        원행을묘정리의궤 중 조리면에서 본 죽상 . 미음상 및 현륭원에서의 상차림고

        To analyze dialy meal of royal meal, studied Jook Soora Sang (Rice Gruel), Mieum Sang (Thin Gruel) and Bankwa Sang, Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae (1795). Historic book "Jungri Euigwae" described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb "Hyun Neung Won", during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Rice Gruel (Jook Soora Sang), taken before breakfast, was arranged the same as the Soora Sang. The table for thin gruel (Mieum) was arranged in three kinds of sets; one for thin gruel, the others for stewed meat (Goem) and sugared fruit (Jeong Kwa). The diet seems to have been quit scientific and restorative. Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won was arranged the same as the other Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang. Therefore setting the table of royal meal had a rule.

        戱曲 「山돼지」 硏究

        김성진(Kim Sung-jin) 중앙어문학회 2000 語文論集 Vol.28 No.-

        This dissertation deals with Kim Woo-jin's 「Wild Boar」. Kim Woo-jin became indulged in his art during his University education. What's more, he tried to express the theatre art through a sharp insight of the times and created an optimistic atmosphere for Koreans under Japanese rule. His father, Kim Sung-kyu, was a president of the 'Mokpo Literary Association' and enjoyed writing poems. He also had such a special affection for literature that he contributed lots of money to support the 'Mokpo Literary Association'. And the world of death in Kim Woo-jin's works does not mean a real death. The world suggests the death of Korea traditional and conservative customs and reflects the difficult reality to break the traditional customs. His leaving home to lead a spiritual life carried on the very important meaning. 〈Noon〉 deals with the consciousness of class and nation, and 〈Lee Young-yeo〉 criticizes the defect of masculine centered society through Lee Yong-yeo. According to 「The Disgust of Poet Dooduckee」 and 「Shipwreck」 represent Kim Woo-jin's self conscious drama and the words of disgust and wreck symbolizes Kim Woo-jin's self desire for a new world. 「Wild Boar」 represents the free society for all people and the social awareness for reform. Kim Woo-jin includes the 'Dong Hak movement' in his drama and suggests a uncompromising willingness of social revolution established by young intellectuals and himself who showed only conscious conflict within the predestined yoke of the individual. In the play he changed his dramatic techniques which brought him closer to his readers and audiences but he emphasized intellectuals' awakening in much of his work. In other way, Kim Woo-jin developed a new contemporary drama movement in Korea for the nation which might have expressed real life under Japanese colonial rule. Kim Woo-jin was the representative of Korean drama in the 1920's who lived as a poet and critic as well as a experimental playwriter. Kim Woo-jin was one of the most excellent dramatists and the forerunner of Korean modern literature who led the new theatre movement, developed Korean drama from the early literature stages of the 1920's, and established himself as a leader in Korea literature.

        三白草根이 Nitric Oxide (NO) 매개에 의한 腹腔 大食細胞의 形態 變化에 대한 硏究

        RIZOMA SAURURI (RS) has been known to use antiinflammatory drug. To investigated the mechinism of RS-induced Peritoneal Macrophage activation, I examineded the ability of morphological change of Peritoneal Macrophages by RS. RS alone had only a small effect, whereas in combination with rIFN-γ markedly increased NO synthesis in a dose dependent manner. RS potently increased TNF-α secretion in Peritoneal Macrophages. In conclusion, RS induced the morphological change of the Peritoneal Macrophages through NO.

