帶下의 治療處方이 收載된 27種의 古典을 調査하여 分析한 結果, 다음과 같은 結論을 얻을 수 있었다. 調査된 27種의 古典에 나타난 總 治療處方 數는 55種이었으며 古典中 處方의 出現頻度는 固腸丸과 肉豆 丸이 各各 3回로 가장 많이 使用되었다. 그리하여 向後 帶下의 分類에 따른 原因과 治法에 對한 硏究 및 現代醫學과의 比較考察이 이루어져야 할 것으로 思料된다. By investigation on the prescriptions of Hysterorrhea, could know the most popular methods of medical treatment about that. Hysterorrhea is one of the gynaetic disease and a general name of female genitalia secreata. Pyunjak is called a 'Hysterorrhea doctor' at the Samachon's 『Sagi, Pyunjak Changseungyouljeon』and it's the first time that the word Hysterorrhea was used on the treatises. The results of examination and analysis, in the classics of 27 sorts which contain the methods of medical treatment on Hysterorrhea, are like this. There are 55 ways totally that the examined methods of medical treatment in the classics of 27 kinds and about appearance times in the classics, Gojangwhan, yookduguwhan are used each 3 times so these are the most used prescriptions in those. Hysterorrhea is really to be frequent in now like past. So it is very useful that an investigation on the prescriptions of Hysterorrhea to the present clinical treatments. Thus the origin as sort, the study on treatment methods and the comparative investigation with the present medical science about Hysterorrhea will be must taken some times later.

Optical Coherence Tomography is a new medical dianostic imaging technology which can perform micron resolution cross-sectional or tomograpic imaging in biological tissue. Basically, Optical Coherence Tomography used the interference effect of Michelson interferometer. In this paper, we analyze the Optical Coherence Tomography system.
비가림 및 망사 시설재배가 참다래의 수체생육 및 과실품질에 미치는 영향

This studies were conducted to investigate the effects of rain shelter and netting on the tree growth, fruit set fruit quality of kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa). In rain shelter and net house, shoot falling wasn't occurred by strong wind, and fruit set, fruit weight and also fruit malformation, side flowering increased at the same time. In rain shelter house the increment temperature forced blooming date and increased shoot length, leaf number and diameter but in net house these tendencies were not observed. Relative light intensity of rain shelter house was higher than that of net house with standard of field culture (relative light intensity: 100%). Soluble solid content was higher in rain shelter house, and acid content was higher in net house. With the effect of rain sheltering the occurrence of bacterial bloom rot and canker significantly decreased in both rain shelter and net house but insect injury increased. These data showed that rain shelter house is more suitable for kiwi fruit culture.
Ethephon 수상처리가 참다래 과실의 숙기 및 품질에 미치는 영향

This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of overhead irrigation of Ethrel on after-ripening of kiwi fruit, and to improve marketability and decrease operating cost as to ripen kiwi fruit at the stage of consumption. In 1994, the eight-year-old Hayward which were planted in farm field at Haenam Okchen were treated with 100ppm, 150ppm and 200ppm overhead irrigation of ethephon on September 25, September 30 and October 5 respectively. In 1995, the nine-year-old Hayward which were planted in windbreak net house at Moonlae Haenam were treated with 40, 70 and 100ppm overhead irrigation of Ethephon on October 5, October 10 and October 15 respectively. As the result of at 10 and 20 days after treatment, in 1994, the firmness was much low as to show 0.8 to 0.95kg at 10 days after treatment, 0.2 to 0.33kg at 20 days after treatment. And sduble solid content was 10.6 to 11.7˚ Bx and abscission rate was 10.3 to 35.9%. Therefore, the marketability were tended to be showed low. In 1995, as that firmness was 3.2 to 3.7kg, last soluble solid content after harvesting was 13.8 to 14.0˚ Bx and abscission rate was 0%, there was no problems in marketability and marketing. Therefore, this results were demonstrated that the treatment after October 10 in 70 to 100ppm ethephon can be improved marketability and marketing of kiwifruit.
제주북방, 함덕 연안해역에 있어서 식물플랑크톤 군집의 계절변동 특성

