        한강하구지역에서 월동하는 재두루미(Grus vipio)의 개체군 감소

        김포시와 고양시 일대의 한강하구 지역은 우리나라에서 재두루미의 가장 중요한 월동지 및 중간기착지로 알려져 있지만, 이 지역의 조류 서식환경은 심각한 개발압력과 인간의 간섭으로 인해 지속적으로 나빠지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2007-2008년과 2011-2012년의 월동시기에 본 지역에 도래하는 재두루미를 대상으로 월동 개체군 크기 변화와 월동지역 내에서 과거와 현재의 취식지역 이용 현황 등을 조사하여 개발행위가 이들의 서식에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 본 지역에서 월동하는 재두루미 개체군은 평균 124.9개체(2007-2008년)에서 59.0개체(2011-2012년)로 감소하였으며, 주요 취식지역에서 확인된 개체수는 평균 77.7개체에서 24.1개체로 감소하여 월동개체군의 감소폭에 비해 주요 취식지역의 이용 개체수의 감소폭이 더 크게 나타났다. 유형별 분석에서는 가족군에 비해 무리군의 개체수가 많이 감소한 것으로 나타났으나, 홍도평 지역의 가족군 이용 개체수는 변화가 나타나지 않았다(Mann-Whitney test. Z=-0.26, p=0.979). 그리고 과거 다수의 재두루미가 주요 취식지역으로 이용하였던 송포동과 평동지역은 2012-2013년 조사에서는 거의 이용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 위 지역의 개발행위(예: 제 2자유로 건설 등)와 깊은 연관성이 있는 것으로 생각된다. Han-river estuary in Gimpo and Goyang city is well known as one of the most important wintering and stopover sites for migrating White-naped Crane (Grus vipio) in Korea. Nowadays, habitat quality of this area is getting worse due to serious development pressure and high human disturbances. So, we wanted to know whether development actions affected total wintering population change in Han-river estuary and feeding group pattern of White-naped Crane in main feeding habitats between the 2007-2008 and 2011-2012 wintering period. Average wintering population was decreased 124.9 to 59.0 and population of main feeding site also decreased 77.7 to 24.1. But decrease rate of main feeding site population was higher than total wintering population. Non-family feeding population was more decrease than family feeding population in the flock type analysis. But family feeding population of Hongdopyong was maintained from past and present (Mann-Whitney test. Z=-0.26, p=0.979). However, almost all White-naped Crane din not use both feeding sites, Pyong-dong and Songpo-dong, where were deteriorated habitat quality by human act.

      • 비전시스템을 이용한 인간형 축구로봇에 관한 연구

        In this paper a humanoid soccer robot using vision system is presented. Soccer robot has 23 degrees of freedom and consists of various sensors such as IR and CCD camera, a remote controller and bluetooth module for the wireless telecommunication. We propose a soccer algorithm of humanoid robot in the various environments. The soccer algorithm is designed based on image processing and path planning. We verify our approach on a developed small humanoid robot in an experimental environment. The experimental result shows that the humanoid soccer robot plays soccer with a stable walking.

        Thin amorphous carbon films were deposited by a Q-switched Nd;YAG 532nm with beam power density of ?? on the high purity graphite (99.7%). The pressure of vacuum chamber was ?? Torr. In order to estimate the quality of the Pulsed Laser Deposition films one of the most important optical properties, bandgap energy, was characterized by transmission and reflection in the range of the visible, and an optical direct bandgap energy of 2.45eV and indirect bandgap energy 0.36eV were obtained. Surface morphology of amorphous film was investigated by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). Its surface roughness is 70nm. Comparing our results with the published values in the literature we have confidence that our films show the good quality for optical properties.

        현미 온도 조질 후 정백 특성

        겨울철 곡온이 낮은 현미는 조직이 단단해져서 정맥시간이 길어지고, 과부하로 인해 도정효율 저하와 소비전력량이 증가한다. 조질은 곡물의 함수율과 곡온을 조절하는 기술로써, 현미의 단단한 조도정수율 및 도정효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 저온 현미 정백시 도정효율 향상 및 품질유지를 위해 적정 현미 조질온도와 정백 후 백도, 강도, 동할미율, 싸라기율, 곡온 상승, 함수율 변화, 소비전력량 등과의 관계를 규명하였다. 현미 조질 곡은 0, 3, 5, 12, 20℃에 대한 정백후 백미 백도 변화는 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났고, 동할미율, 완전립과 동할립 강도 및 싸라기율은 현미 조질 곡온이 높을수록 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 조질 곡은 12, 20℃인 경우가 정백 후 적정 곡온 상승 규정범위 15℃ 내에 해당되었다. 정백 후 함수율 변화는 조질곡온에 관계없이 외기온도와 정백 후 곡온 차이로 발생한 결로에 의해 미세하게 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 정백 소비전력량은 조질곡온이 0℃보다 높은 조건이 2.52~14.28% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 동절기 정백시 현미의 적정 온도는 10℃ 이상으로 조질하거나 유지하는 것이 적절한 것으로 판단된다. This study was find out the relationships between whiteness, hardness, crack ratio, broken rice ratio, increased grain temperature, moisture content, electric energy consumption, and optimum conditioning of grain temperature for milled rice efficiency and quality maintenance during the milling process of brown rice at low temperature. There was no significant difference between the whiteness variations of white rice after milling process when the conditioning grain temperatures ranging from 0 to 20℃ was used. The crack and broken rice ratios of white rice and the hardness of brown rice decreased with an increased in the conditioning grain temperature. Conditioning grain temperatures of 12, 20℃ are applicable to appropriated standard of temperature (15℃) after milling process. In the case of low temperature of grain, there was steadily increase the rate of change moisture contents because of dew condensation. There was 2.62∼14.28% decline of electricity energy for milling process when temperature of grain was higher than 0℃. Therefore it needs to control temperature over 10℃ for appropriate milling in the winter season.

