        노인의 사회적 지지와 우울의 관계에서 성별에 따른 디지털 정보활용능력의 조절효과

        This study investigated the moderating effect of digital literacy by gender on the effect of social support on depression among older adults. Data were collected from May to September 2020 from 376 older adults aged 60 and over who used senior welfare centers. Hierarchical regression analysis and Hayes’ SPSS Process Macro, Model 3 were used for data analyses. In the first model with sociodemographic variables, it was found that marital status and subjective health status had an effect on depression among the participants. In the second model, it was found that social support and digital literacy had the main effects on depression. In the third model, the interaction term of social support and digital literacy was not significant. Finally, the three-way moderating effect of social support, digital literacy, and gender was found to be significant. As a result of a simple slope significance test for post-examination of the interaction effect, it was found that digital literacy alleviated the effect of social support on depression only in the male group. Based on the results, the implications for digital education for older adults were discussed

        지각된 과잉자격이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 조직지원인식과 분배공정성 및 조절초점 성향의 상호작용을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived overqualification on turnover intention and the interaction effect of perceived organizational support, distributive justice, and regulatory focus tendency(promotion/prevention) on the relationship between perceived overqualification and turnover intention. For the study, the survey was conducted on 250 employees working at various companies in Korea. Results indicated that perceived overqualification was positively related to turnover intention. The three-way interaction effect of perceived overqualification, perceived organizational support, and regulatory focus tendency was significant on turnover intention. Also the three-way interaction effect of perceived overqualification, distributive justice, and regulatory focus tendency was significant on turnover intention. This study provided important implications for practitioners as it verified the effect of perceived overqualification on turnover intention and the moderation effects of perceived organizational support, distributive justice, and regulatory focus tendency.

        아동이 지각한 성취압력이 미디어기기 중독에 미치는 영향: 내재화 문제와 자기조절 효능감의 삼원 조절효과

        본 연구에서는 아동이 지각한 성취압력이 미디어기기 중독에 미치는 영향에서 내재화 문제와 자기조절 효능감의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위해 한국아동패널의 12차 조사자료 중 5학년 537명의 결과를 분석하였다. PROCESS MACRO의 Model 1과 Model 3을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과로 첫째, 지각된 성취압력과 미디어기기 중독의 관계에서 내재화 문제의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 성취압력과 미디어기기 중독 간 관계에서 내재화 문제와 자기조절 효능감의 삼원 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 자기조절 효능감이 낮은 경우 내재화 문제에 따라 지각된 성취압력이 미디어기기 중독에 미치는 영향이 증가하였다. 이를 바탕으로 연구의 의의 및 정책적 제언, 시사점을 기술하였다. This study aimed to investigate the interaction effect of internalizing problems as well as three-way interaction effect of internalizing problems and self-regulatory efficacy on the relationship between perceived achievement pressure and media device addiction. The analysis of this study used data from the 12th Panel study on Korean Children. A total of 537 fifth graders in elementary school was selected as the participant sample out of the total panel of 2,150 youths. The results indicated that self-regulatory efficacy was negatively related to internalizing problems and media device addiction. Moreover, the interaction effect of perceived achievement pressure and internalizing problems on media device addiction was significant. Finally, the three-way interaction effect of perceived achievement pressure, internalizing problems and self-regulatory efficacy on media device addiction was significant. That is, when children had low self-regulatory efficacy, the effect of internalizing problems on the relationship between perceived achievement pressure and media device addiction became more severe. Based on these results, the limitations of this study and implications were discussed.

        Three-dimensional Analysis of Two-way Fluid-structure Interaction on a Flexible Hydrofoil in Viscous Flow

        Two-way Fluid-Structure Interaction of a three dimensional hydrofoil subjected to viscous flow at Re=750000 is investigated in this paper. A rectangular, cantilevered NACA66 hydrofoil is simulated using a finite element based CSD code, while the fluid flow is modeled with the incompressible, unsteady Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes equations using a finite volume based CFD code. The numerical computations are carried out through a strong coupling between these two separate solvers. The strongly coupled FSI solver is validated by comparing the present numerical results with experimental measurements in a water tunnel at the French Naval Academy. To quantify the FSI effects, rigid (stainless steel) and flexible (POM Poly-acetate) hydrofoils with the same undeformed geometry are simulated and compared.

