      • 汎 마우스 植物凝集素로 分類된 사람 血淸型에 關한 硏究

        Since the introduction of phytagglutinin(PHA) by Stillmark in 1888, there have been a lot of research works on PHA by many investigators. Recently the utilization of PHA in the medical or medicolegal field is increaing, especially as a lectin for the blood grouping, as a mitogen for the artificial culture of human cells and as a determinant of the receptor specificity of various tumor cells. In this study were carried out agglutination tests of mouse red blood cells by three PHAs -A. plantago L., T. kirilowii Max. and C. Chamlagu Lam. -and by 1353 human sera And human sera were also examined whether or not they inhibit the agglutination activities of the three PHAs with the mouse red blood cells. The results could be summarized as follows. 1. Any of the PHAs could agglutinate mouse red blood cells, so the PHAs are called pan-mouse PHAs. 2. The human sera were classified into two types by their agglutination activities to mouse red blood cells. 3 The human sera were also classified into two types by their agglutination inhibition properties to pan·mouse PHAs. 4. Statistically it was demonstrated that there is a close relationship between the serum types classified by agglutination activities to mouse red blood cells and the serum types classified by agglutination inhibition properties to pan-mouse PHAs. 5. It was also demonstrated that the agglutination substance to mouse red blood cells and agglutination inhibition substance to pan-mouse PHAs in human sera are quite different each other and exist independently. 6. This experimental study suggested that agglutination inhibition substance to pan-mouse PHAs exists in all human sera and the classification of serum types by agglutionation inhibition properties to pan-mouse PHAs is influenced by existence of agglutionation substance to mouse red blood cells in human sera.

      • LBP Polygon Mirror 나노가공 부품의 가공조건에 따른 표면정밀도 향상에 관한 연구

        Recent advances in high-tech industry and ultra precision machining technology have led to the development of a wide variety of new materials. The demand for LBP Polygon Mirror finishing parts has increased, which are mainly used for the motor of the printer. so ultra precision machining technology is required. It is important for Polygon Mirror to have the enough strength for the high-speed rotation and high quality Polygon line surface. Polygon Mirror, high-tech nano finishing part, is used for optical instrument such as laser printers, digital copiers, laser fax machines and bar-code readers, etc. Therefore, we have evaluated the machining precision of material surface and tried to determine the optimum machining conditions in order to improve machining precision of S3M. Also we have applied to the production line to reduce the defective proportion. As a result, we have obtained high quality precision of side surface machining in case that the number of revolutions, speed and movement were constant and cutting rate was 0.05㎜. Also we have obtained the same results from the 30 test specimens with constant rough-cutting during the Polygon line machining. The defective proportion decreased from 12 percent to 4~6 percent when the machining conditions selected during the test were applied to the real production line. It is expected that the defective proportion of products can be reduced if we conduct further research on the cleaning and heat treatment process.

      • (Bi_2O_3)_0.73(CaO)_0.27 세라믹 산소이온전도체의 저온에서의 전기전도 특성

        Low temperature characteristics of ionic conduction in (Bi_2O_3)_0.73(CaO)_0.27 ceramics were investigated by ac impedance analysis. In the 200 to 500℃ temperature range grain boundary effect was not separated in the impedance plane. The speciments with larger grain size exhibited higher electrical conductivity and lower activation energy than deternined to be 101 kJ/mol, which was very close to the reported value, 106 kJ/mol. At 300℃ and lower temperatures conductivity curve bent toward higher conductivity, as was reported in the some other ion conducrors. The conductivity showed aging effect at temperatures lower than 350℃, but conductivity decrease was not significant.

        Ni-Ti file을 이용한 유치의 근관치료

        The pulpectomy or root canal treatment on primary teeth is to be done when there is evidence of chronic inflammation or necrosis in the radicular pulp. Due to the tortous and ribbon-shaped anatomy of the primary teeth, the instrumentation of endodontic hand files and barbed broaches is not an easy procedure. Recently, Ni-Ti rotary instruments have been developed and has made endodontic treatment easier and faster. This report describes two cases of root canal treatment on primary molars uasing Ni-Ti rotary files. The cevical constricture was eliminated by the crown-down method. as smaller file proceeded unhindered into the apical third of the canal. In addition, the crown-down thenique enhanced the efficacy of the endodontic irrigant. the use of rotary instrumentation for primary teeth seemed to be more effective way to debride the uneven walls of primary teeth.

        역전파 신경회로망을 이용한 가공조건에 따른 STD-11 절단면의 신뢰성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to present the method to choose the optimum machining condition for the wire EDM. This was completed by examining the ever-changing quality of the material and by improving the function of the wire electric discharge machine. Precision metal mold products and the unmanned wire electric discharge machining system were used and then applied in industrial fields. This experiment uses the wire electric discharge machine with brass wire electrode of 0.25mm. To measure the precision of the machining surface, average values are obtained from 3 samples of measures of center-line average roughness by using a third dimension gauge and a stylus surface roughness gauge.