      • Candida albicans菌의 生育을 抑制하는 韓藥材 探索에 關한 硏究

        Thirty-six medicinal herbs and 14 prescribed herb medicines which have usually been used for treatment of reducing fever, purging intense heat, and detoxication were screened for antifungal activity against Candida albicans which causing Leukorrhea. Minimal inhibitory concentrations of water- and ethanol-soluble extracts of Hwangbaek (Phellodendron amurense) and Hwangkeum (Scutellaria baicalensis) were determined. The water-soluble extracts of Hwangyon (Coptis japonica), Hwangbaek (P. amurense), and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis) showed antifungal activities against C. albicans. The water- and ethanol-soluble extracts of Hwangbaek (P. amurense) and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis) showed antifungal activities. With the water-soluble extract of Hwangbaek (P. amurense) and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis), minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) against C. albicans were 10 and 20㎎/ml, respectively. With the ethanol-soluble ones of Hwangbaek (P. amurense) and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis), MICs were 5 ㎎/ml and 10 ㎎/ml, respectively. The prescribed herb medicines, sambohwan, showed antifungal activity against C. albicans.

        초등학교 과학 수업에서 팀 게임 토너먼트(TGT) 협동학습의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to develop a way of using Teams Games Tournaments that fits in elementary school science instruction, and to find out its effects on student's learning. Three classes (103 sixth graders) were divided into three groups; a traditional learning group, a cooperative learning group, and a teams games tournaments cooperative learning group. Students were taught about 'several kinds of gas' for nine class periods. The instructional effects upon student's achievement, science learning motivation and self-esteem toward science instruction were examined. The result of this study indicated that there was a significant interaction effect between the treatment and achievement level in the achievement test scores. The achievement test scores of the low level students were significantly higher in the teams games tournaments cooperative learning group than those in the traditional learning groups.

      • 고체발효기를 이용한 농산폐기물의 퇴비화에 따른 물리화학적 및 미생물상 변화

        This study was performed to evaluate the composting process of agricultural wastes using the solid state fermentor at the general optimum composting conditions. The changes of physico-chemical and microbiological flora in the reactant during the composting time were investigated. The results were summarized as follows : From the results of proximate composition analysis of fermentation enzyme, the content of moisture, crude ash and total carbohydrate were 2.29, 67.57 and 22.69%, respectively. The number of thermophilic bacteria and actinomycetes in the enzyme were 2.6×10^(4) and 4.1×10^(5) respectively. During the composting time, the content of moisture in all wastes was decreased but acorn waste was not changed. The generation of maximum CO_(2) was in the range of 1,500∼10,000ppm after 12∼36hrs of composting time and then was gradually fallen. The C/N ratios of the Injin murgwort, arrow root and mushroom media waste were increased, but acorn waste was decreased. The contents of inorganic components(P_(2)O_(5), K_(2)O, CaO, and MgO) in the Injin murgwort, arrow root and mushroom media waste were a little decreased, but acorn and hole wastes were increased. The changes of thermophilic bacteria, in the Iniin-murgwort and arrow root waste showed big diversity while acorn and hof waste were slowly decreased. However the population number of thermophilic actinomycetes in the acorn waste was increased until for 24 hrs and then gradually decreased. The population number of thermophilic bacteria and actinomycetes showed not much difference.

      • CITIS 지원 기술정보관리 시스템의 설계

        CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a contractor's developed service to provide electronic access and/or delivery of contractually required information. CITIS satisfies one of the major CALS objectives to furnish a single-entry point for authorized access to contractor-generated Contract Data Requirement List(CDRL) data. A critical requirement for the practical implementation of the CITIS concept is the ability to access multiple existing heterogeneous databases in a fashion transparent to the CITIS user. In this paper, we will propose a prototype system model for CITIS, and discuss the system architecture of proposed CITIS system as a global information management system for distributed and heterogeneous local information systems. Furthermore, we will discuss about the required server module and using-scenario of proposed CITIS system.
