Body in Sang Lee's poetry is an important perceptional object and is a medium of his self-research. And body is a subject mater never treated by his contempories and even by his precursors. Body to him is a physical foundation through which his poetic self accepts external world and makes his surroundings new. We can see his consciousness in which he as a doctor diagnoses himself, looks at another body in the mirror and goes toward compromise and correspondence whitout success. In poetry he ignores grammars intentionally. This means he does not respect literary tradition and history, and he, parodoxically, opens the door to death of a body in an isolated consciousness from reality. Human body is, as Tuan put it, an image of universe and a center of universal frame. Body is a part of concrete universe, a condition to experience external world and an object to the world. In narrator-author's consciousness lineal progression does not exist-his past ends in the past, his present does not proceed to the future and his future means only closure and does not have any continous significance. The death of body denotes total biological close which terminates all human construction. His symmetrical meeting of ordinary-self and idaal-self in the mirror shows his formation of self-socscious world and existential consciousness. This is possible by his body capable of seeing another world rather than by the intellectual construction of his self. In the basis of his poetry, the following images are abundant: adherence to the closed boyhood, isolation of hopeless otherness, ambiguities of eroticism, symbol of physical otherness and self-consciousness within and without the mirror.

A Study on the Hopfield Neural Scheme for Data Association in Multi­Target Tracking

In this paper, we have developed the MHDA scheme for data association. This scheme is important in providing a computationally feasible alternative to complete enumeration of JPDA which is intractable. We have proved that given an artificial measurement and track's configuration, MHDA scheme converges to a proper plot in a finite number of iterations. Also, a proper plot which is not the global solution can be corrected by re­initializing one or more times. In this light, even if the performance is enhanced by using the MHDA, we also note that the difficulty in tuning the parameters of the MHDA is critical aspect of this scheme. The difficulty cat however, be overcome by developing suitable automatic instruments that will iteratively verify convergence as the network parameters vary. 본 논문에서는 다중표적 추적을 위한 데이터 결합 기법 중에서 MHDA 스킴을 제안하였다. 이 구조는 기본의 JPDA보다 계산면에서 단축이 가능하여 실제 응용에 많은 적용이 기대된다. 인위적인 측정값과 표적을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과 MHDA는 기존의 JPDA보다 성능도 비슷한 특성을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

횡성댐 水沒地域內의 植生에 關한 硏究 : 移植對象區域을 中心으로 Centered with Subdivided Area to Select Plants Capable of Transfer

본 조사 연구는 江原道 橫成郡 甲川面과 橫成邑 일부를 포함하는 지역에 횡성댐이 건설됨에 따라 수몰되어질 自然生態系의 復元과 保存計劃의 일부로 수행되어졌다. 移植對象區域인 7개소를 중심으로 綠地自然度, 植生現存量 및 생산량 種組成과 植生에 관해 조사하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 綠地自然度를 등급별로 사정한 결과 등급 0(3.01%), 1(5.3%), 2(28.2%), 3(0.1%), 5(0.2%), 7(4.6%), 7(44.7%), 및 8(13.8%)의 8개 등급으로 구분되었다. 2. 전체조사지역의 現存量과 生産量은 각각 88,436.3 ton/year 과 12,960.3 ton/year 이었다. 3. 조사지역의 陸上植物의 種組成은 86科, 221屬, 306種, 1變種, 3品種의 총 310種으로 조사되었다. 4. 선정된 7개의 植生調査地點에서는 소나무군락이 憂占하며, 그밖에 신갈나무군락, 떡갈나무군락, 상수리나무군락으로 나타났다. This study was carried out in a part of conservative plans recovering natural ecosystem which will be submerged, as Hoengseong dam is being constructed around Hoengseong-Eup and Gabcheon-Myun. The submerged area was divided into 7 small areas to figure out what kinds of species of plants are and will be according to detailed geographic characteristics. In the center of the subdivided areas. Degree of Green Naturality, standing biomass, net 36production per year, and composition of plant species were investigated. The results are as following; 1. The surveyed area was classified into 8 degree by Degree of Green Naturality, and the appeared degree and the rate of occupation were 0(3.01%), 1(5.3%), 2(28.2%), 3(0.1%), 5(0.2%), 7(4.6%), 7(44.7%), 및 8(13.8%). 2. Standing biomass was 88,436.3 ton/year and net production per year was 12,960.3 ton/year. 3. The list of vascular plants identified in this study consisted of 86 families, 221genera, 1 variety, 3 formae and 306 species, totally summiting upto 310 species. 4. The 7 surveyed areas were largely occupied by Pinus community. In addition, there were Quercus mongolica, Quercus dentata, and Quercus acutissima communities.

