      • 콩에서 발생하는 강낭콩일반모자이크바이러스(BCMV)와 땅콩위축바이러스(PSV)의 저항성 평가

        It has been reported several viral diseases in soybean. The occurrence of Bean common mosaic virus and Peanut stunt virus are able to induce severe problem because the main breeding target for viral disease was focused on Soybean mosaic virus. BCMV is a spcies of the genus Potyvirus of the family Potyviridae. BCMV reduces yield by as much as 80% and also adversely affects seed quality in common bean. BCMV has a worldwide distribution because of its high rates 35% of transmission via seeds produced by plants systemically infected prior to bloom. PSV is a species of the genus Cucumovirus of the family Bromoviridae. PSV has been reported to be economically damaging on beans worldwide. Although the virus is reportedly seed transmissible at very low rates, infected plants rarely produce pods with normal viable seeds. The most satisfactory management method of viral diseases such as BCMV and PSV is the use of resistant cultivars and healthy seed. For the overcome of genetic resistance by new virus such as BCMV and PSV, virus diseases monitoring and researches need to study deeply and continually. In this study, we conducted the resistance screen on BCMV and PSV for selection of resistance cultivars. We inoculated on 128 cultivars with PSV and BCMV respectively. These cultivars were classified through pathogenic response such as resistance, necrosis and susceptibility. In addition, 99 and 66 resistant cultivars were confirmed against PSV and BCMV respectively.

      • 건드릴가공의 절삭성에 대한 연구〔Ⅰ〕

        Gundrilling is a key process in deep hole machining which for example, occupye 20~30 percentage on the mild die machining. Recently, according to popularization of NC machine and machining center, Gundrilling's high efficient processing is powerfully required. This paper deal with enperimental research on the machinahility of gundrilling. We obsersed on the cutting power and variety of machined hole diameter in case various materials such as SM20C SM45C SUS304 and gundrill's configurations and cutting oil. The main results are obtained as follows : 1. Machining torque and thrust are well approached MILTON C, SHAW'S theorectical eq. at feed range 0.015~0.02mm/rev. 2. Total machining condition is good at feed range 0.015~0.02mm/rev. 3. Mean hump ratio is founded 1.47~16 in torque 1.03~2.27 in thrust. 4. When gundrill's cutting angle is near 30。-20。removal chip is normally formed.

      • 都市河川水質의 豫測 Simulation 모델

        This study aims at the water quality forecasting to provide the necessary information at planning and design for water quality management in urban river system. To generate daily discharge in Shinchun river basin, Tank model is applied. Qual - 2E model is applied for water quality forecasting from Gachang bridge to downstream n the river, and the hydraulic characteristics used in Qual - 2E model is estimated by HEC - 2 model. When the flow in the river is a drought, Qual - 2E model is used to calculated flows supplied from Kuemho river, Nakdong river and ground water, respectively, for the environmental control flow to maintain BOD 8ppm in the river. The actual evaporation and infiltration quantities in the river are also included in the calculation of the discharge for the stream flow control.

        취업주부와 전업주부의 성역할 정체감과 우울수준의 비교

        The differences of depression levels between career women who are also responsible for house works and housewives who devote themselves mainly to our traditional female's roles are studied from the viewpoint of occupation and sex role identity in this thesis. Two hundred and twenty four career women and two hundred housewives are sampled for this from teachers, public officials, nurses, insurance saleswomen, and so on. Beck depression Inventory and Bem Korea Sex Role Inventory are used as a measuring tool. The median values of masculinity and femininity scores are calculated. Then the whole people is divided as four groups (1)Androgyny group, who are those of both scores than median values. (2) Masculine group, who are those of the only masculinity score higher than median. (3) Feminine group. who are those of the only feminine score higher than median, (4) Undifferentiated group, who are those of both scores than lower than median. The results may be summarized as follows. First, career women's depression level is lower than that of housewives. The difference has significance of p<.01. Second, the depression level of androgyny group is lowest among the all groups and the difference has significance of p<.001. Third, the effects of co-relation between having occupation and sex role identity has no significant difference. However, it is worth to indicate that masculine group shows lower depression level than feminine in the case of career women and conversely, in the case of housewives, feminine group shows lower level than masculine group. It is recommended, in the future, that the more women are studied from wider areas and occupations in order to overcome their depression and the relationship between sex role and depression of man is also studied for happiness of home.

        밀도차에 의해 발생하는 이송을 고려한 휘발성 유기화합물 가스의 거동

        A numerical model is investigated to predict a behavior of the gaseous volatile organic compounds and a subsurface contamination caused by them in the unsaturated zone. Two dimensional advective-dispersion equation caused by a density difference and two dimensional diffusion equation are computed by a finite difference method in the numerical model. A laboratory experiment is also carried out to compare the results of the numerical model. The dimensions of the experimental are 1.2m in length, and 0.05m in thickness. In comparing the results of 2 methods used in the numerical model with the one of the experiment respectively, the one of the advective-dispersion equation shows better than one the diffusion equation.

