      • 신생아의 행동반응에 대한 실무교육이 간호사와 신생아와의 유희적 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of in-service education on the nurse-newborn play interaction. The research design adopted the pre-experimental design applied only for one pretest-posttest group and Barnard`s mother-infant interaction model was used as a conceptual framework. The subjects were 26 nurses who were selected from 2 nurseries in general hospital in Pusan, and 52 healthy newborns who were after 4 days from birth during data collection period at the same hospital. The data were collected from June 1st to October 5th in 2001, by video-taping for the interactive behaviors between the nurse and the newborn, played for 5 minutes in nurseries 2 weeks before and after in-service education. The in-service education consisted of the newborn`s behavior responses focused on the newborn baby`s states, behavior, cues and state modulation, 3 times per 1 week, 90 minutes per 1 time, lecture, demonstration and hand out project. The experimental tool used for this research was Ha Young-Soo`s Korean translation of the Maternal-Infant Play Interaction Scale by Thompson, Jody Baird, Sara Gordman, Bryant(1982), some parts of which were adapted to be suitable for the purpose of this research. Mother and baby scale by Wolke & James-Roberts(1987) was also modified and used as the criterion of nurse`s perception of a newborn baby. The results of this study were as follows: 1. This result supported the major hypothesis: After the intervention of in-service education, the nurse and newborn play interaction was promoted. 2. After intervention of in-service education, the nurse perception of newborn, especially the criteria of newborn`s reaction was promoted., The results of this research confirm that in-service education on the newborn`s behavior responses such as states, behavior, cues and state modulation is an effective way to improve the interaction between the nurse and the baby. It elevated the nurse`s sensitivities to the baby`s needs. Therefore, in-service education can change the conditions of current nursing practice mostly centered on physical care into a better one in which nurses consider the emotional, social, and intellectual development stages of babies. Accordingly, in-service education contributed to promoting the effective nurse-newborn play interaction so positively.

      • 循環 흐름을 가진 固定層 反應器의 不安定性에 관한 硏究

        In this study we observed the possible existence of multiple steady states for CO oxidation over Pt/Boehmite catalysts, which is one of instabilities, and also analyzed numerically these phenomena with some proper reactor models. The form of our reactor was a non-adiabatic fixed bed with recycle. The reactor models include both one phase model with plug flow and two phase model with heat transfer resistance between gas phase and solid one. Especially, it was attempted to explain the multiplicity features with a very wide region, whose features could not have been clearly explained by means of any other model, by the modified two phase model which includes a term related with memory effect of catalyst temperature. The experiments showed that the effect of recycle ratio on multiplicity region could not be revealed definitely for our experimental conditions. This may arise from the facts that the multiplicity for the CO oxidation over Pt/Boehmite cataysts resulted mainly from strong heat transfer limitation rather than from mixing effect related with recycle flow since the CO oxidation was a reaction with both very high generation and rapid reaction rate.

      • CO 산화반응에서 지속진동에 관한 연구

        Sustained oscillation, including a constant amplitude of less than 10℃ in temperature and a short period between several seconds and several minutes, was experimentally found in the CO oxidation over fixed bed of platinium/γ-alumina catalysts. From this study, it was believed that the oscillation could occur within the kinetic region in exclusion of heat transfer limitation. On the other hand, under some more strong heat transfer limitation,the temperature-oscillation had a long period of several ten minutes and two types of concentration-oscillation, which periods were short and long, could simultaneously exist at one period. Finally, under a strong heat transfer limitation, the oscillation disappeared but rate-multiplicity phenomenon only appeared.

        유아놀이에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식 및 실태조사

        This study investigated the teacher's recognition and the status about children's play in kindergartens. A questionnaire was developed for this study and was used in collection of data. The questionnaire consisted of 54 items and divided into five areas. The subjects in this study were two hundreds and seventeen kindergarten teachers from rural and urban areas. The data were calculated by frequency, mean, and standard deviation and were analyzed by χ2, t-test, ANOVA, and Tukey method for multiple comparisons. The results showed that the teacher's recognition and the status about children's play in kindergarten were significantly differed by variables of teachers, such as ages, teaching experiences, and education backgrounds.

