를 구성하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS21을 이용하여 사용된 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보고, 공감화법에 따른 신뢰와 행복의 차이를 분산분석을 통하여 검토하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 사용된 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도가 우수하였다. 둘째, 공감화법을 잘 사용하는 사람들이 공감화법을 잘못 사용하는 사람들보다 신뢰가 더 높았다. 셋째, 공감화법을 잘 사용하는 사람들이 공감화법을 잘못 사용하는 사람들보다 더 행복하였다. 실험연구는 40명의 대학생과 24명의 대학원생을 대상으로 공감화법향상프로그램에 참여한 전후의 삶의 만족도의 차이를 살펴보았는데, 연구결과는 프로그램에 참여한 후에 대학생들의 삶의 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 끝으로, 연구의 제한점과 앞으로의 연구방향을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to develope effective program of empathic talking improvement. The study consist of four phrases, first phase was development of lecture model for empathic talking improvement based on empathy. Second phase was building of model of empathic talking improvement based on group counseling through demand survey. Third phase tested effect of the model apply to lectures. Last phase completed final program of empathic talking improvement. As a suggestion, the empathic talking improvement model consists of positive talk, solution talk, and dialogue talk. When these components form trinity, the effects of empathic talking will be the highest and power to empathic talking will makes people more trustable, more satisfactory and happier. In order to test suggestions, survey and experiment were conducted. Survey was collected 510 people from 10 to 60 residents in Daejeon/Sejong/Chungnam province with the questionnaire including empathic talking, trust, and happiness. Reliability and validity of scales were analyzed and were tested differences of trust and happiness according to empathic talking using SPSS21. The results of this study are as follows: First, the scales used in this study are good in their reliability and validity. Second, those who have high empathic talking are at a higher level of trust than those who have low empathic talking. Third, those who have high empathic talking are happier than those who have low empathic talking. Also, experiment conducted 40 undergraduates and 24 graduates to participate empathic talking improvement program. Findings show participants feel more satisfactory in life than before participation. Finally, the limitations and future directions of the study were discussed.

        군행형법 개정방안에 관한 보완적 고찰

        What is the real purpose of prisoning? Thus, weather to isolation from punishment and society or education for return to society. If we treat them as the scum of society, harmony and agreement in our society never come true. In this point of view, prisoning in military guardhouse is as common society's currently, plans to improve the problem of pre-trial inmates inside the military guardhouse is under consideration along with Military Law Reform discussions, on the aspect of protection of human rights. The plans include figuring out the current status of the military personnel in the guardhouse from the National Human Rights Board. However, due to the Military's Characteristic of closure, evaluations of the human rights in military guardhouse inmates are not being trusted despite continuing efforts of the military to protect their human rights. Hence it is very important to investigate the direction of Development of military prisoning Law and to Search for policy Changes including treatment improvements. “국군은 국가의 안전보장과 국토방위의 신성한 의무를 수행함을 사명으로 한다.”고 우리헌법 제5조 2항은 명시하고 있다.그러므로 군에서 발생하는 범죄행위는 곧 인적요소인 전투력을 손실시키게 된다는 것을 의미하게 되므로 군내 범죄예방에 노력하고, 발생된 범죄행위에 대해서는 철저한 수사활동을 통해 해결하여 범죄발생을 억제함과 동시에 낙오된 수용자에 대하여도 보다 적극적이고 합리적인 교정교화 업무를 수행함으로써 무위의 전투력 손실을 방지하는데 중점을 두어야 하겠다.따라서 현재 진행 중에 있는 군행형법 전부개정안에 관한 검토와 연구는 이러한 측면에서 매우 중요한 의미를 내포하고 있다 할 수 있겠다.특히 군행형법 개정안은 2005년도부터 사법제도 개혁추진위원회에서 군사법제도 개혁일환으로 추진하여 온 군형법 개정안 등 총7개 법안 중攀* 본 논문은 2007년도 호원대학교 교내 학술 연구조성비에 의해 연구되었음.국방부는 그동안 정책회의와 군무회의, 법제처심사 등 법 개정절차를 거쳐 군사법 개혁 관련 법률안을 확정해 2005년 12월 국회에 제출하였으며, 2006. 4. 7. 국회소관 상임위원회인 법사위에 상정돼 같은 달 18일 법사위 본 위원회에서 대체토론을 실시하였다. 현재 법사위에 계류중인 법률안은 ‘군사법원의 조직 등에 관한 법률안’ ‘군검찰의 조직 등에 관한 법률안’ ‘군형사소송법안’ ‘군사법원법 폐지법률안’ ‘장병 등의 군사재판 참여에 관한 법률안’ ‘군행형법개정안’ ‘군형법개정안’ 등 총7개 법안이다.攀攀 하나로서 그동안 국방부에서는 군사법제도 개혁 건의문을 존중하면서 군의 특수성 보장을 위한 군내외의 다양한 의견수렴 절차를 거쳐 군행형법 개정안을 사법제도 개혁위원회에 제출하였으며 이를 토대로 최종 입법안을 의결(현재 국회계류 중) 하였다고 주장하고 있다.그러나 군행형법 개정방안 중 일부사항은 다른 군사법 개선방안과 같이 관련 부서간의 이해관계로 인해 충분한 논의가 아직도 미흡한 감이 없지 않은 실정으로 군의 특수성과 장병 인권보장이 구현되는 측면에서 개정이 이루어지도록 좀 더 신중하게 접근해 나가는게 바람직하다고 생각한다.