In utilization of sludge as an fertilizer for soil, heavy metal concentration is critical in terms of toxical effects. The heavy metal contents in the sludge can contaminate the soil in long term basis, and the contamination of heavy metal in soil will not be attenuated in nature. This study review the heavy metal standard for sludge used for fertilizer in Korea, Japan, Europe, and America, and the sludge produced in four wastewater plant was investigated. In conclusion the sludge produced from wastewater plant receiving wastewater from industrial complex exceed the Cadmium standard of fertilizer, but other sludge can satisfy the standard. However, the overall heavy metal contents were high enough to consider long term effect.

In this paper a neural network controller called "Feedback-State Learning "for control of the attitude of a wheeled inverted pendulum is presented. For the controller the design of a stable feedback controller is necessary, so the LQR is used for the feedback controller because the LQR has good performance on controlling nonlinear is applied to the stabilization of a wheeled inverted pendulum. Because of its nonlinear characteristics such as friction and parameter variations in the linearization, the wheeled inverted pendulum is used for demonstration of the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

교대근무와 수면 : Sleep Pattern of Psychiatric Nurses on Two-Daily Phase Delay(Day/Evening/Night) Rotating Shift Schedule 2일 간격 지연상(주간/저녁/야간)의 순환교대근무제로 일하는 정신과 간호사의 수면양상

The rapid industrialization is associated with an increase in shift systems. Sleep problem is a major complaint of shift workers. This study was undertaken as one of a series of researches on shift workers and sleep. The purpose was to understand the sleep pattern and to offer basic data in order to improve a sleep regimen. The sleep log was administered to a relatively homogenous group of 38 psychiatric nurses who were on the two-daily phase delay(day/evening/night) rotating shift schedule. Some possible influencing factors to sleep pattern(age, sex, marital status, work duration, drug use, and physical and psychiatric diseases including sleep disorders) were controlled. The sleep measures were main sleep(starting time, latency, number of awakenings, length and subjective quality). Each measure was analyzed and compared accross the rest times at which the workers can take sleep and nap. Also, the possible relationships between the main sleep(quality and length) and naps(number and length) were analyzed. The following results are based on the data of 33 of the 38 subjects. Five of the subjects who did not sleep during the rest time after the second night shift were classified seperately. 1) The beginning of the main sleep phase was delayed during the rest times after day, evening, and night shift, while advanced during the rest times after days off. 2) The sleep measures were significantly different across the rest times; for latency(F(7.224)=2.12, p〈.05), quality(F(7.224)=8.97, P〈.001), length(F(7.224)=41.13, p〈.001) of main sleep, and number of nap(F(7.224)=19.27, P〈.001) and length of nap(F(7.224)=12.79, P〈.001). The main sleep taken in the day time after night shift was generally poorer quality and shorter length than that in the night time after day and evening shifts and days off. Nap was relatively longer and more frequent during the rest time after night shifts than during the rest time after day and evening shifts and days off. 3) There were significantly negative relationships between the total length of main sleep and total number of nap(r= -.3632, p〈.001) and between the total length of main sleep and total length of nap(r= -.2253, P〈.001) across the rest times.

구충감염에 의한 철결핍성 빈혈 1예

Hookworm infection is one of the major parasitic diseases in warm moist climates, but its prevalence in Korea is very rare nowadays. Authors examined a case of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) associated with hookworm infection in a 46-year-old male. The peripheral blood examination showed markedly increased number of eosinophils, a low level of hemoglobin and decreased MCV. The iron study revealed that serum ferritin was 10.4 ng/ml, serum iron was 30㎍/dl. and total iron-binding capacity was 423㎍/dl. A large number of hookworm ova (7,925/g) were found in the stool sample. The G-I studies were all normal findings. We propose that we have to consider hookworm infection as one of the causes in a case of unknown IDA origin.

直接踞離測量에 依한 登降測의 精度比較

There are two ways in surveying distance, Direct Method and Indirect Method. In our Direct Chaining Surveying, we compared the degrees of accuracy, of chaining up and down Hill shown at various levels of slope 5˚, 10˚, 15˚, 20˚, 25˚ using Eslone tape. 1.Between 5˚ and 25˚ the accuracy of chaining up Hill marks about 1/1,300-1/540, while the accuracy chaining downs Hill marks about 1/340-1/700. and these accuracies change in a straight line. 2.The accuracy of chaining down Hill is higher than that of chaining up Hill. 3.At steep slope above 30˚ the accuracy of chaining up Hill shows almost the same as that of Stadia surveying.