      • 복숭아 光合成能力의 時基別 變動과 品種間 差異

        복숭아 矮性台木 利用에 의한 樹形의 矮性化는 近年의 일이며 低樹高栽培의 實用化 趨勢에 副應하여 矮性台木으로서 有望視되는 Prunus Persica(壽星桃)로서 接首品種은 8年生된 白鳳과 白桃를 供試하여 6月15日, 7月15日, 8月15日과 9月15日에 걸쳐서 地上 3.5m, 2m, 50cm높이에 着生된 主枝의 側枝新梢를 採取하여 잎의 光合成 能力을 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 白鳳의 部位別 新梢의 光合成 速度는 上部>中部>下部의 順으로 빠르게 進行되었고 照度가 增加할수록 光合成 速度도 빨라지는 傾向이였다. 2. 白桃의 部位別 新梢의 光合成 速度는 6月과 9月은 上部가, 7月은 下部가, 8月은 中間 部位가 각각 높았다. 3. 복숭아의 光合成 能力은 6月부터 8月까지는 점점 增加되다가 9月부터 떨어지며, 7월과 8월은 白鳳이, 8月과 9月은 白桃가 光合成 能力이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. There is a growing tendency of dwarfing fruit trees. So in this study the 8-year-old peach varieties, "Baekbong" and "Baekdo", engrafted on Prunus persica, which is promising for dwarf stock, were tried as experimental materials. The shoot sampling was done on June 15, July 15, August 15, and September 15. And the parts or smpling were 3.5m, 2m and 50cm above earth surface, respectively. The shoots were sampled from the outer parts of main branches, and the photosynthetic ability of the shoot leaves was analyzed as follows: 1. The photosynthetic rate of Backbong's shoots was highest at the top main branches; second highest at the middle ; and lowest at the lower main branches. As the light intensity increased, the photosynthetic rate became higher. 2. The Photosynthetic rate was highest at the top main branches in June and September ; in July, it was highest at the lower part ; and in August, it was highest at the middle part. 3. The photosynthetic ability of peaches increased gradually from June till August, but it decreased after September. In July and August, the photosynthetic ability of Baekbong was higher ; in August and September, that of Baekdo was higher than that of Baekbong.

      • 고강도 철근콘크리트 기둥의 화해 거동

        Fire-damaged structural behavior of high strength reinforced concrete columns mostly depends on duration of heating time, geometrical shape of a section, constituent material properties, loading conditions and moisture content. Unlike beam element, all boundaries of a column suffer from heat-induced damages and this requires real-size experiments be conducted in order for accurate assess of the fire-damaged structural behavior of columns. Ten real-sized high strength concrete columns with different parameters are exposed to fire for three different time intervals in this research. Observations are made for the effect of these parameters on the degree of spalling, axial expansion and contraction, member buckling, failure based on ISO standard in addition to data of heat propagation in a section during the heating.

      • 플라즈마 표면처리 기법에 의한 무기절연물 표면상의 젖음성 향상에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 유리섬유 강화 복합재료(GFRP)의 최적제작조건을 규명하기 위한 기초연구로서, 플라즈마 발생장치의 최적조건을 규명하고, 에폭시 수지와 유리섬유 사이의 계면현상을 표면처리 조건에 따라 각각 접촉각 변화과정을 측정하였다. GFRP의 필라(filler)표면처리는 열처리, 실란 결합제 처리, 플라즈마 처리를 했고 플라즈마를 발생시키기 위한 주위환경은 공기로 했다. 표면처리 한 무기절연물 표면에서 에폭시 수지상의 접촉각은 표면처리 조건에 따라 다르게 나타났고 특히, 플라즈마 처리시간과 전기로 내부 주위온도에 크게 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 플라즈마 처리시간과 전기로 내부 주위온도의 관점에서 80℃일때는 3분, 100℃일때는 4분, 120℃일때는 5분일때 접촉각 특성이 가장 우수하게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. With the contact angle of phase epoxy resin on the inorganic filler(glass plate) surface treated with air plasma, we have studied about the interface between epoxy resin and glass plate as a simple model of glass fiberreinforced composite materials(GFRP). The contact angle on the inorganic filler surface varied with surface treatment conditions . The contact angle significantly depends on plasma treating time and environment temperature of the oven. From the view point of plasma treatment condition in this work, optimum treatment time were proved as 3, 4 and 5 minutes for the treatment temperatures of 80℃, 100℃ and 120℃, respectively.

      • DVB-RCS 망에서의 Soft QoS 기반 호 수락 제어와 대역폭 예약 기법

        This paper deals with efficient utilization of network resource in broadband satellite access system. We propose a soft QoS-based call admission control(CAC) and bandwidth reservation scheme in DVB-RCS networks. We propose a combined scheme using CAC and bandwidth reservation scheme. To simulate the proposed algorithm, we developed a Network Simulator-2(NS-2). The simulation results show that the proposed scheme will be promising candidate for DVB-RCS network.

      • 필러의 표면처리와 실리콘 고무의 트래킹특성

        Polymer insulating materials are widely used in power distribution and transmission systems for their good dielectric properties, light weight, low cost, and good contamination performance. Tracking is one of the biggest problems to be overcome in polymer insulating materials. The alumina trihydrate(ATH) is widely used as a filler for improve the tracking performance of silicone rubber. In this paper, we have investigated the influence of surface treatment of fillers on the tracking performance of silicone insulator using the IEC 587 tracking test method.
