        천공장치를 이용한 배수설비 연결관 시공 기술에 관한 연구

        Ministry of Environment has been promoting BTL business of the sewer rehabilitation which continues from 2005 up to now. Sewer rehabilitation is classified into three parts : wastewater pipe rehabilitation, rainwater pipe rehabilitation and drainage equipment rehabilitation. Drainage equipment rehabilitation is that drainage pipe connects wastewater pipe directly without water-purifier. In the drainage equipment construction, it is inevitable to have the damage of ground structures(wall, gate and U drain, etc) when an open excavation method is used. Therefore it is necessary to develop non-excavation method to connect drainage pipe and wastewater pipe like jacking method to avoid the damage of ground structure. This paper has conducted an analysis of the non-excavation method using a boring machine attached to backhoe, which is issued the verification certificate of environmental technology according to the Development of and Support for Environmental Technology Act, article.7. The index set in this analysis was sectionalized to the condition of construction, the grade of drainage pipe, the size of excavated hole, the amount of waste cement concrete and asphalt concrete and the benefit effect compared to open excavation method.         다기능 복합관절 연속수동운동 의료기기 설계

        The number of joint disease patients is increasing every year. Currently, the most CPM(Continuous Passive Motion) equipment uses expensive imported equipment, and one CPM equipment is designed to be used only in one joint, medical personnel or hospitals who are the main users of the medical equipment need to have several types of CPMs for joint rehabilitation. To solve this problem, this paper designed a multifunctional joint medical equipment that enables rehabilitation of knee, shoulder, and elbow joints in one CPM equipment and includes general, intensive, and adaptive exercise functions for effective treatment according to the patient's condition. The patient's condition was diagnosed using a load cell and a current sensor. In this paper, effective rehabilitation methods were presented and high reliability and precision of medical equipment was confirmed through experiments using potentiometer, encoder, and PI controller.

        재활의료기기의 사용편의성에 관한 연구 ; 고정식 상하지 운동치료기를 중심으로

        본 논문은 고정식 상하지 운동치료기의 분류기준에 의한 3가지 타입의 모델을 선정하고, 사용편의성 원칙을 구축하여 관찰조사와 심층설문을 통해 어떠한 제품이 어떻게 편리한가에 대해서 구체적으로 제시하고, 향후 재활의료기기의 사용편의성에 참고자료로 활용되고자 하였다. 논문의 구성은 첫 번째로 재활의료기기의 문헌조사를 통해 사용편의성 평가원칙을 설정하고 다수의 재활의학 전문가와 트레이너 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 수정, 검토 과정을 거친다. 둘째, 재활의료기기의 현황조사를 실시하고, 유형화된 대표모델집단을 선정한다. 셋째, 각각 구성요소의 구조와 유형 그리고 사용 프로세스를 구축한다. 넷째, 과제 수행 중심으로 사용자 집단의 사용자 관찰실험을 진행한다. 다섯째, 사용편의성 원칙을 바탕으로 만들어진 심층설문을 실시하여 고정식 상하지 운동치료기 기종별로 사용편의성 만족도에 차이가 있는지 알아보고 진행된 실증연구의 결과를 종합 분석하였다. 그 결과 디자인 요소의 만족도는 대체적으로 5점 척도에서 평균 3점 정도의 만족도가 나타났으며, 사용편의성 측면에서는 Learnibility, Status, Ergonomic’s Shape, Safety, Stability에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 사용자에 따라 5가지 사용편의성의 비중 차이에 관해 연구의 필요성이 나타났다. In this thesis, we select the three types of models according to the classification criteria of stationary training equipment build the principle of usability and what type is most convenient through observation survey and in-depth survey We will try to present the analysis contents. Firstly, the composition of the thesis is reviewed by reviewing literature on rehabilitation medical equipment, evaluating the principle of usability, go through modification and examination process through interviews with a number of rehabilitation medicine experts and trainer experts. Secondly, conduct a survey on the status of rehabilitation medical equipment and select a categorized representative model group. Third, build the structure and type of each component and the process of use. Fourth, the user observation experiment of the user group is advanced mainly on the task execution. Fifth, a detailed questionnaire prepared based on the principle of ease of use was carried out and demonstration was carried out by investigating the difference in the degree of satisfaction of usability for each type of stationary training equipment. The results of the research were comprehensively analyzed. As a result, the degree of satisfaction of the design element is roughly on the 5 point scale and the satisfaction level of about 3 points on average appears, and the viewpoint of usability appears significant differences about learnability, Status, ergonomic’s shape, safety, stability. It became clear the according to users need for research on the difference of usability at five things.