        과제상호의존성과 팀 소속기간에 따라 조직분위기가 개인만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 청소년 축구 팀 선수들이 인지하는 과제상호의존성과 팀 소속기간에 따라 조직분위기가 개인만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 서울/경기/인천 지역에 연고를 둔 청소년 축구선수들로 중학교 6개, 고등학교 11개 총 430명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 불성실하게 답변을 한 8부를 제외한 422명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 측정도구의 구성타당도 검증을 위해서 탐색적/확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 삼원상호작용을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 과제상호의존성 중 팀승리에 대한 믿음이 높고, 선수들이 함께한 시간(팀 소속기간)이 길수록 조직 분위기가 개인만족에 미치는 긍정적 영향력은 강화되었다. 특히, 조직분위기 구성요인 중 리더특성이 상호의존성과 팀 소속기간 수준에 따라 개인만족에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으므로 지도자의 행동유형이 선수 개인만족도를 높이는 중요한 변수인 것으로 사료된다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 선수 개인만족도 향상을 위해서는 과제상호의존성, 조직분위기와 같은 구성원 간 내재된 심리적 요인뿐만 아니라 팀 소속 기간과 같은 환경적 요인도 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다. The goal of this study is observing how youth soccer team players recognize task interdependence and how the team climate following the team belonging period affects personal satisfaction. Concerning research subjects, a total of 430 students from 6 middle schools, and 11 high schools, located in Seoul, Kyungkido and Incheon were selected and among them, the data of 422 students, excluding 8 students who answered insincerely, were finally used. The analysis of collected data was conducted by an exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis for verifying construct validity of measurement tool and verified three-way interaction effect through hierarchial regression analysis. According to the research result, the positive effect to personal satisfaction is strengthened following high faith of team victory and long period of team belonging among task interdependence. Especially, it is considered that the behavior style of leader is decisive variable for enhancing personal satisfaction of player since the characteristic of leader among structuring factor of team climate had an positive effect on personal satisfaction following the level of team interdependence and team belong period. Put above results together, for enhancing personal satisfaction of player, not only the underlying psychological factor like task interdependence, team climate, but also the environmental factor like team belonging period should be considered.

        3원 변량분석을 이용한 구분적으로 일정한 모델의 에너지 함수 최소화를 위한 매개변수들 추정

        영상분할 결과는 알고리즘에 관련된 매개변수들에 따라 다르기 때문에 최적 분할을 위하여 시행 착오법이 많이 이용된다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 변량 분석법을 이용하여 영역기반 active contour 방법에 관련된 최적 매개변수들을 결정하는 방법을 제안한다. 3원 변량 분석법에 의해서 추출된 결과와 사용자가 영상에서 직접 그린결과가 상호 비교된다. 마지막으로 각 매개변수들의 주요 효과와 상호작용 효과를 측정하고 최적 값을 추출하기 위하여 점 추정 및 구간 추정 값을 계산한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 구간 상수 모델을 대상으로 영상분할시 최적 매개변수들을 추출하는데 큰 도움을 줄 것이다. The result of imaging segmentation becomes different with the parameters involved in the segmentation algorithms; therefore, the parameters for the optimal segmentation have been found through a try and error. In this paper, we propose the method to find the best values of parameters involved in the area-based active contour method using three-way ANOVA. The segmentation result applied by three-way ANOVA is compared with the optimal segmentation which is drawn by user. We use the global consistency rate for comparing two segmentations. Finally, we estimate the main effects and interactions between each parameter using three-way ANOVA, and then calculate the point and interval estimate to find the best values of three parameters. The proposed method will be a great help to find the optimal parameters before working the motion segmentation using piecewise constant model.

        중소기업 초기 경력자의 프로티언 경력 태도와 주관적 경력 성공의 관계에 대한 LMX와 학습조직의 조절된 조절 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderated moderation effects of LMX and learning organization on the relationship between protean career attitude and subjective career success for early career employees in small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs). For doing so, 441 respondents under the age of 34 and have less than 5 years of career experience in SMEs were used to analyze. As a results, the two-way interaction effects of protean career attitude and LMX on subjective career success for early career employees in SMEs were depend on level of learning organization. And the moderated moderation effect(three-way interaction) of LMX and learning organization was statistically significant. Based upon these results, theoretical implications about the relationships among these variables, and practical implications for improving career development for early career employees in SMEs were then suggested.