      • 피압수가 존재하는 연약점토지반 내에 연직배수재의 관입깊이에 따라 압밀거동에 미치는 영향

        In the Yangsan area developed for housing complex the soft clay deposited as about 20 to 40 meters in thickness and there was the Artesian pressure of about 20kPa under the clay stratum. To investigate the consolidation behaviour due to partially or fully penetrating vertical drains in the clay layer, a finite element analysis was carried out in this study. As a result of analysis, it was shown that the consolidation rate and the final settlement for the case of fully penetrating vertical drains were faster and less than of partially penetration, respectively.

      • 문서에서의 구문적 오류 검출

        본 논문은 기존의 철자 검사기로는 검출해 내지 못했던 구문 오류 일부를 검출해 낼 있는 방법을 제시한다. 일반적으로 문서작업을 할 때의 오타입력은 주로 자판 입력시 주위 문자를 잘못 입력하는 경우의 오류가 대부분이다. 이러한 오류 단어가 형태소 분석에 실패하는 경우는 철자 오류검사로도 교정이 되지만 형태소 분석을 성공한 경우에는 검출이 불가능하다. 따라서 형태소 분석을 통과한 오류 단어를 발견하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 특정 단어를 자소 대치를 한 후 다른 단어와 비교하여 오류일 확률이 낮은 단어와 매칭이 된다면 일단 오류 후보로 가정한다는 것이다. 여기에는 일부 휴리스틱한 제약이 필요하다. 이 단어간 비교에 의한 추정은 전에 발견하지 못했던 구문 오류 일부를 발견할 수 있게 해준다. In a typed document, spelling errors are cause of word errors. Traditional Critiquing system like a spelling checker detects spelling error using a morphological analyser. If morphological analyser detected a certain error word, it could also correct the error word. In other case, spelling checker can not detect a error word. In this paper, a method that can detect additional syntactic errors by comparing words in a document is proposed. The method is based on word errors appearing frequently in typist's misspelling using word processor. In this the method, a certain word is changed by one-letter substitution, and the changed word is compared with errors of low possibility words in a document. If the changed word matches errors of low possibility words, this method deduces that the word is the error of high possibility word. The method has to be added with various heuristic restrictions. The Deduction Using Words Comparison' method can detect additional syntactic errors.

        조선시대 권율 장군 모역 주변 계획 설계

        First, a strong theme had to be given to a grave park as a traditional space. The theme should increase recognition and concentration by the visitors to the site, attract their interest, and deliver a clearer meaning of the grave. Second, the design for the site and facility should be done in a way that the traditional theme could be expressed more effectively. The space for preservation, the space for participation and the space for tradition in the site are connected horizontally, rather than vertically so that the spaces could be utilized functionally and provide a natural landscape. Third, for the design of the plantation, trees and plants were selected in consideration of colors, appearances, textures, and images in order to harmonize with the properties of each space. Fourth, for the systematic management and operation, reasonable and systematic planning was applied, which constitutes the specialties of the grave park. The design was made in order to attract visitors through active advertisement and promotion by connecting with other traditional cultural resources of surrounding areas. And the guidance facilities were introduced to help understand the historical background of the grave, which has been regarded as hard to understand and boring.

      • 폐결핵 환자 혈청에서 수용성 Interleukin 2 수용체 및 Adenosine Deaminase 활성도에 관한 연구

        Interleukin-2 (IL-2) induces T cell proliferation in an autocrine manner and provides a means by which antigen triggered T cells can be clonally expanded in vitro. During the following activation, the activity of IL-2 is mediated by specific high affinity IL-2 binding membrane receptors which are expressed shortly after activation. In this process, a 42 KD-fragment (soluble IL-2R) is continuously cleaved off and circulates as a soluble marker of T lymphocyte activation. Elevated level of soluble IL-2R has been identified in the serum of patients with malignant autoimmune and allergic disorders, systemic parasitic infection, undergoing graft versus host disease, acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia and HIV-infection. ADA (adenosine deaminase) completes the process of differentiation of T cell and is essential for progression of T cell maturation. Therefore level of ADA is to correlated with magnitude of T cell immune response. The fact that expression of sIL-2R and ADA activity increases in peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis suggests that T cell activation might have a major role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis. In order to evaluate the T cell immune response in pulmonary tuberculosis, we measured the serum concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity in 17 patients with current pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 chronic inactive pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 as normal controls. (1) Current pulmonary tuberculosis had significantly higher levels of sIL-2R (237.24±95.47)when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (78.6±11.06). and the control (68.17±15.4) group. (2) ADA activity in current pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly increased (34.41±20.63) when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (24.7±14.36) and control (17.65± 5.94) group. (3) There was good correlation between sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group. (4) sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity was decreased significantly 6 months after anti-tuberculosis drug medication. In conclusion, sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group was increased when compared with those of inactive pulmonary tuberculosis and the control group. By the way, T cell mediated immune response was enhanced in current pulmonary tuberculosis, but in inactive chronic pulmonary tuberculosis who had treated by antituberculosis drug medication, the concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity was nearly normal.