        Rehabilitation Program for Improved Musculoskeletal Pain in Gastrointestinal Endoscopists: Multicenter Prospective Cohort Study

        Background/Aims: This study aimed to develop a rehabilitation program for musculoskeletal pain experienced by gastrointestinal endoscopists and to investigate its usefulness. Methods: This was a multicenter cohort study. During the first 2 weeks, a questionnaire regarding daily workload and musculoskeletal symptoms was administered. Then, a rehabilitation program including equipment/posture correction and stretching was conducted during the remaining 6 weeks. Follow-up daily workload and musculoskeletal symptom surveys were distributed during the last 2 weeks. The program satisfaction survey was performed at the 6th and 8th weeks. Results: Among 118 participants (69 men), 94% (n=111) complained of musculoskeletal pain at baseline. Various hospital activities at baseline were associated with multisite musculoskeletal pain, whereas only a few workloads were correlated with musculoskeletal pain after the rehabilitation program. Follow-up musculoskeletal pain was negatively correlated with equipment/posture program performance; arm/elbow pain was negatively correlated with elbow (R=–0.307) and wrist (R=–0.205) posture; leg/foot pain was negatively correlated with monitor position, shoulder, elbow, wrist, leg, and foot posture. Higher performance in the scope position (86.8% in the improvement vs 71.3% in the aggravation group, p=0.054) and table height (94.1% vs 79.1%, p=0.054) were associated with pain improvement. An increased number of colonoscopy procedures (6.27 in the aggravation vs 0.02 in the improvement group, p=0.017) was associated with pain aggravation. Most participants reported being average (32%) or satisfied (67%) with the program at the end of the study. Conclusions: Our rehabilitation program is easily applicable, satisfactory, and helpful for improving the musculoskeletal pain experienced by gastrointestinal endoscopists.

      • Trends in National Standardization of Usage Environment Safety and Performance Evaluation of Gait Training Equipment

        Gait training equipment, which enables the handicapped and elderly to perform activities independently, primarily includes a rehabilitation exercise robot that assists a person’s movement by detecting limb motions and a robot that moves the arms and hands by using a person’s neuronal signals. Gait training equipment is part of the category of medical robots, and specific standardized documents are required after ensuring individual standardization of rehabilitation robots. We propose the necessity of the standardized test method for usage environment safety and performance evaluation of gait training equipment.

      • 재활 운동 장치에 적용 가능한 맴돌이 전류 제동장치

        The contactless brake system, which has a “C-type” bracket, is conventionally used as a personal outdoor rehabilitation equipment. It is fundamentally challenging to produce small sizes of the equipment owing to its C-type structure. Furthermore, it is impossible to control the load because of possible severe problems such as damage to the eccentricity of the rotary this study, a permanent-magnet contactless braking system, which has a round-type bracket adjustable to the applied load, is proposed. The performance of the system is experimentally compared and analyzed using the measured torque values. The effects of the conductance of nonmagnetic materials and gap between the permanent magnets on the torque values are observed as a method for increasing the load. The method maintains a smooth exercise sensitivity owing to the wide eddy current distribution of the load braking device having the round-type bracket. The braking system proposed in this study can be applied to rehabilitation machines, which can control the load according to the user’s condition and has advantages such as small size and reduced cost.

