The authors investigated habitat segregation and prey selectivity of two cohabitants, Phoxinus phoxinus and Rhynchocypris kumgangensis, in Dongdaesheon, Jeongsoen-gun, Kangwon-do, Korea, from April to October 2001. P. phoxinus dominated the upper reaches of the stream, whereas R. kumgangensis dominated the middle and lower reaches of the upprer stream. P.phoxinus inhabited zones of relatively slow water velocity in the bottoom layer, but R. kumgangensis lived zones of relatively high water velocity in the middle and upper layers of the cohabitat. P. phoxinus ingested mainly Ephemeroptera, Trichophtera, Diptera in spring, and Diptera in summer and autumn. R. kumgangensis fed mainly on terrestrial insects in spring and summer, and Diptera in autumn.

강원도 정선군의 동대천에 동서하고 있는 Phoxinus phoxinus와 Rhynchocypris kumgangensis의 서식지 분리와 먹이 선택에 대하여 2001년 4월부터 9월까지 계절별로 조사, 연구하였다. 두 종은 전형적인 Aa형 하천에 서식하고 있었으며, 상류쪽에서는 P. phoxinus가, 중·하류쪽에서는 R. kumgangensis가 우세하였고, 수온이 중요한 서식 제한 요인으로 나타났다. 동일 서식지에서 P. phoxinus는 유속이 느린 곳에, R. kumgangensis는 상대적으로 유속이 빠른 곳에서 점유율이 높게 나타났으며, P. phoxinus는 하천의 하층에, R. kumgangensis는 상층 및 중층에 주로 서식하였다. 먹이 생물은 P. phoxinus는 봄에 Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera, Diptera를 주로 섭식하였고 여름과 가을에는 Diptera를 섭식하였으며, R. kumgangensis는 봄과 여름에는 육상곤충, 가을에는 Diptera를 주로 섭식하였다. 자궁경부 세포 인식을 위한 가변 블록 기반 특징 추출 기법

Most automated cervical cancer screening systems are recognized through the feature extraction process by segmenting the cell image. There are problems such that an efficient segmentation of the cell image is difficult, and segmentation and feature extraction process takes long time. To solve these problems, PapNet system based on the artificial neural network was developed. However, it takes long time to recognize because huge amount of pixel-based features is inputted into neural network. In this paper, we propose a feature extraction technique which is based on the variable size block and makes use of the color information. The proposed technique can reduce running time by decreasing the input number of neural network by dividing the region of the cell around the center into blocks. This technique shows the low false negative error ratio and the high recognition ratio by color clustering which makes use of the position information and the similarity among homogeneous cells, and by variable size block in proportion to importance ratio of the information.
상황버섯(Phellinus linteus)으로부터 Ergosterol의 분리

상황버섯을 80% MeOH 용액으로 추출하고, 추출물을 EtOAc, n-BuOH 및 물로 분배, 추출하였다. 이 중 EtOAc 분획을 silica gel 및 octadecylsilica gel(ODS) column chromatography로 정제하여 1종의 sterol 화합물을 분리하였다. 화합물의 화학구조는 NMR, MS 및 IR 등의 스펙트럼 데이터를 해석하여, ergosta-7,22E-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(cerevisterol, 1)로 동정하였다. 이 화합물은 상황버섯에서 처음 분리 보고 되었다. Phellinus linteus was extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H_(2)O. The repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatographies of the EtOAc fraction led to the isolation of one sterol. From the result of spectral data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structure of the sterol was determined as ergosta-7,22E-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol (cerevisterol, 1). Compound 1 was isolated from the Phellinus linteus for the first time in this study.
漸進的·急進的 運動負荷가 血液의 pH, Sugar 및 Lactate에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study is to in-vestigate the effects of gradual and radical exercise load on the treadmill for PH, Sugar and Lactate in Blood by selecting 14 subjects in H university, All subjects began exercise by 6mPH for 4 minutes at start and increased exercise speed up to HR 140 by increasing every minute as gradual load. And subjects began exercise by 9mPH at first and increased load up to HR 140 as radical exercise load. The results are as follows: (1) In PH in Blood, gradual exercise load is lower than radical training in all subjects. (p<0.05) (2) In Sugar in Blood, radical exercise load is higher than gradual exercise load in all subjects. (p<0.05) (3) In Lactic Acid in Blood, gradual training is higher than radical exercise load in all subjects. (p<0.01) (4) In Lactic Acid, all subjects showed high value and its is also in Sugar, than the method of exercise load is according to anaerobic energy metabolism.
고착협 내탈립 기계수확 적응 장류⋅두부용 콩 품종 ‘새금’

The soybean cultivar, ‘Saegeum’, has been developed for preparing soy-paste and tofu. The soybean cultivars ‘Daepung’ and ‘SS98207-3SSD-168’ were crossed in 2003 to obtain ‘Saegeum’. Single seed descent method was used to advance the generation from F3 to F5, and the plant lines with promising traits were selected from F6 to F7 by pedigree method. The preliminary yield (PYT) and advanced yield trials (AYT) were conducted from 2009 to 2010, and the regional yield trial (RYT) was conducted in 12 regions between 2011 and 2013. The morphological characteristics of ‘Saegeum’ were as follows: determinate plant type, white flower, tawny pubescence color, and brown pod color. Flowering and maturity dates were August 2, XXXX and October 17, XXXX, respectively. Plant height, first pod height, number of nodes, number of branches, and number of pods were 79 cm, 18 cm, 16, 2.3, and 44, respectively. The seed characteristics of ‘Saegeum’ were as follows: yellow spherical shape, yellow hilum, and the 100-seed weight was 25.4 g. ‘Saegeum’ was resistant to bacterial pustule and SMV in the field test, and its lodging resistance was mildly strong, whereas its shattering resistance was excellent. The ability of this cultivar to be processed into tofu, soybean malt, and other fermented products was comparable with that of ‘Daewonkong’. The yield of ‘Saegeum’ in the adaptable regions was 3.02 ton ha-1. Thus, ‘Saegeum’ is adaptable to mechanized harvesting because of its high first pod height, as well as lodging and shattering resistance. (Registration number: 5929)

Structural ceramics have been widely used in engineering parts. It, however, is very difficult to grind the ceramics with desired shape and dimensional accuracy because of their high hardness, strength, and brittleness. Grindability of structural ceramics are quite different as they have different mechanical and physical properties. This paper compares the grindability of structural ceramics such as Al₂O₃Si₃N₄and SiC. The grinding experiments include the measurement of grinding force, surface roughness. and SEM observation. The experimental results indicate that Si₃N₄consumes the highest specific grinding energy among the three kinds of ceramics. It was also found that there is no corelationship between grindability and surface roughness of ground surface.
