      • 熔接構造物等의 熱應力測定에 關한 硏究

        Recently, the thermal stress measurement becomes on issue because the welded elements such as especial boiler, turbine and high pressure vessel of atomic reactor are frequently used and they are worked at high temperature. That is why, in most case, thermal stress is a repeated thermal cycle phenomenon and often forms a cause of the breakage of machines. The present investigation found same relative difficulties in compensating method and adhesive method of the apparent strain value according to temperature by directly adhering high temperature strain gauge to material part at high temperature, 400℃ for the first time. In other words, this study made a comparison between principal value and experimental value of thermal stress for circle hole and round plate as a fundamental experiment. I think that we need mastery and experience for this experiment because there are lots of difficulties for the first time differently from the normal temperature gauge. I got a high good accurate results in this experiment of the thermal stress measurement through this paper.

      • 금속 착화합물을 이용한 유기 ELD 구조의 특성 연구

        Electroluminescent(EL) devices based on organic materials have been of grate interest due to their possible applications for large-area flat-panel displays. They are attractive because of their capability of multi-color emission, and low operation voltage. An approach to realize such device characteristics is to use active layers of lanthanide complexes with their inherent extremely sharp emission bands in stead of commonly known organic dyes. In general, organic molecular compounds show emission due to their π-π*transitions resulting in luminescence bandwidths of about 80 to 100nm. Spin statistic estimations lead to an internal quantum efficiency of dye-based EL devices limited to 25%. On the contrary, the fluorescence of lanthanide complexes is based on an intramolecular energy transfer from the triplet of the organic ligand to the 4f energy states of the ion. Therefore, theoretical internal quantum efficiency is principally not limited. In this study, powders of TPD, Eu(TTA)₃(phen) and AlQ₃in a boat were subsequently heated to their sublimation temperatures to obtain the growth rates of 0.2∼0.3nm/s. Organic electroluminescent devices(OELD) with a structure of glass substrate/ITO/Eu(TTA)₃(phen)/Al,glass substrate/ITO/TPD/Eu(TTA)₃(phen)/Al and glass substrate/ITO/Eu(TTA)₃(phen)/AlQ₃/Al structures were fabricated by vacuum evaporation method, where aromatic diamine(TPD) was used as a hole transporting material, Eu(TTA)₃(phen) as an emitting material, andTris (8-hydroxy quinoline) Aluminum(AlQ₃) as an electron transporting layer. Electroluminescent(EL) and current density-voltage(J-Ⅴ) characteristics of these OELDs with various thickness of Eu(TTA)₃(phen) layer were investigated. The triple-layer structure devices show the red El spectrum at the wavelength of 613nm, which is almost the same as the photoluminescent(PL) spectrum of Eu(TTA)₃(phen). It was found from the J-Ⅴcharacteristics of these devices that the current density is n-ot dependent on the applied field, but on the electric field.

        볼라드는 주ㆍ정차의 구분이 애매한 우리나라의 교통문화 속에서 보행고간 및 휴식공간에 차량의 무질서한 주ㆍ정차를 방지하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 선진 외국의 경우 오래전부터 볼라드의 설치를 의무화하고 있으나 최근에 와서야 우리나라에서도 적극적으로 설치하고 있다. 본 연구는 볼라드의 기능적인 면을 기본으로 환경디자인 관점에서 다양한 디자인의 개발을 통해 심미성 및 조형성을 강조하고 재료의 다양성을 추구하여 내구성을 높였다. Bollard has a function, under the circumstance of Korean traffic culture in which the demarcation between parking and stopping cars is obscure, that prevent the cars from disordered parking and stopping in the walking and resting areas. Advanced foreign countries have made it a rule to install the bollard for a long time, while, recently in Korea,, the bollards are being installed aggressively. This was based on the functional aspects of the bollards : I developed various designs, in the view point of environment design, to emphasize the esthetical and the formative points, and also increased the endurance of installation by pursuing the variety of materials.

      • 수퍼캐비테이션 익열의 유동특성 해석

        With increases in the rotational speed of hydraulic machine, studies on the hydrodynamic characteristics of supercavitating cascade are important on the view of flow analysis and design of fluid machinery. In the present paper, the complex functions of nonlinear theory corresponding to the flow of supercavitating cascade can be obtained by distributing singulary singulary points such as sources, vortexes and doublets on hydrofoil and free streamline. The numerical calculations on the closed wake model and semi-closed wake model are carried out in order to show the flow characteristics around the supecavitating cascade with finite with finite cavity length. As the result of this study, the flow characteristics such as lift, drag and cavitation coefficients are predicted by the flow conditions of supercavitating cascade in the fluid machinery. 본 연구에서는 서산등과 Nishiyama등이 제시한 특이점 분포법에 의한 기초식 을 비선형으로 해석하기 위하여 익과 유한한 길이의 캐비티의 자유유선에 용출, 와, 이중용출 등의 특이점을 분포시켜서 수퍼캐비테이션을 발생시키는 익열의 유동장을 지 배하는 비선형의 적분방정식을 복소포텐셜로 나타내고 경계 요소법을 이용하여 수치계 산함으로써 수퍼비테이션익열의 유동에서의 수력특성을 구하는 데 있다.

      • 마이크로 컴퓨터에 의한 심전도 데이타 압축 알고리즘의 개선

        This paper represents an improved ECG data reduction algorithm which is very useful for real time ECG analysis based-on microcomputer. In order to increase data reduction rate of Turning Point(TP), existing real time data reduction algorithm. The results obtained from the improved Modified Turning point(MTP) data reduction algorithm applied to three different pattern ECG signals. (1) The average data reduction rate of MTP algorithm is 67%, which is increased by 17% than that of TP algorithm. (2) The average percent rms difference(APRD) which is a normalized value that indicates the error between two signals is 9.4% for TP algorithm, while the APRD of MTP algorithm is 6.2% for MTP algorithm. It means that the PRD can be improved by 3.19. Therefore, it gives more excellent resolution than that of TP algorithm.

      • 이완발진기에 의한 동방결절의 전기적 모델화에 관한 연구

        Abstract The electrical cardiac pacemaker model is described in this paper simulates the most important functional properties of cardic pacemaker cells. It is a minimum-parameter model which has a simple relaxation oscillator circuit as its main element. After the cardiac pacemawer was destroyed, its rhythmic activity was simulatcd by an electronic oscillator coupled to the beating heart. The output of the oscillator was used to stimulate the right atrium, and the ventricular response was returned to the input of the relaxation oscillator. The electrical cardiac pacemakaer model is analyzed in derail in order to show that its characteristics are similar to that of cardiac pacemaker cells. The main feature of the model is the possibility of controlling the time course of phase 4 depolarization, the threshold level and the maximum level of repolarization, the rate of cardiac pacemaker. This particular cardiac pacemaker model is very useful for the study of interactions between cardiac pacemakers and the description of the mechanism of arrhythmias.