        심장재활에 필요한 시설, 장비, 인력 기준 - 대한심장재활연구회 권고안

        The Korean Society of Cardiac Rehabilitation (KSCR) have recommended standards for establishing cardiac rehabilitation programs in terms of facility, equipment and staff. This is the first time a statement concerning these types of standards has been issued in Korea, and presents the minimal requirements for establishing cardiac rehabilitation programs. Cardiac rehabilitation facilities should contain individual spaces for patient examination, exercise stress testing, monitoring exercise training, patient education, patient preparation, storing medical records, showers and lockers, toilets, and walking tracks. Essential equipment must include at least four sets of aerobic exercise equipment such as treadmills, bicycles, arm ergometers, step machines, and floor mats, and medical equipment such as exercise stress test for ECG with gas analysis, telemetry ECG monitoring systems, sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, pulse oximeters, glucometers, portable oxygenators, and emergency carts with defibrillators. Hospital staff should include a medical director (a physician with a subspecialty in cardiac rehabilitation), exercise physiologist, nurse specializing in cardiac rehabilitation, exercise specialist, physical therapist, and clinical nutritionist. All should have an expertise in exercise science and be trained in basic life support or advanced cardiac life support. This statement is a recommendation by KSCR and cardiac rehabilitation council of regional cardiocerebrovascular center, and set forth the standards for facilities, equipment, and staff to set up or upgrade cardiac rehabilitation programs in Korea. These recommendations should be developed as a national standard for the establishment of cardiac rehabilitation programs, and adjusted for the current situation of the Korean medical industry through nationwide and long-term research.         무릎관절 재활기구에 관한 연구

        This paper presents upgraded equipment to assist a patient in rehabilitating of their knee-joint by themselves. A new automatic mechanism is suggested and developed in order to add functions for enforcing the leg muscles, which were absent in previous rehabilitation machines. Using the Pro-engineer software, we analyze the displacements and speeds of several moving points of the equipment during various planned exercises. In addition, an appropriate control panel for operation is developed. Three motors andthree motor drivers are used in a tilting part for the ankle joint, sliding guide part for the knee joint, and up-down moving part for the whole leg. Finally, various newly upgraded motions can be generated by controlling the three motors simultaneously. we show that by using this equipment, we can adjust the proper length of the equipment according to the user's height and the intensity of the rehabilitation exercise.

        ‘재활운동 및 체육’을 위한 운동기구 및 프로그램 조사에 따른 리빙랩 운영방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze 13 tasks of the National Rehabilitation Center and investigate domestic rehabilitation exercise-related institutions to investigate exercise equipment and programs that can provide “Rehabilitation exercise and physical education” service for the disabled to return to society and it also can use as basic data for building the “Rehabilitation exercise and physical education” living lab. As a result of analyzing the 13 tasks of the National Rehabilitation Center, it was analyze exercise programs and exercise equipments for sensory impairments (visual and hearing), physical disabilities (cerebral palsy, spinal cord disability), developmental disabilities, and all disabilities. As a result of investigation and analysis of 1427 rehabilitation exercise centers and exercise facilities, it was found that the expansion of exercise programs for the physically diabiled was necessary. Finally, the living lab operation plan for rehabilitation exercise and physical education should be user-led and operated mainly by disabled users, and a model consisting of the public and the private sector was developed. This model is expected to maximize its effectiveness through a cooperative system with the public and private sectors(4P Rehablitaion Exercise and Physical Education Living LAB Model(4P-REPELLM)). 본 연구는 13개 과제를 분석하여 지역사회 장애인들의 사회로의 복귀를 위한 『재활운동 및 체육』서비스를 제공할 수 있는 리빙랩 구축의 기반 마련을 위해 운동기구와 프로그램을 조사하고 분석하여 『재활운동 및 체육』리빙랩 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 국립재활원에서 진행 중인 13개 과제를 분석한 결과, 감각장애(시각, 청각), 신체장애(뇌성마비, 척수장애), 발달장애, 모든 장애에 대한 운동프로그램 및 운동기구가 조사되었고, 1427개 재활운동센터 및 운동시설을 조사·분석한 결과 지체장애인을 위한 운동 프로그램 확대가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 재활운동 및 체육을 위한 리빙랩 운영방안은 사용자주도형으로 장애별 사용자중심으로 운영이 되어야 하며, 공공(실증 서비스 모니터링, 운영/법제도 검토 및 지원, 확산 및 홍보 지원 등), 민간(실증 서비스 테스트 지원, 운영 및 유지관리 지원 등), 사용자(장애별 실증 서비스 시나리오 설계, 실증 테스트 및 개선사항 도출, 홍보대사활동 등)로 구성된 모델(4P Rehablitaion Exercise and Physical Education Living LAB Model(4P-REPELLM))로 개발되어야 한다. 이러한 모델은 공공부문 및 민간부문과 협조지원체계를 구성하여 운영되어 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