      • 고어텍스를 이용한 비성형 5례

        비성형수술에 삽입하는 사용물로는 자가연골이 가장 이상적이지만 필요한 만큼의 충분한 양을 얻기가 힘들고, 수술시간이 길어지며, 흡수가 일어날 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복할 수 있는 이종이식물 중에서 고어텍스는 최근에 개발되어 사용이 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이지만 아직까지 고어텍스의 임상적 효용성에 대한 보고는 드물다. 저자들은 고어텍스를 5명의 융비술 환자에서 사용하였는데 3명은 연골과 같이, 2명은 고어텍스 단독으로 사용하였다. 이 중 1명에서 감염이 발생하여 고어텍스를 제거하고 늑연골을 이용하여 융비술을 다시 시행하였고 나머지 4명은 모두 만족스러운 결과를 얻었다. 평균 20개월의 추적관찰에서 이식물의 이동이나 탈출, 피부의 손상 등의 큰 부작용이 없어 고어텍스가 비성형, 특히 융비술에 유용하다고 판단되어 관련문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Though autogenous cartilage remains the ideal graft material in nasal surgery, situations exist where an alternative or an additional grafting material is needed. Gore-Tex is one of most recently developed alloplastic material and has been widely used for rhinoplasty. But there are few reports about the clinical efficacy of this material in rhinoplasty. The authors used Gore-Tex as a nasal implant in 5 cases of augmentation rhinoplasty. In three patients, the Gore-Tex was used with septal or conchal cartilages because the cartilages were not enough for the needed augmentation. In one patient, the implant was removed due to postoperative infection and subsequent augmentation was done with autogenous rib catilage after infection control. During average 20 months of follow-up, complications such as absorption, mobilization, or extrusion of the implant and thinning of the nasal skin were not found. All patients were satisfied with the surgical results. From these results, Gore-Tex can be considered as an effective material in augmentation rhinoplasty when autogenous material is not available or is not sufficient for the proper augmentation.

      • 21세기 한국농업의 장래를 결정하는 조건

        Korean Agriculture has been faced a strong requirements of structual renovation under controling economic crisis by IMF since 1998. To control high cost & low efficiency structure of economic systems, the paradigm of economic policy having been changed from a strong governmental intervention in market to laissez-faire policy by market theory. Unfortunately, we can't expect to maintain desirable size of domestic agriculture under free trade systems by market mechanism, because the competitive powers of Korean agriculture is in generally much lower than those of international lebel. Preparing 21st century for korean agriculture, we request considering some counter-measure policies as belows ; Most of all, appropriate agricultural policy measures should be adopted such as direct payment policies which has being operated in most developed countries since 1990. Secondly, a new agricultural managing units should carefully be trained or brought up, which have competitive power comparing with those in developing countries. The way of guaranteeing competitive power can be found in realizing not only higher productivity but also higher added value by the methods of lasting restructuring or reengineering works such as bench-marking.

      • FLUOTHANE麻醉의 臨床的硏究 : 特히 肝機能에 미치는 影響에 關하여

        Fluothane is a potent anesthetic agent that has gained wide acclaim for its rapid induction and recovery without significant side effects during or after anesthesia. Although it had been reported that fluothane does not alter the function or the histology of the liver either in humans or experimental animals, some recent reports of definite liver damage with some fatalities following fluothane anesthesia brings this this question into prominence. The mechanism of liver damage in the reported cases is obscure, and although speculation centers on the anesthetic as the causative agent, the problem is complicated by a multiplicity of possible etiological factors, e.g., viral hepatitis, hypoxia, direct injury to the liver during intraabnomival surgery, etc. In view of these facts, the author has performed a clinical and laboratory study on 165 cases on various types of surgery under fluothane anethesia, and in 23 cases liver function studies were performed and the results compared with 19 similar surgical cases in which ether was the anesthetic agent. The retults of the clinical study are as follow: 1. A marked diminution in secretions from the tracheo-bronchial tree during the course of surgical anesthesia. 2. Mild respiratory depression which was easily controlled. 3. Mild depression of cardiac rate. In 5 cases(3%) during induction and in 1 case(0.6%) during mainteanance, the rate dropped more thand 20 per minute, but this was readily corrected by administration a atropine. 4. Mild depression of blood pressure. A fall of more than 20㎜Hg. in systolic pressure occured in 11 cases(6.8%) during induction and in 12 cases(7.5%) during maintenance. These chagnes were well controlled by vasopressor drougs. 5. Continuous ECG monitoring in 4 children undergoing thoracotomy revealed sinus rhythm in all cases but with transient changes of multifocal ventricular premature contractions, bigeminy, and flattening of T-waves in two cases. These changes were abolished by ventilation with high concentration of oxygen. 6. During a follow-up period of approximately two months in most cases, no clinical evidence of impairment of liver function was detected. The results of the effect of fluothane on liver function as compared with ether are as follow: 1. Bromsulphalein retention:-In fluothane anesthesia group. the mean B.S.P. retention curve went up to 5.85% in 1-3 days following anesthesia and returned to preanesthesia level in about a week. In ether anesthesia group. the mean B.S.P. retentiion curve followed almost the same pattern as in fluothane group but the curve was flat showing no significant change. 2. The serum bilitubin level also showed tendency to rise after anesthesia. the peak appearing in 1-3 days and down to preanesthetic level in a week or so in fluothane group. while in ether group the peak appeared in 6-7 days and down to preanesthetic level in about 10 days following anethesia. 3. The rest of liver function tests showed no significant changes before or following anestheisa, both in fluothane and ether group except for serum protein which showed some drop until one week after anesthesia in fluothane group. In this study no cases with definite clinical evidence of liver damage were found following administration of fluothane anesthesia during a follow-up of period of about two months, but in some cases laboratory evidence of derangement of liver function was noted by a significant alteration of liver function tests. Even though these findings were trasient, they were more marked than in a control group anesthetized with ether, which is at least suggestive that fluothane, if not the direct etiological agent, may potentiate any or all of various other factors that may be present which are potentially deleterious to hepatic function. While the possibility of this role in the mechanism of production of liver damage remains, it behooves those of us responsible for patient care during anesthesia to use the utmost caution in case selection for fluothane administration in an attempt to eliminate or minimize the possibility of liver damage as a result of the anesthesia.