Field survey for oceanographic conditions and the seasonal succession of phytoplanktan were carried out in the Hamdok port from April 1989 to February 1990. Water temperature ranged between 11.4℃ in January and 27.3℃ in August, and salinity fluctuated greatly, with a maximum of 35.6960 in August and minimum of 21.8% in April. A total of 120 species of phytoplankton belonging to 69 genera were observed in which, at least, 8 genera, Oxyphysis, Amphidinium, Cochlodinium, Torodinium, Nematodinium, Katodinium, Ebria and streptoheca are first records in the Cheju coastal waters. The predominant species are centric diatoms. Skeletonema costatum, Chaetoceros spp. through the year, while they are unarmoured phytoflagellates, Heterasigma akashiwo, Gymnodiniurn sp., Gyrodinium sp. in warmer seasons. And phytoplankton cell number fluctuated between 4.1~10^(3) cells/l in winter and 2.4~10^(4) cells/l in spring blooms, and it was under the control of centric diatoms for a year. On the other hand, it is occupied by phytoflagellates including some unarmoured dinoflagellates in summer season.

Whangryunhaedok-Tang (WT) is formulated with Coptidis Rhizoma, Phellodendri Cortex, Scutellariae Radix and Gardeniae Fructus, and Daewhang-whangryunhaedok-Tang (DWT) is made by the combination of Rhei Rhizoma, a wellknown anticostipation drug in WT. Therefore, DWT has been evaluated for antihyperlipidemic effects on experimental hyperlipidemic rats and mice induced by corn oil and high cholesterol-diet. Oral administration of DWT significantly inhibited the increase of serum triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol levels, and the decrease of serum HDL-cholesterol levels in hyperlipidemic rats induced by corn oil. Also, oral administration of DWT significantly prevented the increase of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol, and liver total cholesterol and triglyceride in 1% cholesterol-diet fed mice. These results suggest that DWT is effective for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.

Bisphenol-A (BPA) as an organic synthetic compound of exhibiting estrogen-mimicking and hormone-like properties, which is commonly used to induce cellular stress or female reproductive toxicity. In addition, BPA induces the increasing of mitochondrial derived reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as superoxide, and production of these ROS affects to the meiotic maturation and cumulus cells expansion on in vitro maturation (IVM) of porcine cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs). However, anti-oxidative effect of melatonin for reduction of BPA-induced superoxide on porcine oocyte maturation has not been reported. Therefore, in present study, we confirmed that the reduction of BPA-derived superoxide by melatonin related to the reducing of mitochondria mediated apoptosis on meiotic maturation and cumulus cells expansion of porcine COCs. Then, to investigate the effects of superoxide specific scavenger, Mito-TEMPO, during porcine oocyte maturation progression, COCs cultured in maturation medium with Mito-TEMPO (0.1 μM) after pre-treatment of BPA (75 μM) for 22 h. Reduced meiotic maturation rate and cumulus cells expansion of COCs in the BPA (75 μM) treated group were recovered (p<0.01) by Mito-TEMPO treatment. Also, increasing of mitochondria derived apoptotic factors (AIF, Cleaved Caspase 3 and Cleaved PARP 1) protein levels by BPA treatment were reduced by Mito-TEMPO treatment in porcine COCs maturation. Positive effects of Mito-TEMPO for superoxide reduction on oocyte maturation and reducing mitochondrial apoptosis showed the same pattern in melatonin (0.1 μM) treated COCs. In case of supplemented with BPA and melatonin, superoxide production in COCs was not changed compared to control or melatonin treated groups. Based on these results, we concluded that melatonin as a regulator of superoxide such as Mito-TEMPO improves oocyte maturation through reduction of mitochondria derived apoptosis during IVM of porcine COCs.