      • 연인관계에서 희생과 관계만족도의 관계 : 회피동기와 상호의존적 자아해석의 조절효과

        This study examined the moderating effect of motivation and interdependent self-construal in love relationship between sacrifice and satisfaction to Chinese unmarried couples. A survey of 116 Chinese couples aged 18 and older (116 men and 116 women) was conducted via the Internet to verify the three-way interaction effects of sacrifice, avoidance motive and interdependent self-construal of relationship satisfaction through regression analysis. Analysis shows that first, the sacrifice of men and women affects the satisfaction of the love relationship. Second, the perception of sacrifice of women did not have the motivating effect of their own avoidance motive in the effect on the partner's love relationship satisfaction. Third, the man’s perception of woman's sacrificing showed the motivating effect of the woman's motive of avoidance and interdependent selfUconstrual on the man's relationship satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that when a woman makes a sacrifice by an avoidance motive in a relationship, the more often a man perceives a woman's sacrifice, the more satisfied he is about the relationshiP, and this is because the woman's interdependent selfUconstrual is high. Based on these results, the relationship of men and women's sacrifice, motivation, and interdependent selfUconstrual on the relationship satisfaction was discussed.

        학교유형과 스포츠형 여가참여에 따른 성격강점이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 일반대학과 교육대학 학생을 대상으로 스포츠형 여가참여에 따라 성격강점이 회복탄력성에 미 치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 서울/충청 지역의 일반대학, 교육대학 각각 2개씩 4개 대학에서 총 432명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 측정도구의 구성타당도 검증을 위해서 탐색적/확인적 요인 분석을 실시하였고, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 삼원상호작용을 검증하였다. 연구결과 일반대학 학생들은 스포츠형 여가참여에 상관없이 성격강점이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향력 차이는 존재하지 않은 반면, 교육대학 학생들은 스 포츠형 여가참여 집단에서 성격강점이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향력이 강화되었다. 따라서 대학생들의 회복탄력성 을 강화시키기 위해서는 성격강점, 스포츠형 여가참여 뿐만 아니라 학교유형도 함께 고려해야 할 것이다. 특히, 일반대학교 학생들과 달리 교육대학교 학생들에게 개인의 자아탄력성 등의 긍정적 정서 상태를 높이고, 유지하기 위해서는 스포츠형 여가 참여를 지속할 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다. The goal of this study is observing how the character strengths following leisure sports activity and the type of university, such as education and general university, affects resilience. Concerning research subjects, a total of 432 students from 2 education university, and 2 university, located in Seoul, Chungcheong and were selected. The analysis of collected data was conducted by an exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis for verifying construct validity of measurement tool and verified three-way interaction effect through hierarchial regression analysis. According to the research result, the positive effect to resilience is strengthened following participant leisure sports activity and character strengths among education university students. Especially, it is considered that the type of university is decisive variable for enhancing personal resilience since the character strengths did not have an positive effect on resilience following the participant of leisure sports. Put above results together, for enhancing resilience of students, not only the underlying psychological factor like character strengths but also the environmental factor like leisure sports and type of university should be considered.

        조직정치지각과 지각된 업무성과

        본 연구목적은 조직정치지각과 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)가 구성원이 지각하는 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 있다. 또한 조직정치와 업무성과의 관계에서 LMX의 상호작용 효과를 규명하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구는 LMX와 자기효능감과의 삼원상호작용 효과를 검증함으로써 연구영역을 확장하고자 하였다. 한국의 다양한 조직에서 근무하는 280명의 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직정치지각은 지각된 업무성과에 별다른 영향을 주지 못했다. 둘째, 리더와의 높은 교환관계는 구성원의 지각된 업무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 리더-구성원 교환관계는 조직정치지각과 지각된 업무성과와의 관계를 조절하지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과는 자기효능감이 높은 집단에서 리더-구성원 교환관계가 조직정치지각과 지각된 업무성과의 관계를 조절하였다. 즉, 내집단에 속한 자기효능감이 높은 구성원은 정치적 환경에서도 업무성과가 증가하였다. 그러나 외집단 속한 자기효능감이 높은 구성원은 정치적 환경에서 업무성과가 감소하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of perceptions of organizational politics(i.e., POPs) and leader-member exchange(i.e., LMX) on the perceived work performance. Also, this paper investigates the moderating effect of LMX on the relationship between POPs and work performance. Particularly, this study is to expand on prior research by investigating the three-way interaction effect of LMX and self-efficacy. The summary of results based on a sample of 280 employees who were working in various organizations in KOREA is following. First, POPs were not significantly related to perceived work performance. Second, LMX was positively and significantly related to perceived work performance. Third, LMX did not moderate the negative relationship between POPs and perceived work performance. Finally, our results showed that for individuals with a high level of self-efficacy, LMX moderates the negative relationship between POPs and perceived work performance. That is, for individuals with a high level of self-efficacy, POPs were positively related to work performance under high LMX(in-group), but were negatively related to work performance under low LMX(out-group). Theoretical and practical implications of our findings as well as directions for future research are provided.