        돈육의 저장중 이화학적 성질에 미치는 토코페롤 급여효과

        비육후기 돼지 사료에 첨가되는 우지 함량 중 2%를 들깨유로 대체 급여한 돈육(T1), T1처리구에 비타민 E 250ppm 첨가 급여한 돈육(T2), 우지함량 중 2%를 오징어유로 대체 급여한 돈육(T3), T3에 비타민 E 250ppm 첨가 급여한 돈육(T4)을 1±1℃에서 28일간 저장하면서 육질특성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 저장기간에 따라 육색 L^*과 b^*값, 지방색 b^*값 및 drip loss는 증가하였다. 총단백질추출성과 보수력은 14일까지 증가 후 감소하였으며, 염용성 단백질추출성 및 지방색 L^*값은 감소하였다. 근절길이에서는 저장기간에 따라 T3구는 감소하였다. 총단백질추출성은 T1보다는 T2가 낮은 반면 T3보다는 T4가 높았다. 염용성단백질추출성은 비타민 E 첨가구들이(T2, T4) 첨가하지 않은 구들(T1, T3)에 비하여 높았으며, drip loss와 육색 a^*값은 비타민 첨가구들이 첨가하지 않은 구들에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 보수력은 T1보다는 T2가 낮은 반면 T3보다는 T4가 높았다. 지방색 L^*값은 저장 1일째는 비타민을 첨가한 처리구들이 첨가하지 않은 처리구들에 비해 높았으나, 저장 28일째에는 낮게 나타났고, b^*값은 비타민을 첨가한 처리구들이 낮게 나타나 비타민 첨가구가 drip loss, 육색과 염용성단백질 추출성에서 좋은 효과를 나타내었다. The quality of pork meat was determined as following treatments. The meat samples were obtained from pigs which had been fed finishing pig diets containing 2% perillar seed oil in beef tallow(T1), 250ppm vitamin E in T1(T2), 2% squid oil substituted of beef tallow(T3), 250ppm vitamin E in T3(T4). During storage period, meat color L^*, b^* value, fat color b^* value and drip loss were increased. The extraction amount of total protein and water holding capacity were increased until 14 days after then were decrease. The extraction amount of salt soluble protein and fat color L^* value were decreased and sarcomere length were decrease in T2 as well. T1 was higher than T2 in the extraction amount of total protein and its of T4 was higher than T3. The extraction amount of salt soluble protein of the T2 and T4 was higher than that of T1 and T3. The drip loss and the a^* value of meat color were lower in vitamin treated one than non treated one. On water holding capacity. T1 was higher than T2 and T3 was lower than T4. The L^* value of fat in vitamin treated ones was shown higher than that of non treated ones on day 1, however, it and the b^* value of the meat were low on day 28.
