      • 표면곡률을 이용한 물체의 형상특징추출

        In this paper, a new shape feature extraction method of the objects using surface curvatures is described. First, the values of the H & K are calculated from range data as given input. Then objects are assigned in the form of 8 primitives by the signs of the H & K values. But existing methods have the difficulties with the complex object. Therefore, We propose the method for the complex primitives such as cone ridge and cone valley. Finally, the effectiveness of this paper is demonstrated by several experiment.

      • 교각의 세굴 방지에 관한 실험적 연구

        This study based on the laboratory works, analyzes factors affecting local scour protection order to understand various charateristics of the local scour surrounding bridge piers. Attached with scour protection device as a method for decreasing local scour, it carries out the laboratory experiments and calculates the scour depth. From the expeiments attached with the scour protection devices, it seems possible to reduce the scour depth as the protecting plate and column are built in the same height with flume bed at paler or footing upstream interrupted falling flow. And then it could reduce scour depth. The paper presents the following research results: First, the decreasing degree of scour depth is in order of protecting column, protecting plate and non-protecting facilities. However, it shows no meaningful difference between protecting column and protecting plate. Second, Initiation of the local scour is frequently concided with protect device when v/ Vc is more than 0.6 and the beginning of scour around bridge piers wthout protection device is happened in v/Vc 〉0.4 Third, in Lp/b=0.5∼1, decreasing effect of scour depth is maximized Whose value approaches range the maximum 40 percents. Furthermore, the effect is not sever Lp/b 〉1.

        This experiments were conducted to investigate some enzymological properties of the crude enzyme and the results were obtained as follows. The strength of PA was CMR>MMR>CR and PA was decreased in addition to Ca??, CMR was acid protease with an optimum pH of 3.0 for casein digestion and PA of CMR was inactivated over pH 7.0 MCA was increased and was stable on the Temperaure in addition to Ca?? The opimal temperature of MCA was around 45℃ at 1/1000M CaCl₂ and was around 50℃ at 1/100M CaCl₂.

      • 국소마취제의 피부수송체를 위한 제제개발 및 평가

        For the dermal drug delivery system of local anesthetics (lidocaine HCl, and benzocaine), the drugs were formulated as hydrogel. The experiments of the formulation design were summarized as below, the lipid-water partition coefficients of drugs were evaluated and the vehicles with different concentrations of ethanol, glycerine and various enhancers were prepared for the formulation of hydrogel. After using these vehicles, hydrogel were formulated. The gelling agent was poloxamer 407. The resulting preparations were evaluated using in vitro drug permeation and drug accumulation in hairless mouse skin. The preparations were also evaluated by their viscosity and stability, In addition, using the tail-flick analgesia test, analgesic activity of the gel was compared with that of commercial cream.

      • 戰鬪地域에서 發生한 踵骨骨折에 對한 臨床的 考察 : 33例에 對한 分析

        The clinical analysis 33 cases of the calcaneal fractures, treated at the Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery of Chin-Hae Naval Hospital for three years from September, 1966 to August, 1969, was reported. The results were as follows; 1) All the patient were male and in the 3 rd. decade of life. 2) There were 20 cases caused by booby trap explosion, 9 cases by gunshot, 3 cases by falling from a height and one case by other causes. The most common cause in this series was the booby trap explosion as 60% in frequency. 3) 21 cases were open fractures and 12 cases were closed fractures. Open fractures were about twice as frequent as closed fractures. 4) The classification in this series was follwed to Essex-Lopresti's; According to his classification, Group I was fractures of the calcaneus not involving the subtalar joint and Group II was -fractures of the calcaneus involving the subtalar joint. 5) Associated injuries were in 22 cases (66%). Among them, 19 cases were caused by booby trap explosion. Comminuted fractures of the tibia and the fibula in 10 cases, comminuted fractures of the femur in 5 cases, loss of soft tissue of heel in 3 cases, injuries of common peroneal nerve in 2 cases, fractures of the metatarsal bone in one case and fracture of the second lumbar vertebra in one case, could be noticed as associated injuries. It is said that fractures of the calcaneus caused by falling from a height were frequently associated with fracture of the spine. But in our series, fracture of the spine could not be observed in the cases caused by booby trap explosion. 6) The principle of treatment in our series was as follows; Conservative treatment for Group I and open reduction or athrodesis for Group II. 7) Disabilities after treatment were 14 cases, in which 10 cases were treated by conservative method and 4 cases by open method. In our series, disability was found more frequently in the cases what had been treated by conservative method than in the cases treated by open method.

