중소기업에서의 내부마케팅, 직무만족, 자기효능감, 기업성과 간 관계 규명에 대한 연구

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업에서의 내부마케팅, 직무만족, 자기효능감, 기업성과 간의 관계를 규명하여 중소기업의 기업성과를 높이기 위한 효과적인 인적관리와 조직운영 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. [연구방법] 국내 중소기업에 근무하는 구성원들을 대상으로 수집한 410매의 설문자료를 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. [연구결과] 내부마케팅의 구성요소인 권한위임, 복리후생, 보상은 기업성과에, 교육훈련과 복리후생, 보상, 내부커뮤니케이션은 직무만족에, 권한위임과 내부커뮤니케이션은 자기효능감에, 직무만족과 자기효능감은 기업성과에 각각 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점] 중소기업의 인적, 제도적 측면에서 내부마케팅과 자기효능감, 직무만족 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 중소기업이 지속적으로 성장 발전할 수 있는 주요 변인을 탐색하고 그 대안을 제시하였다. [Purpose] This paper aims to derive effective human management and organizational management plans to enhance the firm performance of SMEs by examining the relationship among internal marketing, job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and firm performance in SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises). [Methodology] 410 surveys have been collected from members working in SMEs in Korea. For hypothesis testing, a structural equation model has been analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. [Findings] Empowerment, welfare benefits, and reward system which are the components of internal marketing affects firm performance. Education and training, welfare benefits, reward system, and internal communication affects job satisfaction. Empowerment and internal communication affects self-efficacy. Finally, job satisfaction and self-efficacy affects firm performance. [Implications] By analyzing the structural relationship among internal marketing, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction in the human and institutional aspects of SMEs, we searched the main variables for the company’s continuous growth and suggested alternatives.
急性骨髓性 白血病에서의 試驗管內 集落細胞 形成에 관한 연구

To evaluate the in vitro granulocyte-macrophage colony formation in acute myfloblastic leukemia and the prognostic implications of these results, the author performed the in vitro agar culture of bone marrow cells in 10 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) and 5 control subjects. Culture medium was composed of 20% fetal calf serum(FCS), 50% Iscove's medium, 0.3% agar, 10% colony stimulation factor (CSF), and 2 × 10 exp (5) cells/ml. Human placental conditioned medium (HPCM) and phytohemagglutinin-leukocyte conditioned medium (PHA-LCM) were used as colony stimulating factor. Colony counting was done on 7th day of culture. Colony was defi ned as containg 20 or more cells, and cluster was defined as containing 3-19 cells. The results were as followings, 1. In control subjects, the number of clusters formed was 3-47/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (20±19)and that of colonies was 5-24/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (14±9) when stimulated with HPCM. When stimulated with PHA-LCM, the number of clusters formed 5-39/2 × 10 exp (5) cells(18±16) and that of colonies was 6-13/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (9±3). 2. In AML patients, 3 groups were recognized according to pattern of colony formation: 1) non-forming 2) cluster forming 3) both cluster and colony forming. Of 10 cases, 5 cases Were `non-forming', 2 cases were `cluster forming'; and 3cases wer cluster and `colony forming'; 3. All 5 cases 'non-forming' cases, one of 2 cases of `cluster forming'; and none of 3 cases of `cluster and colony forming' achieved complete remission. So, there was significa nt difference in remission rate in the different growth types. These results suggest that granulopoiesis in AML patients is impaired and the pattern of in vitro CFU-L(colony forming unit-leukemia) formation has prognostic significance.

Motilitone® (DA-9701) is a new herbal drug that was launched for the treatment of functional dyspepsia in December 2011 in Korea. The heterogeneous symptom pattern and multiple causes of functional dyspepsia have resulted in multiple drug target strategies for its treatment. DA-9701, a compound consisting of a combination of Corydalis Tuber and Pharbitidis Semen, has being developed for treatment of functional dyspepsia. It has multiple mechanisms of action such as fundus relaxation, visceral analgesia, and prokinetic effects. Furthermore, it was found to signifi cantly enhance meal-induced gastric accommodation and increase gastric compliance in dogs. DA-9701 also showed an analgesic effect in rats with colorectal distension induced visceral hypersensitivity and an antinociceptive effect in beagle dogs with gastric distension-induced nociception. The pharmacological effects of DA-9701 also include conventional effects, such as enhanced gastric emptying and gastrointestinal transit. The safety profi le of DA-9701 is also preferable to that of other treatments.

The description of many-body interactions is one of challenging problems in molecular dynamics simulations. Recently, neural network potentials have been spotlighted as an approach to describe many-body interactions. In this study, we obtain the neural network potentials for three-body interactions of helium using a deep learning method. We perform quantum calculations to obtain single point energies for helium trimers and obtain the neural network potentials for three-body interactions by performing a deep learning method. In order to test the validity of the neural network three-body interactions, we perform Mayersampling Monte Carlo simulations and calculate third virial coefficients for helium. We show that the third virial coefficients obtained from three-body neural network potentials are more accurate than those obtained from two-body neural network potentials. The deep learning method in our study would be extended to obtain the high-order virial coefficients for complex molecules.
