안전한 화상회의 시스템을 위한 영상암호화

화상회의 시스템은 원거리에 있는 사람들이 한자리에 모여서 이야기함으로 발생될 수 있는 시간적, 공간적 제약을 제거함으로써 정보전달과 업무처리의 신속성을 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 그러나 화상회의를 실행함에 있어서 중요한 회의 내용의 유출, 도용 등이 발생할 수 있기 때문에 안전성이 확보된 화상회의 시스템에 관한 연구가 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 화상회의 시스템의 안정성에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 현재 사용되고 있는 사용자 인증과 같은 일반적인 암호화 기법 이외에 화상정보의 변조와 유출, 도용 등을 방지하기 위하여 영상 정보를 암호화 하는 기법에 대하여 연구하였다. 영상 정보를 암호화하기 위해서 개선된 Vernam의 암호화 기법을 이용하였으며, 보다 안전한 화상회의 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 영상 분할 통신 기법을 이용하여 화상을 여러 개의 모듈로 분할한 후 각각의 모듈별로 암호를 합성하는 방법을 제안하였다. Video conference system has guided swiftness of information transmission and business processing taking away time and manufacturing drug of space that is happened that long-distance people gather and talk. But, leakage of important meeting contents, peculation etc.. in that execute video -conferences can happen. Therefore, research about video conference system of safety is progressing under secure superhigh speed information communication fetters. This treatise studied about techniques to encipher videotex to prevent variation and outward flow of burn information, peculation etc.. except general encryption notation such as user certification to have drawn problem about stability of general video conference system, and is used present as countermeasure about here. Used improved Vernam's encryption techniques to encrypt videotex.

急性骨髓性 白血病에서의 試驗管內 集落細胞 形成에 관한 연구

To evaluate the in vitro granulocyte-macrophage colony formation in acute myfloblastic leukemia and the prognostic implications of these results, the author performed the in vitro agar culture of bone marrow cells in 10 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) and 5 control subjects. Culture medium was composed of 20% fetal calf serum(FCS), 50% Iscove's medium, 0.3% agar, 10% colony stimulation factor (CSF), and 2 × 10 exp (5) cells/ml. Human placental conditioned medium (HPCM) and phytohemagglutinin-leukocyte conditioned medium (PHA-LCM) were used as colony stimulating factor. Colony counting was done on 7th day of culture. Colony was defi ned as containg 20 or more cells, and cluster was defined as containing 3-19 cells. The results were as followings, 1. In control subjects, the number of clusters formed was 3-47/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (20±19)and that of colonies was 5-24/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (14±9) when stimulated with HPCM. When stimulated with PHA-LCM, the number of clusters formed 5-39/2 × 10 exp (5) cells(18±16) and that of colonies was 6-13/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (9±3). 2. In AML patients, 3 groups were recognized according to pattern of colony formation: 1) non-forming 2) cluster forming 3) both cluster and colony forming. Of 10 cases, 5 cases Were `non-forming', 2 cases were `cluster forming'; and 3cases wer cluster and `colony forming'; 3. All 5 cases 'non-forming' cases, one of 2 cases of `cluster forming'; and none of 3 cases of `cluster and colony forming' achieved complete remission. So, there was significa nt difference in remission rate in the different growth types. These results suggest that granulopoiesis in AML patients is impaired and the pattern of in vitro CFU-L(colony forming unit-leukemia) formation has prognostic significance.

워터마킹 영상의 비가시성 개선에 관한 연구

The use of digital imaging technique and digital contents based on internet has grown rapidly for last several years, and the needs of digital image protection become more important. For the purpose of copyright protection on digital image, the verification of authentication techniques like content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy and etc are needed. Digital watermarking, the invisible encryption technique to insert digital watermark into image, the sophisticated perceptual information should be used for providing transparency and robustness of images on watermarking process. In this paper, we implement the algorithm for preventing forged attack, ownership protection and authentication by transforming the wavelet algorithms in frequency domain in terms of human visual system.

동영상 검색 시스템에서는 사용자가 전체 동영상 정보를 한눈에 파악하고, 필요한 경우 동영상의 원하는 지점부터 직접 재생할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 전체 동영상의 내용을 요약해 놓은 대표 프레임 리스트를 제공하며 대표 프레임 리스트를 작성하기 위하여 장면전환을 정확하게 검출할 필요성이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 장면전환 지점을 추출하기 위하여 프레임을 일정한 블록으로 분할하고 다음 프레임의 동일 블록에서의 히스토그램 값을 비교하여 임계값을 넘지 못하면 다음 프레임을 컷으로 추출하였다. Video retrieval system must offer representation frame list to do to do play from point that user wants. Representation frame list can get though cut detection point exactly. This paper dismembers frame to fixed block to cut detection point, and compare same block histogram cost of next time frame. If result that compare does not exceed thresold, detect next frame to cutting.

Partial discharge is studied widely by manufacture state of insulating material fare and blazing fire diagnosis system of use in phenomenon of part discharge that happen for main cause of dielectric breakdown of equipment for electric power. Use process that draw tree pattern here measuring above zero to study special quality of this electricity tree, real-time processing by image processing is proposed because reproduction of tree blazing fire process drops and pattern of tree is difficult correct quantification of tree growth by existent visual observation by involution. This research presents general process that need in image processing of tree blazing fire, and that remove various noises that happen in above zero by measuring electrical tree dividing background and complete view in measured above zero taking advantage of specially proposed complete view object abstraction techniques effectively and quantification of tree becomes easy naturally, can apply to dielectric breakdown estimate because can chase growth process of tree.