      • 수입 중국산 개나리 열매(연교)의 소염효과에 관한 연구

        In order to determine whether methanol extract of Chinese Forsythiae fructus inhibite acute and chronic inflammatory responses induced with histamine and carrageenin in rat, this research was carried out. Inhibitory effect on the pigment leakage induced with histamine 50㎍ by methanol extract 0.15g per 150g body weight was shown positive result significantly. In the experiment by carrageenin paw edema method, maximum inhibitory effects were shown 1hr and 30min after orally administrated with 0.03g and 0.3g methanol extract per 150g body weight, respectively. In the inhibitory effect by methanol extract on the acute inflammation induced by granuloma pouch method, it was shown that inflammatory exudate of granuloma pouch and wet weight of granulation tissue reduced. In the chronic inflammation by granuloma pouch method, inhibitory effect was observed but significant inhibition was not observed statistically. The results of this research were shown that methanol extract of Chinese Forsythiae fructus has inhibitory effects on the acute and chronic inflammation, and were similar to those reported on Korean Forsythiae fructus.

      • 加熱한 牛肉의 部位別 아미노酸 組成과 그 蛋白質의 品質評價

        This study was conducted to analyze the amino acid composition and available lysine and to evaluate the protein quality of several parts of the cooked beef. The parts of beef used were foreshank, ox-tail and ox-stomach. Raw samples were prepared by Korean meat soup cooking method and freeze drying and amino acid composition and available lysine were measured. Protein quality was evaluated from chemical score, biological value and available lysine content of each sample. The main findings of this study will be summarized as follows: Overall distribution of amino acids in different parts of beef were almost the same. Generally, samples contained large amount of Glycine, Glutamic acid,Aspartic acid and small amount of Tryptophane, Methionine and Histidine. It was shown that foreshank part contained the highest amount of total essential amino acids and ox-tail part had the least. Especially it was interesting to note that ox-tail part had high amount of Glycine, the major component amino acids of incomplete protein, collagen. It also has been found that some amino acid such as Tryptophane were fairly reduced by boiling in foreshank part. On the other hand, Arginine, Proline, Glycine, Alanine were increased. Chemical score and biological value of boiled ox-tail part were remarkbly low compared with other parts. Availability of lysine was high in the order of ox-tail>raw foreshank>ox-stomach. Total lysine and available lysine contents were reduced by boiling.

        By impproving the educational program of the Department of Architectural Engineering and studying the theory of learning and the applied method necessary for the development of nation and society, we should develop a satisfying course of education to meet the demand and skill in the industralized society for the purpose of cultivating men of baility with great personalities and creative minds. Therefore, this study focused on classifying several kinds of occupations in the prart of architectured related to what graduates from the department of Architectural Engineering go with into the society. Accordingly after choosing some works adequate to each occupation by the proposed curricula, we tried to establish the scope of education and courses corresponding to the jobs and thus and develop a satisfying curriculum.

        The analysis method for the electromagnetic scattering by sinusoidal and comb gratings covered with dielectric slab is considered for TE polarization case from the viewpoints of both reflection grating problem and leaky wave antenna problem. The analysis is based on a periodic Green's function and the method of moments. Integral equation is obtained for the currents induced on an infinite perfectly conducting grating and solved by use of the method of moments employing pulse Galerkin's scheme. Numerical results involving some combinations of geometric parameters are presented in terms of complex propagation constants and relative scattered powers of spectral modes.

        Abstract For electron impact excitation processes of hydrogen atom from the ground state a relationship between the direct and the exchange amplitude is obtained. Within the frame work of the distorted wave approximation, the Coulomb wave is further approximated by the corresponding plane wave, while the ground state wave function is properly parametrized. Thus both scattering amplitudes are evaluated from a single expressioon by varying parameters. The use of the generating function of the Laguerre polynomials enables us to deal with the various excitation processes via a single integrated expression for 1s→2s, 1s→2pm, 1s→3s processes. Their amplitudes and their total cross sections are obtained and compared with the previous results.
