        This paper presents a comprehensive review of the current state of system monitoring technology achievement for machine tool and manufacturing system fields. The successful implementation of monitoring technology developed for the factory automation and unmanned operation of plant and extended to FMS, CIM technology. For achieving intelligent manufacturing system, lots of technologies fields, ie. sensor, signal processing, monitoring, diagnosis, adaptive control, must be developed.

        In this paper, We proposed the Anti - fuse testing system. This system is implemented with a fusing technology that can have the characteristics of conductors after demolishing insalators of dielectrics between two polelayers of Anti - fuse that has been developed by ETRI. Using the developed system, We fused an Anti - fuse elements, and then measured and analyzed the characteristics of Anti - fuse switching elements. And measured the characteristics of Anti - fuse made by Actel, QuickLogic and ETRI.

The investigated area under safety and health law is as follows; the basic approach techniques about the safety and health law, the serving or advising method for private industry, the insurance for worker's compensations.

        Even though the industrial accident rate of Korea in 1995 was 0.99, most of industrial accident had occurred at small and medium enterprise which employed under 30 workers. Korea Industrial Safety Association have taken care of some of small size enterprise which occurred over one accident at previous year issued by korea government. on this study, the actual condition of industrial accident is investigated, analyzed. Finally, we present several countermove.

        최근 대용량 네트워크 기술과 멀티미디어 처리기술의 발달로 사용자가 활용하고자 하는 멀티미디어 자료 양이 점차 증가함에 따라 이들의 효율적인 저장과 재사용이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 특히 다가올 21세기의 모든 정보 통신망 사이에 주고 받는 정보는 멀티미디어 요소가 포함될 것이며, 이에 따른 검색, 접근, 갱신이 이루어져야 한다. 이를 효과적으로 처리하기 위해서는 멀티미디어 자료가 데이터베이스에 의해 체계적으로 관리되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 데이터베이스의 개념을 알아보고, 멀티미디어 자료의 질의 처리 기술과 검색을 위한 색인기법, 트랜잭션 처리기술에 대하여 설명하고 마지막으로 향후 연구방향에 대하여 논한다.

      • Mucor mucedo C-7이 생산한 정제 응유효소의 성질(II) : 정제 응우효소의 pH 안정성의 성질과 특성

        These experiments were conducted to investigate the properties and characteristics on the pH stability of the purified milk clotting enzyme from Mucor mucede C-7. The results obtained were as follows: 1.The Dependance on pH which effect on milk clotting activity(MCA) of this enzyme was increased along with a decrease in pH of the substrate solution. 2.In pH 6.0 and 3.0 of enzyme solution, MCA was not inactivated by heat treatment for 60min at 35℃ but was inactivated over 50% in pH 6.0 and over 80% in pH 3.0 by heat treatment for 10min at 60℃ respectively, 3.In pH 6.0, Thermo-stability of MCA and PA was showed but in pH 3.0 was not showed. On the other hand, MCA was higher in pH 3.0 then in pH 6.0. 4.pH-stability of MCA was within pH 3.5-5.5 and pH-stability of PA was within pH 3.0-6.0.

      • Mucor mucedo C-7이 생산한 정제 응유효소의 특성과 성질(I)

        These experiments were conducted to investigate the properties and characteristics of the milk clotting enzyme from Mucor mucedo C-7 purified by Amberlite CG-50 column chromatograph and DEAE-Cellulose column chromatograph. The results obtained were as follows : 1.The molecular weight, the isoelectric point, Michalis constant(Km) and Vmax valuese of this purified enzyme were 35,000∼41,000, isoelectric point pH 4.02, 0.17% and 0.34 respectively. 2.Ultraviolet maximum absorption was 275-280nm. 3.The optimum temperature of the proteolytic activity was 60℃ at pH3.0 and the optimum pH of the proteolytic activity was pH3.0 for casein digestion and 4.0 for urea-dena-tured hemoglobin digestion.

      • 교통진정사업의 기법과 한국에서의 도입 방안 연구

        In the past 10 years, the number of motor vehicles in Korea has increaesed tremendously. This has led to worsened traffic conditions in not only arterial roads but also backroads. The search of solutions for these neighborhood blocks whose environment has been deteriorated by these conditions led the Seoul Metropolitan Government to initiate a project called the Transportation Improvement Programming Block Units(TIPBUs). However, this program has been argued because the execution speed has been too slow to catch up the deterioration speed of backroads. Therefore, the objectives of this study are, 1) to clear the meanings and the goals of Traffic Calming System(TCS) through the review of the history of TCS, 2) to examine the possibilities of TIPBUs under the IMF system in Korea through the review for developed technigues and study cases in developed countries, 3) to check the good and bad points of TIPBUs by introducing the present and past conditions of executing programs during the last 4 years, 4) to develop the programmatic framework about livable neighborhoods for the future.

      • On-line SPE-HPLC System을 이용한 Carboxamide류 농약의 연속 분석법 개발

        The analysis method of carboxamides herbicides using on-line SPE(solid phase extraction)-HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) system was developed to improve selectivity and detection limit. The recoveries of nine carboxamides herbicides on six various adsorbents were examined. Band broadening which appeared with common on-line system was reduced by developing on-line SPE-HPLC system which permits the preconcentration of analytes and HPLC processing continuously with switching valve. The limit of detection could be lowered since all amounts of preconcentrated analytes were injected directly to HPLC system. XAD-2 was found to be the most efficient adsorbent for carboxamides. However, C18 was proved better precolumn than XAD-2 considering band broadening and calibration data. When C18 was used as a precolumn the recoveries of analytes were higher than 95% and the detection limit of 0.5 ppt was obtained for all compounds.

      • 충주지역의 대기 오염도 조사 연구

        Environmental data in Chungju district in relation to air quality were studied. Informations on air quality dealing with specific pollutants, which are SOx, NOx, O3, CO, particulate and acidity of rain were reviewed and analyzed. All results were compared with environmental ambient air quality standards and especially influences by specific pollutants could be forcasted in short and long terms in this area. Also it is expected that this study will be utilized usefully in all other related fields.