        낙관성 향상 프로그램의 개발과 그 효과: 대안적 사고능력의 매개효과

        This study developed an optimism improvement program and verified its effects. Seligman(1990) stated that optimism is not born but instead learned. His opinion was confirmed as an effective treatment by performing The Penn Prevention Program on children with depression. This study modified and complemented this program according to Korean children, and it developed a new optimism improvement program. To verify the effects of the program developed in this study, the program was conducted on a total of 57 fifth-grade elementary school students and first-grade middle school students. Fifty-eight persons as part of a waiting list control group in the same grade as the study subjects were also prepared. The optimism level of the group that participated in the program was significantly higher than that of the non-participants. This shows that alternative solution thinking ability was the mechanism of optimism improvement. In addition, as the result of checking whether or not alternative solution thinking ability and consequential thinking ability are key mediators of optimism improvement by means of parameter variables analysis, mediator effect of alternative solution thinking ability was verified while that of consequential thinking ability was not. This study is meaningful in that an optimism improvement program was developed according to Korean culture and actual conditions. It was economical as it could be performed in a shorter time than existing programs, and subjects were sufficient enough to verify the effects of the program.

        5세 누리과정을 적용하는 과정에서 담당교사들이 겪게 되는 긍정적 경험, 어려움과 개선방안

        본 연구는 5세 누리과정을 현장에서 적용할 때 나타나는 담당교사들의 긍정적 경험과 어려움, 그리고 교사들이 제안하는 개선방안을 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 참여자는 5세 누리과정을 담당하고 있는 어린이집교사 5명, 유치원 교사 5명으로 선정하였다. 5세 누리과정에 대한 담당교사들의 긍정적 경험과 어려움을 이해하고, 개선방안을 알아보기 위해 심층면담과 다양한 자료수집 등을 통해 질적연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 5세 누리과정 담당교사들의 긍정적 경험으로는 유아교육활동의 발상전환을 위한 5세 누리과정 지침서, 유아교육 확장활동의 다양성, 유아교육활동의 유용성, 유아교육에 대한 긍정적인 인식변화로 나타났다. 5세 누리과정 담당교사들의 어려움으로는 5세 누리과정에 대한 기대에서 오는 절망감과 낮은 질의 형식적 교육으로서 5세 누리과정 교사연수로 나타났다. 마지막으로 5세 누리과정 담당교사들이 제안하는 개선방안으로는 양질의 지속적인 교사교육과 연수의 필요성, 지속적인 홍보와 소통의 장의 필요성, 공평한 재정적 지원과 융통적인 일과운영의 필요성, 다양한 프로그램 개발과 현장에서 유용한 실천방안의 필요성으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 5세 누리과정으로 활동하고 있는 교사들이 당면한 문제를 이해하고 5세 누리과정이 보다 실질적이고 현장에서 유용하게 이용 될 수 있도록 방향성을 제시하는데 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. This study aims to identify the positive experiences and problems teachers working with the 5th September 2011 mandated Nuri curriculum (Korea`s common curriculum) for 5-year-old children have encountered in its implementation thus far and to air their suggestions for its improvement. Study participants were 5 child care home teachers and 5 kindergarten teachers. Data was obtained from In-depth interviews with the 10 teachers According to a result of this research, they have experienced affirmative changes in their conception and perception of early childhood education, and its extension into other early childhood education areas. On the other hand, teachers` high hopes for the Nuri curriculum have not been satisfied and the pro forma teacher education they received was disappointing. The participants suggested that superior continuous education, public relations, systematic teacher education, a place for communication, impartial financial support, flexible daily management, various program developments, and a useful action plan for actual practice should be prepared to reform the curriculum. These suggestions from teachers in the field can serve as preliminary data orienting the directions for reform of the Nuri curriculum.

        육군 부사관의 보직관리 인식에 관한 연구 : 근거이론적 접근

        This study actually examined how Army noncommissioned officers were aware of position management. In consideration of the selection of interviewers, non-commissioned officers of the front and rear units were selected who worked for more than 20 years and who conducted at least three exchanges of troops. In order to enhance the veracity and accuracy of the data, a number of people who are currently serving as the chief executive officer or experienced the position of the chief executive officer were included. In this study, the contents of the interview were analyzed using the evidence theoretical approach presented by Strauss & Corbin (1998), and the results of open coding and axial coding resulted in 90 concepts, 20 subcategories and 10 categories. In addition, all six paradigms were found, and as a result of the selective coding, the key category was 'expectations for improving the non-commissioned officer's position management system to improve professionalism and service satisfaction'. Therefore, this study was meaningful in that it presented a new direction for research recognizing the feasibility and importance of institutional improvement in position management so that noncommissioned officers can do their best in their original duties through interviews. It is hoped that the perception of position management, which was confirmed through this study, will lead to the improvement of non-commissioned officers' policies and systems in the future, and various practical studies will be conducted on non-commissioned officers, such as research that clearly redefines non-commissioned officers' job management standards and develops a job management model.