        중·고등학생 대상 영양교육 목표 설정을 위한 영양 관련 문제점 분석

        For the purpose of developing 'Web-Based Nutritional Education program', this study analyzed nutritional problems of junior/senior high school students and set appropriate instructional goals for nutritional education program. Survey questionnaires were distributed from October 21, 2002 to October 26, 2002 to a total of 564 students at three junior high schools and five senior high schools located in Seoul. The total number of questionnaires collected and used in our study was 479, which is 84.9% of the total questionnaires distributed. According to the survey results, three student groups (male and female students at junior high schools and female students at senior high schools) had lower than an ideal body weight. In case of their Basal Metabolic Indices (BMI), the female students and junior high school students showed a tendency to be underweight, while the other three student groups were within the normal range. The result of the survey showed that all four groups of students showed a deficiency in nutrient intake of calories, calcium and thiamin when compared with Korean RDA. particularly, in the case of the female students at senior high schools, the deficiency of iron intake was a problem. The survey about food attitudes and food habits of the students showed that the senior high school students had more problems when compared with their junior high school counterparts (p<.001). Therefore, the instructional goals of nutritional education program were set as follows: 1) To improve the level of understanding and the perception of junior and senior high school students about the importance of a dietary lifestyle. 2) To change food attitudes and nutritional knowledge related to individual dietary lifestyle, so as to maintain good health through the enhancement of the students' physical activities. We found out that it is critically important to factor in the existing problems of food attitudes and food habits, as well as nutrient intake among junior and senor high school students when setting objectives for nutritional education programs.

        심층면접(In-depth interview)을 활용한 위탁급식전문업체 인증제도 도입에 대한 요구 조사 및 관련분야 제도에 대한 고찰

        This study was performed to inquire demand for indroducing certification on contract foodservice management company(CFMC) and review about the system in a related field. The methodology was practiced an in-depth interview for grasping demand on certification of CFMC and composition on an appraiser group. Content analysis was reviewed about the system in a related field. Large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises were positive opinion on a certification of CFMC and they suggested that education and research institution, industry, government, association will be included in appraiser group. The review about the system of a related industry was investigated by field such as similar product and service with restaurant industry, similar service with hotel and tourism industry. And similar purpose with a certification of CFMC was put in operation as PQ(pre-qualification) and selecting an adequate corporation in architecture industry. Therefore, a certification of CFMC should be tried to scientific introduction by objective verification.

        다목적 최적화를 고려한 배차계획 시스템

        Many vehicle fleet planning systems have been suggested to minimize the routing distances of vehicles or reduce the transportation cost. But the more considerations the method takes, the higher complexites are involved in a large number of practical situations. The purpose of this paper is to vehicle fleet planning system. This paper is considered multi-objective optimization. The vehicle fleet planning system developed by this study involves such complicated and restricted conditions as one depot, multiple nodes (demand points), multiple vehicle types, multiple order items, and other many restrictions for operating vehicles. The proposed algorithm is compared with the nearest neighbor heuristic(NNH) and the savings heuristic(SAH) algorithm in terms of total logistics cost and driving time. This method constructs a route with a minimum number of vehicles for a given demand. This method can be used to any companys which vehicle fleet planning system under circumstances considered in this paper.

        직무 유형에 따른 특급호텔 조리·식음료 종사원의 직무만족도가 이직의사 견해에 미치는 영향 분석

        This study was designed firstly to measure the job satisfaction levels of F&B(Food&Beverage) personnel in hotels by using JDI(Job Descriptive Index) and secondly to identify the effects of job satisfaction on intention to quit by job type. Of 498 respondents, there were 245 employees in the back of the house(eBOH) and 253 in the front of the house(eFOH). From an analysis on job satisfaction, total JDI score was 136.57±11.48 out of a maximum 210 and the payroll (14.79 out of 21, 70.4%) facet of JDI was the highest job satisfaction followed by co-workers(36.07 out of 54, 66.8%), supervision (35.37 out of 54, 65.5%), promotion(17.45 out of 27, 64.6%) and work itself(32.86 out of 54, 60.8%). In comparison between the job satisfaction of eBOH and eFOH, eFOH perceived significantly higher than eBOH for job itself(p〈.001) and total job satisfaction (p〈.01). No facets of JDI were significant by job level, but work itself(p〈.05), payroll (p〈.05), supervision(p〈.01) and promotion (p〈.05) were significant by work section in eBOH,. In addition, no facets except work itself were significant by either job level or work section in eFOH. Finally, among job satisfaction facets, payroll had a negative effect on intention to quit whereas supervision had a positive effect on it in eBOH. On the other, work itself affected intention to quit positively but promotion affected it negatively. The findings confirmed the necessity for internal marketing focusing on the lower level of job satisfaction facets and indicated that such a focus would improve organizational effectiveness.
